Secretary of State Marco Rubio delivers a message to the Cuban People on their Independence Day. The remarks from Secretary Rubio are broadcast simultaneously with Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche announcing in Miami, Florida, an ¹indictment against former Cuban President Raúl Castro.
Secretary Rubio outlined how the hardships of the Cuban people are driven by the corrupt actions of their government and went into detail about the systems of control currently in place to keep the Cuban people under extreme control systems of communism.

¹Four American men were killed in 1996 when their private airplanes were shot down by the Cuban military over international waters. The military was led by Raul Castro at the time who gave the order. Raul Castro, now 94, stepped down as president in 2018, but is considered by the U.S. to still be the effective leader of the country.

I think there’s a good chance he will be handed over as a “gesture of good will” by those running the place now in order to forestall more dramatic action by the US.
He should be “handed” to the people of Cuba…. for Piñata Day!

I am glad we can get the news here, because the MSM will not have much to say about it this evening.
47 will be a very tough act to follow. He is a one-of-kind president that comes along once every 100 years or so. I don’t believe that anyone can really copy his authenticity, humour, and lengthy off-script speeches. When the UN cut the power on his teleprompter, he delivered a powerful speech anyway.
The next president will have to stand on his / her own merits and personality. Attempting to copy President Trump’s style is pointless. Secretary of State Rubio might be ideal as 48. His family background, demonstrated capabilities in his current job, and fluency in Spanish earns him credit with many leaders throughout the Americas. This could very well be what we need in strengthening the country against so many cross-border challenges. Solving the Venezuelan and Cuban problems will also benefit several million people from those countries as well. And in the long run, that will benefit us too.
I believe President Trump is influencing and using these two men, JD Vance and Marco Rubio, in the most remarkable MAGA way possible.
Rubio is front and center publicly, effectively and aggressively implementing and – DOING – all things, in all ways, to advance President Trump’s MAGA Agenda and vision, here and around the world.
Vance is observing and studying all things Trump … LEARNING his MAGA agenda, intent, objectives and “Art of the Deal” … everything … per President Trump ‘s perspective as it applies to his MAGA policies and expectations.
Together, Vance and Rubio will successfully carry on The Trump MAGA vision.

I am going to have a cuban espresso today in Marco’s honor.
President Trump during his four year hiatus between this his first and third term put his enforced absence to good use. I had hoped on his return that other countries would take heart watching his victory. To see what was possible in their populations getting off their knees to reclaim their own sovereignties from their homegrown despots.
None of us here, however, could imagine the depth and breadth of his vision.
There was ever only one man qualified to spearhead the Trump Doctrine. The choice of Marco Rubio as Secretary of State was enlightened.
And I have come to believe the paths of these two men were ordained to cross at this precise moment, not only for America, but also for the benighted Cuban people and other populations crushed by the cancer of brutal Communism.

Secretary Rubio’s message to the Cuban people follows along with the overall communication strategy for the Trump Administration.
That strategy is to bypass the self appointed “gatekeepers” and speak directly and honestly to the people.
President Trump’s rallies are a perfect example. So are his Truth Social messages, which communicate his thoughts on such issues as foreign policy, the economy, crime, national security, the idiocy of the UniParty Deep State, and even who to vote for in the primaries.
No President in the history of the United States has ever communicated this often and this directly to the people. Secretary Rubio is following suit.
