US Attorney Jeanine Pirro has just announced the arrest of Melissa L Farris for the vandalism. “Vandalizing our World War II Memorial is a despicable attack on a sacred monument honoring the Americans who fought and died for our freedom. Those Americans include my father and grandfather.
This morning, we are filing two felony charges, Depredation Against Property of the United States and Destruction of Veterans’ Memorials, in Federal District Court against Melissa L. Farris, offenses that carry penalties of up to ten years in prison. She is now in custody. {source}
WASHINGTON DC – A woman accused of spray painting the World War II Memorial and filling its fountain with bubbles has been arrested, according to Jeanine Pirro, the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia.
Melissa L. Farris will be charged with depredation against property of the United States and destruction of veterans’ memorials, Pirro said in a post on X. Each offense carries penalties of up to 10 years in prison if convicted.
Pirro shared images of the suspect, with one of the photos showing her spray red paint on the memorial.
“Vandalizing our World War II Memorial is a despicable attack on a sacred monument honoring the Americans who fought and died for our freedom,” Pirro said. “Those Americans include my father and grandfather.”
These people are not mentally stable.
This is a pattern of similar conduct we have seen amid all of the leftists in the past several years.
I think the birth gender of this vandal is in question.

I listened to the video that she made of herself as she set about desecrating the WWII memorial, and she sounds to me like someone who is literally beside herself with frustration with the federal government — nobody listens, nobody cares — and essentially she is almost — but not quite — suicidal. Fortunately she did not try self-immolation.
Psychiatry is not my field, but I would say this is a lot different from psychotic.
Stupid people don’t know they are stupid. Actually they usually think they are quite cleaver.
The question to ask is: “Can a man become a woman?”
