President Trump appears to be initiating a strategic retreat from sanctuary states and sanctuary cities. Via a message on Truth Social President Trump says he has instructed DHS Secretary Noem not to participate in “poorly run Democrat cities”:
PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP – “I have instructed Secretary of Homeland Security, Kristi Noem, that under no circumstances are we going to participate in various poorly run Democrat Cities with regard to their Protests and/or Riots unless, and until, they ask us for help. We will, however, guard, and very powerfully so, any and all Federal Buildings that are being attacked by these highly paid Lunatics, Agitators, and Insurrectionists.
Please be aware that I have instructed ICE and/or Border Patrol to be very forceful in this protection of Federal Government Property. There will be no spitting in the faces of our Officers, there will be no punching or kicking the headlights of our cars, and there will be no rock or brick throwing at our vehicles, or at our Patriot Warriors. If there is, those people will suffer an equal, or more, consequence.
In the meantime, by copy of this Statement, I am informing Local Governments, as I did in Los Angeles when they were rioting at the end of the Biden Term, that you must protect your own State and Local Property. I think this means no more ICE arrests of illegals in those cities. But, some federal forces will be in those cities just to protect federal buildings.
I think this makes sense because there are still millions of illegals all over the country that ICE could be more efficiently deporting than battling in those Democrat slum cities.

So blue cities suffer the consequences of riots against their property that they do not suppress, or ask for help with. But federal facilities and officers will be completely protected. And nothing in the statement says arrests of illegal aliens will not continue.

One of the biggest things is to go after employers hard that violate immigration laws. Heavy fines, seizure, prosecutions, & imprisonment of the employees/owners.

Immigration enforcement should be a multifaceted approach.
That includes to keep going on the enforcement with ICE for the violent illegal aliens who probably don’t have a job anyway.
And those are in addition to the local police/sheriffs arresting these illegals in their routine duties and which should be turned over to ICE.
There also needs to be no illegal aliens getting gov’t benefits (fed, state, county, local). Basically federal authorities can now respond with deadly force if needed to protect them and federal facilities. It doesn’t stop all ICE activities but focuses on specific must remove asap targets. Clean out all the trash in red states and those who want federal help. With respect to blue states prosecution of corrupt politicians, etc., will come but remember that the Constitutional and rule of law pursuit of justice was meant to be a slow process, unless you’re a Democrat, etc. Also bear in mind that there are not enough prosecutors in the DOJ to handle all the guilty grifters and insurrectionists.

I think a trap is being averted. Dems and Uniparty are being driven closer to the sunlight, and the likelihood of drastic actions by their manipulators is increasing.
It may also be that the Trump team has “solved” the illegal voters process and have another, highly public way of revealing and using that against Dems in time to salvage the midterms.

It would be disgusting if President Trump let either Noem or Gabbard go for doing a terrific job and doing exactly what he asked them to do. Disgusting enough that I do believe he will lose some of the base.

How about block all federal funding until they drop their “sanctuary” status. And post every illegal criminal on a website and warn citizens that they at-large in their state/city/community and offer a $25K reward for any information that leads to their arrest by ICE. And if you are currently in the country illegally for 5+ years and have no criminal record and your verified help leads to an arrest, you receive the $25K reward and will be granted “protected status” and allowed to stay in the USA until all citizenship qualifications are complete – at which time you will have earned US citizenship.
I think the stopping the funding was attempted but we have loads of autopen appointed communist judges that block Trump from stopping the funding to sanctuary cities . Doing what the American people voted for has stopped which was deporting illegal aliens NOT just criminal aliens , now neither of those is happening either .
Despite what some people think IT’S NOT EARLY , there should be a ton of people in jails doing hard time at this point but nobody of any significance has been held accountable .

President Trump placed expectations on Tom Horman to ramp up Deportations. It’s not going to happen if the Fed’s aren’t on the ground. Of course Democrat cities are the stronghold of illegals, so I really don’t know what President Trump is doing here beside retreating. This doesn’t look good for his base. I hope he has a ace up his sleeve, because deportations was part of what I voted for.
Could also be a strategic retreat to a more defensible position. A good commander-in-chief does not put his troops into lose/lose situations, or to be needlessly at risk for harm. So how much more so for Federal agents who are not part of the military! That’s good leadership.
I suspect a deeper legal/constitutional dive into the responses available to the Trump team when federal buildings & property are attacked would reveal that this, too, puts them in a more defensible position to use force without tripping the wire for planned insurgency and rebellion by leftist elements.
We all know the Left (and globalists) plan and game every option in advance. These people and their manipulators are not to be underestimated! These are serious people with elaborate and multilayered plans to put the United States and the west under different rule.

Nothing in year two of an administration is done without one eye firmly on the midterms. I’m guessing internals were dropping like a rock with false prophet media screaming out any positive news going on.
Until we can get our media united and forceful we’re going to keep playing defense. With the likes of Tucker, Kelly, Owens, Bannon, Levin etc all talking over each other, we can’t keep the 2024 momentum. They all contradict each other and confuse the issues.
Trump can’t win a war against states without bloodshed. That’s handing the message to the communists to run with. I hate the fact he has to retreat but we don’t have endless support and messaging to keep battling governors.
But we can investigate their fraud. That should be our focus right now.

I am curious what intel LE may have received, regarding planned/funded marxist actions upcoming in deep blue areas. He may be aware of planned activities that he wants federal agents to not be present for, sparing the agents from having to defend themselves.
