Laura Loomer was Paid to Tweet

Things clarify quickly when sunlight breaks through the shadows.

Alex Bruesewitz, an adviser to Trump’s 2024 campaign and a political broker for online influence operations, first revealed the issue last week when he publicly stated he had paid Laura Loomer to generate content on her X account.

The Washington Post then followed up and interviewed four other people who provided receipts of payments made to Laura Loomer for her to promote content on social media.  Most intellectually honest observers of events already surmised the pay for influence was happening with Loomer, the reporting confirms it.

(WaPo) – The right-wing activist Laura Loomer has been paid by private clients to make political posts on social media without publicly disclosing the payments, according to a former campaign aide to President Donald Trump and three others familiar with the arrangements, shedding light on what they say is a business practice of one of the Trump administration’s most influential online firebrands.

The allegations were made by Alex Bruesewitz, an adviser to Trump’s 2024 campaign, and three other people who spoke on the condition of anonymity. Two of the three people said they had paid Loomer directly to post political messages on her X account, where she has 1.9 million followers. The third said they had overseen clients who paid her to post on the account. The three spoke on the condition of anonymity.

[…] Bank transaction emails and a wire transfer statement reviewed by The Washington Post appear to show four payments totaling more than $60,000 sent to Loomer and a Florida-based company registered in her name, King Breaker Media, since May of last year.

[…] Bruesewitz and the three other people declined to publicly share the tweets they said Loomer had published to maintain the privacy of their clients. But The Post reviewed a selection of the tweets under the condition that they not be revealed publicly.

Two of the people said that Loomer charges $3,000 to $5,000 per tweet, and sometimes more.

[…[ Roughly one hour after The Post discussed the claims with Loomer, she announced on X that she is taking a hiatus from her online show, “Loomer Unleashed,” so she could pursue a more “healthy work life balance” and prepare for her upcoming wedding.. (read more)

Things making sense now?

Additionally, remember back in early 2025 when the whole influencer war broke out on X, and was Qatar advocates vs Israel advocates?  Remember that?

Well, consider this.

There had to be a source for that right?  Meaning, there had to be a reason why both Israel and Qatar were suddenly in a competition for U.S. influence, and both began paying for narratives to bolster their individual interests.

You remember it as weird right?

You remember me (and others) asking where did this suddenly come from? Like, what was this?

Well…

Susie Wiles at Ballard Partners was a former lobbyist for both Israel and Qatar. The two competing factions.

When President Trump was elected, and when Susie Wiles was appointed Chief of Staff, you can see how each nation individually would be worried about losing influence position.

Their best bet? Create a strategy to firm up support via influencers as a hedge against the other side having a stronger influence game in the White House.

The outcome. An influencer battle. Qatar vs Israel.

Make sense now?

Now that Trump has stopped giving aid to Israel, everyone is happy, right? If you hate Jews and Israel, you have to be ecstatic. However, that means Trump has less control over the Israeli war machine. I think Israeli self defense will become more kinetic.

The 3H Club, Hamas, Hezbollah and the Houthis can expect an busy winter. Who thinks Israel will go soft on Iran? Not me. And if Trump gives them less aid, how can he tell them to calm down?

I don’t know when it was, maybe a year ago (???), Netanyahu said he wanted to stop the aid and Trump said no. And Trump would have said it for the reason you outline here – reduced control.

quit telling me I hate Jews and Israel. Just because I say extricate ourselves from their control doesnt equate to hate. Control the Israeli war machine? Tell them to calm down? stand back, let them take (or enjoy) the consequences of their actions. Leave me out of it.

Israel doesn’t control us. But, to an ever increasing degree, the Muslim Brotherhood is gaining control. Those complaining about Israel while turning a blind eye to the growing influence of theMuslim Brotherhood are misguided.

“Misguided”. Amen on that. MB, Hamas, Hezbollah, all of them are among the most vile people on earth. I hesitate to use that word “people”.

We will still be selling arms, etc. to Israel, so there’s that. I have never hated either Jews or Israel. I do realize, though, that nations have their own interests and have to look out for those first (and that certainly includes Israel). My thought has been that with Iran our interests coincided, so President Trump took advantage of the strategic situation (however one may feel about it). The financial separation was inevitable, even before the war.

Curse Israel and be cursed.
Bless Israel and be blessed.
The Jews are God’s chosen people whether they love, like or loathe Him.
I don’t always agree with all they do, but the Jewish people have been treated like the unwanted red headed step child for centuries . If they see or feel the need to defend themselves or be proactive (exploding pagers), so be it.

Hold your friends close and your enemies closer, Suzie Wiles was finally angrily booted from the White House. We have learned of Wiles’ access control to the president harming the President’s success (meanwhile enriching former Pharma lobbyist) as described by Casey Means in his Joe Rogan interview. MAHA supporters and health care advocates like Mary Talley Bowden, M D.’s vigorous objections to the administration’s lack of movement on eliminating the experimental genetic jabs, especially into children and pregnant women, eroded valuable political support from those caring, weary and, frankly, demoralized health care givers.

As deeply disturbing as finding out ‘influencers’ on the right have been paid to ‘tweet’ – basically meaning they produce paid propaganda, three facts are salient:

Those who propagandize on the left are undoubtedly paid as well and have been paid handsomely as datarepublican (small r) has laid out so well. Most importantly, anyone who has any knowledge of political history knows very well that paid hack (and better than hack) writers have been around since the ancient world. The rise in literacy in the 18th and 19th centuries and the availability of cheap printing combined with relatively little effective censorship in England and the colonies resulting in a vast amount of paid political propaganda on both sides. Everyone is advised to reread Ecclesiastes. The revelation is demoralizing because it destroys our ability to trust those who purport to be the friends of liberty. We (mostly) believed the people on ‘our side’ were sincere, believed what they wrote and said. We know the left has no respect for truth and lies. When we find out the same thing is happening on the right, it becomes more and more difficult to sift through the mass of misinformation which constitutes the both the media and our other sources, including the internet, in order to even establish truth tentatively.

Aren’t all the main political tweeters paid and directed by their sponsors? I thought that was their livelihoods and professions.

This right here. All of it 100%. We should all use our own intellect to discern the truth in these matters. Glean information carefully.

What silliness. Anyone who CAN get paid for tweets, DOES get paid for tweets. This is a very naïve perspective on how people monetize their sites. People do it for products and politics. In this case, politics. What would you pay to have Taylor Swift tell her millions of followers to buy your stuff? Or vote a certain way? Next.

The only reason there are influencers is because people allow themselves to be influenced.

We have to exercise discernment. Take everything we see with a grain of salt, fill our minds with God’s Word and let the Holy Spirit direct our actions. When we fo that we start seeing things more clearly.

And yet, I am not surprised at all.

This is how the left, the right, and those in the middle play the political game.

Weasels come in all shapes, sizes, colors, and sexes (there are still only 2)

Money still talks louder than words for some people

Get your news/information from multiple sources outside of the MSM.

Then form your own opinion and be willing to change it if (when) new information comes to your attention.

Become professional skeptics when it comes to news, from all sources.

Most of the productive influencers are paid to tweet or make videos and other online content. This should not be a surprise and it should be noted most of them are left and far left activists.
