I literally am *just* studying the Reformation – Luther, Melanchthon and others – using the book “Christianity Through the Centuries”, Third Edition, by Earle E. Cairns, Copyright © 1954, 1981, 1996.
We heard a lecture covering Chapter 27 – “Luther and the German reformation” – just two Sundays back.

Ten Ways Billionaires Who Hate You Are Manipulating You Right Now by @thewisewolf
1) The first manipulation is the illusion of choice. You think you have two parties representing different visions for America but both parties are funded by the same billionaires, vote for the same surveillance bills, approve the same defense budgets, and serve the same corporate interests. The choice you are given is which color tie the puppet wears, not who controls the strings.
2) The second manipulation is emotional hijacking. The news does not inform you, it activates you. Every story is framed to trigger fear or anger or disgust because those emotions bypass your rational thinking and make you easier to control. You are not watching journalism. You are being subjected to psychological operations designed to keep you in a constant state of agitation.
3) The third manipulation is tribal sorting. The algorithm learns what makes you angry and feeds you more of it until your entire worldview is shaped by outrage at the other side. You are sorted into a tribe not because you chose it but because keeping you tribal keeps you predictable and profitable.
4) The fourth manipulation is false scarcity. You are told resources are limited and the other tribe is taking what belongs to you. Immigrants are stealing your jobs. Welfare recipients are draining your taxes. The other party is destroying your healthcare. Meanwhile the billionaire class has more wealth than any humans in history and could solve most of these problems tomorrow if they wanted to.
5) The fifth manipulation is memory holing. Stories that threaten powerful interests get buried or forgotten within days. Exposed crimes result in no consequences. Historical context that would help you understand the present is never taught. You are kept in a perpetual present with no past to learn from and no future to plan for.
6) The sixth manipulation is controlled opposition. The voices you think are fighting for you are often funded by the same interests they pretend to oppose. The outrage merchant on your side of the aisle is playing a character designed to keep you engaged and angry and tuned in while nothing ever actually changes.
7) The seventh manipulation is the Overton window. The range of acceptable opinion is artificially narrowed so that anything outside it seems extreme. Ideas that were mainstream fifty years ago are now treated as radical. Ideas that serve elite interests are treated as moderate common sense. You are not choosing your beliefs from the full range of human thought. You are choosing from a menu they wrote.
8) The eighth manipulation is learned helplessness. You are shown so many problems with no solutions that you eventually give up and accept that nothing can change. This is intentional. A population that believes resistance is futile does not resist. They scroll and complain and feel superior for understanding how bad things are while doing absolutely nothing about it.
9) The ninth manipulation is identity capture. Your political affiliation becomes your identity, and any attack on your party feels like an attack on you personally. This makes you defend politicians and policies that harm you because admitting they are wrong would mean admitting you were wrong, and your ego will not allow that.
10) The tenth manipulation is the most insidious of all: you are manipulated into believing you are too smart to be manipulated. Every person reading this thinks the manipulations I described apply to other people, the stupid people, the brainwashed people on the other side. That certainty is itself a manipulation. The moment you believe you are immune is the moment you become most vulnerable

Dare we say it, but I doubt bread is the only “food” that is wrong. The last 4 years I can not eat bread (white or “wholewheat”) without inflammation – also anything flour based or added like pasta, pies, cakes, biscuits etc. (such a bummer). To be honest I believe even the so called “healthy” foods we try eat like fruit and veg is “tainted” with all their “long life” DNA fiddling. At the end of the day the entire food industry is about Yield and not nutrition. Then when your food doesn’t do it for you, big pharma will step in the supply your “needs” – until those need to be remedied with ADDITIONAL meds. It’s a closed loop and we’re all walking the treadmill. No idea how we are going to fix this globally, but millions/billions of us are actually being poisoned – IMO

I lived in Wausau shortly after the Hmong got there. There is an island in a park on the Wisconsin river with a bridge out to it. The Mallard ducks there were unreal. We would buy a couple of loafs of day old bread and go down there to scatter them for the ducks. There were so many ducks coming my two year older daughter would run away afraid. After the Hmong found them they would they would do the same thing, but catch the ducks and throw them in a gunny sack. It didn’t take long and you couldn’t find a duck in the park anymore. Of course that was almost 50 years ago, the Hmong kids are now adults that don’t do things like that.

The apostle exhorts Timothy to persevere with diligence, like a soldier, a combatant, and a husbandman. (1-7) Encouraging him by assurances of a happy end of his faithfulness. (8-13) Warnings to shun vain babblings and dangerous errors. (14-21) Charges to flee youthful lusts, and to minister with zeal against error, but with meekness of spirit. (22-26)
14-21 Those disposed to strive, commonly strive about matters of small moment. But strifes of words destroy the things of God. The apostle mentions some who erred. They did not deny the resurrection, but they corrupted that true doctrine. Yet nothing can be so foolish or erroneous, but it will overturn the temporary faith of some professors. This foundation has two writings on it. One speaks our comfort. None can overthrow the faith of any whom God hath chosen. The other speaks our duty. Those who would have the comfort of the privilege, must make conscience of the duty Christ gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, #Tit 2:14|. The church of Christ is like a dwelling: some furniture is of great value; some of smaller value, and put to meaner uses. Some professors of religion are like vessels of wood and earth. When the vessels of dishonour are cast out to be destroyed, the others will be filled with all the fulness of God. We must see to it that we are holy vessels. Every one in the church whom God approves, will be devoted to his Master’s service, and thus fitted for his use.

WE ARE FIGHTING A SPIRITUAL WAR OF GOOD VERSUS EVIL
PRAYING ON THE ARMOR OF GOD
Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.
I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Gospel Shoes of Peace. I choose to stand in the shoes of your good news, and on the firm foundation of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the solid eternal rock. Finally, I take up the Sword of the Spirit which is the holy word of God, I pray this powerful offensive weapon into my hand, and ask that your holy word would be fitting for every encounter I face. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.
With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. Now that I’m in your holy powerful armor, I walk away covered and ready to face my day as you go before me, and please protect me in the midst of the spiritual warfare in this unseen world, in my Lord Jesus name.

Do you feel distressed do you feel blessed
It depends upon the problems you faced
Were they debased or were they erased
In your night prayer were you of calm mind
Or was it impossible to unwind
You cannot get a peaceful night sleep
If you cannot release the pete and repeat
What voice do you hear as you pray intently
Is it the voice of one loving you gently
Or does it accusingly press you down
Reminding you of past ploys abound
The enemy attempts to derail you
Finding fault with whatever good you do
Making you feel unworthy of God’s love
Distorting your status in heaven above
Do not believe him – he constantly lies
God will forgive you a word to the wise
Have faith in the God who loves you in spite
Of each foible and failure or minor slight
Repent of each sin and/or opt offense
Jesus always comes to your defense
He loves you more than the enemy can
He’ll never leave you it’s part of the plan
His anger endureth but a moment
While weeping/wailing may indeed foment
Remain in his favor and please repent

BIG GAME HUNTER
Our hero’s home from the jungle
Doing the job of the Bureau,
Destroyed native slings and arrows
To get the scalp of Mad- a – whoreo;
All the natives are revolting
As he has captured their King Kong,
If he found the cure for cancer
The losers would still think him wrong.
Burt that is only chapter one
For tampon Tim is running wild,
To save his hide in Minny Scrota
He seeks the shelter of Rothschild;
And other satanistic fools
Who think they can control our God,
Whilst on this earth are pliant tools
Wasting assets to spread discord.
Our big game hunter must act again
To hunt down the feral beasts at home,
Who are paid to foment insurrection
Much like the Catacombs of Rome;
Its time to grasp the wild bulls horns
Time to enact pour hero’s mission,
The entire world will pay the cost
If he does not end this sedition.
With sadness at what is being Allowed to continue in the Land of the Free.

EVENING PRAYER
Dear Almighty Father,
Tonight, I am full of gratitude. The blessings you’ve showered upon me all day – they have been bountiful. “Give thanks in all circumstances” (1 Thessalonians 5:18), you’ve taught us, and I heed this wisdom.
Your love, Father, is limitless. Your compassion – it’s a river that never dries. Amidst life’s ebbs and flows, your love remains my anchor. Much like it says in Lamentations 3:22-23, your steadfast love never ceases.
Lord, your faithfulness is remarkable. Despite hunger gnawing at millions, you’ve filled my plate. It reminds me of your promise in Matthew 6:26. Just as you feed the birds, you’ve fed me, too.
Your protection, Father, is a fortress. Dangers lurk, yet they can’t reach me. Just as Psalm 91:14 assures us of your protection, I have felt your guarding presence.
You are Jehovah Rapha, our healer. My health, a testament to your divine healing power, reflects the promise of Exodus 15:26. You’ve mended me where I was broken.
In the face of tall challenges, you’ve granted me triumphs. I’ve witnessed the truth of Luke 1:37. Indeed, nothing is impossible for you, Lord.
Trials of the day have come, yet here I stand. Your strength, my Lord, has fueled my resilience. Like the apostle Paul says in Philippians 4:13, I can do all things through you who strengthens me.
Amidst distress, you’ve gifted me peace. My soul finds rest in you, mirroring the promise of Matthew 11:28. Come to you, I have, and found rest.
My financial woes, they’ve been swept away. Your provision, a reflection of Philippians 4:19, has shielded me from ruin.
