I recently lost my wife to bone cancer after a three and a half year battle. As a CRNP my brave wife knew the odds were against her but we kept hope alive, lived every day in the present, celebrated every positive blood test and, most importantly, we faced it all together!
So I could not have more respect and high regard for Tulsi Gabbard, for her personal courage, and, most importantly, her love for, and devotion to, her husband, Abraham.
My wife alway said that green is the color of hope, so dress your man in green, Tulsi, and God Speed to you both!

Makes me want to cry… My husbands been gone now for many years, the strength of my life, the wind beneath my sails. Father help them both, give them your strength, let them know your presence and love. Fighting through cancer with someone you love is the hardest thing that one can ever do.
