Earlier today, Attorney General Pam Bondi, FBI Director Kash Patel, Deputy Director Dan Bongino and U.S. Attorney for DC Jeanne Pirro, held a press conference to announce the arrest of 30-year-old Brian Cole as the suspect in the January 6, 2021, Washington DC pipe bombs. [Indictment pdf HERE]
The FBI say, in the indictment, Brian Cole spent 2019 and 2020 buying components that match those used in the bombs (galvanized metal pipe, end caps, kitchen timers, wiring, steel wool, and 9-volt battery connectors) from various hardware stores across Northern Virginia. The FBI also alleges that Cole resumed buying similar parts in the days after the devices were discovered.
A license plate reader captured Cole’s car less than a mile from where the bomber first appeared on CCTV video on foot, and his height at 5′-6″ matches the FBI surveillance estimate for the bomber’s height. Both devices were confirmed to be viable improvised explosive devices. WATCH:

Brian Cole’s motive for planting the pipe bombs remains unknown. According to the Daily Wire, Cole and his father worked as bail bondsmen under multiple company names. One was StateWide Bonding, Inc., which handles immigration bonds, helping illegal aliens avoid prison. The bonding company sued DHS, alleging racism. In November 2020, the case was thrown out. The suspect is expected to appear in court on Friday.

They’ve listed the bomb casing materials but not the explosive material. What was the actual explosive used? You know, maybe I missed it in all the reporting but I don’t recall ever seeing the explosive material identified.

The timings of the serial discoveries of these “unarmed” bombs worked perfectly to divert resources from the Capital to these sites at a critical time. Given the denial by Pelosi of additional resources to the Capital Police and quite a few bad actors (FBI assets and Antifa members) in the protest group the desired chaos was achieved. After the diversion there was little interest in the bomber. He accomplished his mission regardless of whether he was aware. At that point the planners of the January 6th hoax were confident that they would control any investigations as they did for four years. When you consider the effectiveness of previous law fare the idea of another President Trump administration seemed far fetched. Many Republicans and conservatives were willing to cooperate with the insurrection narrative and led credibility to this obvious sham. It seems miraculous that we have President Trump and have uncovered yet another dysfunctional young man acting in such an organized fashion.
No one is going to convict a black, mentally challenged man in DC.
They will do a no-jail plea deal with one year of ankle monitoring.

Probably will be the outcome; DC jury, the things didn’t erupt, and with the pressure from Trump-47 voters insisting the person be arrested they had to come up with someone quickly in order to make the story go away. Too many new media in the White House press room to let the story die quietly without accountability.
Plus, Crump was probably needing a new payday so miracle of miracles, now has a new perfect client, the accused dad owns bail bond businesses and the grandmother was out first thing just as the news was hitting claiming her grandson is on the spectrum so enough to make the story quietly go away if the narrative gets set in a timely manner and in a way to get the America first, MAGA voters off the DOJ’s back.
