There are a lot of upset Establishment UniParty RINOS because President Trump endorsed Paxton over Cornyn. Senator Cassidy lost and Massie lost as well.
Thune is visibly upset and many others are as well because of this and may expand their resistance to President Trumps America First policies and the remainder of his second term.
It seems many believe that if you are an incumbent you deserve to be supported and reelected even if your opponent is a better candidate and the incumbent is mediocre at best.
I guess it’s Establishment UniParty Party RINO privilege instead of doing the job their voters want done.
The ones that have lost almost assuredly will do that. However, the ones that remain IMO are more likely to do the opposite so that they aren’t the next ones out the door. Their love of money, prestige, and power far outweigh their desire for revenge…

If you’re talking about the stock trading topic, I don’t see it as back stabbing as the President doesn’t trade stocks. They put the money into market index funds when he was re-elected (Per Erik last week or so).
