The Founders were totally against America ever becoming a Democracy. There is no mention of Democracy in the Founding documents. I reject the Political Science idea of a Representative Democracy. There is only one type of Democracy.. A Democracy often ends in Mob Rule.. America is a Constitutional Republic.

There used to be procedures in place that took more time to re-establish their rights as citizens, looked at case-by-case, in addition to voting, like owning firearms etc. WTH is the big hurry, Abigail?
