Nettles:    In reading Robert Zimmerman’s book yesterday, I opined the characterization of Mr. O’Mara as a control freak was going to set off Diwataman and Sundance. Not sure if that is why the post today but it’s highly likely.

Sundance is close-minded on the subject. He shut down my voice on it and many others. So with each posting those who disagree will shut-up or get banned. He’s entitled to his opinion as each of us are as well.  (link)

Pained, troubled and brave–those are the sentiments, turned adjectives, I would use to describe the word-image when reading the recently published book by Robert Zimmerman Sr.

Knowing the Zimmerman family found some form of understanding through the research we had compiled last year surrounding the entire scheme to arrest George Zimmerman is good. Reading the words of George’s father, Robert, we can grasp the feeling of being overwhelmed. ‘Fleas looking into the furnace of hate’ is how we visualized them last year.

The recent publication outlines that sense with profound affirmation.

As followers of this site will know by now, there was a time several months ago when all of my available options were exhausted. Our promise of intellectual honesty demanded we not pull punches, and speak the truth openly and directly regardless of consequence. But when it came to honest discussion of George’s legal counsel, Mark O’Mara, we knew the ground was precarious and filled with invisible land mines. Trepidations were overwhelming.

So reluctantly, out of fear of undermining George Zimmerman’s defense, and yet the need for a necessarily dictated honesty, we reached out to his Dad. (more…)

Today, June 14th is DAY #5 of the scheduled State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case. Continuing jury selection. Yesterday the Court continued its preliminary questioning of prospective jurors, moving through 10 candidates by the end of the day.

The biggest event of the day, however, occurred shortly after the lunch recess when Judge Nelson’s announced from the bench that she would be ordering the sequestration of the jury for the duration of the trial,. She based this decision on the fact that both parties agreed the trial was likely to take two to four weeks, as opposed to the four to six weeks that many had anticipated.

It appeared that she had been inclined to sequester the jury if the sequestration period was not to be too long. With the agreement on the likely shorter duration of the trial, the balance swung in favor of sequestration. [Yesterday summary HERE]

This quest actually began last September, 2012. [9 months ago] After a six month exhausting legal fight we won a significant victory and gained the first 6 sworn affidavits in the Miami-Dade Internal Affairs investigation. The battle was costly not only in our time, but also in real financial terms, you guys stepped up and helped us fund the research.

As a consequence of that previous public records request we were able to bring a lot of sunlight to the Zimmerman case surrounding Trayvon Martin. We identified 10 more sworn statements of even greater significance. Again, we went back into battle against the forces who would prefer the truth to remain hidden. We have won again and now need to pay for the next, and final, batch of Public records – FOIA – We are asking for your help: Here is a copy of the bill for these Ten sworn affidavits and additional public records. Today after trial for jury selection Trayvon’s™ Mom, Sybrina, and Trayvon’s™ Dad, Tracy, gave a press conference.    However, just before they delivered their prepared remarks something serendipitous happened in the courtroom which brings a profound irony when contrast against their prepared statement.

#TrayvonMartin family attorneys just emailed out text of the statement Crump gave after #GeorgeZimmerman jury selection today. Here it is:

“Today on the third day of the jury selection in the Trayvon Martin murder trial we are inspired by the honesty of the potential jurors. Their answers have been forthright and we have faith that the justice system and the members of the public who are selected for the jury will perform their civic duty in a fair and impartial manner.

Yesterday, former NYPD detective Harry Houck commented to FOX that Trayvon would be alive today if he didn’t have a “street attitude.” This comment, made on a live panel, is reprehensible and extremely reminiscent of the victim blaming rhetoric we saw a year ago. We all know Trayvon Martin was an unarmed teenager, who’d just bought Skittles and a tea on a chilly Florida evening in February. George Zimmerman was an armed adult who followed Trayvon down a street, pursued him and then shot him.

We are calling on the media to refuse to perpetuate victim blaming and irresponsible characterizations of Trayvon. The evidence shows there is no blood on Trayvon’s hands. Trayvon is not on trial here, he is the victim. Trayvon’s killer, George Zimmerman, is the man who is on trial.”

Tonight, on the eve of the Zimmerman Trial, Central Florida Spotlight interviewed both Natalie Jackson and Mark O’Mara, lead attorney for the defense, along with WFTV’s legal analyst, Bill Sheaffer.  The video is @22 min. long, and  due to it’s direct linkage, it will have a 14 sec. commercial at the beginning.

My-oh-My,  how twitchy the politically dependent forces are at this very minute. It really is staggering how they view the potential sunlight to be deadly toward them. Like vampires watching a sunrise while hiding amid a diminishing shadow of protection, the desperation is palpable.

Obviously the media is “all in”, as witnessed by this picture of the Orlando Courthouse taken earlier today.  The alphabets, the race-based BGI dependents, and their co-dependent enablers, are literally coordinating talking points within their trailers and tents.

One of the frequent topics of conversation is how to keep the “new media” at bay, so the Legacy Media can continue their narrative advancement unabated; They need this trial desperately, and the finances driven from within it.

Today I had a conversation with a super-intelligent Wolverine debating whether or not to attend the first day post-trial press conference and ask the “questions” you guys want answers to. (more on that in later days) (more…)
