Fox News is naming Suspect #2 as 19-year-old Chechyn “Dzhokhar A Tsarnaev“, and was the brother of Suspect #1.
UPDATE: [Via NBC] With a bomb strapped to his chest, one of the Boston Marathon suspects was killed early Friday after he and his accomplice brother robbed a 7-Eleven, shot a police officer to death, carjacked an SUV and hurled explosives in an extraordinary firefight with law enforcement, authorities told NBC News.
The second suspect — the one in the white hat in photos released by the FBI — was on the loose, and police ordered people in the Boston suburbs to stay inside and businesses not to open. Boston shut down its buses and subway system for the hunt.
The suspects are Chechen brothers with the last name Tsarnaev, law enforcement officials told NBC News. The suspect at large, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, is 19 and has a Massachusetts driver’s license, they said. Law enforcement officials told NBC News that both men are legal permanent residents of the United States, had been here about a year and had military experience. (link)
UPDATE: FBI Briefing 5:45am – All Bus and Subway transportation has been shut down in/around Boston. For citizens around the Watertown/Newtown/Waltham/Cambridge, and surrounding suburbs, the feds are requesting you stay home – and stay inside.
They are also asking for businesses to remain closed as the manhunt continues. 9 to 10,000 police are searching the area. Police repeating they are searching door to door, house to house, for Suspect #2 in the Boston Bombing. Suspect #1 is already dead.

Suspect #1, (pictured above right) reported to be Mike Mulugenta, has been shot by police during apprehension and exchange of gunfire in Watertown Mass – Local Fox affilliate claims Suspect #1 has died in the hospital.
Suspect #2, (pictured above left) reported to be Sunil “Sunny” Tripathi is still – whereabouts unknown. But #2 has also reported to have been “captured – local custody”, so ???

UPDATE: Police Briefing 4:20am – Again confirms. Boston Bombing suspects #1 and #2 were involved in a shootout with MIT police officer. The officer was killed. Suspects then hijacked a Mercedes SUV and drove to Watertown (3 miles away). Engaged with police in Watertown, another officer shot, Suspect #1 shot/killed. Suspect #2 escaped.
