Well, Warner, like the Seditious Six and the others defending Cartels, is all on the take. They are all getting money: there’s no other reason to defend the Cartels at every single turn: human trafficking, drug running, and a plethora of other wrongdoing.
The cartels aren’t paying them to keep the border and flow of money/drugs/humans coming without results; they are paying them to ensure law enforcement is kept away, the border is kept open, the money flowing, and the CIA benefits and thus adds pressure as well.
Mark’s (both Warner and Kelly, among others) are getting paid to do things that are no longer happening. Cartels are taking a hit across multiple resources: transportation, human capital, product, and easy paths in and out. Mark and the others, every single one of them against this, who are crying, have been bought and paid for. The cartels want what they paid for, so those on the dole must impede and speak out; they don’t want their heads or their family’s heads in a cooler.
In 2024, over 100 Mexican pols were murdered; our pols know the networks are in the US too. They don’t want a “home invasion” or a “car accident” to impact their families.
It will be interesting for those who have been on the cartel payroll for years. Providing a heads up here and there. A legislative tweek, or a judicial favor. They are losing their influence and therefore they are.losing their value to the cartels.
I am sure the Cartels will be understanding as their puppets tell them it’s all Trumps fault. I wonder who will be chosen for symbolic public retribution hung from an overpass perhaps or maybe their head mailed to their lover.

I hear an echo of Lee Iacocca in your remarks. “Lead, follow or get out of the way.” Yes, we need clarity like this in our politics, and thank you to Secretary Rubio for the reminder of our President’s foreign policy in a few words. “If it makes us safer, stronger or more prosperous” then he is for it.
Rubio’s my choice in 2028. I like Vance a lot, but Rubio is far and away more seasoned, and in my opinion, more passionate about America’s important role in global affairs than anyone in Washington other than the president. Rubio is a good man. I hope God has his hand on him the next go around. He stated he will not run for the presidency if Vance decides to run. Oh, yes, he will.
Rubio has a bit of an issue with his nbc status. It didn’t come up the first time but it very well could if someone wants to get after him because he’s America first and a Trump team member. Were his parents citizens before he was born?
His status came up here in NH when he was running, we knew about it and wondered why or how he was running.

We are all going to have to deal with the fact that the only one we really trust, President Trump, will not be on the ballot again. I loved what Rubio had to say in that video, but I still don’t trust him. I like the things Vance has done since January, but I still don’t trust him. This is the problem. I trust Trump, and Trump alone. All the others are susceptible to money influence. I will pray on this and contemplate it for the next 3 years, but right now I have a great deal of concern about what is going to happen when President Trump leaves office. There is no sugar-coating it.

Too many Americans, grown insular in their viewpoint due to too many administrations that NEVER put America or American workers first, have become reactionary and almost narcissistic in their worldview. Gone is the Kennedy-esque sentiment of “ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country.” In its place, too often, is a knee-jerk suspicion and condemnation of anything that doesn’t positively affect the pocketbook in the next 30 days. We can’t be that shortsighted and survive as a nation.
Rubio brought clarity to the President’s efforts, not for for the low-IQ denizens of the state media, ,but for the American people. He wanted the country to know that in everything this President does the welfare of the American people is foremost in his mind, both domestically and internationally. If Americans grasp , even with all our problems, how exceptional this country truly is, then staying home watching the game or the stories while the lunatic Dems steal the ballot box is not an option. I hope that most of these dedicated people stay in place in the next administration. Trump has gathered a group of truly dedicated people that seem perfect in their roles, except for Bondi. She has been incredibly ineffective.
Rubio’s verbal intelligence is off the charts. The brief sermonette he gave at Charlie Kirk’s funeral is better than 99% of professional pastors of longstanding could have done. The man is clearly brilliant and knows exactly what to say in Trump’s presence.
But he is not MAGA, and never will be. A pointless war with Venezuela will not stop or even slow the flow of drugs into the U.S., 95% of which do not come from Venezuela but from Mexico and Colombia, and even Canada. Rubio is cajoling Trump into that war as a way to end Venezuelan support for Cuba, which is what Rubio cares about. A war of choice with Venezuela is about as anti- Trumpian as anything imaginable.
And he has Trump reciting CIA propaganda about the Ukraine war casualty figures. Rubio will keep the Ukraine war going throughout Trump’s term, even though Trump genuinely wants to end it. Rubio is quite easily smart enough to not get caught publicly undermining Trump, but wherever in private he can undermine peace efforts, he is doing so. There have already been several news accounts of this.
Again, this guy got 99 votes in the Senate. Are even the Democrats MAGA? Or do they know that Rubio is swampy. Real MAGA, like Hegseth and Gabbard, had a tough time getting Senate confirmation, and close votes.
I read Elizabeth Nickson who says the Chinese have ruined Vancouver, British Columbia by the Canadian government allowing it to be used as their location to transport drugs into the USA. So yes, it isn’t only from the south.
We’ll see about Rubio’s interest in keeping the Ukraine war going. I think I detect more sincerity in Rubio than you do but of course I could be wrong. I prefer to think that seeing real leadership for a change has inspired him.

I agree with your comments. Trump has been fed a lot of bull on Ukraine, which has caused him to vacillate on ending our war against Russia and keeping it going to the last Ukrainian body.

Our stolen elections are due to a systemic corruption on most state, local and federal government. The insurrection narrative was operated by Congress. The software of rigged or manipulated vote counting machines may well have been sourced from Venezuela, but it was our own state officials who manipulated the tallies. Attacking Venezuela does not solve any of our problems, it will exacerbate them.
They aren’t doing it the same way in every state or even every county, but the main source of manipulation is mail out, mail in ballots. The machines are a factor only in states that do not have the mailed ballots.
Oh, it has to do with narcotics (think “black budget”) and election/vote fraud.
A lot of information has been brought up regarding Venezuela’s role in the election steals….the country appears to be the head of the snake. Not just the election steals in our country, but many other countries as well. I think PDJT is stopping the drugs flowing into our country and eventually stopping the cartel that runs the government from stealing more elections.

I base my judgement on Rubio on what he is doing and has done. I think he is doing a great job and is clearly on board with the Trump agenda.
Do I know what he’s going to be like in the future? No. I don’t have a crystal ball, but I won’t judge him or criticize him for what people think he is going to do in the future. That will reveal itself in due time, and I’m happy with what he is doing NOW. Take the W, don’t project an L in the future
I have kept a wait and see posture because I know my opinion is evolving into one that is not so popular here.
We have been conditioned over the last 10 years to distrust anything and everything the intelligence community tells us. Now, it astounds me that all of the sudden we are supposed to trust the intelligence community’s assessments that these boats are carrying drugs. Maybe they are … maybe some aren’t.
Two things:
Thing one: I never hear it said, but, drug interdiction has been, and should be the job of our Coast Guard. Why not beef up their ranks if this is such a giant issue. If we have the intelligence that says these are boats carrying drugs and we know where they are, then that could easily be relayed to available Coast Guard units. The double-tap, war crime issue would be off the table and out of the press.
Thing two: I can’t help thinking this whole Venezuela push is a way for the Deep State, MIC and IC to lead the Administration into an impeachment trap or a 2026 midterm propaganda nightmare.
I see little upside. The self-inflicted wounds are completely avoidable. Unless …. perhaps there is a greater geopolitical strategy being executed that I just don’t understand yet.

I’m in the same frame of mind. These boats are unable to reach anywhere close to the Florida Keys, and they are very common in the Caribbean.
It seems odd that they aren’t tracked to refueling or drop off locations. Then track the same boats or whatever they are transferred to, on up the chain. The goal would be to roll up operations in the states.

Marco Rubio’s brother-in-law, married to his older sister Barbara is Orlando Cicilia, a very famous narco terrorist. One of the Miami cocaine Cowboys. 35 year prison sentence. The violence of this cartel tore Miami apart in the 1980s. Marco denies knowledge of the activities despite sharing a home at the time.
Venezuela has by far the least narco trafficking, negligible volume, and in Cuba offenders are executed. I don’t remember Trump campaigning on this issue, it was ending our lost war against Russia.
Russia may have sold Zircon anti ship missiles to Venezuela, free enterprise and we arm actual terrorists globally for decades. why not? We’ve killed tens of thousands of Russians and attempted to regime change their nation. Two can Tango. If this is the case, we likely will lose ships, even the Gerald Ford. We have no interception capabilities for hypersonic weapons. Then what?

The Secretary’s speech was passionate as was his obvious respect for President Trump’s “America First” Policy implementation.
I saw that ugly man, both physically and spiritually, Leon Panetta flapping his gums about Hegseth being a war criminal. They have all the cockroaches coming out of the Democrat baseboards.
I never thought I would like Rubio . As a matter of fact I couldn’t stand him. But in his role as Secretary of State I think he is doing an outstanding job and I think he would be better for MAGA as the next president than any of the other current contenders.
Time will tell but for now Rubio has my backing.

Clearly the administration is hearing the pollsters say that the American people are complaining that too much focus is going to foreign policy, not enough on domestic. These are warnings coming from Mark Mitchell and Richard Baris. The midterms look grim if the messaging doesn’t ramp up to the “kitchen table” level and the “what have you done for me lately” crowd.
IMHO those polled do not appreciate the connection of foreign policy to our domestic situation.
That being said, what is clear is that the admin needs to do a better job of talking about what is happening domestically and when Americans can expect to feel the positive affects of this administrations work. That is why Bannon had Peter Nevaro on – who apparently has been out on the media circuit to do just that.
I am so pleased that Rubio can articulate our positions so well.

I watched this live and always love Rubio’s speeches, but as I watched this re-run, I focused on PDJT’s body language. Specifically, when he takes a quick glance over at JD sitting across from him (see 0:38 & :57, and several times throughout the comments re: JD (see 2:04 & 2:52). PT also takes quick glances over to others sitting in close proximity to JD. IMO, in real time he is assessing how others are assessing/receiving Rubio’s speech, & particularly in his long glance at JD during Rubio’s JD remarks.
In this meeting, PT also states that there are probably 2 people at the table who will be on the ’28 ticket.
I don’t think anyone can replace Rubio as SoS. I could see him as SoS for years…..But I can also see him a POTUS. Tricky situation.

Rubio also should give proper credit to himself – or, other people will do it for him. Sometimes he shows a sense of humor, and sometimes an opaque poker face. But he is exactly what the nation needs in this foreign-facing role. And he is completely dedicated to it. President Trump didn’t let the Washington establishment pick his Cabinet for him, and he tasked them all with a very difficult job – righting a burning ship. But they are all doing it.

I’ve always respected Marco Rubio. He always seemed decent and sincere. As far as I know, he hasn’t become a multi millionaire while in the Senate. I know all about his participation in the group that worked on immigration reform. Mistake due to inexperience. I don’t know what damage he did while chair of the SSCI. Someone had to replace Burr. Seems Rubio navigated the Senate as best he could without mortgaging his soul. And he built a relationship with DJT that enabled him to leave the swampy Senate and advance our country. God Bless Marco Rubio.
Regarding Secretary of State Marco Rubio’s character and motivation and truthfulness in this presentation,
I had a unexpected opportunity with about 30,000 faith leaders on a National Faith Advisory Board prayer
call for the President, at which he was present on the line. Near the end of the call, after faith leaders had
prayed for the President to the President unmuted, while the rest of us prayed nationwide muted – Marco
happened to be walking down the hall past where the call was occuring, and stepped in. He said something
to the effect that God provides unexpected blessings, and to walk in on this call was one, and “whatever we
were doing, it was working. Please keep doing it.” Nothing fake about it, or about a President who would take
an hour out of his unreal schedule to be prayed over.
Mr Rubio is quite literally growing before our very eyes & it is a most beautiful sight to behold. Is he Presidential material. I now believe that he most certainly is taking nothing at all away from VP J.D. Vance.
And I must also say that I believe that President Trump has assembled in my view 1 of the finest, most knowledgeable Cabinets of all-time!!
This group knows not only how to govern, they know how to throw right back to the press the garbage that the press attempt to fling at them.
I’m (still) simply stunned with our SecState and his full-blown advocacy for 47. I’m pleased, but I have serious PTSD from Sec. Rubio’s prior profiles.
