The nation is not “We” and when the Dems say “we” in that context, they mean “you” are guilty of this; while the “we” from Dims claims the higher ground of we-Democrats-the-better lobbing attacks.

Regarding Bongino…I disagree with the assertion of many that he did nothing. I think it must be infuriating and exhausting fighting the deep state, and I’m sure it’s nearly impossible to get anything done, let alone clean up that trash heap that is the FBI. HOWEVER, I would like to know the truth as to why…if it is his wife, as I’ve heard, or just because it’s a frustrating fight, I view him as a quitter. He agreed to make the sacrifice for his country. Was he pushed out? If he’s leaving simply to go back to his show, I hope it’s because he can use that platform to better serve MAGA.
I wonder if he felt he was not allowed to do the job he signed up for. He admitted that he was stunned by all the layers of corruption — but if his hands were tied to do anything about it, or he was muzzled by his superiors against speaking out (or even threatened) maybe he felt it was better to just step down rather than fight a losing battle. There needs to be some accountability and soon. At the very least, there are three more years of hope to hold some accountable for their treasonous actions – even if it is ‘just’ to prevent these crimes from occurring in the future. Recent photos of his wife and kid going about their daily activities, combined with a “resign or else something could happen to them,” untraceable, would make a person think hard about quitting. Of course that isn’t an absolute truth…the amount of the interest payments depend upon at what rate it is refinanced. The number in the article is based on current payments. If/when interest rates drop low enough, all the high interest rate debt that Biden’s Treasury Troll financed will be rolled over to significantly lower rates and the interest portion of the payments will go down. If Scott has any sense (and he does) he’ll refinance it with 20y and 30y treasuries, as the rates won’t likely be low again after this ongoing drop for quite some time.

Have had quite a few medical procedures over the past several years and invariably receive a post-procedure survey. If any medical personnel has been particularly obnoxious, or even quasi-threatening, I make sure to name them by name in that survey. And then I state, “for the record,” that I anticipate future procedures may be necessary at their facility, and that person is not to be assigned to my care in any capacity.
On two such occasions, young nurses were involved. I received calls from the supervising nurse to discuss my comments. Point being – this is a way to fight back and to legally document perceived abuse. Do make a copy or printout of the survey before clicking “Send.” 🙂
For the curious: I woke up from major surgery in excruciating pain. The attending post-op nurse was sitting with her back to me, kidding around with her boyfriend on a cellphone.

Earlier this month, Fulton County admitted that approximately 315,000 early votes from the 2020 election were illegally certified but were nonetheless still included in the final results of that election.
The admission came during a Dec. 9 hearing before the Georgia State Election Board (SEB) stemming from a challenge filed by David Cross, a local election integrity activist. Cross filed a challenge with the SEB in March 2022. Cross alleged that Fulton County violated Georgia statute in the handling of advanced voting ahead of the November 2020 election, counting hundreds of thousands of votes even though polling workers failed to sign off on the vote tabulation “tapes” critical to the certification process.
And Fulton County admitted to it.
Ann Brumbaugh, attorney for the Fulton County Board of Registration and Elections, told the SEB in the hearing that while she has “not seen the tapes” herself, the county does “not dispute that the tapes were not signed.” Brumbaugh continued, “It was a violation of the rule. We, since 2020, again, we have new leadership and a new building and a new board and a new standard operating procedures. And since then the training has been enhanced. … But … we don’t dispute the allegation from the 2020 election.”

Can’t stand Napolitano. He was on Eric Bolling today and they were both lamenting the strikes on drug boats traveling from Venezuela.
Since about the 2018 time frame he has been the mouth piece of the anti-trump and leftist crowds. Not sure exactly what they are holding over his head, but he did a considerably abrupt change in direction and was so bad at one point that he mostly disappeared. I quit listening to anything he had to say.

I’m so happy about the checks going to the military. For people at the bottom who earn very little this is a real Christmas present. I pray many little kids whose families have been pushed hard experience joy on Christmas day.

I think the House is going to be forced to take a vote in January on the Obamacare subsidies.
The House did their part to solve the problem. The trouble spot is the Senate. Thune lets Schumer walk all over him and will not drop the filibuster.
Yet, as part of settling the 43 day government shutdown,
there is an agreement that there would be a vote on health care before the end of the year.
(that does not mean that the vote would be up, or down)
There are attempts to get another Senate vote to occur.

Breaking NEWS: HHS has terminated multiple federal grants to the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), totaling around $18-20 million and for good reason.
The AAP has recommended pediatrians practice gender affirming care for children and from summer 2021 and thereafter, the AAP recommended that all students and school staff age 2 and older wear masks in schools – even though there is no evidence that mask use would stop transmission.
