Search Warrant Revealed – DNI Tulsi Gabbard and FBI Deputy Director Andrew Bailey on the Ground in Fulton County

I’ve got to say, seeing Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard walking into the Fulton County Election Hub and Operation Center is akin to seeing Secretary of State Marco Rubio walking into a government office in Havana, Cuba. 😂

According to media on the ground in Fulton County, Georgia, both FBI Deputy Director Andrew Bailey and DNI Tulsi Gabbard (pictured above) were present when the FBI executed their search warrant for election records.  The criminal search warrant parameters have been released and the cited federal criminal code violation, 52 USC 20511, tells a story:

52 USC 20511,The code outlines criminal penalties for any election official who: “knowingly and willfully deprives, defrauds, or attempts to deprive or defraud the residents of a State of a fair and impartially conducted election process, by … the procurement, casting, or tabulation of ballots that are known by the person to be materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent under the laws of the State in which the election is held.” [Citation]

[SOURCE]

GEORGIA – […] FBI agents secured an area around the large warehouse building that houses the county elections hub with yellow tape and could be seen loading boxes from the building into trucks.

FBI spokesperson Jenna Sellitto confirmed that the boxes contained ballots. Among the 2020 election documents sought are ballots, tabulator tapes from the scanners used to tally the ballots, electronic ballot images and voter rolls.

The U.S. Justice Department had no immediate comment. FBI Co-Deputy Director Andrew Bailey and U.S. Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard were seen at the elections center.

Last month, the Justice Department’s civil rights division filed a lawsuit against Fulton County seeking records related to the 2020 election.

The lawsuit claims in October, Attorney General Pam Bondi sent a letter to the Fulton County Board of Registration and Elections, demanding “all records in your possession responsive” to a July resolution from the State Election Board.

That resolution, the lawsuit states, called for the attorney general to assist in ensuring “compliance with voting transparency.”

The October letter requested “all used and void ballots, stubs of all ballots, signature envelopes and corresponding envelope digital files from the 2020 general election in Fulton County.”

“The FBI is going to do their job and it’s about time that people have answers,” said Salleigh Grubbs, a new member of the state election board. “(The FBI) didn’t enumerate what they were looking for. I could only imagine it would have something to do with the subpoenas that have been issued previously.” (read more)

Fulton County Republican Party released a statement:

“The DOJ wrote to Fulton County in August of last year, asking for the ballots. DOJ wrote another letter in October asking again for the 2020 ballots and other records. Two weeks ago, the FBI delivered a third letter. But the majority of the Fulton County Board of Elections literally denied these requests. The Georgia State Election Board has been trying for 4 years to get the records. Including issuing a subpoena for the ballots and other records. And ALL of those efforts have failed. Until today.

I applaud Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel for finally searching for and retrieving the records from the 2020 election that the U.S. Attorney General under federal law is entitled to receive and review.

It is my hope that the FBI is in the process of getting every box of 2020 election materials in that warehouse to be able to piece together, once and for all, the truth about 2020. I am dedicated to making sure to the best of my ability that elections in Fulton County are accurate.

Let’s hope this starts a new chapter in Fulton County for transparency and accountability.”

Julie Adams
Fulton County Board of Registration and Elections
Republican Party Appointee

A three-person conservative majority on the State Election Board has repeatedly sought to reopen a case alleging wrongdoing by Fulton County during the 2020 election. It passed a resolution in July 2025 seeking assistance from the U.S. attorney general to access voting materials.

The state board sent subpoenas to the county board for various election documents last year and again on Oct. 6. The October subpoena requested “all used and void ballots, stubs of all ballots, signature envelopes, and corresponding envelope digital files from the 2020 General Election in Fulton County.”

The Justice Department sent a letter to the county election board Oct. 30 citing the federal Civil Rights Act and asking for all records responsive to the October subpoena from the State Election Board. Lawyers for the county election board responded about two weeks later, saying that the records are held by the county court clerk. They also attached a letter the clerk sent to the State Election Board saying that the records are under seal in accordance with state law and can’t be released without a court order.

Wednesday’s operation also follows a December 2025 admission by Fulton County elections officials that they did not properly sign tabulator tapes after the 2020 election, which is a violation of state regulations.

The county also noted it had misplaced other tabulator tapes and documents related to the controversial election.

The admission was made by county attorney Ann Brumbaugh during a Dec. 9, 2025, meeting of the State Elections Board.

Tabulator tapes are essentially receipts printed from ballot tabulation machines that help to verify that the number of voters matches the number of votes. They are a key piece of the verification and certification process in every county election across the state.

Georgia regulations state a poll manager and two witnesses must be present for the printing, checking and signing of each tape from the machines.

Tulsi Gabbard’s a jewel, if only a fifth of government officials possessed her character our nation would be on the right track for another brace of generations. By the way, I served as a election monitor in a county in NY, got to see the tabulator tapes after votes were cast; it did not match the reported tallies by the county/district the following day. So it is essential to see those documents/tapes. Small errors (and not so small errors) in the non-urban areas make a big difference.

During the 2020 election, I received FOUR unsolicited ballots. Of course, I’m referring to Fulton County, and when I went to vote IN PERSON they said I’d voted absentee WHEN I HADN’T. For some reason she believed me and let me vote.

Wouldn’t the “absentee” vote tabulated in your name cancel out your in-person vote? I guess it technically canceled out the Kamala cheat (net 0) but it still didn’t help Trump. Unless the absentee ballot was voided, the overall effect would be as if you had never voted at all!

Honestly, who knows what happened with my vote but I had a sympathetic poll worker. She even processed my request to NEVER receive an absentee ballot again. She fiddled around in a database and it appeared she processed my request. She was highly sympathetic and obviously aware of the fraud. Any half wit in Atlanta knows of the corruption.

It’s the ballots vs legitimate votes question.

That is four more ballots floating in the system to be used as needed.

Goes WAY back. Google Major Campbell who was indicted for corruption, racheteering, tax charges, etc by DOJ in 2004 for charges spanning 1996-2004. Found guilty. Went to jail. Represented by one of O.J.’s lawyers. SPIT.

The one (and only reason) that they went after Campbell with such an utter vengeance
( 2000+ word articles in the AJC, constant comdemnation on the COX tv, radio channels)
was this:

He muscled into the behind the scenes white power structure money.

That’s absolutely verboten around Georgia. Black politicians are allowed to exist as
long as they make money for the behind the scenes people that really matter. They
can also steal everything that isn’t bolted down as long as it doesn’t affect the
money pile or power centers of the people that really matter.

Campbell violated both of those cardinal rules. Vernon Jones did so to a point, also.
But they didn’t fire up the smear machine against him.

Ok

Court order delivered.

The records better be there.

The county clerk stated they are under seal in accordance with state law and can’t be released.

If the records aren’t there… they’ve (for all intents and purposes) been released.

If so, Georgia is in violation of the federal Civil Rights Act and the “Official” results of the 2020 election in Georgia is suspect

List the terrestrial TV stations (and FOR WHICH they would need a license to BROADCAST) they own. I’ll wait.

Fulton County, GA, home of Fani Willis, competes at the highest levels in terms of voter fraud. We’ve got perfectly timed broken water mains, we’ve tubs of ballots hid under tables, we’ve seen demos of people hacking into our voter system using just an iPad and an ink pen, and we’ve even got full page mail in ballots with no creases in them–we’ve got 50 ways to cheat your voter.

Left out where it all occurred. At a basketball arena, convention sight.

My youngest son had his graduation at this compound. It’s probably ONE MILLION
SQUARE FEET, altogether. Had to load up my parents into wheelchairs and push them
over 1/4 mile inside the building.

What relevance does that have?

Think of how much internet connectivity that’s laying around loose in that facility.

The NBA “volunteered” 27 different arena sites during the 2000 elections, and I’m
utterly convinced it was for the sheer amount of internet available to connect to
modems and flip votes at will.

Convince me otherwise.

You have to ask why the DNI Director would feel it necessary to make a personal visit. Is she expecting to find foreign or domestic intelligence agency involvement? Is it possible that there is a FISA warrant or two out there in advance of the FBI’s warrant? And, will Peter Thomson be making an appearance as well, as the recently approved Inspector General of the CIA?

I’m not sure I understand what would require the in person presence of Gabbard unless we’re dealing something here a lot more nefarious than someone stuffing the ballot box with uncertified and unsigned ballots.

It will be interesting to see if the usual suspects turn up the rhetoric in opposition of Gabbard in response to this hands on action. The DNI Director isn’t going to be so hands on unless they already know what they are going to find via the FBI warrant, and it’s very bad. (IMO)

Italian officials at Leonardo SPA, hacked the voting machines, according to POTUS

I recall the allegations that those military satellites were rented, either from, to, or by, the Vatican (which has state level immunity as The Vatican is its own city state – and really, what are you going to do about it, send the Marines to invade the Vatican? Although, there was that night in early 2021 when all the lights went out in Vatican City, Venezuela discombobulater-like, and then a long line of black cars were seen leaving, so maybe Special Forces did go in on the QT to seize the evidence).

BTW, while the local fraudsters are all completely screwed, I doubt they quite understand exactly how screwed.

To be held liable for a conspiracy, it is not required that all conspirators know every single member of the conspiracy,
or the role to be played. You are still on the hook.

Collaborating with China, Italy, etc . . . whether they knew it or not, those are foreign state entities. Meaning, it was treason by the Fulton County and Georgia fraudsters.

They should be grateful it was the FBI that showed up, instead of the military.

Sending Tulsi is interesting because it suggests the Director of National Intelligence suspects foreign interference in the election.

DNI does not show up for domestic law enforcement matters.

This lends credence to the theory that the arrest of Nicolas Maduro may be about more than his drug cartel operations. Or that DNI suspects a different foreign government was involved in the fraudulent 2020 election.

There is a specific reason why the FBI and DNI went there together.

Tulsi has had a year inside DNI. If it’s one thing we’ve learned from the various coup plots against Trump, it’s that the bureaucrats leave behind massive paper trails of corruption.

If the IC can manufacture fraudulent ICAs about Trump/Russia, and the IC can manufacture fake “Russian disinformation” about Hunter’s laptop to rig the election…

…how hard would it be for the IC to send out fake reports that there was no ballot stuffing / vote machine tampering?

The news media ‘influencers’ from now to the mid-term elections are going come to the moment of revealing just who in the media are in support of the fraud and theft of elections. The sunlight is going to be dazzling in what it exposes.

Now – if the investigation into what went on in Georgia can be combined with what went on in Colorado, and Tina Peters, we ;will have the entire nation, and each State’s voting process under real scrutiny.

Alex Halderman: “I prepared the report two years ago, together with Prof. Drew Springall of Auburn University, as part of a long-running voting-rights lawsuit, Curling v. Raffensperger. Back in September 2020, the Court granted the Curling Plaintiffs access to one of Georgia’s touchscreen ballot marking devices (BMDs) so that they could assess its security. Drew and I extensively tested the machine, and we discovered vulnerabilities in nearly every part of the system that is exposed to potential attackers.” https://blog.citp.princeton.edu/2023/06/14/security-analysis-of-the-dominion-imagecast-x/

Jay Valentine of Omega4America has some videos that show the voter problems (election fraud) that they found in many states. For example they found that there were problems with 675,000 voters (9 percent) in Georgia in the 2020 election. The issues included things like over 200,000 voters registered at addresses that are ineligible (like businesses, PO boxes, vacant lots), 30,000 people over 95 years old voting (thousands over 110 years old and some over 200 years old), some unique addresses having 30 plus registered voters (like at one apartment #), multiple voter ID’s for the same social security number, etc. Of course Georgia didn’t clean up their rolls. Trump was 350,000 votes ahead of Biden until after the polls closed in Georgia. Days later corrupt Joe Biden “won” Georgia by less than 12,000 votes.

Isn’t it rich that crooked Fulton County DA Fani Willis and her lover Nathan Wade filed a RICO (racketeering) lawsuit against President Trump and about 17 other defendants because they had the audacity to challenge the election fraud in Georgia. The Democrats in power were punishing anyone that dared to expose their election fraud.

They say turnabout is fair play. Bring on the RICO charges against lying Fani Willis, her lover Nathan Wade, Fulton County, State of Georgia, the Biden White House, et al.

Charge them with crimes like malicious prosecutions, 52 USC § 10307 and 52 USC § 21081 election fraud,  USC 18 § 371 conspiracy to defraud the United States, 18 U.S. Code § 241 (conspiracy against rights), 18 USC §242 (Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law), 18 USC § 372 Conspiracy to impede or injure officer, 18 USC § 1621 (false statements under oath, aka felonious perjury), etc.

And after that, investigate the election fraud in the Georgia senate elections.

A refresher course:

The 2020 coup plotters were so proud of their work in trying to steal the 2020 election that they, on 2/4/21, had a CIA wordsmith, under Molly Ball’s byline at Time Mag., write a glowing description of their crime, including who / what / how / when / why.

You see, at that time they thought that Biden had been inserted, Trump was gone, and they would be heroes. They thought they were real smart describing the “steal” as a “save.”

However, 3 days later, the World Tribune’s 2/7/21 article blew their cover and exposed the “steal.”

And then shortly after that, President Trump announced that he would not concede the 2020 election because of the “steal.”

That started their 5 year, on going, failed coverup operation to protect all of the domestic, foreign, government and civilian traitors involved.

Molly Ball’s 2/4/21 article:

https://time.com/5936036/secret-2020-election-campaign/

The World Tribune’s 2/7/21 article

The 2/7/21 article exposed the “stealing” of the 2020 election …. not the “saving” described in Ball’s 2/4/21 article.

I have one question for Pam Blondi; Were the letters you sent to the liars and dirtbags on the election board “strongly worded? Did she really expect a response from those corrupt election officials? If anything she gave them a heads up! SMH 💁🏻‍♀️ Glad I’m not blonde!

I hope that Governor Brian Kemp and his Dominion voting machines are part of this investigation. Wonder if the Georgia Governor got paid? I hope that our Treasury Secretary and DOGE can find a money trail.

I hope that is the case. But they broke the law to commit fraud and so they would not be above breaking the law again on retaining records. These are criminals.

Well, this is a positive surprise that came out of nowhere…..

“I am Santini, the Great Santini. I come at night from the moon, from behind the clouds….unannounced, out of the black.”

Pretty unusual that the DIrector of National Intelligence would show up for a criminal search warrant in Georgia.

While a sense of eye rolling is apparent, the Venezuela “canary”, and the fact of the open nature of the fraud, will bare fruit.
Not to say that I need a shot of Scotch now and then as I am not a Yoga fan. As an ols analyst I think there is other evidence, yet unknown to we who sit in the family room with popcorn and peanuts. Then of course an upscale local brewery item helps.
Be blessed, for this will certainly chill the sacs of the miscreants and whatever for the women, pseudo or otherwise.
To the mid-terms in an overwhelming trashing of the corruption. Then the fun will begin-

Always the corrupt black politicians in Georgia, gathering together in a swarm,
acting all outraged. They forgot to invite a “Reverand” to make it look all clean
and just.

Apparently, Warnock was unavailable. Maybe Creflo Dollar will show up to their
next meeting.

The black politicians in GA are corrupt AND racist. Yes. Creflo Dollar would have been a nice touch. “BIshop” Eddie Long would be another one, but he’s dead and gone. And of course there was Mayor Campbell who went to jail for corruption. How could we forget racist Rep John Lewis. This list goes on…..

Tulsi was there to ‘bypass’ Blondi and Ka$h.

This isn’t the first time Trump has done this.

In fact, he just appointed a new lawyer to oversee all efforts to investigate shenanigans across the entire US.

If foreign enemies are actors, this ” bypass” is appropriate and necessary.

And maybe she’s there because she doesn’t trust the FBI to handle the evidence.

December 11, 2025 – Harmeet Dhillon filed Complaint against Ché Alexander

From Complaint:

1. Title III of the Civil Rights Act of 1960 (“CRA”) imposes a “sweeping” obligation on election officials, …to “retain and preserve … all records and papers

2. Title III likewise grants the Attorney General the sweeping power to obtain these records: …

…On November 21, 2025, the Attorney General sent a letter to the Fulton Clerk requesting the documents on the same grounds. That letter restated the Attorney General’s request under the same authorities ad purposes. The October 30 Letter and November 14 Letter were attached for reference.

As of the filing of this Complaint the Fulton Clerk has failed to respond to the Attorney General.

Did anyone notice County Clerk Che’ Alexander’s brief appearance during presser today? She’s petrified!

Clerk Che’ Alexander appears (7:10).

lol I laugh at these fraudsters’ newfound outrage over possible violations of “chain of custody” of the seized ballots.

Remember the mug shot that now hangs in the WH?

Remember….

On August 24, 2023, President Donald Trump surrendered at the Fulton County Jail in Atlanta, Georgia, on 13 felony charges related to efforts to overturn the 2020 Georgia election results. Processed as inmate #P01135809, he had a mugshot taken, was booked, and released on a $200,000 bond, spending less than 20 minutes inside.

Remember…

When President Trump entourage to the jail slowly drove through one of the poorest black areas of Atlanta and blacks lined the streets….turned the black vote for Trump.

I remember. I live in Atlanta.

The evil criminals f’d with the wrong guy. I’d say we’re going to see justice and revenge if he can get a fair trial. File suit anywhere in the state or county EXCEPT Atlanta.
