I don’t care if you support Donald Trump, Ron DeSantis or the Easter Bunny, any American who doesn’t realize the tenuous future of our union, after reviewing the information within this testimony, is going to forever live in a collapsed dystopian nightmare, if they vote for any political representative who supports it.
The House Judiciary Committee has released the [VIDEO] and [TRANSCRIPT] of special prosecutor Jack Smith’s deposition. What is outlined within it is alarming in the extreme. I strongly urge anyone with any platform to review the details and quickly highlight the content therein. There is no time to waste.

Jack Smith appeared before the committee with three personal lawyers to support him. The content of the deposition is chilling in the extreme. While many will focus on the granular details of the testimony, I wish to highlight one of the more alarming aspects to the bigger picture.
The predicate for Jack Smith to prosecute President Trump for his efforts to “interfere in the 2020 election”, and thereby “challenge all democratic norms”, essentially boils down to Jack Smith accusing President Trump of participating in a fraud when he challenged the outcome of the 2020 election.
To get beyond President Trump’s first amendment right to free speech, Jack Smith claims Trump knowingly understood that Joe Biden had won the election; President Trump was told by senior Republican advisors that Biden had legitimately won the 2020 election; President Trump rejected the reality of the “truthful information” presented to him, and instead chose to launch a psychological operation against the American people, i.e. “fraud.”
It is the charge of “fraud” which underpins the entirety of the case against Donald Trump, as pursued by Jack Smith. The charge itself is predicated on definitions of what constitutes truthful information, and within that subset of predicate you begin to realize just how important it is to professional leftists that they control information.
The case was dropped after the results of the November 2024 election, won by President Trump. However, if President Trump had not won that election, the prosecution would have continued.
Jack Smith notes in his testimony, in the most Machiavellian way, that his primary prosecution approach was to present “Republican” witnesses like Mike Pence, who Smith cunningly said he could not discuss as he was restricted from revealing grand jury testimony.
Smith was prepared to present witness testimony from Pence and other political “Republicans” who told President Trump that Joe Biden had legitimately won the election, and Trump needed to concede. This testimony then forms the baseline for the definition of “truthful information” that Trump rejected out of a malice mindset to continue clinging to power.
In essence, Smith defines what is “truth” (Biden won), then outlines how that truthful information was delivered and how President Trump dismissed it. Therefore, President Trump’s “mens-rea”, or state of mind, was one of promoting an intentional falsehood. According to the Lawfare approach selected by Smith, this mindset is the predicate that blocks President Trump from using his First Amendment right to speech as a defense.
Intentional fraud is not allowed under the protections of “free speech.” Jack Smith wanted to prove that President Trump was engaged in intentional fraud, and wanted to prove his mindset therein through the use of Republican political voices who delivered information to President Trump.
Jack Smith sought to define “truth”, and then counter the free speech defense by mob agreement on what constitutes the “truth.” Under this predicate, President Trump was being prosecuted for a thought crime, and Jack Smith sought to legally prove he knew his thoughts.
The only way Jack Smith could prove fraud would be to prove that President Trump believed the information about Joe Biden winning the election. Smith sought to prove Trump’s belief by presenting Republican voices who told President Trump he lost.
Whether you like or dislike President Trump, the issue here is alarming when contemplated.

I bought 40 copies and hand them out to people I meet that seem curious about what is going on. I am intending to invite people to my house for reading and discussion sessions because people I have given booklets to have been excited to learn more about what the United States is all about.
Election volunteers are needed everywhere. There are many tasks at varying level to help insure Election Integrity.
Encouraging your friends and neighbors to vote is very helpful.
Participating in circulating petitions for various local, state and federal issues is important; can sway elections and expose bad candidates.
Get out the vote efforts.
Know the current issues of your community, county and state. Be knowledgeable enough to explain what is being proposed because propositions use misleading language to confuse and misdirect voters.
There are other ways average citizens can become involved but what ever you do will cost you money or time or both. It’s the cost of becoming involved in politics; it is the price to be paid to protect yourself, your family, your money your property and your time.

Manafort was obviously working for the State Department and/or the Central Intelligence Agency while the FBI held fraud and money laundering charges over Manafort’s head. These types of issues should be delved into behind closed doors…with little to no judicial sheltering of the subpoenaed “witness”. They should be sat in front of a duly empanelled Federal Grand Jury and questioned by top US Deputy Prosecuting Attorneys. There is no requirement for previous charges or even probable cause. The Grand Jury process is a “search for factual findings”, those in turn may become the indictment. Smith would not have been allowed to show up being protected by 3 attorneys…he wouldn’t have been allowed any advocate with him…or no sitting judge to moderate the questioning, This is by design an adversarial process…it is designed to inflict maximum pressure on the ‘innocent and cooperating’ witness to fully and truthfully answer questions…any questions, nothing, pertaining to any subject is held off limits. The scene…the witness, alone, facing a properly prepared team of 1st class prosecutors, and another fully prepared team of FBI or other investigators…paying special attention to any mis-statements or outright lies, file boxes stacked to the ceiling with pertinent documents, or perhaps just to induce fear, and this entire process occurs with the witness sitting in a chair…no booth or pedestal, fully exposed to the prosecutors and investigators, and to the annonymous Grand Jury members scattered to the front in the small amphitheater setting. Nobody else is allowed in the room. It is designed to induce complete truth telling and subserviance. Just one slice of the Democrat election fraud scheme was enough to account for the 10 million more votes Biden tallied than Obama did. Rasmussen found that 20% of respondents who said they had voted by mail in 2020 went on to admit that they voted illegally by mail (that they submitted at least one duplicate vote, in another state or whatever, or by mailing-in a ballot in someone else’s name).
The mail-in voters were very disproportionately Democrat because conservatives are broadly against mail-in voting on grounds that it is inherently susceptible to vote-fraud. We were trying to hold the line against mail-in voting by voting in person on voting day, wherever possible.
Democrats, on the other hand, embraced mail-in balloting (largely because it allows them to perpetrate fraud I would say). I don’t have the numbers, but I presume that a large majority of Democrats must have voted by mail.
Say it was 3/4s of Democrat votes. At least 1/5 of those were fraudulent. That is what mail-in voters admitted to in Rasmussen’s poll. That’s over 10 million fraudulent Democrat votes right there.
That’s before counting the slice of vote fraud that came from the stuffing of the remote ballot boxes in the five key counties that swung the five key swing-states to Biden (2000 Mules).
On True the Vote’s very conservate count, that ballot stuffing amounted to far more than the margin of victory in each of those five states.
True the Vote was, of course, subject to lawfare, sued and prosecuted for its perfectly sound conservative estimates.
Then there are the electronic voting machines that were never audited (thanks to the traitor Bill Barr secretly countermanding Trump’s order that all evidence of vote-fraud / election-fraud be immediately investigated).

The state of Georgia alone exonerates Trump. Trump lost GA by less than 20k votes and Fulton County (home of Fani Willis) finally admitted they have 315k votes with no custody control records. Fulton County is the county with the fake watermain break and the video of people pulling out boxes of ballots from under tables and scanning the same ballots multiple times. GA SOS Raffensberger, a Republican, is as corrupt as any Democrat and declared the 2020 election the most secure ever. He’s now running for governor.
There’s some fine people, TruetheVote.org and others, staying after this fraud, but the devil is still down in GA and lying up a storm.
