At the risk of sounding like a broken record, we are giving the government far too much money via income taxes. They have so much of our money that they cannot safely administer it and all of the giveaway programs.
It is time to slash taxes. Get rid of the income tax. Slash government. Slash giveaway programs. Nix food stamps (SNAP) in its entirety. Make military rations available free to those who will stand in line to eat.
Program after program reveals waste, fraud and abuse. Our politicians are enriching themselves with kickbacks. Look at the multimillionaires after just a couple years in office.
There must be serious consequences and serious action taken.
I agree with everything that you said. How do we go about achieving all of this? The Swamp is so entrenched and corrupt that I just don’t see how this can be done peacefully and without an American Revolution 2.0.

Appeals Court Upholds No-Bond Detention Of Illegal Aliens In Huge Win For Trump
To release someone in the country illegally, or to detain them without a bond hearing, that is the question presented. The 5th Circuit upheld Trump’s no-bond detention policy as authorized by immigration legislation.
Petitions for Habeas Corpus to release illegal aliens from detention, or at least grant them bond hearings, have overwhelmed the federal courts, with most district court judges who have ruled on the subject siding with the detained aliens. It was the practice of prior administration from both parties to grant bond hearings. But is it a legal requirement?
A ruling by the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, which covers critical border state Texas, has rejected the argument that a bond hearing and release is required by law. To the contrary, it held that the applicable legislation passed by congress does not require such bond hearings or release. That prior administrations did not exercise their full powers of detention under the law did not mean the present Trump administration could not do so, the court ruled.
After reviewing carefully the relevant provisions and structure of the Immigration and Naturalization Act, the statutory history, and Congressional intent, we conclude that the government’s position is correct. We REVERSE the district courts’ orders to provide petitioners with bond hearings or release them and REMAND for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.

Texas filed a lawsuit against a wind turbine recycling company, alleging it illegally dumped thousands of turbine blades and parts across the state.
Republican Attorney General Ken Paxton announced Thursday that the state is suing Global Fiberglass Solutions, Inc. and several affiliated entities. According to the lawsuit, the company was contracted by multiple firms to break down and recycle wind turbine components, but instead dumped roughly 3,000 turbine blades — or 487,000 cubic yards of solid waste — at two disposal sites.
Under Texas law, recycling facilities must process at least 75% of the material they receive each year to avoid being classified as waste disposal sites. State officials allege Global Fiberglass Solutions has never met that threshold since beginning operations in 2017.
The attorney general’s office is seeking civil penalties ranging from $50 to $25,000 per day for each violation, and says total penalties could exceed $1 million.
Global Fiberglass Solution did not immediately respond to the Daily Caller News Foundation’s request for comment.

These little people, “ruling” from their little benches, actually have no Constitutional power to do the things that they are endlessly trying to do. And so, it will finally come (once again) to the point where the Executive simply declares that he does not care – does not have to care – what they are bleating about.
Congress wrote these laws. In them, they conferred power and discretion to the Executive. “T-h-e Executive.” They did so consistent with the Constitution’s own image of “the Executive [Branch].” And yes, they granted fearsome power to a single (wo)man.
But: They didn’t grant these powers to “hundreds of Federal Judges.” Neither did the Constitution, and neither did Congress when it (also …) created the entire subordinate-courts system.
I think that it is now high time that Congress move to set these matters straight. The very first Congress created all of this “out of whole cloth” with the “Judiciary Act.” They wrote the rules, and they can change or refine them now. The SCOTUS is constrained to operate within the boundaries of the laws that Congress (alone) creates. Likewise, all of the inferior-court Judges.
Since we now plainly see how the existing Rules are being craftily abused, it is time to close those holes. And Congress is the agency with which to do it.

The second thing I notice is that the author, Renée DiResta is widely acclaimed as a misinformation expert; Michael Shellenberger thinks she’s an undercover CIA. Clearly she’s a proponent of censorship.
The book presents as if it’s an academic tome, pp. 365 to 423 are notes.

Someone confronted Russia collusion criminal Andrew Weissmann. The group present, Weissman, Mary McCord and want to talk about their lawfare against Trump all day every day. Yet when someone confronts him with their lawfare against Trump; and when the guy said in reply to Weissman’s answer of not knowing Felix Sater, a former Trump associate with ties to Russian organized crime and a key figure in a 1998 case overseen by Andrew Weissmann; they had the guy escorted out.
After the guy was escorted out, the hypocrites smilingly opined about free speech, nothing about why the guy was escorted out. Says it all, when Mary McCord happily said “Moving On! The risk of taking questions”
and, Weissmann’s remark .. “so, this is a good example of, like, free speech” as if to assuage all present that his being escorted out does not inherently violate free speech. Yet omitting the reason for the decision to remove the guy was whether on conduct i.e. if the guy was disruptive, or was it refusal to follow rules – if rules, then what rules?) after publicly failing to address the content of the speech or answer the context presented by the guy in his ‘free speech’.
