During a White House oval office meeting with President Trump’s faith council. President Trump took a quick question about a current strike from the IRGC toward the Strait of Hormuz. WATCH (prompted):
WASHINGTON DC – The U.S. conducted a strike against Iran on Friday in response to an attack on a commercial ship passing through the Strait of Hormuz, the most significant test yet of the deal to end hostilities that President Donald Trump signed last week.
U.S. Central Command said Friday that American aircraft struck Iranian missile and drone storage sites, along with coastal radar sites.
On Thursday, Iran attacked a Singaporean cargo ship that was exiting the strait along the Omani coast with a one-way drone attack, Central Command said. Trump earlier Friday called Iran’s attack on the ship a “foolish violation” of the ceasefire.
The attacks jeopardize a temporary peace framework that the Trump administration has trumpeted as an effective means for lasting peace in the region and the end of Iran’s nuclear ambitions. (READ MORE)

Just bomb them into the aether
And then what?
Take photos?
Other than the Iranian people rising up and taking matters into their own hands, I would guess Trump imposes another blockade.
Or. better yet, maybe Trump orders the military to take Kharg Island.
We shouldn’t have started this after bombing Iran’s nuclear material and buried it under a mountain of granite rubble last summer but since we did it should have been with overwhelming force not pinpricks.
So just let Iran become a nuclear power?
That will go over well.
Huh? You didn’t hear President Trump repeatedly say that we destroyed Iran’s nuclear material buried under a mountain of granite rubble last summer? He also said recently that Iran can’t recover it?
So what, Iran has killed numerous Americans over the past 45 years, and has been a thorn in the side causing instability in the Middle East for decades, and would have continued terrorizing the world.
I wouldn’t want to chance anything with dangerous unpredictable Mullahs dead set on using a nuclear weapon. This is one of the reasons every nation in the ME is supporting Trump on this.
If Trump pulls this off, he will have completely changed the future for this predictably unstable region of the world.
Combined with the Abraham Accords, the Lebanon/Israel deal, Trump will have single handedly transformed the region if he can continue to destroy the Iranian economy to force peace.
Kudos to the courage of this man.
And….we know that’s true how? Like how we know “Iran really wants a deal”????
Don’t shoot the messenger. Just give your heads a shake and then deal with the reality of the latest Middle East fiasco.
A survey by the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (in collaboration with the Agam Institute), conducted June 17–20, 2026, with 3,644 Israeli respondents, found:
This was widely reported by outlets like The Times of Israel, i24NEWS, and others. Mario Nawfal highlighted the stark contrast with American opinion (where far fewer see it the same way).
was worth a repost
The pessimistic person sees this as a fiasco. The optimistic person sees it as a process.
So the Israeli media is shit as well. Good to know.
Surprising, and obviously true. I did not expect their media to be as corrupt as ours!
It is very corrupt and leftist for the most part. I believe there is only one station that is center/right
By definition, almost all media are lefty. I personally believe it is the most desirable career there is for your average lefty nutjob. Especially women nutjobs. They want to “change the world” as they love to say. What this really means is that being a lefty media type is a license to lie so they go to a “journalism” school to become a Reporter (Liar) . Columbia University is their Valhalla so to speak as it is where Pinocchio matriculated. Their rag of choice that they desire to lie for is of course the New York Times. You know, that’s the rag whose motto is “All the news that fits we print”. This is where lots of Pulitzer prize winners lie at. A Pulitzer prize as you know is something almost as relevant as an Oscar which is passed out in Hollywood by their Mutually Admiration Society. In all due respect however, the Times does perform a service albeit not one that is intended. If you are the owner of an aviary, the Sunday edition will provide you with enough paper to cover the bottom of hundreds of birdcages.
Mutual Admiration Society
Until we see how the questions are worded I am a strong meh on the poll.
We all know most polls are slanted to provide a specific outcome. Why would this one be any different?
The problem is the same people who own our government and media own Israel’s government and media.
and who is informing the population. Any relation to the CIA or Mossad? Perhaps secondary or tertiary information handlers. Its nice you give your sources, but who is giving the propaganda to the people?
and then they all said we must iradicate all the muslims and had tea. Sorry but I am not buying it Someone needs to count the number of missle strikes on Israel over the last six months to any six month period under biden and then get back to me. The people know when bombs are and are not going off around them.
Figures.
Israel was like 100 percent compliant in taking the Covid vaccine.
I’m sure Israel wanted American boots in Iran to root out the IRGC….no matter how many Americans had to die or be maimed in the process. NO THANKS!
In other words, polling done at the behest of Israel’s left wing.
Bomb, bomb, bomb
Bomb, bomb, Iran
90 million people?
I think we tried that already?
We have tried that already! It really does not work. President Trump is trying something different.
Hands up all who are surprised….
It was only a matter of a little time. It was a failed agreement before the ink was dry!
You cannot deal faithfully with Shia Muslims!!!
I stand with Trump on most things, but to allow Israel/Lebanon to be part of the agreement was foolish in spades. Someone shoots rockets at me, I’m gonna find a way to take them out!
<<You cannot deal faithfully with Shia Muslims!!!
Or practitioners of Hasbara.
As an older guy, I now rescue bugs from the dogs water bowl. It might be hard for me to slaughter Iranians held hostage by the Muz nutcases.
Starting the killing is easy. Stopping it not so much. In an us vs them scenario, tough luck for them.
Agreed
A good portion, I don’t know statistics, of Iranians are not Muslim.
I suspect the bombing stopped earlier because we did not have target intel on the Muz IRGC leaders. If we did, I would suggest bombing until there were no more.
PDJT is handling this situation brilliantly. When they act badly, he points it out, says they get a spanking and does so. Behavior Modification. I’m glad he doesn’t want to bomb them into oblivion. Blessed are the peacemakers.
Missed a chance to box the IRG. Here is a suggested response.
We are confident that the Drone strike on the cargo ship, Forever Lovely, was not conducted by the lawful government of Iran, authorized by the Supreme Leader, with which we are negotiating, but by renegade elements within Iran. Our action was in support of keeping the Strait of Hormuz open to free transport, and to assist the lawful Iranian government in neutralizing the renegade drone, missile and radar facilities.
The British Empire…. whadda gon do?
Destroy them again?
So this isn’t about regime change or nuclear bombs or any other reason that has been given. Just being the world’s policeman. Very neocon-ish.
An agreement was signed. Said agreement was indeed about enriched nuclear material AND the cessation of hostile actions.
I suppose you would have the President ignore their violations of said agreement and let them attack shipping without penalty – which would give Iran the idea that it could ignore the rest of the provisions as well?
This comment is very stupid ish. If Trump was a neocon, the bombing wouldn’t have stopped. There would’ve been regime change as the agenda. We would’ve been in the same quagmire as the neocons that led us into Afghanistan and Iraq. I guess you can’t see the difference.
Sounds to me like there are renegade IRGC units launching attacks on their own as an attempt to scuttle the MOU and continue their 47-year war against the US. Clearly the current Iran government does not have control over all of its moving parts. They have a limited amount of time to consolidate that control.
How many IRGC leaders were sent to meet their 72 virgins during the first spanking? Seemingly, it wasn’t enough.
I do believe you’ve got it!
Sounds to me like the Iranians are telling the world that they are in charge of the Hormuz straight and that anyone who wants safe passage must abide by their rules. The tit for tat will end when all ships follow Iranian protocols for passage. There’s nothing Trump can do about it short of major escalation.
Is the Faith Council different from the Religious Liberties Commission?
Iran violated a ceasefire? Aw heck. /s
Seriously, why haven’t we already bombed all radar sites and drone facilities to oblivion? Why were the Iranians able to do this?
I had the very same observations and questions.
alot of radar particularly targeting radar is mobile those and the remaining drone inventory have been bunkered turn it on we kill it … Speaking of turning it on, from the statement I could not discern if the drone made contact or if it was intercepted. we seem to get reports of attacks but no reports of damage. That could be psyops or we could just be that good.
Maybe we do not know where each and every one of them is until they actually fire once. Iran is a big country and they have had years to build these sites.
“The International Day of the Seafarer is observed globally on June 25 each year, established by the International Maritime Organization (IMO) in 2010 to recognize the vital contributions of maritime workers to global trade and the economy.
In 2026, this observance falls on a Thursday” (Brave AI).
Gibbs Rule #39–There is no such thing as a coincidence.
China and the global spooks will continue running ALL attacks from inside Iran just like the Sophisticated drone formation that took down a U.S. fighter jet.
Assbackwards prehistoric cave terrorists don’t have the intellectual capacity.
IMHO, based on the Iranians I’ve known and the Chinese I’ve known, the Iranians are a great many IQ points more intelligent than the Chinese. It’s a great mistake to dismiss religious zeal for a lack of intellect.
The late Shah made sure to boost the intellect of his subjects.
Iran is like Obama: completely untrustworthy.
Thune is a loser. A fraud. He and all the DC Senate Republicans have always been the problem. They all need to be given the pink slip by the voters. But they have deep doner pockets that are in complete opposition to us patriots. They have been like that since Rockefeller.
Thune is McConnell 2.0
That is why they give lip service to the religious right. Without that unholy alliance I suspect that the uniparty would have been exposed for what it is back in the early ‘80s.
President Trump has been dealing with really cunning business people for years and winning. He’s a tough but fair man. I believe he sets a great example of how to act when faced with a hard problem. So I ask you- If President Trump hired a contractor to clean out the intelligence agencies of corruption and not start and forever wars in the ME but instead the contractor didn’t address the intelligence agencies and started a forever war- how do you think President Trump would react?
Trump’s handling of the press gallery reminds me of this scene from In Harns Way:
More bomb and hard those thugs,
When I think of the IRGC, I picture a about 25 of those clowns with yuge shoes crawling out of a car and then wondering around like idiots and crawling back in.
By far the worst and most predictable part of the show.
Didn’t we ALL KNOW that this would happen? That “deal” wasn’t worth the paper it was written on.
Still waiting for Bridge and Powerplant Day!
Should have happened the first week! We wouldn’t be dancing with them three months later! 🤔
WTAF? Iran just cannot stop their aggression.
I was just happy to see Ben Carson standing behind the President again at this meeting!
So who’s surprised by Iran’s faithlessness? Hands? Hands?
This tit for tat strike B.S. reminds me of the very same strategy which didn’t work with North Vietnam. LBJ had hoped to send the North Vietnamese a message. The message which was actually received, due to the slow, gradual escalation and “proportional responses,” was that the US was not serious about winning the war. The North Vietnamese correctly concluded that all they needed to do was to hunker down and wage a psyop on the American people, via the media … and it worked.
The only thing that is different with the Iran situation, is that the Media, themselves, are conducting the psyop on Iran’s behalf, rather than merely reporting their propaganda.
I confess that I wasn’t the biggest fan of Colin Powell, but he had it right when he had determined to demonstrate to Iraq, “… an arrogant show of force.”
Iran’s intransigence must be met with a disproportionate, overwhelming and extremely painful, “arrogant show of force!” Otherwise, they, also, will conclude that we are not serious. Time is on their side, unless we seize the problem by the throat.
I don’t know what LBJ ‘thought’ because he left everything up to WWII leftovers and they were not very intelligent either.
