Search Warrant Revealed – DNI Tulsi Gabbard and FBI Deputy Director Andrew Bailey on the Ground in Fulton County

I’ve got to say, seeing Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard walking into the Fulton County Election Hub and Operation Center is akin to seeing Secretary of State Marco Rubio walking into a government office in Havana, Cuba. 😂

According to media on the ground in Fulton County, Georgia, both FBI Deputy Director Andrew Bailey and DNI Tulsi Gabbard (pictured above) were present when the FBI executed their search warrant for election records.  The criminal search warrant parameters have been released and the cited federal criminal code violation, 52 USC 20511, tells a story:

52 USC 20511,The code outlines criminal penalties for any election official who: “knowingly and willfully deprives, defrauds, or attempts to deprive or defraud the residents of a State of a fair and impartially conducted election process, by … the procurement, casting, or tabulation of ballots that are known by the person to be materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent under the laws of the State in which the election is held.” [Citation]

[SOURCE]

GEORGIA – […] FBI agents secured an area around the large warehouse building that houses the county elections hub with yellow tape and could be seen loading boxes from the building into trucks.

FBI spokesperson Jenna Sellitto confirmed that the boxes contained ballots. Among the 2020 election documents sought are ballots, tabulator tapes from the scanners used to tally the ballots, electronic ballot images and voter rolls.

The U.S. Justice Department had no immediate comment. FBI Co-Deputy Director Andrew Bailey and U.S. Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard were seen at the elections center.

Last month, the Justice Department’s civil rights division filed a lawsuit against Fulton County seeking records related to the 2020 election.

The lawsuit claims in October, Attorney General Pam Bondi sent a letter to the Fulton County Board of Registration and Elections, demanding “all records in your possession responsive” to a July resolution from the State Election Board.

That resolution, the lawsuit states, called for the attorney general to assist in ensuring “compliance with voting transparency.”

The October letter requested “all used and void ballots, stubs of all ballots, signature envelopes and corresponding envelope digital files from the 2020 general election in Fulton County.”

“The FBI is going to do their job and it’s about time that people have answers,” said Salleigh Grubbs, a new member of the state election board. “(The FBI) didn’t enumerate what they were looking for. I could only imagine it would have something to do with the subpoenas that have been issued previously.” (read more)

Fulton County Republican Party released a statement:

“The DOJ wrote to Fulton County in August of last year, asking for the ballots. DOJ wrote another letter in October asking again for the 2020 ballots and other records. Two weeks ago, the FBI delivered a third letter. But the majority of the Fulton County Board of Elections literally denied these requests. The Georgia State Election Board has been trying for 4 years to get the records. Including issuing a subpoena for the ballots and other records. And ALL of those efforts have failed. Until today.

I applaud Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel for finally searching for and retrieving the records from the 2020 election that the U.S. Attorney General under federal law is entitled to receive and review.

It is my hope that the FBI is in the process of getting every box of 2020 election materials in that warehouse to be able to piece together, once and for all, the truth about 2020. I am dedicated to making sure to the best of my ability that elections in Fulton County are accurate.

Let’s hope this starts a new chapter in Fulton County for transparency and accountability.”

Julie Adams
Fulton County Board of Registration and Elections
Republican Party Appointee

A three-person conservative majority on the State Election Board has repeatedly sought to reopen a case alleging wrongdoing by Fulton County during the 2020 election. It passed a resolution in July 2025 seeking assistance from the U.S. attorney general to access voting materials.

The state board sent subpoenas to the county board for various election documents last year and again on Oct. 6. The October subpoena requested “all used and void ballots, stubs of all ballots, signature envelopes, and corresponding envelope digital files from the 2020 General Election in Fulton County.”

The Justice Department sent a letter to the county election board Oct. 30 citing the federal Civil Rights Act and asking for all records responsive to the October subpoena from the State Election Board. Lawyers for the county election board responded about two weeks later, saying that the records are held by the county court clerk. They also attached a letter the clerk sent to the State Election Board saying that the records are under seal in accordance with state law and can’t be released without a court order.

Wednesday’s operation also follows a December 2025 admission by Fulton County elections officials that they did not properly sign tabulator tapes after the 2020 election, which is a violation of state regulations.

The county also noted it had misplaced other tabulator tapes and documents related to the controversial election.

The admission was made by county attorney Ann Brumbaugh during a Dec. 9, 2025, meeting of the State Elections Board.

Tabulator tapes are essentially receipts printed from ballot tabulation machines that help to verify that the number of voters matches the number of votes. They are a key piece of the verification and certification process in every county election across the state.

Georgia regulations state a poll manager and two witnesses must be present for the printing, checking and signing of each tape from the machines.

Sundance omitted an attorney he’s not fond of – Harmeet Dhillon.

DOJ: Justice Department Sues Four Additional States and One Locality for Failure to Comply with Federal Elections Laws

“Today, the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division announced it has filed federal lawsuits against four states — Colorado, Hawaii, Massachusetts, and Nevada — for failure to produce their statewide voter registration lists upon request. This brings the Justice Department’s nationwide total to 18. The Civil Rights Division is also suing one locality — Fulton County, Georgia — for records related to the 2020 election.

“States have the statutory duty to preserve and protect their constituents from vote dilution,” said Assistant Attorney General Harmeet K. Dhillon of the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division. “At this Department of Justice, we will not permit states to jeopardize the integrity and effectiveness of elections by refusing to abide by our federal elections laws. If states will not fulfill their duty to protect the integrity of the ballot, we will.”

She’s a key driver unlike AG Bondi.

Even attorney Sidney Powell seems frustrated at the wonton lawlessness that we have exposed – yet goes unpunished.

Dhillon immediately purged Civil Rights Lefties and re-directed efforts to protect the civil rights of all Americans, including European Americans.

This. I was skeptical of her because of her lack of success fighting election fraud as an attorney but she has found the formula by using Civil Right division as the spear. And she’s right, election fraud violates our fundamental civil right to vote. I think Sundance needs to see more results before he changes her tune on Harmeet.

Sidney Powell should have been eligible for the AG position instead of Bondi. The charges from the Georgia lawsuits were serious enough for her to back off of considering even the nomination even though everyone knew, just as it now is coming out, the State of Georgia had no case and bankrupted, or close to, all of those that co-joined in the lawsuits for discovering the fraud perpetrated upon the citizens of Georgia and the USA. I am glad that she is now exonerated by the state admitting they had no case and dropped all charges against those indicated. She is too strong a legal mind to have had to endure all of this political BS and I expect that major suits are being written up by all of the co-defendents that Georgia is going to have to pay. FAFO long term PDJT45/47.

IIRC, she was on the Trump or the GOP election fraud team as an attorney and didn’t win anything. She didn’t get an results and that was viewed as her working for the GOPe wing of the uniparty. She also ran for head of the RNC and lost. Her lack of success on the voting fraud cases soured Sundance and he was against her run for the RNC head. You can search for her and see Sundance’s research.

What I’ve seen is similar to Rubio, she’s actually flipped to doing MAGA good as head of the DOJ Civil Rights division. She’s rightly dismantling the center of how Obama and Holder turned the DOJ to be woke / marxist via the Civil Rights division. Maybe Sundance will reconsider or maybe she’s hasn’t completely turned turn MAGA. I don’t know. But she’s the most effective member of Bondi’s team so far. What has Ed Martin done?

Probably more likely complicity of former U.S. DOJ administration involvement in perpetrating the fraudulent conspiracy between Georgia and U.S. for RICO charges. It doesn’t hurt to have all agencies looking now that subpoenas have been issued. and acted on. It’s amazing how much information can be gleamed when so many eyes are now searching. Everyone in recent past Ga govt that had anything to do with these election coverup/fraud investigations should, as Mike Davis frequently states “lawyer up” as PDJT is finally going to get to the truth of how he was denied his 2nd term.

There was a GBI investigator of Harrison Deal’s one-car crash. He completed and submitted his investigation report, and committed suicide within a matter of a few days later. Diana West covered this exhaustively, as is her wont.

The investigation will tie in Iran, Cuba, China, maybe Russia a bit, although the release of this information will be timed for best strategic impact. The fleet in the ME near Iran is for more than to support the rebellion. The mad mullahs will flee. Cuba may fall. The US will make a great deal with Mexico to replace the USMCA. The dems will shriek wildly at any action the Trump admin may take to make the aforementioned reality. 2026 should be entertaining.

The FBI sure seems to be getting an awful lot of credit, which makes me sad. All of the research and actions taken to secure the original documents proving fraud were done by a tiny group of brave local citizens who refused to let it go, and never abandoned their dogged pursuit since voting day in 2020. They should are the ones to whom the laurels belong.

Bannon has been on this like white on rice and I highly recommend watching the first segment of today’s morning show (I watch it here on Real America’s Voice). They include 2 members of the Board of Electors, Dr.Janice Johnston and Sally Grubbs (“If you have nothing to hide, you hide nothing”); Garland Favarito and his wife, Tamara Davis, who got a protective order from a Judge securing the 700+ boxes of evidence on January 6, 2021; Cleita Mitchell; and Jason Frazier, a nominee to the Board of Elections

The videos of Ruby talking to “her people” on her phone, about her going to work, and then showing tables
filled wth ballots, then videos of just her and her daughter working on the ballots are circulating on X. Those are the ones where we see the same ballots being fed into a machine multiple times.

It is beyond belief that she won that defamation lawsuit.

Also on MSM they were saying “there were allegations of fake ballots being brought into the stadium, but it was never proved.” WHAT? The only way they could be saying this, is if they never saw the movies of the suitcases under the table being brought out after they sent everyone home b/c of the leak.

These people in media are dumb, not curious, and liars.

Apparently, the criminals didn’t know that those surveillance cameras existed. But, it is now comical – in a very bitter sort of way – for the Press to now be claiming that they couldn’t believe their eyes.

Election processes were conducted in many arenas, convention centers and other large public places throughout the country. You can be damned well sure that all of them have similar “Cover Your A&s” cameras, and that all of them were filming, too. Those records are also out there, waiting to be exposed.

Actually VoterGA sued to see fake ballots back in 2020. The only reason all the election ballots were still warehoused was because VoterGA was granted their petition to preserve the ballots in 2021.These were ballots that were seen by the person actually overseeing the recount. Ballots that were never folded, on wrong paper, wrong ink. There were enough of just the unfolded fake ballots to overturn the election.

It is the kind of stuff that allows the truth to be found, even if “they” destroyed what they thought was most important.

Hide all they want. But unless they destroyed everything having to do with the election, which it sounds like they did not, the truth should come out.

Look at the raw vote numbers I just reviewed for Fulton County.

2012
Obama 139,128
Romney 84,935 (34%)

2016
Trump 117,783 (26.85%)
Clinton 297,051

2020
Trump 137,240
Biden 381,144

2024
Trump 144,655
Harris 384,752

– It isn’t possible that HRC got more than 2x the votes than BH (before Covid). IMPOSSIBLE that an unlikable White woman leapfrogged a historic Black POTUS
– Trumps numbers are a jump over Romney, then incremental increases
– 2020 and 2024 ballot games

Gwinnett and Cobb were in on the steal. Cobb is where they shredded the ballots, remember?
And Gwinnett had longgggg lines for voting around the Jimmy Carter and 1-85 corridors, which
is uber Mexican. Many of whom aren’t legally eligible to vote.

Over here in Dekalb, I saw ONE location with lines over a block long to get in to vote. Clarkston,
where almost no one is American born. Conveniently, it was right around the corner from a mail
ballot drop box.

There’s no way that the number of Fulton County voters increased from roughly
220,000 to 315,000 in 4 years time. (2012-2016). Or to 515,000 roughly in another
4 years time.

Atlanta’s grown like cancer, but even vast Fulton county hasn’t grown by that much.
Possibly 100,000 RESIDENTS ( including children) in that space of time. But voters?
No way.

2016: Fulton County, 414, 834 voters
2020 Fulton County, 518, 384 voters
2024 Fulton County, 529, 407 voters

Fulton gained 43,000 RESIDENTS from 2012 to 2016, but had 190,000+ more voters between the 2 elections.
Fulton gained 52,000 RESIDENTS from 2016 to 2020, but had 103,000 more voters then in 2016
Fulton gained about 96 thousand RESIDENTS from 2012 to 2020, but had 294,000 more voters by 2020.

The fraud started in earnest during Hillary’s run, but they had 4 years to perfect it.

Doing a census outside of the constitutionally prescribed parameters will certainly get pushback.

https://www.census.gov/programs-surveys/censuses.html

Add that the first Trump Administration challenged counting illegals in the census but was not successful.

The judicial system is one of our nation’s biggest hurdles to actual accountability and re-establishing order.

Didn’t President Trump put out a Truth when the election was stolen that said fraud vitiates everything?
I know there was a meme going around saying it. I pray he is right.

It will take something substantial to negate all of the fraud and get illegals off the voter rolls.

Understand. There will be no “breaking news” on FOX or any favorable podcast in a few days of what was found. The next concrete of anything will be an indictment if any if ever. And it would be lightning fast if it’s this summer…..before midterms.

There will be no, “sources familiar with the matter” unless leaked by bad actors to jeopardize the case. I would hope FBI/Tulsi have trusted folks in place now where none of that will happen.

We are definitely in grinding teeth waiting now.

re: 2020 s election, games people play

If it is a continual criminal ploy by fult co.,
now Fulton co. can miss claim ( with media hype )
that once secure ballots etc. are being meddled by others…more court time…years…

p.s.
The election process should be honestly done in a day, not years. 1 citizen, 1 vote ( at the citizen choice ), paper ballot ( leaves a paper trail ), verified counting ( by trusted hands ), verified tally ( by trusted hands ), verified reporting of tally ( by trusted hands ).
No insecure ballot boxes.
Citizens to show photo ID when voting.
Officials to have registered voter check list.

No black box, proprietary software to privatize the reading counting of tallies. ( making the tallies unverifiable by the public or trusted officials ).

No early reporting of ‘official’ tallied results to the media.

No 3rd or 4th party
‘ s election’ laundered buy offs of trusted officials.

Consider finger ink dip, after voting to prevent double voting.

p.s.
Politicians should vote for secure elections
before
complaining about election security.

etc.

Since the DNI is over all the Intelligence Agencies, the simplest reading of Tulsi’s presence is the natural one.

It is a statement that multiple Intelligence Agencies were illegally involved in domestic politics and stole the Sovereignty of the People by Rigging our Elections, just like they do world-wide.

The county also noted it had misplaced other tabulator tapes and documents related to the controversial election…Tabulator tapes are essentially receipts printed from ballot tabulation machines that help to verify that the number of voters matches the number of votes. They are a key piece of the verification and certification process in every county election across the state…Georgia regulations state a poll manager and two witnesses must be present for the printing, checking and signing of each tape from the machines. – Sundance

Fulton County literally has “no leg to stand on,” because apparently they didn’t know about the surveillance cameras high in those rafters. Which recorded everything. And, furthermore, we know that election processes occurred in arenas, convention centers, and other large public places, which will also have had such cameras and the recordings made by the same. Somewhere, they’re still out there.

But the Biden FBI didn’t care. This one does. And, what’s remarkable about this situation is that the officials in question also steadfastly rejected lawful requests made by the government of their own State!

These people deserve to go to jail for a long time. But, there are several other States to similarly investigate (and prosecute).

Please pray that Brad Raffensperger does not become Governor of Georgia. Or Chris Carr for that matter who as State AG prosecuted people who attempted to investigate fraud in 2020. Raffensperger first entered into an unconstitutional consent agreement with Stacey Abrams and Marc Elias of the Democrat Party to allow all the mass mail in ballot rule changes without the Georgia Legislature’s approval. Secondly, after the fact, Raffensperger ran his first scam on Georgians by having a ‘recount’ in which Republican observers were forced to stand behind ropes where they couldn’t see what the recount workers were doing. Finally, his second scam on Georgians was to hold a ‘partial’ audit in some Atlanta metro counties, but only after video was captured of shredder trucks being at some of the centers, giving time to destroy evidence.

There has been a MASSIVE, non-stop smear campaign against Burt Jones who leads in the primary polling right now. Jones was one of a handful of State Senators who stood up and wanted to withhold certification until a legit audit was done. The crooked RINO Georgia Senate removed all committee assignments from any of those Senators. But Jones had enough political power to survive. Raffensperger is DESPARATE to become Governor because it will allow him to cover up anything he did illegal regarding the 2020 election in Georgia.

You’re missing that it is all probably linked. This is just another way of exposing the fraud and the stolen election.

If you hold GA, a red state accountable, do you think they will go easy on the blue states?
It’s smart to start here plus there have been outstanding people in GA helping to blaze the trail.

It all ties together, the machines, closing tabulating centers early, the fake ballots, running ballots through the machines multiple times, flooding the nation with illegals, illegals getting driver’s licenses and often on voter rolls, illegals fed our tax dollars through countless schemes, illegals moved into certain areas to lock in a voting block.
It is all linked, IMO.

Don’t think that President Trump isn’t aware of the scope of this nor his sense of urgency.
My frustration has been those around him bringing this to fruition. My prayer is this really is getting done and done well.

2024’s election brought with it a change in Minnesotastan’s law that said paper ballots could no longer be hand counted.

Both polling place workers and Absentee Ballot Judges would be breaking the law if they wanted to double-check the tabulator tape numbers by hand counting ballots.

We would be arrested for doing our due diligence in assuring the numbers were correct.

They told us there only needed to be one count, and that count would be done by the machine — only.

And we all know how trustworthy voting machines are — or the people who configure them — especially in a state run by leftists.

I am thankful this morning, hearing what the FBI asked for, and knowing that the truth should be arrived at, even if the evil within Georgia’s leftist machine destroyed some of the evidence.

If someone changed the law to stipulate that machine totals could not be hand-checked, then it’s transparently obvious that they have “rigged” those machines, and they are intending to break the law right in front of your nose.

Just like the poor lady who is still rotting away in state prison for daring to make a backup copy of a machine, which enabled her to prove what they had done to it. Her freedom was worth less than a stolen election.
