What Path will the United States of America take in the Future?

250 years ago, the Declaration of Independence brought an end to British colonialism. The Constitution, framed above a half century later, is addressed to “We the People of the United States”. There has been debate ever since about who these people are and whether this constitutional republic is on the right track. For patriots, citizenship and to achieve success through hard work (America Dream) is what matters. It’s no surprise that many aliens want to enjoy our benefits, but why do they expect the failed policies of their home countries to succeed here?

Many people don’t want to remember that Bill Clinton in his State of the Union [1], in his EO 12,989 [2] and in signing “Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996” into law, he

• introduced a strategy of “prevention through deterrence” at the southern border,
• cut immigrants off from public benefits,
• deported, stripped courts of the power to intervene in deporting illegal aliens, and 
• created penalties for unlawful presence that continue to separate families decades later. 

In his first term, President Trump’s immigration reform actions where legally challenged immediately, Biden’s reversals not. House impeached DHS Sec. Mayorkas, because he “willfully and systematically refused to comply with Federal immigration laws” and “breached the public trust” due to perjury [R’s Buck (CO-04), Gallager (WI-08), and McClintock (CA-05) dissenting]. Senate’s decision to rule out the case due to lack of high crime or misdemeanor didn’t lead neither to a response of Senate parliamentarian McDonough nor litigation.

Before President Trump ran for office, he could count on his decisions being implemented quickly and in accordance with his views. Although POTUS is considered the most powerful man in the world, in practice it is impossible for him to implement the policies chosen by “We the People”: 

1. Limiting American Citizenship: The implementation of a Civil War Amendment affects not only cultural issues but also the composition of parliaments and the appointment of judges [3]. This also means that “We the People” will no longer be able to live the American Dream (which is why the aliens immigrated to the U.S.), but the Sorros’ look-alikes will.
2. Focusing on America First: On 7/1/20, President Trump repealed NAFTA with USMCA mainly – with the “Sunset Clause” in mind – because he could negotiate a better deal six years later. and uses tariffs to boost US manufacturing and created jobs and reducing trade deficit. However, Trump’s room to maneuver is limited domestically by the legislative branch (Congress) and the judicial branch (SCOTUS), and he is dependent on his foreign counterparts.
3. Election Integrity determines the outcome of elections, two smell tests: Why do the Democrats oppose the SAVE Act, and why do some Republicans not want President Trump to succeed (ACB’s motives are a whole other story.)? 

Only time will tell what the future holds: Long live the United States of America!

Really interesting how the Democrats have shifted leftwards and even the establishment types like Pritzker are throwing their weight behind socialism (communism) and Mamdani . I personally really love socialist ideology at the level of my family (who doesn’t?) and maybe there are historical examples of it working in a village or a tribe but the idea that you could trust the state apparatus to manage something like that without being corrupted in this era of humanity is just dumb. I get that for some people it’s well intentioned but really it gives the powerful elite class like the people who are untouchable when it comes to Epstein links prosecution that much more leeway to “redistribute” the wealth of the American people into their pockets. Not redistribute their wealth into the American people’s pockets. And along the way they take away our freedoms and civil liberties. Facing it honestly, humanity at the level of political power just simply isn’t mature or moral enough to handle something like this. Maybe in heaven or if those with power morally/spiritually evolve 1000 years into the future. Right now we’re working on holding them accountable for pedophila, censorship, covid totalitarianism, medical and financial corruption, war for profit, and generally demonic behavior. And the conclusion of many people now is: “hey, you know what would help? Giving them the power of a communist state, jacking up taxes, more government centralization, and failed european migration policy that’s brought the UK to the point of collapse.” I love our country and I love the American people and I appreciate efforts by this administration to fight corruption and drain the swamp. Let’s keep it going.
