No little children were sniffed at this year’s event. No little baggies of white powder were accidentally handed out. The Easter Bunny did not need to step in to save the President. They did not “call a lid” at 11AM.
What they did was turn the White House into a nursing home for joetato.
No infants were bit either!!

POTUS just returned from his whirlwind VERY successful tour of Asia, and now spends a solid hour handing out candy with FLOTUS. They could be any other nice couple greeting Trick or Treaters, except, well, the White House in the background.

Even when I was in my 30’s, when I’d come back from a trip to Asia, I’d be passed out for a week. China to US always hit me *hard*.
I do not understand how he does this!
Travel to Asia and Europe in those days take longer, with at least 2 stops with long wait times between flights. With the time difference between east and west, one loses a day or gain one depending on which way one is travelling. Takes a week or so for the body to adjust to day/night when it comes to sleep and meals. Constant travel makes it easier to adjust and to regulate sleep and meals while underway. No direct flights like today when you can fly small town airport to an international port in 2 hours. Then catch a flight direct 2-3 hours later .. SF – Singapore, NY – Singapore etc.
PDJT going through protocols upon arrival, waiting for meetings, lunches or speeches by hosts, etc .. got to be truly exhausting because of need to stay focused and alert when others speak, and listening and verifying what proposals and proposals, agreements/disagreements, future transacstions and changes are being put forth; even though talks before hand may have similar topics discussed.
Strong spirit and God given blessings, physical stamina and and alertness in mind and ability to convey thoughts on what matters most. God bless President Trump. Love is the driving force.

There was a tiny Uncle Sam and a couple of tiny Lady Liberties too- oh my HEART! They were all so cute.
At the moment I tuned in, I kept thinking DJT seemed distracted, he spoke to our lovely FLOTUS and seemed to address something behind our view. But then he brought himself into the event.
At about that same time one of the little trick or treaters, a cute little girl, kept on tapping the President’s hand to get his attention and he finally realized that she was wanting her candy bar! That was just such cute moment!

Retired Magistrate here: What a lovely Trick or Treat. It looks more like a Harvest Festival with scenes I remember from my childhood; not scary stuff, just fun with lovely music in the background.
Trump is the greatest person without a doubt in my lifetime (and I’m in my 60s). He has accomplished so much for Americans and the world in such a short time. His energy is amazing!
