I look up, lift my head to the sky, lower it back down, look to the side again – about five pickup trucks, coming toward me, full of motorcyclists, there are terrorists there moving in bounds between the sand dunes and among the trees, all of them wearing vests and uniforms, and they start advancing toward us, and I cannot even count them with my eyes, it is hundreds! hundreds!

And behind them, on the distant, far-away route, I see convoys of Gazan civilians, simply walking toward us, some with weapons, some without,

and I say to myself, “That’s it, this is where I die, right here where I’m standing right now, this is where I die.”

And then I said to myself, okay, if this is already the end, then I’ll finish it properly. I’ll die with dignity, I’ll do the very best I can. And I will fight until my very last drop of blood.

So I turn to my soldiers, a group of twelve heroic fighters, waiting for me to tell them what to do, I turn to them with half a smile,

they later told me that I was smiling, I don’t remember that, and I say to them, “Come on, let’s take them apart!”

and they all shout, “Let’s do it!!!”

They come up to the embankment with MAG machine guns, with everything they can bring, and we position ourselves there on the embankment and start firing at anyone approaching the outpost.

We are shooting like mad, and at some point we had a LAW missile, so we fire it at one of the Hamas pickup trucks, and the truck explodes in a massive blast, something extreme, there were probably a lot of explosives inside, and that explosion takes out several of the motorcyclists who were there.

And from there, I suddenly realize that many of them begin to retreat, to turn around and flee back.

And I suddenly understand – yes, we are doing something meaningful here.

We were there for about half an hour, and then, in the middle of all the chaos, I suddenly hear tank tracks behind me.

It is an insane feeling of relief. I said to my deputy commander, “Stay here! I don’t know whose tank this is, I’m running to get it!”

It was already around eleven, and I start moving back carefully, advancing toward the tank through the concrete barriers, and suddenly I spot a terrorist jumping at me, point-blank range, like he is about to hug me.

And my luck is that I had a round chambered, my finger on the trigger, and it was really a matter of who shoots first. And I shot first, and the terrorist falls in front of me.

And I stop, I freeze for a moment in the situation, like – what is this, what just happened here. And I hear my deputy commander shouting behind me,

“BC! (Battalion commander), BC! Are you okay?”

And I look at myself – I’m okay!

And I turn back toward him and signal with my hand, everything is under control. And he hops over toward me, comes up, looks at me and says, “What, like, what just happened between you now, what is going on here?” And I say to him, “Exactly what is going through your head right now.”

But the tank!

I remember – I can’t let it leave, we need it. I ran quickly toward it, and because I am trained with my tank crews, I start signaling all the tank hand signals, signaling “terrorists, there, behind me, do this, shell over there!” And he’s with us, he’s on it!

And for the first time, I have an additional force linking up with me.

We do a kind of flanking maneuver, take a good position, and simply fire toward the direction the terrorists are coming from.

We keep firing, and they move away, retreat, and I understand, all of us understand, that if we don’t continue fighting here right now, those terrorists will get past us and simply reach all the communities behind us.

At some point my deputy commander and his radio operator take an RPG hit and fall to the ground. So we evacuate them from there, and I call my friends who are pilots, with Yasur (CH-53) and Yanshuf (Blackhawk) helicopters, and I ask them to come and land at the helipad near the outpost, because I have evacuated wounded there and I need them to clear our forces, and it actually happens! They arrive, they land there, and they evacuate wounded from the area.

And my battalion medical team is there the whole time, treating the wounded, loading them, evacuating them to the helipad. We managed to bring there, to the helipad, both the wounded from the APC we saw and the wounded from our battalion, and also several civilians we picked up along the way, who fled from Kibbutz Sufa, and from Pri Gan, and from various places, and they all receive treatment from my incredible medical team, those angels, and the helicopters I scrambled evacuate them to Soroka. And there, at the hospital, they are treated properly.

There were also many killed in this event. There were killed. And I remember there was a moment at the end, when everything was over, a few minutes before they came to evacuate them, there was a moment when they were lying there, one next to another, and I walked among them, and gently touched their faces, stroked them for a moment, and told them I was sorry, and closed their eyes.

And I remember telling myself in that moment that these people, who are now making their final journey, are unbelievable heroes. They fought like lions to save Kibbutz Sufa. They fought until their very last drop of blood.

Valley Glen residents fight crime with signs, Flock cameras — but city officials say its illegal

Los Angeles homeowners have gone to war with authorities trying to tear down their private warning signs and security cameras – despite them deterring rampaging criminals.

Neighbors in Valley Glen in the San Fernando Valley put up 22 signs, infrared license plate readers and video recorders amid a spate of break-ins by South American gangs. 

But nit-picking local officials with the LA Department of Transportation have told residents the signs installed on city utility poles break city codes and are illegal.

LAPD officials told her gangs from Colombia and Chile were responsible for the staggering number of break-ins in the area.

The criminals had also been stealing car license plates and breaking into vehicles. “We don’t have that anymore,” she continued.

Residents pay several thousand dollars a year for three license plate readers and three live-feed cameras which works out to be roughly $220 per year for each family.

“The camera and the signs have united our streets. “The city can’t protect us. People voted with the whole Me Too movement and the Black Lives Matter movement to defund the police.

“That resulted in a wave throughout the San Fernando Valley as well as Santa Monica, Culver City, Westwood and Beverly Hills.

They married in July 1944, and even though the Corps offered him a cushy instructor gig to stay with his new bride, Basilone said, ‘I’m staying with my boys!’ Semper Fi, baby!

Then came Iwo Jima, 1945—one of the most brutal battles of the war, and Basilone was ALL IN! He hit the volcanic beaches with the 5th Marine Division, leading his unit through a storm of enemy fire like a lion on a mission! He singlehandedly blew up an enemy blockhouse with grenades and demolitions, then guided a tank through a minefield, standing tall under fire to keep it moving! He charged toward the front lines, pushing the assault forward—until a mortar blast took him out on Day One, February 19, 1945. But his actions paved the way for his unit’s advance, saving countless lives, and earned him a posthumous Navy Cross—the ONLY enlisted Marine in WWII to get both the Medal of Honor AND the Navy Cross!

Be on guard about a situation developing in Texas with Jasmine Crockett running for Senate.

I think this is a massive head-fake with the dems trying to engender grass-roots support for an otherwise incapable candidate.
This is in connection with the ‘bombshell’ Talarico interview on Colbert that was purportedly squashed by the Trump admin.

Talarico is the new dem-darling they want to ‘replace’ in the race for Senate over Crockett. They are pushing him hard right now.

Talarico is an old white-guy.

Since -when- do the dems do this anymore?

I think they’re trying to get some kind of groundswell support for Crockett by seemingly ‘dissing’ her run, hoping ‘the masses’ will cry out against this injustice and rocket her to a righteous victory. After which, much finger wagging will take place admonishing that ‘we should have never doubted Jasmine!’.

Crockett is not a good candidate, make no mistake. But, she has the dem-victimhood checkboxes all checked off. Also, since when has being worth a damn as a legislator ever been a requirement for holding public office? The Houston area suffered through decades of She-Jack, whom Crockett seems to be a near reincarnation of.

COMMENTARY FOR PSALMS 23:3

Confidence in God’s grace and care.

– “The Lord is my shepherd.” In these words, the believer is taught to express his satisfaction in the care of the great Pastor of the universe, the Redeemer and Preserver of men. With joy he reflects that he has a shepherd, and that shepherd is Jehovah. A flock of sheep, gentle and harmless, feeding in verdant pastures, under the care of a skilful, watchful, and tender shepherd, forms an emblem of believers brought back to the Shepherd of their souls. The greatest abundance is but a dry pasture to a wicked man, who relishes in it only what pleases the senses; but to a godly man, who by faith tastes the goodness of God in all his enjoyments, though he has but little of the world, it is a green pasture. The Lord gives quiet and contentment in the mind, whatever the lot is. Are we blessed with the green pastures of the ordinances, let us not think it enough to pass through them, but let us abide in them. The consolations of the Holy Spirit are the still waters by which the saints are led; the streams which flow from the Fountain of living waters. Those only are led by the still waters of comfort, who walk in the paths of righteousness. The way of duty is the truly pleasant way. The work of righteousness in peace. In these paths we cannot walk, unless. God lead us into them, and lead us on in them. Satan and wicked men are not able to destroy their comforts, while they are anointed with the Holy Spirit, and drink of the cup of salvation which is ever full. Past experience teaches believers to trust that the goodness and mercy of God will follow them all the days of their lives, and it is their desire and determination, to seek their happiness in the service of God here, and they hope to enjoy his love for ever in heaven. While here, the Lord can make any situation pleasant, by the anointing of his Spirit and the joys of his salvation. But those that would be satisfied with the blessings of his house, must keep close to the duties of it.

WE ARE FIGHTING A SPIRITUAL WAR OF GOOD VERSUS EVIL

PRAYING ON THE ARMOR OF GOD

Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.

I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Gospel Shoes of Peace. I choose to stand in the shoes of your good news, and on the firm foundation of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the solid eternal rock. All other ground is sinking sand, I pray that I will not slip or fall, but that my feet would be firmly fitted on your lordship, my Lord Jesus. I choose to stand on you, so that the peace of God, which transcends all understanding will guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus, the eternal Rock of Ages. I receive your holy peace now my Lord, from the sole of my feet to the crown of my head, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray the Shield of Faith into my hand now. As I take up the shield of faith, I ask that you might extinguish every dart and arrow that is launched from the enemy to take me down spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, and every attempt of the enemy to destroy my joy. I ask that my faith in you would make it flame out. Extinguish every flaming arrow that would come against me, my life, my family, my home, or my ministry. May my faith always be out in front of me like a shield. Give me the courage to “faith my fears” by choosing to walk by faith and not by sight, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Helmet of Salvation, that you might protect my mind from the thoughts that can lead me astray. I choose to take every thought captive, and arrest all intentioned ideas and motives that would harm others, or distract me from your holy will for me. I submit every captured thought to the Lordship of my Lord Jesus Christ, and ask that you would imprison those thoughts that are not of you my Lord. Transform my mind and renew my thinking that I may think God thoughts, and have a sober mind that is focused on your glory. Please protect me from being double minded that I may allow my mind, I reject to live an earthly life, because I choose to live a holy one, governed by you My Lord Jesus, the prince of peace, please have my mind to be saturated with the holy mind of Christ, in my Lord Jesus name.

Finally, I take up the Sword of the Spirit which is the holy word of God, I pray this powerful offensive weapon into my hand, and ask that your holy word would be fitting for every encounter I face. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.

May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.

With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. Now that I’m in your holy powerful armor, I walk away covered and ready to face my day as you go before me, and please protect me in the midst of the spiritual warfare in this unseen world, in my Lord Jesus name.

Thank you my Lord, for the spiritual weapons of armor and prayer that you have given me. It is written no weapon formed against me shall prosper, and you will refute every tongue that accuses me. 

Thank you Father God, my Lord Jesus and the Holy Spirit, that I am more than a conqueror in my Lord Jesus. I pray all of this in the mighty name of my Lord God and Savior Jesus Christ, Amen.

just watched a terrific feel-good movie. ‘Rental Family’ starts Brendan Fraser. It’s on HULU. It’s about an American actor who lives in Tokyo and, after not getting TV roles, he starts working for the ‘Rental Family’ Company. Their services are to provide actors to families. Think ‘rental groom’ to fake a weeding type of thing. He gets emotionally involved with several of his clients, and it’s just really heart-warming. A lot of the dialogue is Japanese, so you have to watch the subtitles. It took me a couple of days of sitting down for 15-20 minutes at a time to absorb it. I hope you like it.

1- There is not a single place anywhere in the US where a NON-citizen is permitted to vote in ANY election.

2- In order to become a naturalized US citizen one is required to first demonstrate a proficiency in both written and oral English.

THEREFORE, why are voting guides, and in some places the ballots themselves, available in Spanish? It is a complete waste of money.

Please place Your Guardian Angels of Protection around Donald Trump and his family as they seek to lead America back to You. Also, we pray for Angels to protect and support our Sundance as he works for justice and peace. 

Grant us patience, Lord, as the evil ones try to anger us and cause us to fall. Spread blessings over Israel and Netanyahu.

We humbly ask that You please comfort those who are grieving and in pain.

Prayers for Tina Peterson who is in jail in corrupt Colorado for political reasons. She needs to be released.
