I have to say that this news neither surprises me nor disappoints me! Mike Lindell has been a loose cannon for a long time and he is, unfortunately, a poor speaker with a history of making claims he then cannot back up with facts. I think President Trump is probably happy to see him out of the race, TBH!

Demuth is the selected loser for the Tuxedo Underdogs, the team that is always this close to power if only we send more money. She pledged to abide by the endorsement (which then went to Qualls), then the rino chairman declared that the pledges are not binding this time.
She’s the selected candidate to raise money and lose this cycle. And if by some fluke she can’t manage to lose she’ll still never use any power thrust into her hands because if she used it then the people will never elect her again.

Many years ago, until the late 19th century, before the centralization of the federal government until the Lincoln administration and the killing-off of federalism, it was the states that oversaw immigration, and, therefore, more localized oversight and higher accountability about an issue to constituents.
The process involved required an American citizen to vouch-safe for someone wanting to immigrate to America and become a citizen and put up a bond for such a person. If the person failed to uphold their end of the deal for any reason, the bond was forfeited. The system worked much better when the states ran it, per the 10th amendment. I don’t see any good, sound reason America couldn’t return to such a system, or something similar. Let the incentive of having some skin in the game/something to lose come into play when it comes to legal immigration and undesirables will be quickly sorted out naturally. You vouch-safe for a criminal or other type of undesirable? You lose the bond money you put up.

I think that existing law should be enforced but I’m kind of a simpleton about such things. For example – I also do NOT THINK that someone who breaks into my house 1) should be allowed to stay; 2) should eat the food in my refrigerator and freezer and pantry (which I am then required to replenish); and, 3) has to be added to my medical insurance policies (and be allowed to drive my car).

Not without a penalty for illegally entering the country. If the border crime is their only issue, paying a fine for temporary status is ok, but they still must go back across the border and get in line to clear their record.
It doesn’t matter how we deport, but giving them the option of a civil penalty for the border misdemeanor/working illegally could help accomplish that, it would help pay the expenses of all the forced deportations. The employer would also have to pay a fine and as long as the illegally entered worker is here they must pay a fine every year to keep their temporary status.
If they go back and re-enter, the fine is lifted and they become legal and entitled to whatever is the law. We do resolve many minor crimes in America with fines and probation. So both the worker and employer must have a penalty.
The misdemeanor charge is only for the first illegal entry. If you are deported & sneak in again, it’s a FEDERAL FELONY. Each reentry, a separate count.
Using forged federal documents – Federal felony, each set (many illegals have 3 or more sets) & each use, is a separate felony.
If any of those docs has a SS# of a living recipient, each # & each use is a fed felony as IDENTITY THEFT.
Signing as I-9 under penalty of perjury is a fed felony, each SS#, each occurrence.
Now, seeing as how most illegals are ACTUALLY in the status of an “unadjudicated felon”, shouldn’t we revisit what qualifies as “criminal behavior”???

I agree that further crimes can not be tolerated. I was saying that deportation can be accomplished by force or if possible voluntary. If we get them to at least sign up for the penalty fine they can be investigated and urged to go back, otherwise they continue paying further fines, and their employers will deduct it from their paychecks along with an employer fine that makes it UN-economical to keep them working. If they don’t pay the fines, they’re gone and the employer is held responsible for the cost to deport.
Can’t we at least think about categorizing and collecting some money to help pay back taxpayers? No amnesty what so ever, but if they pay for their crime and get in line back across the border, maybe they’ll get back in to qualify for citizenship like all the others that do it correctly. Maybe even offer incentives to rat out employers that don’t follow the law.

ML’s plan for immigration was about permanent visas. I don’t agree with that but it’s not amnesty. Those visas were conditional on no other crimes than crossing the border and a regular work record. If anyone thinks it’s all Mike’s fault they had better remember that RINO’s and democrats alike hate this guy and would do or say anything to get him out of the race and divide conservatives.
Lindells plan lacked a penalty for illegal border crossing which is a misdemeanor, I believe, and could be dealt with by fines and probation. The probation would be a trip back to apply legally and the fines would be incentive to go back, but employers must also pay fines for not using the E-verify.
Only the 1st illegal entry is a misdemeanor. Every illegal thereafter is a FEDERAL FELONY.

I’m certain of what I want from my representative and it isn’t a bi-partisan type who won’t or can’t stand firm according to “MY” desires! I know who I support and why, but that doesn’t mean that I will support them just because. Give me a reason I can accept or get out of the way!

Republicans have no chance in this state, look at the vote numbers in each side’s primary. So the Lindell loss can be taken as a small win just for clarity within the party, and hopefully knocks Lindell back to marketing pillows and out of politics.

Tuesday morning I watched a rerun of the candidates’ debate on CSPAN. They asked Lindell about his plans and he claimed to have a budget but it wouldn’t be posted online until the next day. He wasn’t even prepared for the debate. I think he’s a sincere and loyal man to the Trump agenda but he constantly over promises. I am not surprised he lost.
Mike Lindell is a believing Christian and sometimes if you pick and choose New Testament phrases you can be made to feel guilty about the poor llegals but if you read Jesus’ words as a whole and don’t play the cafeteria Christian game, you begin to understand.
All of these people are violating the law. Without law there is no justice on earth.

In Minnesota, Mike Lindell is seen as an idiot while Lisa Demuth, the Speaker of the Minnesota House of Representatives and is viewed positively and in high regard. She is the speaker of the state house.
What is true is that Trump’s endorsement was, frankly, idiotic. Lindell hadn’t the faintest qualifications to be governor, and if he had gotten the nomination, he would have been crushed by Amy Klobuchar, something like 90% to 10%.
Lisa Demuth, on the other hand, has a realistic chance to win, and won’t drag down the rest of the ticket.
I was with a group of conservative friends last night and we are all afraid of the muzzie takeover and seems like we’re almost helpless to do anything about it. I see that fraudster who represents Somalia won with a huge % yesterday.

DJT is very unique in that for decades he was negotiating complex deals, promoting his brand, and overseeing the details of building his product – all to remarkable success. The businessmen who’ve tried to follow in his footsteps have all failed and I didn’t see qualities in Lindell that made me think he’d be a great governor. Like his slippers though.

It could be said, or at least the question could be asked, was this a litmus test of the Republican Party also moving their goal post to the left, recognizing how really far to the left the Democrats (now Socialists? Communists?) have moved their goal posts? Why would we say that? Simply to see if more American voters who are truly in the middle with their politics could be persuaded to join the GOP, of course! Whether expressed or implied, whether purposeful as part of a larger political game plan, or Lindell simply acting on his own (as is his nature), Lindell has unfortunately been expendable and the lesson that came from it could fill volumes.
Anyone who believes the polls should speak to PRESIDENT Hillary Clinton. Mike Lindell was never going to win this primary, much less the election. IMHO it was an advertising stunt for his pillow empire. After coming out for illegal aliens over American citizens, I have made my last purchase fromMy Pillow. Not a good look for DJT to endorse him out of a sense of duty for his efforts in 2020 and beyond.
Best thing IMO that Republicans can do in MN is to go full speed, not stop on the fraud and deportations. Claw back $ clean up as much as possible before Klobuchar gets in.

I purchased a pillow from Mike but when I heard about his amnesty platform, I used the pillow as a liner for the bottom of my trash bin.
I had to stay at my older sister’s house for 5 weeks in October of 2022, mid term campaign season. She and her husband watch Fox News from morning till night. I remember that grating, annoying Lindell pitching his Egyptian cotton whatever every 10 minutes. I grew so sick of that voice I had to get out of that house. I sensed his MAGA themed hustle was purely transactional. He’d never win there regardless.
I don’t know if Lindell’s position on immigration is what caused him to lose. The endorsed Qualls got slaughtered and he didn’t make the same mistake. If votes moved away from Lindell, wouldn’t you think the endorsed candidate, a black businessman, would have gotten them?
Lisa Demuth who is really a democrat in RINO disguise Voted for every bill that Tim Walz signed. She also negotiated a deal with democrats that seated democrat Brad Tabke who won by 14 votes, but there were 20 votes thrown away! This deal resulted in Demuth being speaker in a divided house, when she could have gotten the majority.
As Speaker, Demuth cut backroom deals with Tim Walz, corruptly passed unconstitutional omnibus bills, funded abortion, funded Somali fraud, certified Democrat election fraud (Brad Tabke), opposed the Never Again Bill, and voted for gun control.
My wife thinks the only reason Demuth won is because she is a black woman which is top of the list for uninformed voters.

Basically Minnesota GOP and it’s organization is totally broken. The endorsed candidates for Governor, Senate, Congress in my district, and auditor, all lost. Secretary of State and Attorney general are the only GOP endorsed candidates that won their primary. Obviously the delegates who voted for endorsements and the voting public have totally different ideas.
I was on the list to be a delegate to state convention but my local senate district admitted that they failed to enter our precinct data, so everyone in my area got no notification of meetings, conventions, or consideration in the delegate election or endorsement process.
That was good news. These so-called Republicans to have cheap labor for their businesses need to be all kicked out Every one of them. They try to sneak this stuff in at the last minute and thank God the people were waking up to it and throwing them out. This not only cost him the but it will also cost him his business. It’s a hard way to learn Mike. But when you look to fly in your own pocket over American people if this is what happens.
