This morning, my Bible reading focused on giving someone a Mulligan (a do over).
I don’t know how long you’ve been here at the Treehouse, but if it’s been a while, you should know better then to make such a snarky comment. Sundance’s post in his second paragraph was, “Consequential thoughts can be set aside for a later time.” Perhaps you skipped that part but I don’t think anyone is being a “Karen” by reiterating SD’s sentiment.
It’s possible that you’ve never had to watch someone you love suffering with bone cancer. It’s a horrible way to go. Our best friend suffered with this. Toward the end, even when he coughed, he fractured rib bones making it agonizing just to breathe. I pray you never have to experience watching someone you desperately love suffer like this.
So for now, many of us here would be willing to give you a Mulligan.

The minute I heard about this, I prayed for him and her and their family.
As a person who got a death sentence with Stage 4 cancer, and somehow managed to beat it, by the grace of God, I know the pain and the worry that goes with a diagnosis like this. It is life changing.
Almighty God, let us pray that you lift this family up, hold them tightly, and give them the strength to see this through.
You must fight, fight fight! And never give up, never let it get to you. This is key….

I lost my rock to cancer 5 years ago. He was a Navy veteran. It is not something you can endure alone. Tulsi is doing the right thing. May God lay his healing hands on them both. It will be a hard road for the both of them.

It’s also a type of blood cancer,not bone.
My uncle suffered with it for four agonizing years before he died. But we never gave up hope!

I have followed Dr. Makis and Dr. Paul Marik. There approach is basically cut off the food source. Dr. Thomas Seyfried from Boston College has been studying this with his students for years. It is the metabolic approach.
