The entire world is watching events unfold. A middle east gordian knot that was considered impossible to untie, has been cut by President Donald Trump and his negotiation team.
Secretary of State Marco Rubio recaps recent events during a cabinet meeting. WATCH:
.

President Trump knows how to pick ‘em!
Now, the question is will we see an end to all those “free Palestine” riots, I mean, rallies?
Depends if the genocide ends.
Yeah right
October 7th, you mean?
Can’t end something that didn’t take place.
Could you imagine this happening under Biden? Or Harris? I think not.
All of this makes both Russia and Ukraine but at the current juncture Russia look petulant.
If you can get the Muslim Arab world and Jews to come together like this you can unify almost anyone
I think there is a big difference between the two wars. With Hamas and Israel, you have the leaders of much of the rest of the Muslim world wanting the war to end, and I mean really wanting it to end, even if they cannot always publicly be truthful about why.
But with Russia and Ukraine, you have the leaders of most of the EU and NATO wanting the war to continue, and I mean really wanting it to continue. Whatever you think of Putin, there is nothing he can do to end the war short of surrendering to Ukraine, which he will never do. The war continues because those backing Ukraine want it to continue for their own reasons (largely financial), and Trump is having a much harder time getting those intransigent people to agree to peace than he had with most of the important leaders in the Muslim world.
Simply surrendering would not be enough to satisfy the blood thirsty.
This war was started to take Putin’s head sndvto return Russia to the corrupt control of the West.
Anything less won’t be successful.
Spot on analysis.
No surrendering isn’t the other option negotiating is. Trump essentially gave him a majority of what he wanted just as an initial negotiating point. Once Putin and Zelensky met he’d have a much greater ability to influence ukr and the Europeans.
Putin stupidly snubbed that process. Trump has shown he’ll put leverage on anybody including ukr and isreal.
The war will continue as long as Z is breathing.
Agreed!
You can not make a peace with current Russophobic wh*res how many times VSGPDJT/VANCE/WITKOFF did try…Frank…they will be defeat on battle field or will be all frozen this comming General Winter…Frank
Sorry for pointing out the obvious. If Putin wanted peace he’d negotiate he clearly always wanted Odessa.
His arrogance is actually killing their economy
Point 1: Yes
Point 2: Uhhh… no.

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
It’s not “impossible.” It’s just not possible without justified bloodletting.
#1 – Do you think they are really just going to let these evil doers slip over the border, to just skulk back in free-scot? I don’t think so.
#2 Do you really believe these lying filthy scum are ever going to abide with any kind of demands? I don’t think so.
🚨 JUST IN: President Trump will depart the United States for the Middle East on SUNDAY as peace breaks out in Gaza
STOP ONE: Egypt – to sign Phase One of Trump’s Gaza peace plan
STOP TWO: Israel – likely to speak at the Knesset with a “SIGNIFICANT MOMENT” planned, according to NewsNation’s @LibbeyDean_
MASSIVE!
Step three, staff and press begging for sleep! Lol
Please don’t kiss the wall.
Hope that “significant moment” has no harm to PJDT.
MAGA Blessings!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
I’m praying that this really happens. I’m also praying that hamas and the other terrorists have been told what the big stick will be if the don’t abide by the agreement.
The only big stick that will have an effect is the one wielded by Qatar, Egypt & the rest of the Islamists in the sandbox.
🚨 BREAKING: Secretary Marco Rubio reveals President Trump was working OVERTIME in very intense fashion to speak with Muslim countries around the clock to make peace in Gaza possible
“One day, perhaps the entire story will be told about the events of yesterday. Suffice it to say, it’s not an exaggeration that NONE of it would have been possible without the President of the United States being involved.”
“Perhaps the stories will be told, perhaps they will never be told, the president had some extraordinary phone calls and meetings that required a high degree of intensity and commitment and made this happen.”
“It really took a turn less than a couple weeks ago, when we were at the United Nations and you convened a historic meeting, not simply of Arab countries, but of Muslim majority countries from around the world, including Indonesia was there, Pakistan was there, and created this coalition behind this.”
“I don’t know of any American president in the modern era that could have made this possible.”
As Sec. State Rubio was saying this the thought came up that Rubio is actually learning from Pres. Trump how to get things done, great training for future higher office.
Yes, this is a great comment. All his cabinet have a chance to learn how to be great at this, or any, job.
That was very powerful, very moving, and yet the haters will not even slow down for a minute – and far too few people will see this and understand and appreciate the magnitude of what has been accomplished.
We’ll never have another president like President Trump, but I do hope Marco Rubio is Secretary of State for years and years to come. He was born for this job, as President Trump repeatedly says.
May God bless and keep President Trump as he, Steve Witkoff, Jared Kushner, and the entire administration travel to the Middle East.
Hamas has declared victory,“The resistance has triumphed.” In Ramallah, as in Gaza, Palestinians are celebrating the ceasefire agreement, emphasizing that this is a victory for the resistance and that it was only possible thanks to the unity of Palestinians.

It’s what I expected. “Zionists in retreat.” Palestinian convicts being released. Sinha brothers’ stiffs coming out of cold storage for the inevitable shrine.
Wow, how unexpected that they would try and bluster their way to making themselves look good. Nobody believes them including themselves.
For peace to happen, if this is going to work, both sides must be able to declare victory.
The definitions of victory can, and often do, vary widely, but in most areas of the world it is important for diplomacy to include a way of saving face as a prerequisite for moving forward.
Rubio is sure showing his worth!
I still have my doubts about this thing coming together in a safe and humane way.
Times of Israel: “Knesset building lit up in colors of US flag in honor of expected Trump visit” (see the embedded photo. It’s beautiful. Quite a tribute to President Trump).
The Knesset building in Jerusalem, lit up in the colors of the United States flag. (Knesset Spokesperson’s Office)
The Knesset building in Jerusalem is lit in red, white and blue in honor of the expected visit of US President Donald Trump, following today’s announcement of an American-backed ceasefire deal in Gaza between Israel and Hamas, whose first phase would secure the release of all 48 hostages held in Gaza.
According to the Kan public broadcaster, Trump is slated to land in Israel at 3 p.m. on Sunday. Trump has not confirmed the visit.
The Knesset will remain lit in the colors of the American flag until the conclusion of the president’s visit, a Knesset spokesperson says.

USA and Israel flags projected onto the walls of the Jerusalem Old City.
I doubt it will last, sorry to say. Islam has the concept of a hudna, or temporary truce, which is designed to give a breathing space to recover when they are on the losing end of a conflict. Wish they had someone at State who understood this.
I agree. I think the truce / agreement / “peace” / or whatever the negotiators want to call it, will last until the Islamists organize another massive surprise blow-out. Won’t be long.
No offense intended but do you seriously think all those who have been involved for years with the ME and Israel don’t know the fragility of this agreement and the past history of how many agreements like this have been broken? Maybe there are some serious threats built into this agreement for Hamas and the other Arab countries to think about and make sure they abide by the agreement for the foreseeable future.
If you think you know more about this whole issue of the ME and all the risks of it going south, than all those people in the Trump administration who have been immersed in this issue for years, then I think you might want to rethink this statement that you “wish they had someone at state who understood this.”
*Shrug* I guess we’ll have to wait and see. I hope you are right that there are plenty of experienced, cynical state department employees who actually will put our interests in first place rather than going native or naive. However, a hudna is classic Islam as is Hamas ideology overall. I don’t see this ending well given the toxic nature of Palestinian society-the scorpion stings because that is it’s nature. I would be very happy to be wrong.
Tomorrow’s headline: Fascist, Nazi US president temporarily pauses his destruction of America to facilitate a fleeting peace to Israel and Gaza.
Not to far from it. Read this hit piece from the Guardian.
https://www.theguardian.com/world/2025/oct/09/norway-braces-for-trumps-reaction-if-he-does-not-win-nobel-peace-prize
A few tidbits;
“Peace prizes are earned through sustained commitment, not through social media tantrums and not from intimidation,” he said. “It’s good that Trump supported the recent ceasefire deal between Israel and Hamas. Any step toward ending the suffering in Gaza is welcome. But one late contribution does not erase years of enabling violence and division.”
Trump’s retreat from international institutions, and his wish to take over Greenland from The Kingdom of Denmark, a Nato ally, as well as infringements on basic democratic rights within his own country, do not align well with Nobel’s will.”
Once they gave that prize to Obama for just breathing, it became a tawdry piece of junk.
Once it was awarded to Algore and Yasser Arafat it became meaningless.
Guess they forgot about the one they gave Obama who actually didn’t do one thing to deserve it.
That Nobel Peace prize became worth less than nothing when it was given to Obumbler. PDJT knows that & yet he labors for peace.
Nobel is as legitimate as is Pulitzer. Those of us that are breathing know that.
Hate to be a naysayer here but…………………………
How many times in the past have the Palestinian “leaders” reneged on an agreement that would have brought lasting peace to their region?
Can we revisit this topic a year from now? See how things are going?
Trump’s legacy would not be a peace deal with the Palestinians, but a peace agreement for the region that survives the test of time.
Well, let’s be honest here, that’s a net of four.
+Venezuela
+Houthis
+escalating in Ukraine
Four is really good, don’t get me wrong. But we’re on a war footing in the Gulf of America. At least that would be a MAGA-worthy war to kill off the drug cartels and dry up Democrat fundraising.
Vance Schmance –Marco is PDJT’s right hand man IMO. Vance cannot match Rubio’s perfect articulation and his intensity.
I was happy to hear what felt like President Trump’s genuine appreciation of Rubio yesterday when Rubio first came into the meeting on Antifa. It seemed President Trump wasn’t just being the supportive boss. His face lit up, although that could have been because he assumed Rubio was bringing a positive message.
Watching the video of Rubio explaining things and of the entire cabinet sitting there with all the reporters behind them is really astounding when you actually stop and take it all in. An open cabinet meeting, transparency, repeated as was done in the first term, letting the whole world in on this type of American governing.
How the press cannot be ecstatic about this kind of treatment from the WH, along with daily contact with the President, who goes out of his way to talk to them, would be impossible. Amazing to listen to and watch that’s for sure. The Dems must cry every time they see this kind of connection to the people President Trump gives to them. It never happened before under a Dem President or maybe even a Republican one either. Biden never talked to the press except under extreme circumstances that forced him into it. Of course we all know why that was. Obama sneered at having to let Americans see what he was up to.
Those with incurable TDS will never get how amazing and important this open access to our govt. workings by our President really is.
I have a suggestion regarding the two-state solution. Why don’t they carve-out a Palestinian State somewhere other than within/right next door to Israel? There is plenty of land in the Middle East controlled by Muslims who hate Jews, and with whom the Palestinians would get along famously.
Uh, Jordan?
None of the other Muslim countries have ever wanted the Palestinians. Gee, I wonder why.
Is it wrong to think many in Israel are not happy with this peace deal?
Isn’t it true many in Israel wanted to take over all of Gaza for themselves?
Many in Israel have seen this kabuki theater of peace before and know exactly how its going to end.
The Oslo Accords ended in a violent wave of suicide bombings across Israel.
The return of southern Lebanon ended in a bloody war with Hezbollah and thousands of rockets across northern Israel.
The Gaza Disengagement led to Hamastan ,and tens of thousands of rockets across the entirety of Israel as well as 5 rounds of war in Gaza to end the rockets, culminating in the Hamas invasion of Israel on Oct 7.
Aaron mate is a clown who mainly speaks in talking points
Roger Simon on Substack:
A hudna, for those who missed it, is a tactical pause to allow Islamic forces to regroup.
Minutes ago, the following was posted by Amir Tsarfati on Instagram::
Hamas publishes “God, let the ceasefire be like the Treaty of Hudaybiyyah—followed by conquest, like the conquest of Mecca.”
Tsarfati adds: (Context: The Treaty of Hudaybiyyah was a temporary peace agreement signed by Mohammed with the Quraysh tribe, which he later broke before conquering Mecca. The statement implies that Hamas views the ceasefire as a tactical pause before a future “victory” or takeover.)
Don’t start celebrating yet.
Hamas has never honored a single agreement.
We can celebrate the accomplishment & wait for the outcome at the same time.
Kudos, S.M.
Definition of Insanity? something about expecting different results from the same thing?
As long as there is a muslim alive and breathing anywhere on Earth, there will be no peace. Their beliefs do not allow for anyone other than muslims on this planet. They say it and the Koran says it. Maybe some day we can give them Mars?
Does anyone really think that Hamas will abide by this agreement? That would be a first for the fanatical barbarians. Never gonna happen.
“Does anyone really think that Hamas will abide by this agreement?”
Short term, there’s a good possibility. Long term, we do have history as our guide.
There is an additional factor in this particular agreement. Unlike in previous agreements, where things tend to fall apart just barely after the ink has dried, this is the first time where Trump has been a major influence in the negotiations. This is the first time Hamas would have to answer directly to Trump if they decide sometime down the road to renege on the deal. They have Trump’s track record for dealing with terrorist activity from his first administration as their guide. So, we might find things are quiet in Gaza for a while. At least until after Trump is out of office.
so in other words, this may last just as ling as the last few. 2-3 years
The Gordian knot was Israel’s disastrous terror campaign which has led to millions world-wide becoming acutely aware in a way negative to Israel.
So DJT has let them off the hook, given them a way out of this publicity disaster, staunched the ever-growing understanding of how Israel has always operated. By Israel, I mean Israel.
But it is only those engaging in pretense who believe that significant peace has been achieved for anyone. Temporarily, maybe. More than just a short time, reality says no.
President Trump is the Greatest President ever…..there is no doubt. And it seems to me that Marco Rubio has really come a long way. There was a time I didn’t like or trust him…..and I don’t know if I trust him thoroughly, but he certainly has gotten closer to Trump and has done an extremely good job in his numerous positions.
And what a historic event! WOW!
ONLY PRESIDENT TRUMP! No other man, no other president, no other leader ever has even come close to what our great President has and keeps achieving…….especially when the world…our own government…so called leaders in Congress and all the liberal left including Unholywood and the corrupt media are engaged in efforts against him, us and our movement!
Never……say never with DJT!
ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE!
HMMMMMMM……………MAYBE EVEN…………..ACCOUNTABILITY? None of us think that’s coming either…..just like nobody thought there could ever be peace in the middle east.
Oh yeah……..never say never!
Did the parties all meet at the Israel table in the kitchen?
Or are we supposed to pretend that the Israel table does not exist and has nothing to do with how this will all turn out?
