There’s something in the background of this story we are not being told. An illegal immigrant child rapist, Tou Lue Vang (42) was on the way to being deported after his arrest and prosecution for raping a 10-year-old child. For some reason, just before his deportation, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz stepped in and pardoned Mr Vang.
Secretary of State Marco Rubio then changes the legal immigration status of Mr Vang, deports him out of the country and does a video announcement about it. What is it about Mr Vang that warrants such highly visible conduct from U.S officials.
RUBIO – “Just weeks ago, a foreign child rapist was freed to once again endanger America’s children after receiving a pardon from Minnesota Governor Tim Walz. Tou Lue Vang admitted to committing heinous crimes against a 10-year-old girl in Minnesota.
He attempted to pay his victim for her silence and dismissed his acts of child abuse as a “minor thing.” Just days before he was scheduled to be deported, the Minnesota Governor pardoned him, setting him free to endanger American families once again.
Americans should never have to live in fear that foreign sex predators — shielded from deportation by their own elected officials — could endanger them or their children. That’s why I terminated his legal status in the United States. Vang has now been removed from our country and will never pose a threat to any American ever again.
The U.S. Department of State extends its appreciations to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement for their continued collaboration and partnership in keeping Americans safe.” (source)
Why would Walz get involved?
Convicted 20-years ago in 2006. Vang would have been 22.

“Why would Walz get involved?”
Minnesota Constitution, Article 5, Sec. 7. BOARD OF PARDONS. The governor, the attorney general and the chief justice of the supreme court constitute a board of pardons. Its powers and duties shall be defined and regulated by law. The governor in conjunction with the board of pardons has power to grant reprieves and pardons after conviction for an offense against the state except in cases of impeachment.
The bigger question is why would anyone consider a pardon in the first place? Why would any sane person give this pervert a break at all?
That’s the same question
Not really. Someone has to initiate the process and we haven’t heard who that is yet.
A: To buy his silence about “Coach” Walz’s Child Trafficking Network.

anyone else noticing a pattern here?….”rubio” deports the dreaded child molester…..whereas the iran negotiations have exclusively been laid at the feet of vance….the really hard work…the real wet work is the exclusive domain of vance…and i get the feeling that any failures will be placed exclusively on vance while a victory will be claimed by trump……
we
re already being set-up for a rubio 2028 presidential candidacy..by all the wrong people..they want gang of 8 marco as their candidate(in lieu of say an unobtainable nikki haley)...if you watch fox news, all the neocons are pitchung rubio.....and this recent israeli intel about the iranians wanting to take out trump?...didnt we just decimate all their political and religious leaders as a policy initiative?…..of course theyd love to take out trump..i believe in my heart that were in this mess because bibi convinced trump shock and awe would lead to an iranian collapse(which was madness)….keep your eyes open for more vance-aimed psy-ops and pro-rubio propaganda…vance is too much of an independent thinker…watch fox news specifically…
I can see your points, as they surely could track. But…is it also possible that Rubio is just more likeable than Vance? He’s certainly more familiar to all Fox N Friends and throughout the entire ConInc world -simply because he’s been in it for a while. They’ve all got a media ‘relationship’ that spans over decades with Marco Rubio, whereas with JV JD, it’s more like newbie status.
Just thinking out loud here: what is the prevalence of child sex (rape) in some of the electorally-important subpopulations (EISs) of Minnesota? Might Mr. Vang’s justification (that it was customary in his culture) sound sympathetic to such EISs and lead them to lobby for leniency? Is Walz attempting to short-circuit an enforcement bonanza using similar charges (even absent conviction)? Lastly, Did Mr. Vang or his supporters make many political donations and to whom?
