I am surprised the cartels are doing this. I would assume the hotels and cruise ships are owned by the kind of people who run docks and shipping. They can NOT be happy about the money this will cause them to lose.
That sucking sound you hear is tourists, (not just Americans) canceling their reservations to Mexico.
While some tourists still go, many will just cancel and forgo the money. I would and so too would most reading this. Dr.’s offices world wide are likely full of would-be tourists having sudden bouts chest pains and other unprovable symptoms like dizziness so they can collect on their travel insurance.
One torture snuff flick from the cartels and the losses will be astronomical with lingering effects for years.
I would imagine there will be massive revenge for the money loss these cartels are inficting on cruise ships, hotels and other mob related interests.

Presler is not familiar with Texas primaries. Texas has open primaries. Also In Texas like most states Republicans usually do not turn out for early voting but show up on election day. Crackhead Crockett is running in the democrat primary, earlier this year the Democrats asked her to withdraw, which she didn’t, so heavy Democrat turnout besides being normal could be due to Crockett. Also one item the poll and Presler ignore is the Independent voter.
In Texas, as of end of 2025, 15.7% of registered voters were Independents aka no party affiliation, they can swing the primaries one way or the other.

There is a wild animal rehabilitation center in Duluth, Minnesota, where all kinds of animals are brought when they are found in poor condition.
I volunteered there before, and one day got a call asking if I could transport a Bald Eagle to St. Paul.
Picked up a huge dog kennel with a blanket covering it. Inside was a magnificient fully grown Bald Eagle.
I’m a good driver anyway, but that day I drove those 130 miles with the utmost care.
Bald Eagles are “common place” along the north shore of Lake Superior, but witnessing them never is.
We have nests on our farm, southwestern WI. Up and down the road, more nests and roosting spots.

I saw a pair flying over head the other day and then yesterday there was one in my back yard…. sitting by the lake and then caught a fish! SPECTACULAR! The osprey’s aren’t very happy about it though.

This joint Mexican-US operation has been lined up and ready to go for quite a while, apparently.
It is unclear whether the the delays in launch were due to political issues getting Sheinbaum fully on board, or just maximum impact timing (with everyone focused on Iran, eyes off Mexico, plus impacts to fracture the silver paper and physical markets at exactly the right moment for March futures contracts deliveries).
Tomorrow’s market open will be extremely interesting.
Right now gold is back up to $5,170 and silver back to about $87.

You haven’t been keeping up. Someone has been standing for delivery these past 5 months. India has, for one. Also, I think, Bessent on the sly,through JP Morgan. Even in February, physical metal left the Comex.
Something like a billion dollars of physical left the Registered category over the past six months (silver open to a contract for sale).
All it takes is maybe seventy percent of the open interest standing for delivery in a few days, and the Comex has to declare force majeure and cash settle.
The physical production has been short of demand for five years. There ain’t no more coming anytime soon. Industrial use has only gone up, supply has gone down, and the US wants to put a price floor under it because it’s a critical mineral. China made their 60 percent of silver production non-exportable without a special license, so supply is being mercantalized.

This step was paramount, because the Democrats’ open border policies allowed for the cartels to walk freely into our nation and establish a standing army. This is why day one, Trump used the Military to close the border, then he began targeting all the gangs.
This is also one of the reasons why the US MIL/NG are currently on standby, to ensure security for the public. The cartels are foot soldiers of the Deep State, so Trump is prepared with the US MIL should the cartels try to pull anything on US soil.
Our situation is much more delicate than most people understand. Any false step could be catastrophic and put many innocent lives at risk. It must be surgical.
