This is an email she sent to some of her supporters informing them of the VA legislative efforts to date. You can see that Abigail has wasted no time in getting to work. Moderation and affordability were just the deception. The pertinent parts follow.
“Last night I went through and listened to all of the gun grab bills presented in the House Firearms Subcommittee. These were the exact same bills that were presented in the Senate.
All of the gun grab bills we saw earlier and that passed out of the Senate Courts of Justice Committee, had their companion House bill heard last night.
All of the gun grab bills passed out of the House Firearms subcommittee last night, and were passed in the House Public Safety full committee this morning, before being rereferred to the House Appropriations Committee. These are the gun grab bills that have now passed out of committees in both the House and Senate and are now heading to the money committees. Then, they will head to the floors of each chamber for a full senate and full house vote, probably next week.
The Democrats passed gun grab bills that do the following:
Allow the gun manufacturer or gun shop owner to be sued.
Make most ghost guns illegal unless they are serialized.
Make sure that those who are subject to a protective order can’t possess a gun.
Makes sure that all of the guns are taken or transferred from any person who is under a protective order.
The Democrats want to ensure the transfer takes place.
Punish gun owners who leave their gun in their car.
Implement an assault weapon ban.
Punish gun owners who bring a weapon into a hospital or mental health facility.
Punish gun owners who bring a gun on a college campus, in addition to any state owned building.
They want to give the police the ability to search any student, who is reported as having a firearm on campus.
Punish gun owners who have minors in their household.
They want to specifically require a biometric safe specific to the gun owner, so that only their fingerprints will open the safe.
Require an actual state issued gun license for any gun owner.
Conceal carry permit holders must now also get a gun license.
Without due process, allows you to red flag anyone you’ve dated in the past year, to keep them from carrying a firearm, and who is under a protective order.
Implement a gun buy back or give back program that allows anyone to turn in guns, no questions asked, and then the guns are destroyed after checked for forensic evidence.
But the authoritarian Democrats don’t stop there.
Republicans could only make statements or ask questions, but ultimately the Democrats passed the following election bills out of their full committee:
90 days before any election, the Virginia State Board of Elections cannot systematically remove the names of ineligible voters from the voter registration system. This now applies to both state and federal elections.
Voters cannot challenge election officials or the general registrar on Election Day, as to whether or not any other voter is illegible to cast a ballot. Instead, they must do so with the circuit court of the county or city where the voter is registered.
Removes the current requirement that absentee ballots be received by the Friday immediately preceding the day of the election, for the general registrar to implement the process of curing errors or failures in such absentee ballots.
No hand counts are allowed. Requires ballot scanner machines to be used to count machine readable ballots and prohibits from being counted by hand for any reason not specifically authorized by law.
Allows incapacitated individuals to vote as long a a judge hasn’t rescinded their right.
Allows the State Board of Elections to dispatch law enforcement to obtain votes not received within 10 days after any election.
Adds the Constitutional Amendments to the referendum on November 3, 2026, regarding abortion, same-sex marriage and voting rights for felons. Both the House and Senate versions of the Constitutional Amendments were passed.
I know it’s easy to be discouraged. Pray without ceasing. Many have even expressed leaving Virginia. And believe me. I understand the frustration. But we must expose what they are doing and speak out against the all out assault on our civil liberties. Expose what’s happening.
There’s a coordinated effort to take over the entire country. They are just starting with the Democrat controlled states first. I believe there is a plan. It helps to understand the big picture. They want to take us down from the inside out, state by state. This is more than just the Democrats taking control of Virginia.
Pray for President Trump and his administration. They know what’s going on. Watch what is finally happening in Georgia.”
Ignore these laws. If arrested sue for conspiracy to deprive you of your rights in federal court. Sue all parties involved, governor, all legislators who voted for these laws, state police, attorney general office. Start a GiveSendGo for legal expenses.
