Jack Posobiec just said on War Room that Tulsi Gabbard told the Sectetaries of State that she would be joining their meeting, today, I believe. They’re all meeting in DC.
She is fast becoming my favorite administration member.
This should be good! The Secretaries of State are responsible for state elections. Can’t wait to see her comments to them.
You can bet there are more than a few shaking in their boots since she was at the Fulton County evidence haul. 😂
It would be great if the Fulton County raid uncovered a documented network that implicates other states SOS.
Apparently she has been working on election integrity for some time. This is yuge. IMO the Don John has taken that investigation away from Bondi and given it to Tusli. We should start to see progress now.
GOOD.
Michigan researchers have I think enough evidence of election fraud to have the DOJ raid the election offices. Arizona will be next too. To hell with their AG lady.
…and somewhere in Georgia, Raffensperger breaks out in a cold sweat.
I hope so.
And I hope he’ll soon feel some cold from the iron on his wrists. Well, one can dream, right?
He is in deep shit as he lied to get Trump charged.
Unfortunately this will never happen!!!
I agree it is highly unlikely but it sure would be wonderful.
I don’t see how it will make any difference? None!”
The single worst amendment.
Well, I could point to the XIIIth, the XIVth, the XVIth, and the XIXth as competition, amendments which have unqualifiedly harmed the Republic irreparably.
Ann Coulter would disagree. She says the 19th is the worst amendment.
I was thinking of running for office and my platform was to be “remove from white women the right to vote.” (I wonder how women would react. Would they all unite?)
My other platform was gonna be “vote for me because my wife won’t.”
Dear Felix Pierre III,
I agree with you. Except the white woman part. Why not all women regardless of skin tone? How many women today accept the fact that a female committed the first sin in human history and dragged her man and all of subsequent humanity down with her? Seems to be a repetitive theme.
I look forward to comments on that subject.
I still think repealing the income tax would be the biggest move towards individual freedom and reducing government power
I am convinced that between tariffs and stopping the massive fraud in all government programs, we wouldn’t need to pay taxes.
Likely, but regardless, a proper federal system would require taxes to be collected from the states, not directly from citizens. The state is supposed to stand between the individual and the federal government.
Dear Bubby,
First off, your namesake, Bubby the magnificent Belgian Malenois and I would like to wish you a Happy New Year.
I have a thought about the possibility of the state legislators picking U.S. senators.
Considering the rampant corruption at state and national level regarding leaders, how does repealing the 17th Amendment actually protect citizens from continued representation by those who are currently ruining our ability to be represented by honest leaders? If state legislatures are run by the corrupt, they will appoint corrupt Senator, won’t they?
They don’t seem interested in fixing a corrupt voting system first.
Has no chance because of high bar to pass an Amendment.
Canada has an appointed Senate. Liberals are in power federally, but not provincially. Out of the 105 Senators, well over 80 were appointed by Liberal Prime Ministers; 15 were appointed by a Conservative PM. There is absolutely NO equal distribution as a result. It might be better to elect your senators as you have been doing.
Someone spell out for me pros and cons.

Repeal the 17th amendment and we would see the most significant restoration of freedom, liberty and social balance in our lifetime. – Sundance

Ilhan Omar Claims She Owns a $5 Million California Winery… But No One Can Find It and It May Not Exist!
Steve Forbes: …She had under $1,000 of net worth, and her husband didn’t have much, and suddenly now they’re multimillionaires. Is there a money laundering operation here? And in terms of the firms themselves, they have a sketchy background, that winery in California that she and her husband own. Where did that come from? Where’s the wine there? And nobody can seem to find it.… And, so you have numbers like this from minus $1,000 to $30, $40 million, you know something is not right.
Elizabeth MacDonald: There’s no evidence, public evidence, there’s even a winery. She valued it at five million. His investment firm is real. Well, it’s supposedly real. It’s DC headquarters appear to share office space at a WeWork, Steve. There’s no track record of his firm managing money, doing M&A deals, no clients we see, investment deals or any work that’s been done. They say they do work in 80 nations they’re operating in. There’s no SEC registrations from them as investment advisors. What is going on here? This increasingly looks sketchy, both the winery and his investment firm.
Steve Forbes: …Suddenly, all that 30 million, I think you’re going to find, I’ll make a speculation or prediction, that 30 million came from sources that are illegal, period.
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2026/01/ilhan-omar-claims-she-owns-5-million-california/
No wine, no clients, kind of like the day care centers. Hey, when a plan works, stick with it 🙄
I’m opening up a day care center and winery combo to pad my monthly Social Security check!!!

So I guess the cheese and crackers is out, too?
Dunno… but you’d think, with all that dough, there’d at least be a cracker or two to show for it.
So I guess the cheese and crackers is out, too?
Not to hijack this important thread about Ilhan Smollett, yet on a related note concerning Minnesota current events that will soon come full circle . . .
Mr Gipper, yesterday when the discussion of Louie Mangina’s attempted jailbreak was going on, did you happen to notice in the news reports that the suspect who was impersonating a Female Body Inspector was caught with a life-like looking latex mask?
And remember the doorbell camera footage from one of the scenes of the alleged wet work operation, the guy was impersonating an LE officer and was wearing a latex mask?
Granted, that suspect’s latex mask didn’t look life-like at all.
Just pointing out the similarities: masks and impersonating LE . . . going together like cheese and crackers . . .

Another Somalia money laundering operation.
Yes…and it appears they all lack very basic skills required to execute large scale corruption.
If you’ve ever wondered, ‘how stupid do they have to be?’, the answer is 68.
The mask slipped by me.
Figured it did or you would have mentioned it.
The mask detail was only mentioned once, it wasn’t in all the news stories.
Also, George Webb mentioned the use of latex masks during various crimes in several of his videos on the Minnesota crime spree.

Walz claims to be broke . It’s hard to believe that all the somalians are raking in millions while he claims to have only 50K to his name. Perhaps he has a huge pile of gold and silver bars stashed away?
Or maybe his monies are all offshore and he can’t get to them?
Or maybe the accounts have already been seized?

Maybe his wife is leaving with it all with the rumored divorce, trying to disconnect & save it. Would they go after her money?
To be expected when we invite pirates into our country.
Killed to Order. Shocking new book from Jan Jekielek (Epoch Times) regarding the industrial scale forced organ harvesting in China. Bannon interviewed the author this morning. Amazing how many Americans still support China through this despicable practice.
About 15 years ago, there were some horrific articles written by chinese medical people…while I want to read the book, at the same time, I refuse.
Often, I wonder….large population numbers, statistics, seem to have a ‘desensitizing’ effect on people and industries?

Empathy is our new guilt ridden social norm
Sasha Stone, former all-in Democrat, posted a response to a Hillary Clinton article about needed empathy for the poor illegals:
https://www.sashastone.com/p/oh-hillary-empathy-really-please
Apparently Hillary feels we need more empathy for the poor traumatized illegals. They live in fear as they go to work, their kids are terrified, they can hardly function because of our horrific immigration policies thrust upon our society by the evil, despicable, inhumane Trump. He has driven our immigration authorities to cause this chaos, fear and death.
Apparently we don’t need secure borders, we need Empathy!
The new Virtue Signaling message to rile up the Social Justice Do Gooders to riot.
Coincidentally, Mary Beth Stuckey who wrote “Toxic Empathy” is on The Charlie Kirk Show right now.
When she empathetically rents our a room to a violent illegal criminal, only then will I give her any credibility.
Its called suicidal empathy
Sit this one out, Hill….
You have to have soul for empathy.
Not just virtue signalling.
Elevating a perverted version of the maternal instinct,
while neutering the male inclination to defend homeland.
What new immigration law has been passed under Trump?
Exactly.
Both Barack Obama and Barack Obiden had a Democrat House and Democrat Senate, not to mention “Republican” collaborators. They could have repealed the entire Immigration Code, abolished ICE and Border Patrol and declared every person on the planet a US Citizen.
They could have repealed EVERY SINGLE LAW THAT PRESIDENT TRUMP IS ENFORCING–AND TOOK AN OATH TO ENFORCE.
But they didn’t do any of that. Because that would have exposed them as the Globalist Traitors that they are.
Instead, they told Caligula Robinette that he could ignore, defy and rewrite every Immigration Law at his whim. #That’sHowYouGotTrump!
And now they want to burn down the country because they were too lazy, cowardly, deceitful, greedy and treasonous to do it the American Way.
Also… Would this be the same empathy she showed towards those who lost their lives in Benghazi when she said “What difference does it make now?”
Why would she expect that from us DEPLORABLES..
Might be a nit-picking point here, but I think Hillary probably means sympathy, not empathy.
Twenty years ago I attended a lecture given by a woman who’d studied sympathy and empathy. She had a poll taken to find out how many people were basically sympathetic to other’s problems, and how many people showed empathy towards other’s problems.
More people were able to sympathize with other’s feelings, because all they had to do, essentially, was say, ‘Oh, sorry your leg fell off.’
But only 5% were able to empathize with other’s feelings, by walking with them in their stuggle and helping them find and put their leg back on.
She said the difference between the two, sympathy and empathy, is the empathic person is willing to let someone who is hurt to bleed on them.
Hildabeast is a fake sympath at best, and a never empath at worst.

For forty years I have been a single issue voter; Candidate Trump said he would close the border and sounded like he meant it. Other things he has done have been icing on the cake, but without closed borders nothing else really matters.
That and voter ID…
And a legitimate census to separate citizens from those who are not yet vote.
If vote integrity is not secured and assured, then I would say nothing else matters.
A closed border and this go hand in hand.
Like you, sis, I’m an Honest Elections Absolutist.
Gipper, I seem to remember that the SC ruled that everyone, citizen or not, had to be included in the census; and I also remember how shocked (and infuriated) I was at this unconstitutional ruling. I don’t believe I am misremembering…

The same DeWine who vetoed a bill that would have outlawed child mutilation and prevented men from competing in women’s sports? Thanks for sharing but that’s not my idea of thought-leadership.
Weird when I listen to him, I don’t hear “India First” but rather an indictment of the American educational system. He’s right as long as we prioritize jocks and prom queens over math champions, we’ll lose the AI race. Chinese kids are learning AI in grade school and their version of TikTok pushes useful and educational content. American kids who can’t read or do math at grade level cannot compete in a global economy. Full stop. So rather than blame Vivek, we should be directing our anger towards the entrenched Teachers Unions (indoctrination machine) who have failed American children (and taxpayers). Not surprising as American kids are ill equipped to compete in a global economy turn towards socialism in yuge numbers.
Americans who expect to earn more should crush the competition and be “better, faster and cheaper.” Quiet quitting, minimal effort Mondays etc. are not winning strategies. Look at the CEOS of all the big tech companies (except for “caretaker” Tim Cook and Elon) and you’ll find folks with Indian and Chinese surnames almost without exception. Coincidence or DEI ? … Nope. – Change my mind with logic … emotional responses or anecdotes about “someone you know” won’t work. I worked in consulting for the world’s largest companies and worked with nearly all ethnicities and nationalities for decades. If you want to earn more you should be able to beat all comers. Blaming behavior is the easy out. The C-suite has a fiduciary responsibility to make money for shareholders. Global competition means they cannot afford to be sentimental. Tough bosses/customers/clients make you better.

Pinocchio Darpaswampy founded the biotech company Roivant Sciences in 2014 after working as a biotech investor at the hedge fund QVT Financial.
An early high-profile venture was Axovant Sciences, a Roivant subsidiary.
At the time, Darpaswampy owned 78% of the company and made over $37 million in capital gains in 2015 by selling part of his stake.
However, in 2017, a drug failed a key Phase 3 clinical trial, causing Axovant’s stock to plummet from around $200 to under 40 cents.
The company later rebranded as Sio Gene Therapies and shifted focus to gene therapy.
Critics have accused Darpaswampy of prioritizing financial speculation over scientific innovation, citing the rise and fall of Axovant as an example of a “pump and dump” scheme that benefited insiders while harming retail investors.
His wealth, estimated at $2 billion by Forbes in January 2026, stems largely from his biotech and financial ventures.
Pinocchio Darpaswampy isn’t America First and nobody like him.
That’s why hardly anyone attends his speaking engagements.

Tens of thousands of Americans that are far superior to the fake degree, low IQ Indians Vivek loves so much have been “laid off” and replaced by said H1B workers.
100s of thousands of very well qualified AMERICAN STEM degrees of all types graduate every single year.
I recently shared a story about one such graduate who has been locked out of the work force in her chosen field by companies using those same H1B workers. She is but one of many.
Several hundred THOUSAND American students score above 1350 on the SAT every year – showing both intelligence and high level skills in math and language.
Are there Americans who can’t make change and fit the bill of goods you are trying to sell? Yes. That doesn’t mean that there isn’t an ample plenty that can and do very well and can meet the needs WITHOUT importing talent of any kind.
We do NOT need anything Vivek is selling…
Thanks for a data driven response. We need all these and more. Would be interesting to see how many of the 1350+ crowd are of Asian descent. Anyway, my point is if they’re all “A” players why would CEOs replace them with lower capability H-1Bs? Clearly we don’t need to import housekeepers, hotel desk clerks, etc.
Top talent (not just high potential) always finds a way. If your “chosen field” doesn’t choose you then a course correction is in order. The trades are booming. Dirty hands … clean money.
Anyway, my point is if they’re all “A” players why would CEOs replace them with lower capability H-1Bs?
You REALLY don’t know?
I’ll give you a hint…$$
Another bit of information you appear to be missing – most of the H1B imports are most definitely NOT “A” players.
Agreed!
He is both the charmer AND the snake.
You may be right. Obviously time will tell.
Btw, I can think of only a handful of politicians who don’t fit that bill. Admittedly some are rather light on the charm side.
I know I am not the only one watching for Sundance to post about DNI Gabbards intelligence work that was sent to the DOJ.
It is supposed to be the road map of traitors from Hussein Obama and down.
Now I know why President Trump posted Arrest Obama Now.
I hope you are able to get some good intel Sundance. Praying for You.
I don’t expect it to be posted, not all of it. Until perps are arrested or hanged and we have a solid case.
That leaves us in the hopey changey state waiting for the Big Ugly, but I have more activity that looks like things really happening.
The outrage over the MN deaths is expected, but the majority of the country is in cold silence.. angry silence.

The most important thing I am doing is being grateful and praying to our Creator, on whose principles this republic was founded.
Then there is this, just found it by accident on Faux…
https://www.foxnews.com/us/laken-riley-killer-jose-ibarra-returns-court-illegal-immigrant-requests-new-trial-students-murder
“Jose Ibarra, who is serving life in prison without the possibility of parole, is scheduled to appear Friday in Athens-Clarke County Superior Court in Georgia, where a judge will hear arguments from his post-conviction attorneys requesting a new trial.”
“Post Conviction Attorneys”—is that the same thing as “appellate attorneys”?
Could be the same. Not sure of Georgia setup. In Tennessee, the motion for new trial is brought by the defense attorney the defendant had during the trial. I would expect there will be a motion by the defendant for new attorneys so they can bring an “ineffective assistance of counsel.” They will draw this out as long as possible.
President requested a new trial in New York and it took Judge Merchan about 30 seconds to say NO!
OK — I was thrilled when President Trump signed an EO banning Blackrock type Wall St investors from buying any more single family houses. (Now that they’ve had several years to hoard them…) Still, I was hopeful that housing prices would start returning to normal, or at least decreasing substantially, esp as inventory increased.
But I was really disappointed to read what he had to say in a USA Today article, where he is quoted as wanting housing prices to go UP further, and not down! Why is he promoting taking on more debt and bolstering artificially high prices? His quotes really bother me as being out of touch with young families, working class people, and even seniors (like me) who just want to buy a nice, basic affordable home in a decent neighborhood — like you could in the pre-covid days. I have money from the house I sold when I relocated, and want to pay cash for a house and be debt-free. (I am wondering if this is his way of making sure his Blackrock friends like Larry Fink don’t lose money by having their stash of houses depreciate in value.)
This line really bothered me: “We’re going to keep those prices up. We’re not going to destroy the value of their homes so that somebody who didn’t work very hard can buy a home.”
To me, that is an insult to every person living within their means who has been working hard and saving up, wanting to buy something modest and affordable without taking on huge amounts of debt, or risking being underwater if/when the market shifts or the economy tanks. Housing has doubled and tripled in just the 5 years since covid — but incomes have not. Big debt is not the answer. Maybe I’m missing something, but I’m really confused at how happy he is that other prices are coming down — but actually WANTS housing to skyrocket. Hello? I do NOT want a 50-year mortgage — or any mortgage if I can avoid it. I want to own my house. I don’t want my house to own me.
From the article:
WASHINGTON − Amid growing affordability concerns across the nation, President Donald Trump said he is looking to drive housing prices further up, not down.
Trump said at a Jan. 29 Cabinet meeting he wants to make it easier for Americans to buy homes ‒ but not by making housing less expensive. Instead, he suggested lower interest rates he expects from his upcoming pick to lead the Federal Reserve will allow more Americans to buy homes even as housing prices rise.
“I don’t want to drive housing prices down. I want to drive housing prices up for people that own their homes,” Trump said. “And they can be assured that’s what’s going to happen.”
Trump has been rolling out several policy proposals and actions aimed at addressing affordability and housing as Americans continue to express cost-of-living concerns. That includes a Jan. 20 executive order banning institutional investors from buying single-family homes in a push to expand home ownership. The Trump administration is also purchasing mortgage-backed securities to lower mortgage rates.
Yet Trump made clear in his meeting with Cabinet secretaries that greater opportunities to buy homes shouldn’t mean lowering costs, even as Americans voice concerns about the price tag to buy a home.
“Existing housing, people that own their homes, we’re going to keep them wealthy,” Trump said. “We’re going to keep those prices up. We’re not going to destroy the value of their homes so that somebody who didn’t work very hard can buy a home.
“We’re going to make it easier to buy,” the president added. “We’re going to get interest rates down. But I want to protect the people who, for the first time in their lives, feel good about themselves. They feel like, you know, that they’re wealthy people.”
https://www.yahoo.com/news/articles/president-trump-says-wants-drive-212545196.html
I think he’s trying to be careful with Americans whose primary source of wealth is in their home.
It’s a balancing act, making buying a home more affordable without crashing values for those already heavily invested in home ownership.
Exactly. Wiping out trillions of retiree and near retiree equity seems like a tougher message.
Using rates to create affordability was the big driver in the last round.
So you would rather rip away any equity people have in their homes, so you can buy a home??
You need to move to NYC and work for the communist.
Wow, just wow
Hey — I don’t appreciate the name calling, hyperbole and disrespect, Johnny. Who said anything about being pro-communist, or “ripping away” any equity people have? I’m talking about letting the market decide what a house is worth, instead of rigging it against working class buyers, as the govt has done since covid. Blackrock, LLCs, and govt housing for illegals driving prices through the roof in a few short years isn’t normal “equity,” not to mention suddenly changing foreclosure and eviction rules during the pandemic.
I rode up a market for 11 years in a house in a developing urban neighborhood, where sweat equity and some crazy urban pioneers turned around a failing small downtown area, as the national market went up as well. My house tripled in value over that time, as my neighbors and I turned what had been a sector with urban blight into an historic destination spot. But I also sold into the downturn, and had to mark down my house by a third when I sold, which took a year of it being on the market. So I get both ends of the cycle. But it was a market that was allowed to rise and fall and reset. It created losses for some, and opportunities for others. I just want to see more of those opportunities for people to get an affordable place to live once again.
Half of Americans upside down on mortgages with resulting repos would certainly be a tragic reset.
Years ago people could sometimes buy a house by assuming the contract of the previous owner; is that not a thing anymore? It was one way to slip into home ownership which was affordable.
70% of mortgage loans are conventional loans, which are not assumable.
VA and FHA are assumable, but you still have to qualify and you still have to pay the seller the equity they have in the property 👍
Perhaps he’s also banking on a roaring economy with low unemployment, higher wages, lower prices, lower interest rates and lower taxes that will make it possible for people to buy homes that are priced higher.
Housing isn’t all the same. Boomers and Gen X have much of their wealth tied up in their homes, but these generally aren’t homes that Millenials and Gen Z need to move into. Need to preserve the value of these homes.
Affordable housing for the younger generation means apartments that they can afford until they save enough to buy a starter home that is priced in the correct range for that next step. Starter homes simply aren’t being built anymore. A developer can throw up a McMansion on a postage stamp lot for not much more than it costs him to build a home with half the square footage.
Achieving affordable apartments and small starter homes is partially solved by deportations and limited immigration. It could further be addressed by offering tax incentives towards building lower priced starter homes. It’s really important as a nation that there is a pathway towards responsible adulthood for the younger generation and being able to afford a place to raise a family is a huge part of that.
excellent comment, CD!
bring back the ranch house!
easy to repair, easy to upgrade as you can afford, easy to maintain, efficient to heat/cool,
lower property taxes than the 6000 sq. ft. barns
that first time homebuyers seem to lust after nowadays.
buy what you can actually afford in the best neighborhood you can.
knew a young couple down the street in the prototypical McMansion.
after they had been in for a year,
had occasion to knock on the door for some reason or other.
took her a while to answer, and while i was waiting,
couldn’t help but look thru the windows –
and it was an open concept floor plan.
there was not one piece of furniture, not one rug, nor window covering,
nor tv, nor any signs that the house was occupied in the entire first floor that i could see,
and that was pretty much everything except the kitchen.
“house poor” is real!
the mortgage payments must have been crushing.
they finally gave up after another year.
so be sensible, first timers!
that way you’ll have something to sit on while you eat dinner.🤣
My parents called that “house rich, cash poor.”
It’s a double edged sword, you have to come up with funds to get into the house, then maybe don’t realize you have to come up with funds to live in it.
During President Trump’s first term the administration talked about it, you need appliances, towels, bedding, laundry baskets, dishes, decor, even entry mats – one could go on forever. And the outdoor stuff …
It was the purchase of all the home-attendant stuff that kept the economy rolling. When young people don’t buy houses they don’t buy the accessories.
And they don’t feel invested in a property, in the economy, in the neighborhood/community/schools/businesses. Renters are more likely to move next year and put their children in a different district. Less likely to care for their current environment if they feel it’s temporary.
I believe it is for this reason, the positive impact of emotional and monetary investment, that President Trump is rolling out the Trump accounts for babies (a policy with which I disagree, but that’s another matter).
What people are missing is that the government rigged the market in the first place during covid, by suddenly changing foreclosure and eviction rules, and raising interest rates — while letting Blackrock and LLCs run wild with deep pockets, outbidding everyone and hoarding single family homes. They drove prices up of starter homes overnight by double or triple. Not to mention the change in the workforce, where people from overpriced places like LA and NYC could now move and work remote. They would plunk a pile of cash from their home sale down and pay top dollar in more affordable areas, driving up prices. And rents — both rental houses and apartments — skyrocketed right along side, especially as property taxes soared with higher assessments.
No longer could you save up by renting while waiting for the market to cool to buy, like I did some years ago. Rents AND house prices have all gone through the roof in just a few short years, while incomes may never catch up. And where I live, even rents and home prices in the rougher neighborhoods are just as high. Even the “hood” has almost the same rents and house prices as the nicer suburb I live in. I honestly wonder how some people are able to escape being priced out and on the street.
So the “starter homes” still exist — they just now cost 2 or 3 times what they did just a few short years ago. If all this had happened organically, where houses were allowed to go into foreclosure to let the market naturally reset, that would be a different story. Or if property appreciation happened naturally over a longer period of time, as neighborhoods gradually improved. But between covid and govt rule changing, there’s been a lot of meddling going on that has rigged the market against people who just want to live within their means. One week of your income is not going to equal a mortgage or rent payment anymore.
Charles, I like your ideas in the last paragraph. I hope and pray those things can be implemented. And meanwhile, I pray that God, who has many mansions, has a small starter one near the lake for me, despite the market or the White House. It just blindsided me to hear PTrump, who promotes affordable gas, groceries, and other items, cheerleading for more unaffordability in housing, when it’s already rigged against the working class, young people, fixed incomers, and savers.
“letting Blackrock and LLCs run wild with deep pockets,”
Same thing happened after the 2008 bubble pop, almost like it was planned.
Everyone one knows, houses are over-priced because of speculators like Blackrock. If the rates were reduced by half, most young people still couldn’t afford a new or existing homes
Amen, Booger — I totally agree. It’s a point that’s being missed by many.
‘…we’re going to keep them wealthy…’ hint: on paper.
The monetary wealth of a property, on paper,
is different than having liquid wealth (in a pocket, or in a safe).
The net worth of people, on paper,
is different than the net worth that is liquidated (in a pocket, or in a safe)
They are 2 different things.
On paper wealth may help someone feel financially secure.
But liquidating that wealth, may or may not, be the same monetary as what is shown on paper.
And liquidating that wealth, could / would leave them without that property.
Some people leverage ‘wealth’ to get deals on other property.
Other people, looking to find affordable housing,
may, or may not be able to find a location that is also close to a work place.
Some urban areas have supposed property values, that are double or triple in ‘value’
(unaffordable to most first time buyers, or those looking for a affordable second home in a different location.)
when
compared to similar size property in a different geographical locations.
Theoretically,
removing demand (illegal immigrants) will help increase the supply of housing,
and then with higher supply of housing,
then the (or purchase price) of the property may decrease, over time.
More people self deporting, could help the reduce the time in which the
purchase price of properties may become lower.
If all property purchase prices come down,
then the ‘wealth’ on paper may change – but it is only relevant if the property is liquidated (which assuming the property is needed for one’s well being, the property is not likely going to be liquidated in a time in which would harm their on paper, ‘wealth’.
That being said,
those that are involved with skyscraper property(s) etc. on paper, could see their networth in a different way
( they leverage their networth in order to make other investment deals )
than single home property purchasers or non purchasers.
Sometimes,
the personal property (to live so as to travel to work, to earn income)
and
business property (to earn income)
are addressed differently (by IRS, assessors, real estate etc.) in terms of property assessment, value, etc.
p.s.
lower interest rates can help to lower mortgage rates (for personal property).
But, in general, if one has to place more than 30% of income, into rent, or property ownership (Principal, interest, taxes insurance PITI),
then one is likely being running short on funds for other cost of living items in life.
There are some geographical areas where some are in the 40-50% of income going to PITI.
That is not affordable…and risky to ones being able, or unable, to pay the other inevitable cost of living items …
The price of rental and single homes needs to come down, a lot, in some relatively way, way over priced geographical areas.
And one does not mean ‘on paper’ in that regard.
It needs to be real…
When it is, then the cost of living will become ‘affordable’ because PITI better fits within their income range.
imho
I don’t think that President Trump is trying to make it harder to buy a house out right (NO Mortgage). The problem, as I believe he saw it, is that the Wall Street firms were buying the houses and then Renting them out, so that there were Fewer houses for sale. Essentially changing buying to own market (with or without a mortgage) into a buying to rent market.
Immigration Messaging
I don’t know how to get a message to a part of our society that feels we need secure borders and legal immigration, but has bought in that the administration and ICE has become too aggressive and somewhat ruthless.
When we started the process of deporting illegals, it was positioned that every illegal must go- they have broke our laws and they will be deported.
Of course, that’s what we all want, but it has to be difficult since there are approximately 50M-60M illegals in our country. We probably had 30M-40M illegals here before Biden and he added another 15M-20M.
There are several categories of illegals.
First, they all broke the law.
Second, many illegals that have been here for years are established with jobs and community contacts.
Third, some of the Biden illegals are good people wanting to assimilate into our society and follow our laws
Fourth, some illegals are not criminals, but they come in just to take advantage of our welfare and other free perks we allow them to get.
Fifth, thugs, criminals, drug dealers, gang members, murderers, rapist, jut evil people.
It just seems to me that we need to do a better job messaging than we are going to deport them all. We recently stated that we are starting with a priority taking out #5, and offering some benefit for self deporting.
It is a very complex and difficult thing to accomplish. Seems like we could establish programs that focus on getting rid of categories 4&5 first and communicate that and will work to get the others out with some incentives and processes to come back legally after being vetted. There will be consequences if the rest do not register and comply with immediate deportation.
We absolutely want to get illegal out, but don’t want to appear ruthless in the process which the left so eagerly assigns to Trump, ICE and other immigration officials.
Just a thought on process and messaging
“… but has bought in that the administration and ICE has become too aggressive and somewhat ruthless.” This is the too-tangible ‘appearances’ product of the Soviet-style influence ops that comprise our mass-media sphere, a.k.a. Framing as described by Pacepa. (It also correlates directly with Biblical references to end-times ‘delusions.’)
Respectfully, more and more complex government ‘programs’ are not necessary; that sounds to me like a typical DC Beltway obfuscation maneuver. Instead: Enforce the (expletive) Constitutional law to the fullest and smack-down leftist media hacks with elan in the public square, at every opportunity. Thank you especially, Kristi Noem.
Thank you for your comments. I thought I would get some pushback on this, but trying to be practical.
I would like all the illegals to be deported, but practically deporting 50M-60M people in the next three years doesn’t seem practical. If you want one or not you still need government programs to deport illegals.
And why do you think Homan went to Minneapolis? Trump was getting killed in the polls. As much as I don’t like polling, which is mostly corrupted I think, they made changes. If the left is successful in continuing to make ICE and deportation as a key issue in the midterms and we lose Congress that will be a disaster. The next 9-10 months is going to be a nightmare of negativity toward Trump and the administration and at this point deporting illegals is the focal point of their negative
messaging and it’s apparently beginning to work.
So, I don’t know. Just a thought on how we can get rid of another 5M++ illegals by the midterms without losing Congress. How we do it is important I think.
JMHO
Put 10 CEOs in jail for hiring illegals. They’ll all be gone in a month.
Yep, it would only take a few of them. The law(s) have been on the books for decades and yet not enforced. It is a minimum of 5 years in prison.
Stop all the freebies and they will self-deport.
Actually, even in the instances where two rioters were unfortunately killed in Minneapolis, these were TARGETED operations, ICE was there for the specific purpose of arresting the worst of the worst.
Targeted.
ICE should buy access to a huge billboard with the gangbanger’s picture alongside pictures of his victims with the caption:
THIS is who you are protecting.
I do agree!
It’s messaging and getting the voters to understand that we are targeting the worst of the worst-who they are and what they have done and are doing. We want safe communities!
President Trump and others have said this, but is it getting to the people who don’t watch him ? The Establishment Media certainly doesn’t frame the message that way. , it’s all negative and inhumane from them.
Anyway, billboards are a good idea I think.
Building on your post, we need to emphasize how unfair it is that the illegals “cut in line” while many of the folks we want are waiting in line. The legal immigration process emphasizes criminal background checks, medical tests and that someone will support them financially (not the taxpayer). We cannot have open borders and a welfare state. We need to breakthrough the MSM noise to communicate the percentages of welfare benefits these folks drain out of the system. They also compete for jobs, food, housing, medical care and education. There’s your affordability angle.
Your first sentence says it all.
It was as if the others thought that they were free and clear if they made it over the border. A game, if you will.
And Joe Biden has been silent on this. So has is wife. And his running partner….
We cannot have open borders and a welfare state.
Freidman. But he wanted Open Borders. meh.
I appreciate the valid points that you bring up. But illegal people are taking from the citizens…legal citizens.
We need to clamp down, and either send them back or allow some form of opportunity to express the love for this country and obtain citizenship. And that opportunity must have an “expiration date”. No free passes. No more exemptions for “no habla engles”…
Obviously, you have never tried to get to work over the Mexican Independence Day celebrations in Chicagoland…streets closed due to neighborhood parties and parades, street vendors blocking streets and sidewalks, Mexican flags flying all around on front lawns, on cars and street corners etc.???
Kids running into streets, chasing balls….Moms pushing baby strollers in the middle of the street, not using crosswalks nor looking for oncoming traffic…
I understand not wanting to be ‘ruthless’ but many up my way, have made no attempt at becoming ‘legal’. Or learn English.
And that to me, says a lot. Aside from documenting on my timecard, why I am late in spite of leaving with extra time to navigate said commuter issues.
And the anchor baby I know that got an appointment, full ride free tuition to the United States Military Academy….depriving a citizen of two citizen parents, an opportunity.
I have seen a lot while living in Chicagoland….oh well..
Okay, rant over. I will see myself out…
…and….I took your coat!
Sorry, Aggiegirl, I just couldn’t resist… 😀
Of course, you are correct. It is infuriating!
And they vote….they vote for whoever offers more freebies and government programs.
Agree agree agree!!
I have read that we have done seven different amnesties, to varying degrees; people only remember the one for which President Reagan was snookered.
Each and every form of forgiveness for CHEATING is more encouragement to the rest of the world to keep invading us. And they do – with impunity.
Even if all of these people were law-abiding, self-supporting and totally assimilated I would want them all out. Because I resent that, though we have a sovereign nation, we have passed laws on this issue, they act as if we don’t have the right to decide who comes into our home.
We are a nation with laws; we get to decide!
What about the illegal alien wo doesn’t speak English, read English, write in English – cannot read traffic signs and yet drives an 18-wheeler and then because of his ignorance kills American citizens?
Also, there is no guidance on which simple illegal alien (no other crimes) will “Go Bad”?!???
Keeping it simple – if you are in the country in violation of the law (crossed the border and disappeared or overstayed your Visa) then you are ILLEGAL. Period.
#4 is incorrect. An illegal is an illegal because he or she broke our immigration laws and is therefore a criminal.
Yes, you are right all illegals broke the law and are therefore criminals. I meant that after they got in illegally they were not breaking any other of our laws.
The people want them out, both parties want them in. Keep it simple, go home so we dont have to send you home. In the interim no more public benifits or work authorization.
This isn’t a Democrat dog whistle it’s a bullhorn call to assassinate Secretary of HLS Kristi Noem!!! We all know there are many lunatic wacko crazy Democrats who will want to answer that call!!! Godspeed Kristi Noem!!! Too bad he can’t be arrested for such inflammatory, inciting violence language!!!
Comey got by with “69 47” but if these were Republicans they’d be in jail forever.
That puts Comey in a very compromising position.
LOL!
Not one he’s unfamiliar with, however.
he said 86 47
69 might be what he was thinking but that means something entirely different
You’re right! I misspoke.
🥰 🤣 🤣 🤣
86–but who’s counting?
Dr. Freud got your tongue?
Uh, well, I mean ….. it was 8647, with 86 being a reference to “deep sixing”, or sinking, something.
69 is a different kind of deep sixing and sinking.
“Put on ice” – like in the morgue?
Exactly!!! That’s what was meant, give her the Charlie Kirk treatment!!!
He was reading a script on a teleprompter.
Sounded like he was signaling.

The phrase “Dollar Store Obama” made me laugh. Perfect description!
Good read…

This is an old published piece titled “Barack Obama is the real felon”
What to make of all this, given there are documents therein; relevant, verified or unverified?

Soviet-esque, cont’d: This sort of SSN manipulation is (was) a typical KGB tell, in the Cold War era.
I read it again, had seen it before.
Everything she wrote has been documented. For whatever it’s worth.
For me, to see an individual go from claiming he was born in Kenya to scoffing at people who reminded him he’d said he was born in Kenya, is rather telling.
As the side of “law-and-order” I would dearly love to see the natural consequences for this creep who disastrously fundamentally transformed the Republic.
He also said he was born in Hawaii.
There is a place in Kenya called “Hawaii”.
It’s true.

I have been waiting long long time. Between Bush and him, so much of evil we’ve been living through has come to touch many personally.
We will see justice. If not here, at God’s throne in Heaven.
This is annoying… the 500k freebie lawsuits, for phone infractions…per infraction…
“Much of his ire is directed at a provision tucked in by the House last week that would repeal a law that allows senators whose phone records were subpoenaed by former special counsel Jack Smith to sue for up to $500,000 per infraction. ”
I read somewhere the median income of America is about 80k…
When it would take an average forgotten man or woman, about 6 years to earn that as a salary, to live on…support their families etc…

Soros DAs are totalitarians, criminals are rarely charged or undercharged and supporters of President Trump are threatened with arrest and maximum sentences!!!
I keep seeing these vile and backwards analogies.
There used to be a “Godwin’s Law,” basically if you’re the one to histrionically bring up a completely unbalanced comparison, reaching all the way to the Third Reich, you’ve lost the argument. The rule was to curb lazy hyperbolic arguments.
It doesn’t work with immoral people.
He’s been spewing that irrational rhetoric for about three weeks.
Nobody’s buying it.
As a matter of fact, he’s drawing negative attention to himself and the entire state.
Any reasonable person would conclude that he’s trying to throw shade because there’s some seriously illegal activity going on and he knows about it.

Trump: People Will Flee Virginia After 50 Proposed Tax Increases

After watching this same scenario play out in California and NY, I’ve decided that those in control actually want conservatives to move. That cements their 2 senate seats and they can bring in illegals when back in the Oval office.
It also allows the to make claims that they have reduced housing prices, while “red” state prices go up.
Part of that would be gaslighting, the other part is they are less than clueless when it comes to economics.
THIS!
Similar to the ACAB, Defund the Police movement endgame. Decimate the ranks, then when crime rises and the public demands replacement, hire only corruptable synchphants.
Will South Virginia secede?
This makes sense. Or maybe they’re also after their property.
NYC nor VA is NOT going to get rid of their oppressor as easily as a recall, they’re going to have to get in the fight with Reverse Lawfare; do to them what they did to President Trump.
Only legitimately.
Where ya gonna go? Maryland?
Its not just the taxes.
They want to make possession of backpack leaf blowers a crime, as well almost every centerfire pistol and rifle, with no grandfather exception.
At the same time, become a “sanctuary state” with no minimum sentence for minor crimes like robbery, assault, rape and murder.
The depth of intensity of the neighbor v. neighbor warfare over backpack leaf blowers is telling. Some of the local hearings on the subject simmer on such a ridiculous point of contention. What first-world problems – but the struggle is real!
Hubby and I escaped to South Carolina – best move ever!
Maryland isn’t any better. West Virginia is an option. MD and VA both out.
Good point. Our governor is an absolute liar about his military service and now trying to gerrymander the one Republican district we have. I did see something interesting about my state. That their are 40% Republicans and I wish I could remember independents. But, I know they did outnumber Democrats. There have been voting problems also in this state.
The legislation being released from committee looks like every nutcase libtard wetdream ever conceived.

She talks about how one is “identified” by looking at a uniform. Using that same argument in the tra nsgen der issues, as in sports, then if one is exposing their genitals in a woman’s locker room, can we say that they are identified as a dude and toss them out? Hmmm inquiring minds would like to know how exactly that works.
Editor’s note: Really NOT Good! Murderously Gun Obsessed Illegal Aliens AND They videotaped themselves doing it!!!
Illegal immigrants caught blasting guns on packed highway, shooting at family in road-rage attack: cops
A viral video showing gunmen firing from a Dallas bridge on New Year’s has now led to multiple arrests and immigration holds as police say the suspects were involved in repeated acts of gun violence across North Texas.
The Dallas Police Department announced the arrests Tuesday, identifying Anthony Acevedo, 20, and Jose AlarconSanchez, 18, both of Grand Prairie, as two of the suspects seen in multiple social media videos firing guns from the Margaret McDermott Bridge over Interstate 30, just west of downtown Dallas.
The reckless gunfire, captured on camera and viewed worldwide, according to police, sparked immediate public outrage and a large-scale investigation.

The full text of his comments:
Okay, let us rip the band-aid off and examine how unconventional warfare (UW) and insurgency principles could theoretically apply right here in the United States. As a retired Special Forces Warrant Officer with experience in UW operations, I will draw directly from U.S. Army doctrine to frame this objectively. UW is fundamentally about the “long game”: shaping conditions over time to support future objectives, whether known or emerging. Success is measured in favorable or unfavorable outcomes once the mission unfolds. It is chess, not checkers: deliberate, patient, and focused on setting the stage.
I recently came across a video from Kathy Griffin where, midway through, she encouraged viewers to independently map out their neighbors, gathering data on who’s “on our side” and who is not. In intelligence terms, this aligns with human terrain mapping: charting social landscapes to identify zones of support, neutrality, or resistance. It highlights where you have freedom of movement and where you do not. In an insurgency context, if you are not yet operating in an area, a key goal might be to neutralize potential opposition, making the terrain more favorable for later phases.
To broaden the lens, let us apply UW doctrine’s emphasis on logistics and key terrain. As the saying goes among strategists: “Amateurs talk tactics; professionals talk logistics.” History bears this out. Consider Germany’s rapid initial advances into Russia during WWII, only to falter as they outran their supply lines. The home team always has the logistical edge on familiar ground.
Flash back to Desert Shield/Desert Storm. When Saddam invaded Kuwait, we had to surge troops, vehicles, and supplies to the Middle East fast. The linchpin? Deep-water ports like Dammam in Saudi Arabia. Our initial “speed bump” forces (the 82nd Airborne, 101st Air Assault, and elements of the 24th Infantry) rushed in to secure those ports for buildup. (This was actually my first of many conflicts that I would be a part of and the beginning of my wider understanding of war.) It was reactive, not ideal, and we got lucky. But flip the script: If an adversary were hypothetically eyeing U.S. soil, they would prioritize the same: deep-water ports for force projection.
Now, overlay America’s major deep-water ports with political maps. On the coasts: Los Angeles/Long Beach, New York/New Jersey, Savannah, Seattle-Tacoma, Norfolk, Houston, Oakland, Charleston, and Baltimore. On the Great Lakes: Chicago, Duluth-Superior, Cleveland, Detroit, Toledo, Milwaukee, and Burns Harbor. What stands out? Over 90% sit adjacent to well-known liberal leaning urban enclaves.
These cities were not always blue strongholds. Many had Republican mayors or leaned red from the 1950s through the 1980s, with shifts completing by the 1990s or early 2000s in places like LA and Houston. This gradual transition mirrors UW’s phased approach: preparation, initial contact, infiltration, organization, buildup, and combat employment. Defensively speaking, it raises questions: Are our most strategic chokepoints aligned with nationalist priorities? Trends suggest they are intensifying in one direction, not reversing.
From a UW perspective, if someone aimed to consolidate control over these key areas using economy of force, what might that look like? First, subtly encourage opposition to self-relocate through persistent protests, rising crime, degraded living conditions, or restrictive policies that erode quality of life. Done right, it is an organic exodus, unremarkable to outsiders.
Second, build favorable political structures: Install aligned leadership at city and state levels. Note the fiercely progressive mayors in these ports, and the blue-leaning states like California, New York, Washington, Illinois, Minnesota, and Wisconsin that oversee them.
Third, enact enabling laws: Expand gun-free zones in urban cores to limit armed resistance; ease voting requirements (e.g., no ID mandates in states like California, Illinois, Maryland, New York, Washington, and Minnesota) to sustain control; import demographics that bolster support, while complicating reversals (e.g., obstructing criminal illegal alien removal).
All of this operates within the seams of our democratic system: subtle, defensible, and incremental. Griffin’s call for grassroots mapping? In UW terms, it could resemble a cleanup phase: refining human terrain data after broader conditions are set.
Look at the maps, trends, and doctrines yourself. Ask: Who benefits from these shifts? What conditions are being shaped? Stay vigilant, think critically, and engage in informed discussions. In UW, awareness is the first line of defense.

Yuck. He’s as slimy and perverted as we thought. Does he care? Will anything happen to him and his millions and his businesses? Probably not.
What would happen if those people who claim to be the all knowing and powerful self appointed leaders of border patrol and all areas of society that massive unchecked migration touches (everyone and everything in our country) were to be legally and financially responsible for as many immigrants as they deem deserve a piece of their pie?
It’s always easy to take the moral high ground when someone else is footing the bill. It’s another thing entirely when you are responsible for the ideology you are forcing on others.
The hatred and civil unrest being egged on by the highest levels must stop. We must secure our country, protect our citizens. Let’s see how many people are actually willing to support the open borders that they support. The tabs on them. Hmm, probably will not be so generous with their own money.
I learned decades ago that democrats always want to give away other people’s money. The hard part is they have convinced a significant number of republican politicians to follow suit.
Have you even investigated the amount of money donated by members of each party?
Republicans typically dwarf what is donated by dems. The reasoning is simple. We like to give our own money to charities whereas dems what to take our money and distribute it in the way they deem best.
The donation numbers may have shifted with all the GoFundMe activities supporting criminals, rioters and the like.

“I don’t suppose many people – even many Americans –

‘Importing people from a country with an average IQ in the mid 60’s means you brought in a bunch of retards.
They aren’t bananas or rice, but they are like bananas and rice.
I lost two IQ points listening (to her).’ ”
“Somali(s) were consciously imported to Minnesota by the political establishment in order to be Somali,
and Somalis are doing a better job of being Somali than Minnesotans are doing of being Minnesotan.
The Japanese are among the smartest people on the planet – average IQ 106.
The Somalis are among the dumbest – average IQ 67.7.
Yet being super clever isn’t preventing the Japs from Darwin Award level self-extinction,
while the Somalis are smart enough to fleece taxpayers for the costs of their fifteen inbred moronic kids.
Yes, I’m aware there are persons who dispute the reliability of national IQ measurements –
it might be more useful to develop an IQ test that’s also capable of measuring the survival instinct.
At any rate, hands up if you’d like a Somali flying your plane?
Or taking your appendix out?
Or making a passable Hollandaise sauce for the eggs Benedict
at your favourite upscale Minneapolis brunch spot?
Tough.
‘Cause on the fifteen-kid, two-house model you’re not going to have any choice in the matter.
So the low IQ types from Moronstan are winning, and the smart guys are exiting the stage of history.
The average inbred Somali appears to know enough – unlike, say, an NPR-listening lesbian –
not to attempt to mow down the most heavily armed constabulary on the planet (ed.: referencing Renee Good).
I am not sure I was familiar with the solitary identifier “Lutheran”
until Garrison Keillor, then of Minnesota Public Radio, turned it into big bucks…
He created a boffo radio hit about a fictional piece of Lutheran Minnesota called Lake Wobegon,
where all the children are above average –
as opposed to the New Minnesota where all the children will be below average.
In the 1940 US Census, Minnesota’s most popular ‘mother tongues’ after English,
were German, Norwegian, Swedish and Finnish.
Eight decades later, they were Spanish, Hmong and Somali.
That’s to say, in the span of one human lifetime,
Minnesota replaced Scandinavians with Somalis.
No prudent society would do such a thing.
As we have had cause to note, Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden
are among the Top Ten least corrupt nations on earth,
while Somalia is second only to South Sudan as the most corrupt.
As I said, the Scandinavian concept of corruption is entirely unknown to Somalis.
If you’re sufficiently intrigued by all these stories of Somali fraud to inquire of your smartphone chatbot:
“what is the Somali word for “fraud?” , you will be informed that it is “khiyaamo”.
Not so, not really.
The primary meaning of “khiyaamo” is betrayal or treason –
in other words, the only “fraudulence” comes from being disloyal to one’s own clan or tribe.
Bilking the federal and state bureaucracies out of billions for phony baloney daycares is not “khiyaamo”,
but doing what comes naturally.
Indeed, it would be gross disloyalty (to the clan) to do otherwise.
On the other hand, a Lutheran willing to take a bullet to advance the Somalification of Minnesota
is the very definition of “khiyaamo” – betrayal of one’s tribe.
And, given that Sweden and Norway are well advanced on the same grim trajectory,
that’s why an otherwise peripheral American state is so perfectly emblematic of the wider west.
For a while, the incomers and the outgoers will live side by side.
The low-IQ inbred bananas’n’rice types are shrewd enough not to get in the way
of their useful idiots when they’re hurling themselves at ICE agents,
never mind mutilating their children’s genitals and rendering them infertile.
If Garrison Keillor wished to perform one last service to his state,
he would write a final book in which the New Minnesotans move
to Lake Wobegon and open a Quality Learing Center.
He’s got nothing to lose.
He got #MeTooed up the wazoo a couple of years back
and will never be on Minnesota Public Radio ever again.
And, somewhere deep down, he must surely know his fellow Democrats are as wrong
on the Somalification of the Midwest as they were on everything else.”
(ed.: mighty somber stuff.
but, if you imbibe, at least happy hour is coming up. 🥴 )

This has me laughing.
It seems stopICE.net got hacked. All licesnce plate and vehicle images were replaced with a pic of Tom Homan captioned,
“Hello STOPICE.net. All your logins, locations, passwords and phone numbers have been given to FBI and ICE.”
Even more to enjoy in TGP link.

Maybe, this is live, click the arrow for the video feed, you can hear what I assume to be helicopters overhead:
Notice how AP adds the appellation, “journalist”? It should read, “Former journalist.” Or just, “Don Lemon.”
Everybody’s trying to give this racist activist cover.
Journalist…LOL…
“They arrested the wrong Don”….
“He’s a journalist”….Jane Fonda?
I may have to shut it off…or take more BP meds…
Seems they consider Lemon an independent journalist since he has a YouTube show.
WEIRD>

Just more evidence that the Democrats/Lawfare control our Federal Judiciary! A grand jury does what leftist, activist Judges won’t do!!
The media is anti American and pro money for themselves. They play for the highest bidder along with being led by the leftist mob. They cause more harm than almost any other group in America.
“Friday’s protest was organized by We Have Rights — prior to the state’s order to close O.C. beaches — in opposition to the state’s stay-at-home order. The group, which has demonstrations planned throughout California Friday, demanded that Gov. Newsom reopen businesses and churches.”
Gavin Newscum closed Orange County beaches only because OC is red. Surfers said, “No way, dude!”
“Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said Tehran was “ready to begin negotiations if they take place on an equal footing, based on mutual interests and mutual respect,” during a visit to Turkey, which has led a diplomatic push to mediate between Tehran and Washington.
But, he emphasized, “I want to state firmly that Iran’s defensive and missile capabilities will never be subject to negotiation,” adding that no plans were in place to meet with US officials about resuming talks.”

Florida to give driver’s license exams only in English, DMV says
Tampa Times
Starting Feb. 6th…..and no interpreters allowed! 👏👏👍👍👏👏
Florida mandates driver’s license tests must be taken in English, eliminates other languages – CBS Miami
I recall being surprised when they started giving the tests in other languages, that never should have happened in America.
