Ilhan Omar wants to spend your Tax dollars to help her Somali Cronies Defraud the Federal Government
A request for federal funding has been scrapped after Iowa Senator Joni Ernst flagged a series of “red flags” surrounding a proposed substance abuse clinic in Minnesota.
The $1.4 million earmark, originally tucked into a congressional spending bill, was intended for a facility that investigators later discovered was physically located inside a Somali-owned restaurant.
According to IRS filings and public documents, the clinic was managed by three individuals who all listed the same residential address. Ernst noted that the setup bore a striking resemblance to previous instances of large-scale fraud in the region, drawing direct parallels to the recent Somali daycare scandal that has rocked Minnesota politics.
“One of our spending bills making its way through Congress was a $1 million earmark from Representative Ilhan Omar of Minnesota,” Ernst told host Stuart Varney. “This was an earmark that was supposedly going to a substance abuse clinic, which actually happened to be housed in a restaurant. It had tons of red flags.”
“This is how easy money has been flowing to bad actors,” Ernst said, emphasizing that congressional oversight must catch these discrepancies before taxpayer dollars are distributed.

His Congress made it official Russian policy and wrote the law making it so. When those four oblasts are part of Russia the War with Ukraine is over.

Court orders DC judge to end criminal contempt inquiry into Trump officials involved in deportation flights
A divided federal appeals court on Tuesday ordered US District Judge James Boasberg to end his efforts to hold Trump administration officials accountable for flouting his orders in a high-stakes immigration case.
The decision comes nearly a year after Boasberg, the chief judge of the federal trial-level court in Washington, DC, said in a blockbuster ruling that “probable cause exists to find the government in criminal contempt” for defying his orders to temporarily halt the deportation of migrants under a powerful wartime authority invoked by President Donald Trump.
But now, a pair of Trump appointees on the appellate court has decided to fully stamp out Boasberg’s plans, saying in a sharply worded opinion that his contempt probe represented “a clear abuse” of power given that the administration had previously identified then-Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem as the official responsible for deciding to allow the deportations in question to continue.
“The district court proposes to probe high-level Executive Branch deliberations about matters of national security and diplomacy. These proceedings are a clear abuse of discretion,” Judges Neomi Rao and Justin Walker said in the unsigned opinion.
“The district court has launched an intrusive criminal contempt investigation into whether the government acted willfully when it transferred suspected Tren de Aragua members to Salvadoran custody. But the end of this investigation is a legal dead end,” the court said.

It is unconstitutional. Most legal scholars say it requires a Constitutional Amendment not a group of states forming their own pact.
Unconstitutional until 2/3’s of the states have a constitutional convention and rewrite the constitution. Or 3/4’s
States are forbidden by the Constitution to form pacts. That’s just one of numerous reasons why this whole scheme is unconstitutional.
This is a violation of the 15th Amendment “the right to vote” and violation Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution, the method for election of the President.
Probably a better way to win Virginia. After Trump is done cleaning up voting, Virginia will go into the reliably red column.

I just drove across our beautiful Commonwealth this morning from the Oceanront at Virginia Beach to Smith Mountain Lake in the mountains and then Northeast to Richmond for a meeting. All I saw in the Rural areas of Virginia were vote No signs to Gerrymandering! No one in our Commonwealth outside of Northern Virginia and the populated cities supports this. I just finished examining Atkinson’s 2nd day of testimony. It took me 4 readings of Atkinson’s explanation of who the four witnesses were before I realized if the Complaint was one of the four witnesses and witness 2 read the transcript of the phone call and witnesses 3 and 4 were the 2 supervisors, then the person who listened to the phone call was one of the supervisors. Nunes had Atkinson dead to rights but failed realize the implication of Atkinson’s insistence that there were 4 and only 4 witnesses with the complaint being one of the four. Later I noticed other inconsistencies in his testimony.
