Prior to 2018 any public mention of Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) would be cause for you to immediately lose your security clearance in government. However, by mid-2018 DC officials were not only openly discussing FISA in public settings, but the DOJ released a Top-Secret Compartmented Intelligence Title-1 FISA warrant.
Why was a TSCI Title-1 FISA warrant made public in 2018?
The Carter Page FISA application and subsequent warrant would have been the easiest document to keep hidden from the public. You cannot FOIA classified documents. However, someone in the DOJ released their exclusive national security equity. I am certain it was Andrew Weissmann who made the call.
Additionally, when the DOJ FISA application was made public, few people noticed the date stamp on the application itself [copy from FISC 3/17/17].
Why was the DOJ releasing the warrant to the public, and why did they use that specific copy that came from the FISC on March 17, 2017. Why not release their own copies from their own DOJ-NSD files? What was it about the FISC copy that made it the option of their choice?
Just as the Atkinson transcript, whistleblower report and IC IG investigative material showed a fraudulent and corrupt impeachment effort, the background details of the FISA application being made public shows the fraudulent and corrupt intent of the Robert Mueller investigation that preceded it.
You will remember the massive media debate in early 2018 about the FISA application deployed against former short-time Trump campaign aide Carter Page. The DOJ, at the time under the control of the Mueller special counsel for all things Trump-Russia related, wouldn’t let congress see the FISA application. Devin Nunes complained to House Speaker Paul Ryan.
Eventually a deal was struck and two members from the House Intelligence committee (democrats and republicans) and two members from the House Judiciary Committee, were allowed to go to Main Justice and read the FISA application, but not copy it. Four congressmen were allowed to go read and take notes. Trey Gowdy and John Ratcliffe represented the two republicans, and their notes formed the basis for what later was called “The Nunes Memo.”
The Democrats were not happy with the claims in the Nunes memo, and subsequently HPSCI ranking member Adam Schiff wrote the democrat version.
Both of those sets of memos then needed to be declassified, more delays, before they could be made public. For weeks and weeks, the Nunes -vs- Schiff memos were debated by both sides, with each saying their version was the truth and the other party’s version was spin and/or false. All of this was happening in January, February and March 2018.
Then, later in the summer, something really weird happened. On July 21, 2018, Main Justice completely reversed position on keeping the FISA application secret, and for the first time in U.S. history a top secret classified Title-1 FISA application was released to the public (with redactions).
People were so filled with curiosity about the Carter Page FISA application that few, heck, almost no one, stopped to ask why it was released?
Why the sudden secrecy reversal by the DOJ?
The FISA application was made public under the auspices of a Freedom of Information Act request from the media. However, if you were intellectually honest and curious that justification never made any sense. If there was ever a document easy to keep hidden from the public, a Title-1 top secret, classified, FISA application was that document. No FOIA lawsuit was ever going to penetrate that firewall, it was simply too easy for the government to keep hidden.
The FISA application was released over the weekend on July 21st and 22nd, 2018, a Saturday and Sunday. The FISA was not released on a Friday afternoon, it was released on a Saturday.
Everyone quickly rushed to read the national security search warrant. Heck, no one in the public had ever seen one before. The FISA application confirmed the details of a Trump campaign official under a year of extensive surveillance and search authority; but again, few stood back and asked why it was being released.
Here’s the background:
Former Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosensten gave testimony to the Senate in June of 2020 {LINK}. Within Rosenstein’s election year and little covered testimony, he revealed that Special Counsel Robert Mueller and his main deputy Andrew Weissmann were completely in charge of Main Justice at the DOJ during the time the special counsel investigation was happening. Attorney General Jeff Sessions was recused, and DAG Rosenstein was in charge of how much power and authority Mueller and Weissmann’s team held in the DOJ.
Rosenstein testified the special counsel had full control over everything and anything related to Trump-Russia, including the Carter Page FISA application the special counsel had re-submitted for the third renewal on June 29, 2017.
Anything that remotely touched the Trump-Russia investigation was completely and unilaterally controlled by Mueller and Weissmann, including any ancillary investigation that would come as an outcome from anything to do with Trump-Russia (the SSCI leak by James Wolfe is one example).
Rosenstein also testified he deferred everything to Mueller/Weissmann and never challenged any of their requests for expanded investigative scope or authority. Rosenstein felt the special counsel was in charge, and anything they wanted – they got.
As Deputy AG Rosenstein said all the special counsel operations were part of their investigative authority, and he felt he had no place in questioning, challenging or refusing anything related to their investigative authority.
Mueller/Weissmann had full control.
That June 2020 testimony was the final piece of the puzzle as to who authorized the release of the Carter Page FISA application to the public.
It was Andrew Weissmann; but why?
♦ In the background of June and July 2018, unbeknownst to the public at the time, Inspector General Michael Horowitz had just discovered that FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith fabricated an email, which was used as part of the FISA application.
The CIA told Clinesmith that Carter Page was working for them. Clinesmith doctored the email and told the FBI and DOJ that Carter Page was NOT working for the CIA. The exact opposite of the CIA statement to him. If the truth was known about Page working for the CIA, the DOJ would never have been able to get the second renewal of the FISA application in April 2017.
The INSD office of Inspector General Michael Horowitz discovered the Clinesmith material lie. At the time in June 2018 no one else knew. However, internally the Mueller/Weissmann special counsel knew exactly what IG Horowitz discovered. Now they had a problem. The special counsel had renewed the application using the Clinesmith lie on June 29, 2017.
If the search warrant application was based on fraud, the search warrant could be invalidated by the same court that authorized it. That would be a problem because legal cases against Paul Manafort, and Michael Flynn, along with the investigations of Michael Flynn Jr., George Papadopoulos and Walid Phares were all based on evidence obtained by the fraudulently constructed search warrant.
The Weissmann special counsel had a fruit of the poisonous tree problem on their hands. When the FISA court (FISC) finds out about the results of the IG report, which will include the fabrication by Kevin Clinesmith, the FISC could revoke and invalidate the authority of the Title-1 search warrant. If the FISC did that, all of the evidence against Manafort and Flynn would disappear, and they would have to drop any investigative path that came from the exploitation of an unlawful warrant.
♦ The search warrant was already getting massive scrutiny from congress and the public. People quickly discovered the FBI had used the Steele Dossier as the ‘Woods file’ underpinning the application. People were finding out the Steele Dossier was based on fictitious and debunked information the FBI knew about in January and February of 2017, even before the second and third renewals.
On July 12th, 2018, the Weissmann special counsel jumped into action and drafted a letter to the FISC saying despite recent information from congressional investigations, the predicate for probable cause still existed (see below). This letter was written to the FISC, filed quietly, and never shared with DAG Rosenstein or congress. It was a very big lie from the Weissmann special counsel. [NOTE, only the FISA court knew this letter existed until 2020.]

Notice this letter to the FISA Court (July 12) was nine days before the FISA application was made public (July 21).
Weissmann lied to the FISC to protect his criminal cases which were at a very important stage in mid 2018. By the time the FISC found out about the Clinesmith fabrications in late 2019 it was too late. The fraudulent search warrant had been made public, the cases that used the warrant authority were over and the special counsel had concluded.
Angered by DOJ Inspector General revealing the Clinesmith manipulation, the FISA Court (FISC) demanded that congress be notified, and Bill Barr did as the FISC requested… he told congress. In essence, the judicial branch (FISC) told the executive branch (AG Barr) to tell the legislative branch (Senate Judiciary Committee) about the DOJ’s intentional lies. Congress did nothing about it.
♦ However, going back to that critical time in 2018, there was also another issue surrounding the FISA application that also surfaced mid-summer providing a second reason to make the FISA application public.
An indictment of Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI) Security Director James Wolfe was unsealed in the DC court {June 7, 2018, LINK}.
James Wolfe was busted for leaking information to journalists from the Senate Intelligence Committee, one of those leaks was the Carter Page FISA application, which Wolfe leaked to Ali Watkins on March 17, 2017, a year earlier.
Wolfe was going to face a criminal trial for charges related to the leaking of that FISA application. Again, this was problematic for the special counsel because that leak was part of the reason why the special counsel was appointed.
On March 17, 2017, SSCI Vice-Chairman Mark Warner wanted a special counsel appointed. There was a debate about whether President Trump was under an investigation of any sort. Senator Warner’s motive for the special counsel was exactly because he knew the DC machinery needed to throw a bag over all of the corrupt targeting of Donald Trump; a special counsel could do that, and be weaponized to continue the attacks.
Senator Mark Warner told SSCI Security Director James Wolfe to leak the FISA application on March 17, 2017. Three days later, March 20, 2017, FBI Director James Comey first admitted publicly, while testifying to congress, that President Trump was under investigation since July of the previous year (2016). The timing of the two events was not accidental. Warner and Comey both wanted a special counsel investigation put into place for the same reason. Both needed a cover-up operation.
Fast forward to the end of December 2017 and James Wolfe is busted for the FISA application leak. FBI Special Agent Brian Dugan had worked the case for six months; he had James Wolfe completely nailed and Wolfe admitted to his conduct.
The investigative evidence against the Senate Security Director had to first flow through the special counsel before it could be given to a grand jury, because the special counsel had control over anything that touched Trump-Russia and that included their FISA application which James Wolfe leaked on March 17, 2017, to Ali Watkins.
The criminal case file against Wolfe went to Main Justice in early January 2018. Between January and late April 2018, the Special Counsel went to work diffusing the damage within the Wolfe evidence files. What they did with that evidence file is jaw-dropping (Warner/Waldman text messages etc), but that’s for another story.
In late April 2018 the now weakened evidence file against James Wolfe was given back to DC U.S. Attorney Jessie Liu and a grand jury was seated May 3, 2018. The Wolfe criminal indictment was unsealed June 7, 2018.
♦ After lying to the FISA court about a justified predicate still existing on July 12,2018, Andrew Weissmann made the FISA application public on the weekend of July 22, 2018, for two reasons:
(1) To protect the predicate of his search warrant authority; and by extension preserve the cases he created using it; and by extension avoid the fruit of the poisonous tree issue by diluting the need or the FISC to invalidate the Title-1 search warrant.
(2) To render moot and remove the most explosive element of the criminal case against James Wolfe, the leak of a TSCI FISA warrant.
It was the special counsel, specifically Andrew Weissmann, who released the FISA warrant to the public.
However, you will notice that Andrew Weissmann did not release the copy of the FISA warrant from the files of the DOJ-National Security Division. No, he made public the FISA warrant that James Wolfe had leaked to Ali Watkins; that’s why the public release carried the FISC stamp 3/17/17.
Few people knew that.
Even fewer knew why.
Now you do.
The fraudulent Crossfire Hurricane investigation of Donald Trump morphed into the Robert Mueller special counsel investigation of President Trump. The same DOJ/FBI people participated in both. The week after the Mueller/Weissmann investigation collapsed under the weight of Robert Mueller’s now infamous congressional testimony, the next operation commenced. The IC IG Atkinson impeachment operation was triggered.
The gate to expose the corrupt DOJ and FBI officials, lies at the end of the path walked by the Mueller-Weissmann special counsel. Follow that Weissmann trail and you walk right in the front door of Main Justice and the Washington DC FBI office.

On Monday, I went to Concord, MA to watch the Patriots Day ceremony. That battle, on the American side, featured farmers from surrounding towns who got together and fought the British, and some of them didn’t come home that night, but they were so committed to their cause. On the British side, and at that time, we were all British, soldiers from Britain followed orders, and some of them didn’t survive the day either. When forces are aligned, casualties happen. That day helped me remember that, and I fear those days may be coming again.
I remember once being at the Yale Club in NYC with a group of conservatives. I had something funny to say that conflated President and Governor Clinton, but I found myself saying we had to fight. These are the kinds of people who have likely committed murder, falsely created and manipulated the law to seek powers they should have never been allowed to have. They took an oath to specifically refuse to do the sorts of things they did. They have not only been unfaithful to the principles of the rule of law, but they violated the principles that underpin it. That one must never take power that is not for them to take. Our form of government is more than just a series of words. It has meaning and is commonly understood how we are to behave…what right and wrong is. They did not even pause when they made the decision to violate those principles. it is a very special kind of crime. The penalty in my opinion is severe, again a treason violation. A violation of the very oath they swore to uphold. Instead they USED the power that oath was meant to protect against and did the one thing this oath was meant to preserve….lawlessness and corruption.
I hold the view that when these trials happen, and I do believe that for many they will be charged, they can have the opportunity to apologize and make good publicly by cooperating to testify against others who were also complicit and direct conspirators. For those that do, we will likely follow the principals of the Bible in our justice system and show mercy. For those who do not express a complete cooperation and continue to lie about their involvement, there must be no mercy. That is how I see the justice system operating in the spirit of the rule of law that our nation depends on to apply fairness. And of course, we are all judged now and in the end of our lives for our choices, actions and sins. But I am of the opinion that this kind of lawlessness but be tried now, for a moral reason that goes to the security of our nation. We cannot have people committing these crimes and it becomes normalized. The buck must stop. Otherwise what does the future looks like…a downward spiiral where great sinners are not held to account and continue to steal power that is not their to have. This is a very dangerous time and we must acknowledge that God is watching to see that we know what our responsibilities are. Otherwise, are nothing more than any other shithole country. I do not ever hope that happens. Accountability is the first principle of a moral nation.

I totally agree. As a psychologist specialized in criminal behavior the only clear diagnosis I can make is demonic activity and behaviors with a high probability of planning under the leadership of Satan himself.
I would love to get the thoughts of Dr Theodore Dalrymple, aka Dr Anthony Daniels, late of France where he has retired after serving for his whole professional life as a psychologist working in HMP(risons) in Britain. He is now in ill health and I pray he is still with us, because his essays are incredibly insightful. And alas true. If you as a psychologist yourself are not familiar with him and his writings, I think you would find he is in agreement to a significant degree.
When all other explanations for what we are seeing are examined then dismissed, this is the only one left. That’s where I am.

With apologies to Dr Dalrymple. I short changed him on his professional qualifications. Psychiatrist. Though to be fair, I have always believed him in practice to be more psychologist based on his astute analysis of the human condition and life itself.
My bride and I have been watching WebCams. The police must carry around with them and seeing the activity of a lot of these folks one certainly must understand demonic possession is a real thing. I’m glad to see the psychology train folks acknowledge this a little.
I think the police force has been forced to not utilize this in any of their actions or studying. When a 15 year-old scrawny 140 pound kid can throw off three or four extremely large men and outrun them one has to wonder if they didn’t have some sort of help from a different realm. Thank you for giving me some confidence back in the psychological profession. After Covid, many of us have a negative view on the medical profession, and I think psychology should be tied to the medical profession.
With all due respect, psychology, although it has it’s particulars and is somewhat data driven, is a subset of psychiatry.

I am extremely interested in the truth, even if it hurts I would rather have the truth than a lie. This is what finally showed me Jesus to be real that he died for our sins is no longer on this planet, and sits at God‘s right hand. Justice one miracle pointed me into all sorts of interesting things. Through my journey, I have learned that 200 fallen angels left their place married human women and had children. When God saw this, he was deeply saddened that he had even created the Earth and the creatures in it. This is why the flood came. Of course, the 200 fallen angels are eternal and could not be taken through the flood so they are locked in deep dungeon, somewhere under the Earth not my words. These are the words right out of the Bible. They spawn the Nephilim lost their earthly lives, but their spirits had nowhere to go not heaven not deep in the Earth. These are the demons that Satan uses currently for all of his deeds. Daniel was told by an angel that he could not penetrate this realm until MICHAEL came to help him so he could give him a message again. This is straight out of the Bible. Humans will do horrible things as well so we must be careful in blaming the deeds of humans on the demons so we are not being deceived. We are definitely in the last days. There are more of them than there are us, but we have God so we are stronger than them for the remainder of this age the church age. God will come and sweep the church out of the Earth. He even takes the restrainer with us. This is considered the rapture that Thessalonians look at Paul’s Epistles for more clarity. Jesus warned us that all prophecy will be carried out including the great tribulation, which I believe is very close at hand. Be prepared folks to stand your ground. Do not be afraid. This life will end for all of us only to be brought to the Lord if we believe. Some missing links that might prove a conspiracy:
1. Proof that Weissman (or someone) conspired with Warner/Wolfe to leak the FISA file on Carter Page in order to get himself appointed to lead the Special Counsel team. Warner comes off as dumber than as a box of rocks, so I don’t see him coming up with the plan. Also, would Weissman go to the lengths he did to make the Wolfe problem go away if only Warner’s neck was on the line?
2. Did Weissman instruct (conspire with) Clinesmith to create the manipulated FISA record that said Carter Page didn’t work for the CIA? It seems unrealistic that a young guy with a promising legal career would strike out on his own and falsify a record to file in federal court without being told to do it.

It was March 4, 2017, a Saturday, when I remember hearing that news about our new President Trump talking about Trump Tower having been wiretapped.
I remember it so well because it was my birthday that day, that’s how I remember the date – and we had company, my Mom’s friend, who would be with us for six weeks as she recuperated from her hip surgery and a young man was visiting who had been a good friend of her son – and it was he who mentioned the news as he was looking at his phone and chortling over President Trump saying that the building had been wiretapped, like that was old-timey stuff, “Trump doesn’t know what he’s talking about” – I kept my composure, praying quietly, busy making sandwiches for lunch and then getting ready to cook a prime rib roast for dinner for all of us plus another lady who would be coming to visit that evening to see our “patient” who we were so proud could come to the table and sit down to dinner, just like normal.

By Democratic Party leadership, I am saying that would be the current President at that time, Barack Obama, and his closest advisors, David Axelrod, Eric Holder, Rahm Emanuel.
At some point in 2015 they had to determine that their best bet to maintain control of the reins of power would be to “let” Donald J. Trump win the election while running an intelligence-gathering operation on him right along, to “build a case” against him to destroy and immobilize his Presidential agenda. Meanwhile, let Hillary go along, without any real opposition but never letting her know, ever.
Right down to the wire, they played her. Michelle was going to be with Hillary at a campaign appearance the Thursday before Election Day. Supposedly Barack would make an appearance with her as well over the all-important weekend. At a meeting at the White House, Hillary was meeting over the planning, wanted the prepared speeches from Michelle and Barack to be submitted to Robby Mook. That was declined. I mean, no, I don’t think we will be doing that, and then Hillary began having a coughing attack during the meeting.
That was news I gathered from news available and then as it turned out, Barack never showed up anywhere at all but was doing other really important stuff like going on a local deejay’s show and the campaign of Hillary just fizzled out that weekend. Were there angry voicemails from Hillary? Did Robby Mook call about the speeches? Did anyone get back to Hillary? The Obama team just rode it out and then Election Day happened.
The enormity of this entire display of arrogance by Barack Obama and his closest associates in collusion to see to it that they could usurp an elected President’s administration through all the use of the “Intelligence Community” and Democratic and Republican officeholders as well (eg, Sen. John McCain toting the “Steele Dossier”) and using the Patriot Act by way of the FISA Court to use every means possible to gather “intelligence”. Meanwhile, also so arrogant against the naivete of Hillary voters who had no idea Hillary would not, could not win; it just was not going to happen.
Someday we shall see the conversation that took place where it was determined that it was best to “let” Donald Trump win in 2016.
My little “rap poem” I wrote that weekend before Election Day, as it looked like Barack Obama was not making any appearances with Hillary. I did not quite know what to make of it but looking back, the plan must have been well in place to see to it that Hillary would not get anywhere near the White House; see, I am sampling with that bit from “Anastasia” about Hillary coughing when she is frightened. Maybe you will be annoyed that I am talking about this way bygone time, 2016 – ten years ago! It’s important I think to eventually pin it all down and I think it had to begin in 2015, after it looked like this would be the best way to go, if Trump was really going for it and getting some traction.

I also hold the same view. very similar to yours. Comey might be corrupt, but he’s not unsmart, very clever man. And well resourced. Comey doesn’t go out and make a speech and essentially tell the nation with just days before the votes are to begin that hillary broke the law but we aren’t going to charge her “because no prosecutor would reasonable assume a conviction”. and more importantly DOJ and FBI POLICY is two fold on making any such public statements.
1 – FBI/DOJ has a long standing policy not to involve itself in any kind of investigation inside the 90 or is it 180 days preceding a presidential election. while this isn’t codified in law, it is the established policy. Comey went out of his way to violate that policy
2 – uncharged persons are not discussed by the FBI. Unless the FBI actually pursues indictments from a grand jury, even then they would not commit to comments before trial. That there was never any official filing in court to indict hillary, Comey commits a second infraction of his own agencies long standing policies not to speak about unindicted people. They drop the case, dismiss it and move on. But that isn’t what Comey does.
these were not merely accidental or coincidental infractions from standing policies. There was something, that they simply could not allow to occur. It is my opinion that it had to do with selling classified information that actually compromised the secret police spy state in some way. Something that would cause them to be concerned that IF Hillary were to win and gain the power of the Presidency, that she could intentionally burn some of the people who were likely named in the illegal communications she was transferring from that private server…to whom and what I can only speculate. But this is exactly how the Clintons operate. They have acted in the past with a superiority complex and ego and ambitions well above their actual capabilities. Some of it worked for them. And so they continue on with the goals of capturing some key figures of the secret police spy state with information that only a President Can HAVE AND USE. I think this is why Comey was sent out to torpedo hillary. if you look at the numbers before then after, it’s obvious it has its intended effect. Also noting: they were already spying on Trump before this time, so they had a pretty clear picture of what kind of information he knew and how they could use that to throttle his presidency. He had no concrete classified information nor had he used any to transfer it to foreign nationals and to organizations that could be used effectively to corner the secret police spy state. Facing two potential threats, they understood President Trump to be far less risky compared to what Clinton was up to. This is my thesis. A thesis based on patterns of election influence that is only now fully exposed to sunshine. At the time, it never made any rational reasons why Comey would do that. At first I chalked it up to his boy scout persona and making a massive mistake. But over time, we would witness he was not dummy and was and is a key corruptor…a pathetic man, who was working to essentially control who would win the election. As soon as President Trump realized his power and legitimacy to begin talking about pressuring the FBI and DOJ, then the contingency plans went into action to deligitimize his election, him as a person, a Russian puppet of course /s, and a rapist, who would travel to the same hotel that Obama stayed in Moscow and urinate on prostitutes…they pulled out all stops to demonize the man…complete and utter lies. Risking the threat even of causing a Russian nuclear conflict in the process, ignoring intentionally that it would lead to more than just political tensions. These are the kinds of wicked corruptors we now understand them to be. Spiking hillary’s chances was a well aimed action to ensure she could not become president because she actually threatened the agency in ways that President Trump was unlikely ever to possess. I think this is the reasons for Comey stopping Hillary. She was considered the bigger risk. And this really brings up the larger question….Just exactly what information and evidence of criminal violations did she posses and share on that server..to whom? The reasons were likely more than a money scheme, but to gain power through intelligence sharing…I think that was the main threat to the agency. She had always been a very shady person…involving herself in many areas of national security. She would have had access as the state department a range of very sensitive unredacted classified documents. I would not doubt for a minute the moment she walked through the door on her first day, she began immediately finding the most sensitive “insurance documents” to protect herself as President and also to expand her influence against potential threats from the agency …and others.

This is exactly right. If Hillary was allowed to win the Clintons would take over the democrat party again and 0bama (the guy that would normally be fetching the Clinton’s coffee) would be sidelined. To keep power over the DNC 0bama made sure Trump won. Then the same folks took out Trump in 2020 and installed Biden to be 0bama’s puppet while he was behind the curtain pulling the strings. They didn’t count on Biden losing his marbles before his term was over.

It’s doubtful the FISA warrant’s perjury problem would have stopped the (fake?) prosecution of suspected CIA/State Department asset Paul Manafort from being prosecuted. Mueller used stuff the FBI already had on Manafort, which was white collar stuff like tax evasion. The FBI warned John McCain off from hiring Manafort or any of his partners, and the FBI’s case against Manafort was the likely leverage in getting Manafort to help sell US/EU policy on Ukraine and load the bureaucracy of that government up with Manafort’s choices to the point getting anything done was best achieved by calling Paul Manafort, not the Chief Executive of the doomed Ukrainian regime he was supposed to be serving.

this makes me angry. Because that trial is very important. The nation would become aware of what actually happened and why. I have always been skeptical about Carter page. I think he was involved as an asset and was a willing participate in the spying operation..or at least to get close enough to allow the CIA/FBI to use his Russia associations as a reason to allege his work with the Trump campaign were “2 hops” worthy of suspicions of collusion with a foreign threat. I think Carter page must have known as a CIA asset he was being surveilled even if he did not realize the ultimate goal behind it. But that would imply he was nieve to the ways and goals of how assets are used to allow surveillance upon others. So in my opinion, he would have at least been aware of the possibility that President Trump was the actual target and everyone associated with him.
all of these things we will now never know because he accepted the offer of a settlement. The case is closed before it even goes to trial. A wrap up that benefits the agency from taking accountability for election influence and clearly unlawful surveillance.
It needs to be pointed out that it was RADM Rogers who took the steps to inform the President that he was being spied on. Some folks here have railed against RADM Rogers and I just don’t understand the criticism. They are misguided in my opinion. He did what no other officer who did know. The right thing. That takes more than just courage. Name another person, anyone in the highest levels of national security who actually tried to protect the President and also obviously the election? it was no small thing.
now going back to Carter page. We can’t accept that his role is off the table. If there is one thing I would like degenova (sp?) to do is to run that back and find a way to get Carter page to testify. That can be done in a separate trial. Him taking a settlement in no way allows him to ignore a subpoena in other criminal investigations. His case and this settlement is narrow and only involves a financial claims against the DOJ. By taking the settlement in other words in this case, does not eliminate Carter page from being forced to testify in other cases where he was involved in the spying operation against President Trump. The two are related, but are in fact two completely different legal issues. I would like the new legal team to consider how to put him on the stand and at the very least before the jury show how the agency was committed to a long period conspiracy that actually began forming around the time that carter page was used as a means to predicate (falsley) the initial spying operation and the weaponization of the FISA warrant and section 702 program. This allows the investigators to prove there was intention at the very beginning based on false and intentionally false manufactured claims, and not just once, but renewals occurring for the so called secret surveillance warrant several times with proof that we now have in evidence that the people filing for those warrants KNEW THEM TO BE FALSE AND INTENTIONALLY FALSE. That in my opinion makes it clear the violations were not unwitting mistakes, but is in fact a conspiracy criminal violations…crystal clear.
so yes, Carter page can be forced to testify. His settlement does not give him any rights or legal means to ignore a court order to testify. If that happens and he replies under oath he will refuse to answer questions “at the direction of counsel”, there could be criminal liability actions placed against him and that must be made clear to him.

Related story. In previous lifetime as an engineer, I was privy to info/techniques that are commonly used with systems that process classified information. Well, many years later, after the internet became a thing, I stumbled across a website that was trying decipher the various codewords and trying to make sense of it. Soo, they DID successfully get a copy of the key classified document via FOIA. I could not believe it! I download the doc to take a look. Except for the header, footers, and Section Titles – the thing was nearly 100% redacted. It was useless. LOL
I know this, once your in – They have for life. I occasionally see something or work with someone and this information, or some similar techniques comes up. I say nothing. Surprisingly, after 30+ years, it is still protected and not publicly known.
All these bad actors had better thank their lucky stars that Killary wasn’t in charge anywhere..they would be non-existent bad actors.

I’ve been reading your articles since 2017; all of your articles and writings are chapters in a “true history book” on “PDJT, and the Plan to Save and Restore America” or “The Coup Against the United States of America and the only President that had the Courage and Honor to Never Give up”!
I enjoyed this article today because the reader didn’t need to guess, because you give every detail needed to understand the conspiracy. It’s like a wonderful spy thriller that is absolutely true. And it is an example of an extremely clear history that is very understandable, and how most readers can follow the plot and the expose’ how much evil still works, to hide the lies. This article was clearly understood because of the details etc.
