Last point: 2020 was not the beginning of this stuff. It has been going on in many states for decades. Deep-blue states are not as deep-blue as the vote totals indicate. If you go back to in-person voting, paper ballots, manual counts, the democrats lose 1/3 the seats they hold today across the board. States like IL and CA might actually be in-play again. There is no evidence President Trump “willfully” kept national defense files (as alleged under Espionage Act counts) or that they were stored in the bathroom or ballroom. (Smith never demonstrated that the boxes seen in photos taken off a staffer’s phone contained any of the alleged classified papers in the indictment—and Jay Bratt later admitted in court they did not have proof any of the boxes moved around Mar a Lago prior to the raid contained classified papers either or that they would have to demonstrate that at trial, which was nuts because those movements represented the basis of the obstruction conspiracy.)

They then tell the pilot his medical certificate has been revoked (it hasn’t) and unless he confesses and buys their services (about $350k worth of unnecessary, invasive psychotherapy and incarceration and invasive testing) that he will never fly again. No matter how many tests prove innocence, no matter how many doctors – best in the field – determine the pilot is innocent, unless he ‘confesses’ to being alcohol dependent he will never get through their program, and no one is allowed to go anywhere else – even seeing another doctor means termination and no ability to ever get another job because the FAA medical is now revoked for alcohol dependence.

It is like Hotel California — there is o way out. And once someone confesses their own confession is used as proof of guilt.

I am halfway through the transcript and as an old manufacturing guy, it is hard work. What stands out are several things but at this halfway point I will distill it because it probably is meaningless. So read further at your own risk.
