A day or so after some of the details of the Memorandum of Understanding started coming out I came across an article that went into greater detail about some of the vagueness of the memorandum. One of the vagueness was;
“The Memorandum of Understanding says Washington undertakes with regional partners to develop a definitive mutually agreed plan with at least $300 billion for the reconstruction and economic development of Iran. The text does not say who will contribute to the fund.”
The article went on to explain that the Memorandum of Understanding did not spell out What Recourse was available to Iran in the event that Washington and the regional partners failed to deliver those funds.
The article also listed some more vagueness about the amount that would be released at what steps in the process.
Normally I am very good about copying articles like that into the Pages Document (iPhone version of Word Document. However I must have accidentally closed that particular web page. Now, no matter how I word the query I can only find articles about the Who and absolutely nothing on the Recourse.
Is there any possibility someone else has come across information about the Vagueness of the Recourse available to Iran in the event that Washington and the regional partners fail to deliver those funds?

Believers cautioned against giving heed to every one that pretends to the Spirit. (1-6) Brotherly love enforced. (7-21)
14-21 The Father sent the Son, he willed his coming into this world. The apostle attests this. And whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God. This confession includes faith in the heart as the foundation; makes acknowledgment with the mouth to the glory of God and Christ, and profession in the life and conduct, against the flatteries and frowns of the world. There must be a day of universal judgment. Happy those who shall have holy boldness before the Judge at that day; knowing he is their Friend and Advocate!
