In a 6-3 decision Thursday, the Supreme Court said the administration can strip temporary protected status (TPS) from migrants who arrived from Islamist Syria and the ‘sh!thole‘ nation of Haiti.
Given the ridiculous way Obama and Biden defined crisis, the ruling appears to have removed legal obstacles blocking Trump and Rubio from ending the temporary protected status for immigrants from 13 countries, including Venezuela, Honduras and Afghanistan. Get rid of all of them. Illegal migrants do not have constitutional protection.
As noted by the Supreme Court, there is no valid claim of discrimination that applies to the case because, well, quite simply, the Trump administration appears to be against every TPS designation that expires regardless of the nationality.

We understand that you cannot stop what God has willed to happen for our good and to bring justice, finally. So our job is to bring as many into His kingdom so they will live forever in His kingdom, that’s our job. No one can “stop” armageddon, it has been proclaimed by God Himself. We “watch” so we can discern the times and be watching for Jesus’s return to rule and reign on this earth. That’s what He told us to do. The “solution” is to be following after Him. There is no “hoping”. We should be about His business, telling others about the kingdom and how to get in. We should always stand for right and do whatever we can to promote His ways on this earth wherever we can. We should try to inhabit places of power and authority for that purpose, we should use the gifts and talents He gave us to further His kingdom and rightness. So it isn’t just sitting around watching and hoping. God is the only one who has the power to “stop” armageddon. He has forestalled things before when men have tried to take over the world. He may do it again, forestall what we think of as “the end”. We don’t know for sure when Jesus will return, but there will be a day when evil has come to the full and He will act to bring it down. Question….At what point do legal US citizens forfeit their Constitutional rights to be granted the protections afforded under the Constitution to US Citizens? I think you’re off topic. This thread is about a US Supreme Court decision affecting aliens with temporary status, not US citizens who enjoy full Constitutional rights. Yes, US citizens are even afforded the right to voice opinions that disagree with your political views.

The full list of 13 countries includes Yemen, Somalia, Ethiopia, Haiti, Burma, South Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Honduras, Nicaragua, Nepal, Cameroon, and Afghanistan.

I read an interesting theory on X about these loser lower court rulings that have to make it to SCOTUS in order to become official.
The theory is that PDJT is passing these Executive Orders because Congress won’t do its job and codify these orders into law. But his team knows that the Uni-party (Lower court judiciary and Congress) are going to judge shop and try to get these EOs tossed. Team Trump wants to get these to the Supreme Court to get a final ruling in their favor in order to bypass Congress failing to codify MAGA.
The EOs get taken to court and some loser lower court judge rules against them. So the Trump Admin appeals and takes it up the food chain where the really Big Ones end up before SCOTUS. The lesser ones get overruled before it hits SCOTUS.
Getting SCOTUS to rule in favor of the Constitution is our last hope for this nation.

If another country took me in because of a temporary, humanitarian disaster then I would never presume that any children I give birth to while on the soil of that country is anything than a citizen of my home country. I think the magic word is temporary. These people are permitted into our country on a temporary basis until it is safe to return to their home country. Not to be a party pooper, but most of their home countries have been unsafe since the dawn of time. The SC properly recognized that, and just ruled the executive branch gets to make the decision as to when the ‘temporary” status has expired. These type of never ending visitors have a lot of kids when they are here temporarily and that feeds into the anchor baby and birthright citizenship issue that this court also needs to address. Hopefully they see through these various scams that are currently repopulating our country.
