The Justice Department has brought a third criminal case against former FBI Director James Comey, charging him with leaking classified information about government surveillance techniques to The New York Times in 2016.
The Dept of Justice has unsealed a superseding ‘information’ filing with the court that was originally sealed on October 5th when it was filed with the court. The criminal information was filed October 5th because the ten-year statute of limitations was close (event date October 5, 2016) and the DOJ wanted to toll the statute, permitting prosecution of James Comey. {SEE pdf HERE} Comey is notified about potential charges stemming from the information as filed.
Former FBI Director James Comey and his attorneys were notified by the DOJ on October 9, 2016, that an information had been filed on October 5th. Lawyers representing James Comey then asked the court to dismiss the case; however, in the DOJ response to the Comey motion the details of the violation are laid out {SEE pdf and Attachments Here}.
The Court records unsealed yesterday show federal prosecutors filed two felony charges against Comey October 5th in connection with a media leak. The charges stem from a Times article about Yahoo adapting its spam filter to accommodate surveillance requests from the FBI.
Whether the indictment succeeds or not (dual-justice DC trial issue), former FBI Director James Comey is going to have to pay money to defend himself.
WASHINGTON, Oct 26 (Reuters) – The US Justice Department is attempting to prosecute former FBI Director James Comey for a third time, the latest case accusing him of sharing sensitive national security information in 2016, according to court documents made public on Monday.
The case was revealed in a court document known as a “criminal information” that the Justice Department said it filed to stop the 10-year statute of limitations on the offense from expiring earlier this month.
The document filed in Washington federal court charges Comey with transmitting and conspiring to transmit national defense information. It alleges he shared classified information with a reporter from the New York Times in October 2016.
Comey said in a video on Instagram that “they’re back again” and referenced the Justice Department, but did not provide further details. “I’m still innocent,” he added. Comey’s lawyers have already asked a judge to dismiss the case, arguing it is legally improper.
“I think he’s a dirty cop,” President Donald Trump told reporters at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland, when asked about Comey. “I don’t know much about it,” he said.
The new case adds to the legal fights facing Comey, whom the Justice Department has already charged twice, accusing him of lying to Congress about media leaks and threatening Trump in a social media post. A judge dismissed the false statements case, while the threats case remains pending. (read more)

Keep up the effort. Attack from multiple fronts. We only have to win once to put that SOB in jail.
Ya beat me to the punch.
He’s just laughing in our face. Need to slap that smile off his face.
Indict comey for Treason… Stop “piddling around” with these minor offences like lying to congress…
In case you weren’t aware, the brutally violent mob, in particular AL Capone, during/after prohibition, was brought down by “piddling” tax evasion charges.

Nail him for what can be proven in court.
Put him in with the general prison population and see if the problem solves itself.
What can be proven in court & what a judge dismisses are often the same thing in the corrupt DC District Court.
Judges decide what evidence is permissible in court and, therefore, what a jury sees and considers. I wouldn’t trust any judge in D.C.
Just like shysters hand pick juries
It’s my understanding judges also sign off on criminal complaints, which means they determine what charges are “allowed”, and which are dropped.
If I’m right, and there’s plenty of real lawyers here to correct me if I’m not, WHO appoints a judge is far more important than most of the public knows.
For example, a crooked Democrat appointed judge could actually let an accused Democrat walk if that’s what they wanted to do. Make up some excuse that, somehow, the law wasn’t followed, and away they go. Free as a bird. The law is so complicated (by design) that almost no one will know the difference.
Only the two Supremes, Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas.
This is a good start
Now, work on “Fast & Furious” – there is no statute of limitations in murder cases, including those who aid and abet murder.
A certain former US AG (under B. Hussien O.) – you wanna give up your crooked organization to save yourself from justice for your role in your Fast & Furious gun running scheme???
You are comparing apples to oranges:
They got Capone for tax invasion simply due to the fact that the feds had NO evidence connecting Capone with the mob’s criminal activities.
But, considering comey, there are MOUNTAINS of evidence available that the DOJ is refusing to use to indict and arrest…
Professional courtesy perhaps?
I suspect you are right, as usual, WD…
😋
pls elaborate
Will be happy to elaborate, Susan… Just let me know the subject matter you wish me to elaborate on…
Smirk
We also need to slap the laughing Ilhan illegal out of congress and back to somalia.
Hit him hard enough to turn his butt crack sideways so his underwear can see him smile.
It’s the process and the personable stress that weakens your immune system. Dirty Comey deserves everything he gets…bill
Someone once said the process is the punishment. Ruin him and those that are paying his bills financially. Both can only afford to represent or be represented by for so long.
Not jail. Prison.
Along with a whole bunch of other traitors…
Jail is, at least in most states, 12 months or less.
Prison can be forever, which is what he and a whole lot of others, like Clapper, et al, belong🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
I’d be happy if he had to spend his own money for his defense, but I feel like ‘others’ will cover his legal costs.
Tell me I’m wrong (lie to me if you have to).
The ‘others’ will probably find a way to make taxpayers foot the bill through an NGO.
You’re not making Linus feel better
<You’re not making Linus feel better>
Only a blanket can do that! 🙂
Is there any doubt?
Isn’t that a Stevie Nicks song?
Johnny Lang, Lie to Me.
Do tell me. But only if they are sweet.
Such a good song.
It was the songbird—-Christine McVie
Little Lies
Thanks.
Simon & Garfunkel, Sounds of Silence
I saw a great meme…..it was the album cover for ‘Sounds of Silence’ and the artist’s names were “Simon & Motherfunkel.”
Garfunkel’s picture was replaced with Samuel L. Jackson!!!
Stevie Nicks = vial reprobate and godlesss witch
I think that one is Sweet Little Lies.
All good songs, but bet that one line from Warren Zevon is running through his head ….. send layers guns and money, the sheet has hit the fan.
I doubt a waitress would go home with Corney. Warren Zevon for sure.
There’s part of the song where Warren Z. sings “lawyers, guns, and money can’t get me out of this. RIP Warren Zevon.
And in Comey’s case, he took more than a risk. Nothing can get him out of this excepts a few loose sheets in his jail cell. Cough, cough.
He will get a book deal that will cover his legal costs.
Book deal = money laundering, doesnt it?
One of his lawyers is Patrick Fitzgerald…deep state pro-bono all the way.
Ah! I was wondering an Irish ‘catholic’boy would show up.
Patrick Fitzgerald and Gerald Fitzpatrick part of the BBB
Barry Bathhouse Band
Would “the others” have any connection to a Jewish refugee from Hungary by any chance.?
Retired Magistrate here: It is not just the financial cost, it is the emotional cost; the wondering what is going to happen to you. Even if someone else pays for his legal bills he still has to go through the process and it it emotionally and physically draining.
Worry will only apply when we (taxpayers) find an honest judge that will want to know facts and truth then be willing to do something about it.. The party of the Jackass has almost insured themselves a foreign born morally challenged judicial system over the last 20 years..
Yeah, but Comey is a lizard with a lizard-brain. He may thrive on this stuff.
Process is the punishment.
More process please. He needs all the process we have available.
I’d normally agree….but. Doesn’t Comey seem like a psychopath to you? He’s at least an edge case, imho.
I hope.
Thank you Marcia. What Comey did to President Trump caused emotional suffering to the millions who supported him and elected him as President. I think it was a contributing cause of some of my hair turning white.
Sadly, in Comey’s case it seems because of his height he really believes he is “above the law.”
The emotional cost is beginning to show in his face. At 65 as the hits keep on coming, he is being worn down. It’s inevitable. He deseveres all that can be thrown at him, until he’s gone.
Makes ya wonder who’s running comey don’t it?
Like the nesting Russian dolls.
After watching data republican’s reports over various site and her information tells us it’s not a single source but so big it’s hard to comprehend.
Diana West outed him as a communist sympathizer from his college days in her book, “The Red Thread,”
published in 2019.
Grind him out with the D’s favorite weapon, lawfare.
Would not a single conviction on any of these cases provide grounds for a prosecution of Treason? His position made him a defender of our nation, and his actions are treasonous in my opinion
Nope.
Yes, but our DOJ is afraid to prosecute him for some ridiculous reason…
Comey must have the dirt on all of them.
This!
With the resources available to him his ICOMD file is probably in terabytes
Certainly a possibility…
But, I think a “deal” has been made: “We won’t prosecute you if you won’t prosecute us when we leave office”…
Sucker bet.
No way to enforce that.
And D’s never honor their word.
Yep, but you need to tell that to those who made “the deal”…
Maybe sedition. But treason has a specification of being in sevice of a foreign entity.
^ This
Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.
https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/2381
Sedition, seditious conspiracy, and possibly some espionage since some foreigners like Christopher Steele were involved.
Like the Rosenbergs, the judge can rule that the conspiracy rises to the level of treason and issue the death penalty.
I remember some silly show where some guy got a tank to use in fighting the IRS.
I view that as waging war against the United States. And would fully fit under that definition even without any foreign enemies.
Comey probably didn’t qualify. Especially since he was countering other leaks.
The other part I find fishy was from back when they were prosecuting McCabe, every one said it would have been okay if his boss approved. Since his boss was Comey, what are the rules about approving leaking. By default, any leaking by the boss is approved by the boss. Or did he have to document his approval of his leaking?
Marvin Heemeyer in Granby, Colorado built his own “Kill Dozer” by repurposing a bulldozer into a fighting machine.
Then he went after lots of people in his little town, but a simple miscalculation of ‘oops, what happens when I go into a hole?’ took him out.
I remember some silly show where some guy got a tank to use in fighting the IRS.
Harry’s War 1981 ?
Urban legend is that the IRS shut that movie down by threatening theaters with audits. Cut a bit close to the bone.
Sounds right. Guess the IRS couldn’t stop it in rentals.
Wonder if renting it put me on a list?
Or a judge can throw the whole thing out and let him walk. Like he’s doing now.
Write that check LMAO. He deserves every bit of it and more.
Unfortunately, I’m afraid this is going nowhere except to give ammunition to the argument that Trump is persecuting his political enemies.
Don’t get me wrong, I’d like to see Comey swinging from a gallows, but I’ve seen how things have gone before and I don’t think it’s likely.
Ah the old two faced argument.
When they frame Trump allies, it is all proper application of the law.
When Trump doesn’t actively stop investigations of their law breaking, it is prosecuting political enemies.
They want the DOJ to be independent. Unless it helps them.
The key word in your statement was “afraid.”
President Trump is not afraid. We should not be afraid either.
Prosecuting the Dirty Cop is the right thing to do. The prosecution might succeed or it might fail. That doesn’t change the fact that it is the right thing to do.
I pray that President Trump continues to do that which is right without fear or favor.
I pray that our President’s authentic MAGA base will continue to support him without fear.
“Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.”—Isaiah 41-10
“Prosecuting the Dirty Cop is the right thing to do.“… Yes, it is neccessary for our Nation to survive.
“President Trump is not afraid.”…
646 Days with NO indictments, NO arrests of the Treasonous, corrupt politicians that planned and executed a coup; NO indictments or arrests of the corrupt politicians that planned and executed the Jan 06 entrapment scheme, NO indictments or arrests of the 274 FBI agents that participated in the Jan 06 entrapment scheme…
If “President Trump is not afraid“, why is he not enforcing the law of the land?
understandable frustration. I share that too. But your last sentence implies that President Trump is somehow going to prosecute and then convict the Corruptors. Sorry, but that’s just misguided. He is not an attorney. He is not an investigator. He is not a prosecutor. Time and time again, I will agree that he has selected ineffective people, and for that, he owns some of the delays. But think of it this way..a reality check. the DOJ and FBI remain effectively a swampy divisive self protecting set of cartel like orgs. Try as you may, it’s just not possible to get rid of all of them..and when you do, that drains resources, time and money that would have otherwise be spent getting after cases. it didn’t help that bonding turned out to be lazy and self promoting. it didn’t help that bongo was a simple influencer impostor. Wrong people. Yes, there things are true. But President Trump did do something about that and he continues to replace people who don’t understand the assignment. It’s easy to sit back in the comfort of our internet couches and throw shade on the man, but we have no idea..none whatsoever what that job and this task requires. it’s extremely difficult to navigate through the DC syndicate, that is for certain. President or not, he depends on others to do this important work. And that is really the issue. I share the frustration, but it would not be correct to describe him as “not enforcing the law of the land”.
I am naturally an impatient person, professionally and personally. I expect results as soon as the problem is recognized. and solutions put into place. I hire and fire people all the time that do not have the same attitude and energy. I think this is what makes President Trump appeal to many people, like me that understand that often, very often, you have to select people and some of them just don’t work out. But first you have to give them a chance. And obviously, we are talking about court cases that you have to prove. These are NOT easy cases to prove. The evidence is there, but this is DC court land. Evidence and jury decisions are mutually independent elements.
and lastly, there is such a thing as street justice…and I am not the only one to realize that if President Trump and team Trump fail to produce justice, FOR ANY REASON…that does not end these matters. You can count on that.
God Bless America
I like the way you are thinking regitiger.
“and lastly, there is such a thing as street justice…and I am not the only one to realize that if President Trump and team Trump fail to produce justice, FOR ANY REASON…that does not end these matters. You can count on that.” and that is my hope also. and failing that, the Judgement.
Mainly because of the Judges that have been appointed by Clinton, Obama, and Biden. You can add the Soros-backed D.A.’s in there too. Bottom line, our judicial system is toast.
The republicans enabled this mess for monetary gains ,spineless grifters. I cringe when I think that we were funding our own demise
and repubs also enabled by confirming judges as if they were buying a bushel of apples, not looking below the surface to find the rotten apples. two things that need to end: mass confirmation of lower court judges and continuing resolutions.

💥💥💥🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
I feel your pain on this one. But I’m trying to adjust my perspective.
Justice is God’s domain. In the meantime, seeing Comey embroiled in [hopefully] protracted legal troubles is a lovely start.
This makes me think of Fauci, who can no longer be the “medical expert on call” for all media due to his senate testimony. That’s all he ever wanted! And it is the one thing he no longer has. That is a measure of justice IMO.
Comey has the most punchable face around.
As does his former protégé, Peter Stzrok. Arrogant, obnoxious and very punchable.
Punchable, but untouchable, as comey and stzrok are still walking around free…
His case is in the corrupt DC District Court loaded with obama/biden leftist activist Judges and deep state jurors he’ll never get convicted! JMO
I was under the impression that since it’s a FEDERAL case he can be indicted in any fed court. I may be wrong but if I’m correct why charge him in the D.C. court?
I appreciate any clarity regarding my understanding
Depends on the crime…
The 8647 sea shell threat has to be prosecuted where it happens… If something he did as a federal official affects several States. he can be indicted and prosecuted in any of those States if one of the State officials has the balls to indict.
Side note: There are many officials in ALL States that can file charges, AGs, local Sheriffs, local Police Chiefs, etc., but not a single one of them in any State has filed charges…
Makes me wonder who told them all to “stand down”…
Again I ask.
Who’s running comedy?
there is a political element to those decisions to form indictments. “we” seem to think that these law enforcement officials are immune to the politics of forming charges against the former FBI director. I can assure you that is not taken lightly. The easy decision (not saying the correct one) is just to do nothing and explain these matters are best served by the DOJ.
God Bless America
yes, the easy way is to do nothing, which is exactly what our DOJ is now doing… But, doing nothing ain’t gonna fix the problems…
Thanks jjoy

Seem to recall that the DC judge assigned the case was appointed by PDJT.
The Judge will need extra Security reguardless.
Unfortunately, a couple SCOTUS picks were also appointed by Trump. Wasn’t it Heritage Foundation who “suggests” such appointments. 🤮
At least we have a fighting chance vs. A BO, slojo appointed DH.
No, it was Leonard Leo’s Fed Soc, a den of RINOS.
I’m waiting for Godot…
He should be rounding the corner any second now…..
Soon….
Almost here…
Hang on…
In just a second…
…………….😎
👍 Aren’t we all! So is the Irish playwright and author Samuel Beckett!!! Surprised someone didn’t write a Godot Has Arrived! How would he have changed the conversation? 🤔
Then we wouldn’t have the eponymous gentleman for the purposes of this conversation, dear sir…or for many others where we wait (and wait and wait and…) for justice and righteous accountability.
Unfortunately, he will never see the inside of a prison, it’s dc. As far as the legal fees, the lefties will set up a go-fund-me account, and he will collect millions in donations for his defense.
So far, nothing in its past performance suggests that the DOJ will succeed.
our DOJ is a joke…
First we have bondi, and then President Trump appoints an “AG” who is a lifelong dimocrat/commie that worked for obama, hillary, and biden for 15 years…
President Trump said he would clean out the deep state… He should have done it…
President Trump said he would get rid of the RINOs, yet he endorsed most of them and has set up a situation whereby we have to vote for republicans that we know will not represent us…
The rot at the top.
So the fake news bit him in the ass.
Irony x a million.
The spy who shagged himself – Corny Comey
😀😃😆😅
The Process *IS* the punishment. Isn’t that how it works?
Maybe Corney will make a misstep and accidently provide key information to be used in future trials
Maybe he will perjure himself under oath. Oh wait, I think he already has……. hasn’t he?
Or maybe the tower of Babel, Comey will fall and break a hip. Has happened to many I know. That’s cruel to say I know. But his immense pride in himself surely has come before a fall.
Saint Comey. The world’s most sanctimonious man.
Can’t hold a candle to Zero.
6x6x6 cell with the corners rounded off so he can never stretch out.
He should do another walk on the beach and see seashells with 86 neatly arraigned.
All of the traitors & seditious conspirators need to be standing in prison or on the gallows.
Any trial in DC will be a sham. They know it. They will get off scott free. They all know it. Every one from Barry down the line. That is why we need to have a different kind of trial or action. The justice system in this country is screwed.
Two legal points for Sundance, FWIW.
First “DOJ Unseals James Comey Criminal Information (Indictment)…” This title suggests that Comey was indicted. Not so. A criminal information is NOT equivalent to an indictment. An indictment is issued by a grand jury. A criminal information is issued by a federal prosecutor without a grand jury. The rules are complicated, notwithstanding the Fifth Amendment. I would delete the parenthetical.
Second, “The criminal information was filed October 5th because the ten-year statute of limitations was close (event date October 5, 2016) and the DOJ wanted to toll the statute…” I have not checked the statute involved, but the dates indicate it was filed within the SOL (to the day), so there was NO NEED for tolling. Tolling is an excuse for filing a court case AFTER the statute of limitations has expired. I would reword to “The criminal information was filed October 5th on the last day of the ten-year statute of limitations after the event date on October 5, 2016.”
Patriots should be legally smart.
–“Patriots should be legally smart.”–
So a good Patriot should be legally smart, eh? <grins on the ,”eh?”>
I’m a Patriot, but not a lawyer(same boat as Sundance and most Patriots), so how much time and effort would it take per day for me to be legally smart? You seem to have a good grasp of the law by what you cite in your post, so might I ask you to ponder my reply?
Point #1:
In 2024 Neil Gorsuch and Janie Nitze wrote an article in the Atlantic Monthly titled; ‘America Has Too Many Laws’ in which contained this quote;
“Our country has always been a nation of laws, but something has changed dramatically in recent decades. Contrary to the narrative that Congress is racked by an inability to pass bills, the number of laws in our country has simply exploded. Less than 100 years ago, all of the federal government’s statutes fit into a single volume. By 2018, the U.S. Code encompassed 54 volumes and approximately 60,000 pages. Over the past decade, Congress has adopted an average of 344 new pieces of legislation each session. That amounts to 2 million to 3 million words of new federal law each year.”
Point #2:
I have yet to see any entity, department, or person within our government able to cite exactly how many laws are on the Federal books. If no one knows what all the laws are, how can one truly be legally smart in any or all legal matters?
And yet somehow, you expect all Patriots regardless of age, experience, and profession to be “legally smart”? Me thunks that be quite an ‘ask’.
I do not disagree with your seemingly legal prowess and points on this matter, only your expectation of Sundance and the majority of like minded Patriots being ‘legally smart’.
Bye the bye, is ‘being legally smart’ a legal term with a legal definition? <smiles> At one period of time during and after the depression in more than one state in the South the term “being smart” was also accepted in court as a euphemism meaning “being pregnant”. <smiles>
Paprika, thank you for your reply. I agree with everything you said. I was sloppy/lazy with my phrase “legally smart.” Deep subject. Without attempting to clarify it, I will just say this. IMO, from grades (say) 8-12 in school, in addition to tracks for math, English, science, and social studies (of various kinds), we need to add another track for LAW. Kids should not be able to graduate from high school without a rudimentary understanding of the law, including basic civil and criminal procedure, and what the Constitution actually means. (E.g., if you don’t understand basic legal procedure, then you cannot know that the 5th and 14th Amendment’s “right to due process of law” means.) We are required to obey the law, and occasionally need to go into court as a plaintiff or defendant, but most people are clueless about the law. Another example, if you need to sue someone, where does the right to sue come from? It’s the last of the six clauses of the First Amendment (“to petition the government for a redress of grievances.”) IMO, the wholesale LACK of legal education is one among many deep problems in education. I could write a book, and am, in effect, doing so to address massive problem: math education.
I think what VegGOP meant was “words mean things”
The process will be his punishment, his conviction a coin toss, his reputation will be discovered in footnotes.
For us average working citizens this is headed toward being a circus where clowns will appear along with lions and tamers. Some show!
For me, I await news of the execution of Major Hasan as General Milley offers a press statement where he will discuss white privilege and what he learned as a student at Princeton which shaped his later years as a man overflowing with wisdom just like his pal James Comey.
More baby boomers will be leaving the stage…sooner, rather than later for some!
The FBI searched a Beverly Hills mansion in connection to an investigation into former Rep. Eric Swalwell, according to two people familiar with the probe. The home is owned by a Swalwell donor, one of the people said.
CNN has reached out to the FBI and a lawyer for Swalwell for comment.
Swalwell has been the subject of federal and state investigations.
That’s old news and not related to the article. Your handlers need to send you better propaganda.
Call me when they get to Liz Chaney or Bennie Thompson’s house.
What’s really weird is Rudy Guiliani hired Comey to work at the US Attorney’s Office SDNY giving him his first job. You’d think that an Irish Catholic would think long and hard before siding with the Bolshevik run Lawfare Tribe.
In his youth Comey may have been a good guy. But he was easily corrupted, as so many are, once they hit the Big Top Circus aka Washington, DC.
Yeah, but now he’s a piece of feces.
lol, never said he wasn’t. Not trying to excuse him for his alleged criminal acts, just pointing out that Giuliani hired what he thought was a good guy at the time.
We’ve all had lapses in judgement at some time in our lives!
Would be especially entertaining if recitals of imprisonment were performed at William and Mary’s Comey Recital Hall….they chose to name the room after their erstwhile ‘ethics’ professor.
DC filing means no chance of conviction and little chance of a trial. Stop doing that. A crime against the American people as a whole can legitimately be prosecuted anywhere.
and yet, that violation is not only NOT contained in the indictment, but to my knowledge no such criminal violation/charge exists.
I agree with your sentiments that these crimes to influence an election and to spy on a President is unlawful, but it’s entirely a different matters trying to convince a jury that this conspiracy was aimed as a criminal act against the whole of American peoples. The effects were certainly that…and I am certain the conspiracy was formed to raise serious doubts among voters. those things are . But proving that in court, …not so easy. The most effective way is to narrow the violations and focus on evidence that would prove a criminal act was intentional and provable. That is what is happening in this case.
how the people respond to these presumed court cases, whether a conviction happens or not, is non TRIVIAL.
There are still those clinging to the proposterous notion that boy scout jim boy is a good guy, doing his duty. These trials may help debunk those deluded and intentional misrepresentations of his character and his actions.
today feels like winning. the truth is being drawn out in sunlight. A good day
God Bless America
Mmmm…..If the prosecutor mentioned over and over that Comey was a Republican, he may get a conviction! <smiles>
He has Patrick Fitzgerald + an army of Lawfare Lawyers willing to defend him (most likely pro bono) … and he’ll weasel another multi-million dollar book deal out of it. Odds of a conviction with a DC Judge and DC Jury???????
Maybe Comey will escape punishment. However his horrible corrupt deeds will forever be on the record.
That doesn’t milk the cow now does it?
Vengeance is mine says the Lord
I wouldn’t consider the chance of going to hell an escape.
Jesus knows everyone’s heart!
The good, the bad, and the ugly.
Again that doesn’t milk the cows here on earth.
As is always the case with the leftists and their endless shenanigans, if you want to see who they truly are; just see what they accuse you of.
Racist, dictator, nazi, intolerant, etc.
Comey and the rest of the maggot soup brigade accused Trump (and his voters) of many things.
Sundance, do you have any ideas how much of Comey’s or any of these crook’s defense is financed by laundered US taxpayer dollars?
“Hangman, hangman, slack your rope,
Slack it for a while,
I think I see my brother coming,

He is a disgusting individual who should be declared a Non-Citizen” and evicted from our home.
May Comey feel the paint of multiple legal attacks just as Trump one time had to live with. We pray for justice. It will come for Comey from the King who says justice is mine.
He should have told Obama no. Instead he said “get me the FISA”. I hope he is living a shit “retirement”.
““I’m still innocent,” he added.”
Same thing almost every prisoner says when anyone is listening, ‘I’m innocent. You gotta believe me.’
Yeah, right. Your ax is missing from your garage, your ax was the murder weapon, your car was on video while at the deceased’s house, your fingerprints were there, too, and their blood was found on your shoes, in your car and at your house.
But yeah, you and Comey are inncent.
Wake me when somebody, anybody, from the coup cabal goes to jail. The list of crimes perpetrated by Obama, Holder, Comey, Clinton, and so many others is exceedingly long. The corpse of Joe Biden receiving 81 million votes is just the tip of the iceberg.
nothing will happen. the system is rigged and Americans are too cowardly to take back their country by violence and force, though they are within their rights to do so. instead, they will continue to bitch and moan about wanting to see arrests and then crying the de gubbermint isnt doing what they want.
When Comey is found innocent the msm will have a field day boasting about his innocence and the horrible illegal violation of the Constitution and the weaponization of the DOJ by President Trump! Wouldn’t surprise me if there would be planned and highly organized protests likely deteriorating into violence, rioting and arson! Because the lines are drawn and he’s one of them!
‘Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit,’ says the LORD Almighty.”
ALMIGHTY FATHER, MAY THY WILL be done.
AMEN, AMEN, & AMEN
I don’t care which of these indictments sticks, I just want to see Sanctimonious Comey go to prison!

Comey’s actions are all that are required to convince reasonable people with common sense. It’s unfortunate that our judicial system is orchestrated by lawyers; not reasonable people with common sense.
It’s never going to happen in the corrupt DC court system. Until all the communist judges are removed from DC, there can be no justice for MAGA. Still, the process is punishment.
Drain his assets. Give him the Flynn treatment.
Unfortunately, as long as there’s a swamp in DC, this p.o.s will walk around free with the smug arrogant look on his pathetic face.
He’ll likely never see the inside of a jail cell … which he richly deserves. He simply has far too many Marxist / Totalitarian Democrat supporters to allow it. But, process is punishment, so let’s give him all of the process that is legally permissible, eh?
Maybe Comey’s daughter will take this case….
This is a federal crime he shouldn’t be tried in DC! Send him to Fla or some other red state! All the judges in DC are Obama political hacks! 💁🏻♀️
As they say, the process is the punishment. Hope the DoJ bankrupts this corrupt PoS and revokes his pension.
