I never believed that “plugs” got 81 million votes (illegitimate ballots maybe, but legit votes – no way).

Biden did not get that many ballots. The shear logistics of millions of ballots having to be moved all over the place. The trucker that came forward with moving ballots from NY to PA is an example. Machines put magic voting into the system…….but even that was not enough. They had to in Fulton County run ballots into the tabulators multiple times.
Even in states like Minnesota that were usually safe for Democrats. Trump won and they needed to add votes to save the down ballot contests.
There was so much evidence of irregularities at the very minimum and if one were honest, absolute corruption. The 2020 election should have been investigated which was what J6 was all about.
I feel that if all the irregularities and evidence of corruption that occurred happened (exactly ), but came out in Trumps favor, the Democrats, Establishments Media and many Establishment UniParty Rinos would have demanded investigations and recounts.
So J6 was not an insurrection. The speakers wanted investigations of the evidence before certifying Biden. Yes, they wanted to overturn the election, but legally through the certification process. They knew the election was corrupted and Biden didn’t get 81M votes.
There are investigations going on, I think/hope, about the cause of the rioting that occurred on J6. We actually know it was a planned set up by the Establishment. We just need the evidence and it’s coming out drip by drip. Unfortunately, the Establishments Media doesn’t share that.
I just would hope that these investigations also focused on the Root Cause of J6 and the J6 protests did have justification because the election was indeed corrupted. So the J6 protestors were not evil MAGA thugs as the Establishments Media has portrayed them to be-They Are Patriots.

No, that is the mechanism that was not followed because the enabling legislation for the Electoral Vote Count, the Electoral Count Act, has not been repealed nor has it been overturned by SCOTUS as unconstitutional. Only an affirmative vote for one of the Objections would have produced a return of the vote for an audit by the Swing States delaying the vote count for 10 days.

At the very least, if these two issues were changed to requiring voter ID and no more mail in ballots, we would make a huge leap forward in securing more fair elections. Praying they get accomplished.
You are right, the count cannot be more accurate than the voter rolls. Proper credentialing needs to be part of the hand count system. I think the reason it hasn’t been discussed much yet is that in my state for instance, the voter lists are kept at the state level, so it is hard (NOT IMPOSSIBLE) for we-the-people to do hand counting without some cooperation from at least the county to check that voters are properly registered and to get ballots printed and polling locations organized and publicized.
If President Trump can exert pressure from above to require this cooperation, we-the-people can easily hand count!

No need for any kind of machines. People count just fine! (It’s fun, and fast too. And with most systems you end up with double-checked, fully auditable results on Election Night, which we aren’t getting from the machines.)

The Jay Valentine software is, I believe, a misdirection.
The simple solution is for the voter rolls to be finalized in the month between the registration deadline and the election. These rolls are then printed for each precinct.
When real voters show up in person to vote with paper ballots, only they vote. Any invalid addresses/phantom voters will be void and no votes cast for them. It’s so very simple!
This exhaustive search for invalid addresses is simply unnecessary. It seems like a worthy pursuit but it is a colossal waste of time and effort.
Valentine is leading us down the path of more digitization, when the solution is paper ballots and paper poll books, and no possibility of electronic fraud.

I go back to my original view on the investigation of election fraud. President Trump should direct the Justice Department to form an Election Integrity Task Force made up of 25-30 hand picked investigators with full federal police powers (could be FBI, U.S. Marshals, DHS etc.). Their mandate would be to investigate the election operations in the 7 key counties: Philadelphia (PA), Wayne (MI), Milwaukee (WI), Madison (WI), Maricopa (AZ), Clark (NV) and DeKalb (GA). You could add Fulton County GA to make it 8 if you wish. These 7 Counties are where the 2020 steal took place. Election fraud is a national operation as well as local and easily falls under the RICO statute. Start with the small fish and turn them into informants and roll up the entire operation just like it was done with the Mafia. Impanel Grand Juries as needed. This needs to be a top priority of President Trump and the entire national security apparatus. Our nation’s future depends on its success.
