Supreme Court rejects bid to overturn same-sex marriage ruling
A travesty, I believe that it must be overturned. From what I gather they dismissed the case primarily because it was brought to them in terms of the clerks rights.
The issue is a constitutional issue, and will have to be presented to the court as such.
There are no provisions in constitutional law for gay marriage, it is political gibberish at best, there was never any constitutional basis in the law for gay marriage to be made into law to begin with.
The courts ruling must be over turned to remediate the problem that they manufactured, and brought back to the court on the constitutional grounds of whether it was ever a constitutional right to begin with. Which it’s not and never was.
It’s a matter of the proliferation of mental illness.

A couple of Dennis Fahey & Eustace Mullins books were banned on Amazon. I had patriot books cleared out of my local library years ago after reading about it being done in Ventura Co Cali in Gareth Wean’s book. I tried what he found out and saw it was true where I had lived.

Over the years (not so much now) there have been several objections to National Geographic magazine being in public schools (mainly elementary) because of the nude photographs.
School systems do not ban books. They just do not provide them to children if parents find them objectionable. It is proper for parents to decide what their minor children may read.

Several classics have been banned from schools over the years – To Kill a Mockingbird, The Catcher in the Rye, Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, and Slaughterhouse Five just to name a few – because they were found to be objectionable by the powers that be.
Removing pornography and blatant grooming content is one thing.
Removing thought provoking literature is a different matter.
It’s called State Rights, and while I can easily see your point,the fact remains that the titles removed from public schools dealt with LGBT, Sexuality, or violence.

By the way, I thought I might also point out that during the time period the titles you mentioned were popular, a married couple could not appear in a bed together on television unless one had one foot on the floor. President Trump has pardoned dozens of people who allegedly tried to overturn the outcome of the 2020 presidential election, including those who were named as so-called “alternate state electors” to certify the results. Ed Martin, a Justice Department attorney whose focus is pardons, posted what appeared to be the pardons document on social media, which was later confirmed by the White House.
In addition to these alleged false electors, others granted pardons include former Trump personal lawyer and one-time close Trump adviser Rudy Giuliani and Mark Meadows, Mr. Trump’s chief of staff from March 2020 to January 2021. More than 70 people are named in the document as receiving pardons.

What is so over the top frustrating to me is the whole purpose of the J6 speeches and protest was to delay certification of Biden until investigations could happen to see, if indeed, the election was not valid due to corruption.

Valid reasons for getting rid of birth right citizenship for every single person who tries to use it.
