Last night is preview of what’s coming for the midterms. Parking an invasion force in the Caribbean before the election for the NEOCONs is likely not a good idea. Also not a good idea is not letting Joe Kent do the job Kash Patel won’t. Let Kent do his job and allow the chips fall where they will and things be as right as rain again.
The only solace to be had is that the blue wave was in a wading pool.
Course correction from foreign to domestic focus really, really needed.
Honestly the Democrats did a better job on messaging on the economy. We all know the current economic problems were cause by the Biden Administration and would only be worse if Harris had been elected. Yet the Democrat managed to blame it all on Trump once again, because people don’t understand economics and are willing to believe anything bad about President Trump. Trump has only been in office about 9 months. You can’t turn 4 years of bad policies, mismanagement and corruption around that quickly. Plus the Democrat were trying to stop Trump from fixing things with lawsuits and the help of Powell at the fed. Still Trump improved energy prices, chicken and egg prices and slowed inflation and core inflation. Yet there was little talk about that. Trump should have also tried to do something about corporations buying up housing and rental properties driving up prices to unaffordably for young people. High home prices and rents made young people want the rent freezes and free rent promises. The silver lining is those socialist government policies will only make things worse.
If you want to help young people get a house, start building 1500 sq ft houses young people can afford instead of these 5000 sq ft energy guzzlers.
How many people get their kid a top-of-the-line Lincoln or Cadillac for their first car?
Excellent idea. Problem is…..the youth want the status symbols. They are not interested in working their way up. Rather they want to start at the top.
We could buy every kid a house when you look at the total bill for what we spend on ‘educating’ them for 12 years.
And, in this day and age, the roof over their head will serve them far better than educations that graduate them unable to read and do math.
In my area, that 12 year bill exceeds some $300,000 per student.

I agree totally. Todays young people want what older generations had taken decades to get. We started with older fixer uppers, then moved on to those 1400 sq foot ranches and then finally a bigger home.
That doesn’t negate the facts of corporation buying up existing homes and rental units or the fact twenty million illegals are living in residences too. This all drives up prices.
Also do you want the government building houses? Private equity is buying homes not bulding them.
NJ and VA are pretty much Dem states. It’s possible to elect a RINO like Youngkin or Christie if everything aligns properly like it did for Youngkin with the Northern VA School Board Backlash. It’s not like yesterday’s results were unexpected.
True, but the margins of victory tell more than the victory itself. These blue states are willing to accept candidates from the dirty trick Dems that are flawed and sketchy, communist leaning, paid for by TPTB, political violence promoting drones. Why is the question. Why did the republicans not make a bigger dent in these elections? When that is answered completely then we know what to continue to do.
These are small somewhat predictable elections but they lead up to the big midterm election and beyond to 2028. Not one was changed or that the republicans can hang their hats on as a victory. This is not something to brush off lightly and make excuses for the poor showing by the Trump led MAGA led republicans. Do not kid yourself. Pres. Trump and his plans for America took a hit by these elections.
I agree with those calling for him to start to concentrate much more on domestic policies, issues and the upcoming mid term elections. He/we have 13 months to change the dynamics from this election momentum that the Dems will claim loudly and longly.

I agree with you. The republicans I know myself included do not vote for a republican just because they are republican. A republican has to earn our votes and if they don’t do anything to earn our votes, we do not reward them for something they did not earn. No participation trophy’s given.

Sometimes I do sometimes I don’t, depends on the candidate. I live in a state where a Kentucky senate interloper interfered in a state senate race because the republicans primaried a republican in name only governor and lost. This Kentucky interloper was not at all happy that Delaware republicans threw out his buddy, so he flooded the state with money to support a democrat and that democrat was Chris Coons. So yes, I will abstain from voting if I believe that the republican on the ticket is a bait and switch.

Lost below the radar of NYC last night was that the PA Supremes retention races were all stolen by illegals out of Philadelphia. And that very activist state Court has helped turn critical PA from a naturally red state to one that is a very artificial and imported blue … and eventually to turn reddish-green in its core urban center.
Now it is going to take the US military alongside ICE to clear out NYC, Minneapolis, Philadelphia and all the other illegal-conquered areas of these invaders.
The deportation campaign from here on out is going to require at least 15,000 per day, and going directly into the belly of these beasts to control it. Every day of delay is going to make that operation uglier and potentially more violent.
And tough sounding tweets and Fox News appearances by your cabinet officials alone will no longer cut it. Fox isn’t rounding up anyone, and frankly very few even watch it.
And it also includes a duplicitous Republican Senate who should have invoked the nuclear option three weeks ago and accelerated the BBB and PDJT’s agenda, providing the resources to do so. Instead, they have stalled its operations.

Yesterday’s communist takeovers of NYC and Minneapolis, and to a lesser extent NJ and VA and CA, could have been deflected and maybe even stopped, had these non-performing camera, tweet, and privilege pigs masquerading as Cabinet officials done their jobs months ago. And had started a more significant clear out of the invasion armies that have amassed there.
As a start, the invaders’ installed puppet in NYC should be quickly denaturalized and deported. Today. We have had federal anti-Communist statues on the books for over 70 years now. START ENFORCING THEM.
But it all starts with you, Mr. President. Call these slackers in, and start cracking the damn whip, or showing them the door, for people who are fired with enthusiasm and will do what must be done.

This wasn’t even close. Morris County NJ, Republican stronghold forever, and huge Trump supporting place, went super blue. That doesn’t track. Bergen county went from Red to solid blue like two cycles ago.
Jack barely won some places in the South Jersey that were always and even last year bright red.
I’m sure massive cheating happened, of course, but these were just big wins, it wasn’t just that. Add the Republican/Conservative flight, and other forms of corruption and low IQ voters. These places are totally conquered.

I then suggested several places in NC.

They needed republican voters – who have history of only paying attention to presidential elections – to get/remain complacent.
The media pushed those. Go no further. They are paid to shill for the left/dems. Until that changes or is thwarted by the right/republicans, the hill gets steeper. The shut down was a tool the Dems gambled on for their voters to glom onto along with the ICE issues and a general dislike for Pres. Trump in their ranks, emphasized by the likes of Pelosi and Jeffries.
Imo, The shut down was a much smaller version of the Covid tool for the Dems to use and it was the old guard Dems who made it happen even though they took the role as has beens and supported the new age progressives and communists running for their party. This should prove we should never underestimate any of those political oldies and their experience in gaining their objectives. They never, ever stop trying to gain power and will not ever stop using the dirtiest tricks they can while betting the American people will go along with it all if it is presented in a way that makes them blindly follow along.
I have said since the Obama days, it will take some clever maneuvering to outwit the dirty left. They will do anything, no matter how underhanded, to get what they want. They are good at it, they play the long game, they never stop. Lawfare has their district court judges on full retainer as they look to delay the actions of the administration for moments just such as this election cycle. Our side stopped it seems, laid back for these off year elections, put up poor candidates. If they continue to do that now, the midterms are lost already and the Presidency in 2028 is in their sights right now. We all know this. We cannot afford to take time off from the fight all across this country.
Lessons should be learned by this off year blast from the enemy. The game just ramped up and we need the most top notch warriors, clever legal minds and the MAGA people to be on their toes and planning ahead vigorously to not only stop the enemy but to defeat the enemy by next year. MAGA needs to coalesce and become strong and active. The enemy is trying to split Maga, make it useless. Don’t let them.

Polling also ignored the shutdown impact to Northern Va.
Normally, the polls lie about the Democrat lead being unsurmountable.
These were lies that it was possible for Rs to win or come close.

The best to be done there is block as much federal funding as possible and let him fall on his face, Along with investigating his background and showing the illegal things he may have done in his past and proving them. A far more productive situation is go after the liar media with every tool you have and force them to report the truth and get the election systems changed as much as possible in the short time left before the mids.

1000% seconded. trump built a coalition of people, not all of whom are die hard conservatives. we can either purity test them all out, or he can live up to some of his basic promises, like GTFO of foreign entanglements and stop gaslighting us that its MAGA to keep sticking our thumb in everyone’s eye but our own.
there are lots of splinters out there in the big bad world… but we have a beam to address at home.

I would have written off yesterdays results as predictable blue places doing predictable blue things but it sure didn’t help this morning to read that Trump has re-appointed Jared Issacman (one of the big funders of the left) to NASA.

It’s not. Demonrats won races they were supposed to win. Last now will embrazen them to move even farther left. That won’t [play in the midterms.

If we eliminated their incentive by only using citizens numbers in the census to use for the number of House Representatives and reaffirm only Citizens can vote in Federal elections (Supreme Court). If their incentive was eliminated then I expect they wouldn’t embrace illegals so much.
But the Democrats want allow census categories of citizen or non citizen to be used and the Establishment UniParty RINOS don’t fight it.

But that left us engaged in an eternal war. GWB tried to win it, but left us more deeply engaged in the eternal war after “winning”.
Trump on the other hand has shown that economic strength is capable of providing security. It is even stopping wars around the globe.

Just take tariffs as an example. America became the greatest economic power in the world while funding itself primarily through tariffs. That fact alone should dispel the lies. But then we changed to the income tax. And then we had a depression and tariffs were used to make it worse. And tariffs were disparaged as the greatest evil. So after the war that ended the depression we fight against tariffs in the name of a free trade that isn’t allowed by hundreds of other mechanisms.
I will readily admit that I got sucked into Milton Friedman’s charismatic evangelism against tariffs and for free trade. So much so, that I could not hear the truths that Buchanan and Perot were telling us. Live and learn! Or suffer until you do learn.
Just think. Because I took so long to learn. I voted to suck jobs out of America thru Mexico to China. Did it ever make sense to reward China for massacring freedom lovers at Tiananmen Square with entry into the WTO and granting it Most Favored Nation trade status. I noted earlier this morning that if a certain demographic in NYC voted at deciding levels for Mamdani instead of either of 2 Catholics with lifelong ties to NYC, it will be very confusing for people who want to (or for some, pressured) into supporting said demographic and then get Mamdani as thanks. But going independent against somebody who already won more of his voters than he could, made it impossible for Cuomo to win, only harming anybody who also opposed Mamdani. (You have to be able to win over your normal opposition, like Murkowski, to win against the person who beat you in your primary.)

The federal employees, federal contractors, and sadly a lot of retired military don’t like that he has the audacity to change anything about how the uniparty operates or screw up their ability to grift money.

Now Schumer wants to play the Big Wheel, dictating terms to President Trump. No. I would not recommend meeting with him. Schumer can walk off the stage with Pelosi and Biden. The President can select the new Senate Minority Leader by establishing a relationship with the sane and reasonable John Fetterman and meeting with him instead. Schumer must not profit from the irresponsible brinksmanship he has dragged us into at enormous cost.

The reason for last night is simple.
Inflation, expensive food and housing, personal debt, lack of purpose and destruction of the middle class leading to the destruction of the family unit. This an outcome of moving off the gold standard, which then caused a rapid increase in national debt. The debt benefits the wealthy and hurts the middle class. It’s a linear progression. Couple that with offshoring of jobs and decisions made by Wallstreet and the DC political class has added insult to injury. Flood the country with illegals to break the system. The suffering that most Americans feel is intentional. They have broke the psyche of the people, and have brought them to their knees. People are begging for mercy, and people in pain make irrational decisions to alleviate that pain in the moment with no consideration to the future.
This was decades in the making, and won’t course correct any time soon, if ever. Its just the way it is.
