British Columbia Premier David Eby is one of the leading Canadian antagonists who quickly aligned with Mark Carney in an effort to gain power. The province was essentially split 50/50, and so David Eby developed a quick plan.
Riding the “Elbow’s Up” wave promoted by most Canadian leadership, Eby announced a strategic snap election in September. His plan was to ride the anti-Trump wave and gain power. However, between the announcement in September and the election last night something shifted. Canadian munchkins began noticing the fraud behind Wizard Carney’s loud but shallow policy. Week by week as the Canadian economy began slipping, a change started.
Then came Lorne Doerkson, a pragmatic and patriotic ‘Conservative’ challenger. Doerkson is conservative in the most Canadian sense. He’s a friendly fellow with tones and a generally affable constitution akin to Mike Huckabee circa 2012. That is to say Doerkson was the perfect ‘non-scary’ candidate to pull in a lot of support.
As a consequence, Premier Eby’s snap election gamble backfired, and he ended up handing the B.C. Conservative Party a majority government. Lorne Doerkson’s party has gained roughly 64 of the province’s 93 ridings (districts), Eby collapsed to 17. {source} Doerkson will now lead British Columbia’s first Conservative government in nearly 100 years. Shortly after the results became evident, David Eby announced he would step down as B.C. NDP leader.
I’m not going to extrapolate too much into this outcome against the backdrop of a U.S. midterm sentiment; however, it would be foolish not to notice the hidden vote base that turned out for Lorne Doerkson.
There is a pragmatic center who fully understands what can be expected from left-wing political policy.
B.C. Conservative Leader Lorne Doerkson spoke to party supporters in Vancouver, where he thanked his family, his riding of Cariboo-Chilcotin and campaign volunteers. He promised to work as hard as his volunteers as B.C. premier and praised outgoing premier David Eby for his years of service.

The Canadian leftists gas lighted Canadians in an attempt to use their pride and prejudice to gain power. “Elbows up” was a classic propaganda move. Scare of an invasion and some kind of forced “51st statehood” was another. But slowly the left wing agitators became too confident and irritating while the scary bogyman to the South just went on with business and it became obvious that The Canadian left, Trudeau and Carney pulled off a palace coup and were offering up Canada to China and Europe. Not everyone in Canada sees it, and there is a unique Canadian joy in disliking their neighbors to the South, but it’s dawning…
51st statehood is very appealing to some Canadians. Suicide as healthcare should have been enough to wake some people up… those who approve were likely to make use of it and they are dwindling in numbers. You can bet those were primarily left wing voters too.
But in a British government system, votes don’t matter nearly as much as the points scored on “Whose line is it anyway?”
Meanwhile, nearby Canada, an adjacent USA neighbor with a land of 10,000 lakes, and Mn. nice reputation,
has a corruption problem
– that ‘they’, nicely, do not want other people, voters, to realize.
Someone’s are not happy
that others (incl. a gov. and a recent former VP candidate) are on the take, big time – and wanting more… ( untold taking from U.S. taxpayers)..
… but the corrupter$, love getting away with fraud:
For example, to help to get a feel of the quiet fraud picture
Video
As, such, the air waves across the USA are filled with propaganda (pol ads etc.)
to lure, dupe people into supporting the ongoing corruption.
Are ‘we the people’, amongst all of the noise (pol ads etc.)
astute enough to realize the whole truth?
By voting in a better way – that does not accept the air wave etc. propaganda, the shiny wooden-nickels –
but instead voting to Stop corruption,
we can truly help to make this a better place than how we find it – for our parents, ourselves, children, grandchildren…
With the help of we the people,
the corruption can be slowed…. stopped…
but it does take in real time,
we the people being astute, placing forth honest efforts and consideration of other fellow taxpayers…
and
… correct voting…
For example the current anti-fraud task force is working across multiple agencies to connect the dots, the clues,
to help thwart the corruption (with legal consequences developing…)…..
…Love thy neighbors…
The syntax is hard to follow.
You’re seeing how stupid and emotional these people are.
🎯 💯 And this freak just won her seat! Actively encouraging extermination of conservatives. 😱 🤯

Because Eby thought he was going to win he didn’t put too much effort into election fraud. So we see the real support he had.
That said, the Alberta referendum was expected to get about 30-35% pro independence but the Federales decided to slap them down with some mail in ballots (almost all for “no independence”). The goal was to diminish the look of large support of Independence. So, the new results show 25% support rather than about 35%… it also pushed Danielle Smith (Alberta Premier) to fall in line with the Federales.
The more you see the more you realize elections are battles between the elites rather than popular democratic (in the sense people have a say) events. It’s modern Feudalism with peasants taking sides which baron to rule over them.
British Columbia managed to get a Conservative-lite in in nearly 100 years. Can they make it matter?
There is another party OneBC that got 1.5% or so and that seems to be a more angry version of the Conservatives. “Angry” in a “Righteous Anger” kind of way.
Carney wrote of Canada “as an energy superpower.”???? What kind of blindness do you need to proudly assert that your country is an energy superpower, when you don’t have the energy to manufacture anything at all? Or does Carney know full well he’s lying when he calls Canada an “energy superpower?” He’s the very one who doubled down on net zero policies! Some Canadians already rue the day they sent Trudeau and Carney to power. This sentiment will build throughout Canada as the cruel effects of these liberal-globalist policies begin to haunt their lives.
This is how one can distinguish between delusion and confidence.
He thought he was confident but it turns out he was delusional.
Reading the room, I’ll admit isn’t a thing I’m generally good at. But I don’t often yield to the room either. Reading the room is about predicting outcomes of the decisions of the people. While there are still very much quite delusional people in Canada, there aren’t so many that they should be mistaken as a majority.
There are two well-respected Canadian Treepers whose screen names begin with “D,” and they must be absolutely thrilled by this election result. Congratulations to you!
Dekester’s crew lost on independence.
What is Canada’s “Elbow’s Up” strategy? I’ve heard a lot about it, but, have no idea what the meaning is.
we shall see. the last “right leaning” guy pierre polievre snatched defeat from the jaws of victory when he couldn’t get his pride out of the way of a trump mean tweet. he subsequently lost his own race, and the chance that canada had at setting a rational and profitable path forward.
He was useful opposition, at most.
Right, eh?
Thank you SD for your report and pray that it is true in the USA as well ~
despite the Democrats cheating and stealing that they will always do,
because they have to in order to have any chance to win.
Protection of PRIVATE PROPERTY RIGHTS. People cheered bigly for this one.
What’s been happening? The ‘Indigenous’ groups have been claiming and granted privately-owned land titles as their own. If they fished at a particular lake some 120-200 years ago or spent a few months per year hunting in a particular area, anything now built on said land will be/is claimed as their property (land only).
You buy land, build a home, pay taxes, and suddenly the land is not yours and the gov approves the Indigenous claim. The Resident home owners were freaking out on this issue.
The same for the forested parks. Indigenous claim they lived there years ago, and huge swats of land is off limits and/or parks are closed to all but them.
Minnesota is proudly announcing that they have (so far) sent out almost 700,000 absentee/mail-in ballots.
