Wife and I visited Iceland and Norway in 2000 and had a wonderful time – walked a lot around central Reykjavik in Iceland, then In Norway around central Oslo, and around some of Stavanger, around the central dock and market area in Bergen, in Balestrand, and rode in trains overland and in high speed ferries in the fjords. Never had so much as a cross word or even a furtive glance by anyone. Native folks and all tourists we encountered were exceedingly pleasant. I guess much of that has changed.

Forever after, the idea somehow became accepted that all Africans are “refugees” and all “migrants” should be permitted unrestrained entry to Europe. All native residents of European countries have been betrayed by overwhelming swarms of non-natives, essentially replacing the native occupants’ society and cultures.
There’s a 2015 film with Ralph Fiennes that incidentally captures “migrants” on foot arriving on Sicily and walking up a dusty path that two of the main characters were hiking to the beach.
I’m not sure if it was a real encounter captured on film or was re-dramatized, either way it makes the point. The African migration was underway during the filming production,

I guess thats ok if the owner is right there to catch the cat when it tires of walking. I worry about the cat coming off the back edge and getting pulled underneath by the belt and possibly seriously injured.
