How are they allowed to have Sharia courts operating anywhere in the USA. Our American Constitution is definitely not compatible with sharia law and our Constitution is the law of the land. The Sharia Court system as far as I understand it, works like the Jewish system works.
Go look up ‘Beth Din’, ‘Board of Rabbis’, and ‘Dayanim’.
The ‘board’ or ‘panel’ serves as a rabbinical court to arbitrate disputes according to Jewish law (Halacha).
These panels are composed of rabbinic judges, referred to as Dayanim, who adjudicate a wide range of disputes including commercial, communal, and family matters.
The parties bringing the matter of dispute to the ‘court’ agree to abide by the determination or judgement of the court prior to the hearing of the case.
Sometimes, a criminal matter might be kept quiet from the legal system and brought to the Dayanim.
Example: Bob takes a car belonging to Harry to satisfy an unpaid debt that Harry owes Bob.
Rather than Harry calling the police on Bob and throwing the theft into the State system, and/or Harry suing Bob in the State civil court, Harry and Bob agree to let the Dayanim settle the issue/issue.
Then Bob and Harry do whatever the Dayanim decides whether Bob and/or Harry like it or not.
Go look into how the Church of Scientology deals with issues in-house.

Since I have never studied nor practiced Sharia Law I am limited in my ability to explain what they are up to exactly.
My guess is that in the Sharia system all members agree to keep civil, commercial, and criminal matters in-house if at all possible the same way Scientology does.

I don’t know, maybe it’s the conspiracy theorist in me, but I think MTG and Massie, along with others, are trying to weaken MAGA support for President Trump.
The 2016 election is critical to keep House and Senate or the MAGA movement will be toast. If the Democrats win the House it will be all-in investigations and impeachment IMO.
The Establishment UniParty RINOS will be well organized and funded to lose and, of course, with a lot of help from the Democrats and Establishments Media.
Wouldn’t be surprised if MTG has a growing friendship with GA Governor Kemp and SOS Raffensperger, who is running for GA governor.

All true. Nice read. I don’t know what has been going on with him. I think his world got turned upside down by two things.
First, his spiritual demon attack. Secondly, he had a big epiphany a few years ago. A sudden revelation that everything he had been led to believe was false. He was living the lies.
That kind of sudden awakening can shake you hard. I think it is possible that his reach to the extremes may just be an over-correction. In other words, the pendulum has swung to far off in the other direction due to his desire to see it all so he can discern the real truth.
I don’t watch much of his stuff anymore. He lost me a long time ago. He does have occasional good segments that I watch now and then. I have not abandoned him.
I am hoping he will swing that pendulum back to normal in the future.

The author has institutional bias, IMO, which is not to say he may not be a fine historian or that VDH is not, only that it’s easy to see (one reason) why he dismisses Cooper lock, stock and barrel.

Sedition is the word.
Sedition is conduct or speech that incites people to rebel against the authority of the government, while insurrection refers to the actual acts of violence and rebellion against that authority. Both are serious offenses under U.S. law, with sedition involving conspiracy to overthrow the government and insurrection involving direct engagement in rebellion.
Incitement must be to encourage or suggest immediate action. It’s why they couldn’t charge Trump with incitement, his speech was to far away in distance and time. Ray Epps should have been charged with incitement, but he was an FBI provacateur.
So these Democrats are basically saying that they do not have to follow orders that are unconstitutional.
So they think these people are constitutional lawyers and would know. Do they need to get constitutional legal counsel before not following orders.
Did they suggest they just not follow orders if they have a constitutional opinion and if wrong would be subject to prosecution.
They should be forced to testify about their solution if someone followed their advice and was found to have broken the law.
this is a very good point and i really do not know what the threshold is for it being a legitimate grievance – its probably in the mil justice code or something. not liking a political arrangement is probably not a legitimate threshold.
but the Constitution is pretty clear on the grounds for when american troops should be in american cities or even on foreign soil without an invite.
From what I saw, the six Democrats were not specific about where the constitution was pretty clear- they just said they took an oath to follow the constitution and not to do anything illegal and to not follow orders that were unconstitutional.
I should think that’s feasible that some military individuals could take their advice and decide themselves what they felt was legal or constitutional- there’s a lot of opinions on current military actions in the Establishments Media regarding presidential authority that could confuse.

▫️ State-level overlap isn’t evidence. Private jets hit the same hubs constantly.
▫️ ±3 day windows mean nothing. That’s not co-location.
▫️ No airport codes. Without exact airports + timestamps, there’s no real correlation.
▫️ Long-range jets repeat the same US fuel stops for years. That’s normal aviation behaviour.
▫️ The sheet shows natural routing patterns, not coordination.
If someone had real evidence, they’d show same airport, same day, repeated airport-level matches, and flight irregularities. None of that is present.
The “73 overlaps” claim sounds dramatic, but the data doesn’t support anything suspicious. 🤨

As a delegate instead of a congressman, Plaskett cannot vote on the floor of the House. However, she can vote in committee.

I have been a principled “NO” on this bill from the beginning. What was wrong with the bill three months ago is still wrong today. It abandons 250 years of criminal justice procedure in America. As written, this bill reveals and injures thousands of innocent people – witnesses, people who provided alibis, family members, etc. If enacted in its current form, this type of broad reveal of criminal investigative files, released to a rabid media, will absolutely result in innocent people being hurt.
