In order to generate support, or activate this specific voter base, women’s issues and/or sexual misconduct is utilized as a trigger mechanism. Once the election is over, the emphasis and narrative disappears…… until the next election cycle. Wash – Rinse – Repeat.
For this 2026 cycle the DNC tested: The Lindsay Clancy trial (didn’t work); then Sydney Sweeney posing naked with sports balls (again, didn’t poll test well); then came the first female execution in 200 years (backup fail ongoing); so, they have stuck with the Cornell Seven.

As NYS Governor, Hochul holds an Ex Officio seat on Cornell’s Board of Trustees. She was a trustee when this happened.
As Governor, she could have waved jurisdiction at that time and appointed the AG to investigate, when DA Van Houtton failed to prosecute. She didn’t.
In 2020, Ithaca Police were accused of failing to investigate hundreds of cases including sex crimes due to a single investigator. The matter was referred to AG James, who declined to investigate citing lack of jurisdiction. Gov Cuomo could have waved jurisdiction & directed the AG to investigate. He did not.
