In a remarkable moment of transparent diplomacy, President Donald Trump and Secretary of State Marco Rubio were simultaneously working on a Gaza peace agreement while conducting a domestic security roundtable event at the White House.
The cameras were rolling when President Trump stated the negotiation team was close to an agreement. WATCH:
Evan Vucci of the Associated Press captured an image of Rubio’s note, which read: “Very close. We need you to approve a Truth Social post soon so you can announce deal first.” Shortly after the roundtable event, President Trump shared the results of the discussions taking place in Egypt.
“I am very proud to announce that Israel and Hamas have both signed off on the first Phase of our Peace Plan. This means that ALL of the Hostages will be released very soon, and Israel will withdraw their Troops to an agreed upon line as the first steps toward a Strong, Durable, and Everlasting Peace. All Parties will be treated fairly! This is a GREAT Day for the Arab and Muslim World, Israel, all surrounding Nations, and the United States of America, and we thank the mediators from Qatar, Egypt, and Turkey, who worked with us to make this Historic and Unprecedented Event happen. BLESSED ARE THE PEACEMAKERS!”
~DONALD J. TRUMP, PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
WASHINGTON DC – […] Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, called it “a great day for Israel” and thanked the Israel Defense Forces and the U.S. president.
“Tomorrow I will convene the government to approve the agreement and bring all our beloved hostages home,” he said in a statement. “I extend my gratitude to the brave IDF soldiers and all the security forces, whose courage and sacrifice have brought us to this day.”
He signaled support for a longer-term agreement, saying “With God’s help, together we will continue to achieve all our goals and enhance peace with our neighbors.” (more)
For the past several days U.S. Special Envoy Steve Witkoff and Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner have been in Egypt conducting negotiations with Qatari Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani and Ron Dermer, the head of Israel’s negotiation team and a close confidant of Netanyahu. The Hamas delegation was led by Khalil al-Hayya, a senior Hamas official.
The agreement represents a significant diplomatic accomplishment by the Trump administration, and -if it holds- this will mean the end to two years of bloodshed and a spiraling humanitarian catastrophe.
As noted by Politico, “A Qatari official also heralded the agreement in a post on X, writing that the two sides agreed late Wednesday “on all terms and mechanisms for implementing the first phase of the Gaza ceasefire agreement, which will lead to stopping the war, releasing Israeli detainees and Palestinian prisoners, and allowing aid to enter. The details will be announced later.”
In recent weeks, Trump worked closely with Qatar in particular to unify other Arab allies behind his peace plan and to help convince Hamas officials to accept the deal.
Throughout the non-political life of Donald Trump, he has always expressed an interest in solving the continual conflicts in the Middle East. Now, 40 years later as President of the USA, this remarkable objective could potentially be within grasp.
“Peace is the prize”
President Donald Trump and Secretary Marco Rubio will likely head to the region this weekend to participate in a remarkable peace agreement signing ceremony.

There should be a Mossad false flag terrorist event anytime soon.
Exactly right.
Don’t underestimate our President Donald J Trump.
His eyes are wide open here and abroad.
Why do people blame just Israel and not Hamas?
is not Hamas creatiure of Bibi?
Not in any way.
Bibi had suitcases of cash walked into Gaza to keep Hama’s going, a few years ago.
Truth.
And he and others are on record as having helped create Hamas so the PLO would not gain power in Gaza.
Its a Frankenstein monster. Whether it got out of control or not, there was clearly a stand down order on 10 7
In any event, now there will be peace and Chaos will recede.
Blessed are the peacemakers.
And that is precisely why many Israeli’s wanted him (Bibi) gone and charged with multiple crimes. I believe there were calls for his ouster in early 2023…enter October 7th.
Hmmm.
How many times has Netanyahu been reelected?
Where would we be today without his perseverance?
Assuming you support our President, but those blinders and all the propaganda you have consumed make it impossible to see that Trump and Netanyahu are both heroes?
Haters will hate, won’t they?
the calls for his ouster have always been from the left wing who have total control over the judiciary in Israel, and Netanyahu was attempting to destroy their grip on power.
They hampered every Right Wing effort in Israel in the same way our judiciary here do an end run around every citizen vote against gay mariage, recall votes, and an injunction against anything President Trump does.
Please do explain why you are so supportive of judicial control??
Hamas started the first intifada in the 1980s before Bibi Netanyahu was involved.
Hamas was already a major player in Gaza when Netanyahu returned to the Prime Ministers residence in 2009 or so, after Hamas was The player in Gaza for over 20 Years and at that point had total control over it since the Gaza disengagment.
A few years ago there were newer forces in gaza and keeping a hamas that had claimed a commitment to peace seemed smarter than allowing the islamic jihad and other terrorists from overtaking Hamas.
Hamas is a Sunni Islamist Palestinian nationalist political organization with a military wing, the Qassam Brigades. It has governed the Gaza Strip since 2007. The group is known for its armed resistance against Israel, including rocket attacks and other militant activities. It was founded in 1987, during the First Intifada, as an offshoot of the Muslim Brotherhood. Hamas’s ideology combines Palestinian nationalism with Islamic fundamentalism. It has been designated as a terrorist organization by several countries.
June 1967: Palestinian state “on all territories occupied in June 1967″On June 28, 2006, Hamas signed the second version of the ‘Palestinians’ Prisoners Document’ which supports the quest for a Palestinian state “on all territories occupied in June 1967”. – populartimelines
Hamas: A Product of Historical Context:Hamas, an acronym for an Arabic phrase meaning Islamic Resistance Movement, was officially established in 1987. However, its origins lie in Egypt’s Muslim Brotherhood movement, reflecting a broader ideological and political context. The Muslim Brotherhood provided a foundational ideology for Hamas, shaping its goals and approach to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. – euintelligence
Hamas emerged as an offshoot of the Muslim Brotherhood in Palestine.
The claim that Israel created Hamas is a conspiracy theory, demonstrably false and stemming from criticism of Netanyahu’s Gaza policies. Hamas, an Islamist militant group, was founded independently by Sheikh Ahmed Yassin in the late 1980s, with a charter from its inception calling for Israel’s destruction. – israelfaqs
No doubt we probably funded them in the early days through NED and USAID.
I remember when Hillary was SoS stating that some massive amount of aid, $300 or $900 million , going to Palestine/Gaza.
no. Islam.
We need a Thumbs Down icon.
I’ve said that before.
You already have the thumbs down feature in the form of the ratios. You look at the positive number relative to other positive numbers.
False. Handler’s bots account for a great deal of the dogpile. But you already know that, Slick.
True thumbs down is debate with citable facts instead of vague hyperbolic soundbites rushed in at the top three comments for maximum exposure.
Yup!
People are having fun with the tagging…..
You have earned your $ 7,000.00!
They are easy to spot!
The youngsters sent me this yesterday!🤷♀️😖🥴
They Really Think They’ll Be Able To Propagandize The World Into Liking Israel Again –
Would prefer an “I don’t quite get the whole picture of what’s going on but am definitely open to taking the win” button.
Haters will hate – congrats on being so early to post here!
Too hard to celebrate the pending win?
Often we mere mortals fall prey to the “us vs. them” mentality.
I am guilty of this at times.
The global and domestic turmoil are both complex and frustrating. I want to narrow it down to absolute villains and heroes. 😇 vs 😈
It just can’t be done.
Yep, they have been fighting in the Middle East forever.
I think they call it anti-Semitism.
A little wound-up this morning?
Gracias Dios!! No worries!!
And the mostly peaceful domestic leftists will add their two cents worth as well.
But Boston’s nutjob mayor is really mad at them.
Yes! Let’s blame it on the Jews…
There’s an app for that.
https://x.com/DavidMKeyes/status/1968305547205378494
It is an evil satanic cult. They have a whole holiday to celebrate lying via killing animals.
Your antisemitism is showing – don’t know if you realized it!
..to get after Iran ??????
Our home-grown Communists will need to dig really deeply to create a DoubleThinking version of this accomplishment * and turn it into into something negative.
Remember that they expect their believers to accept that 2 + 2 = 5 whenever they must attack President TRUMP!
* This assumes that Hamas will never rise again, or some other group of Jihadis, to sabotage everything!
Rashida Tlaib got her ceasefire and she’s completely silent.
Weird, right? It’s almost as if it was never actually about a ceasefire for her.
You can’t be anti-Trump and then support something good Trump does.
This.
Somehow, some way, this ceasefire will reduce her growing net worth. Thus she is sulking.
It’s total genocide. These poor innocents are being genocided.
If it were, it would have been over in a day. Please wake up.
Apparently wasn’t sarcastic enough.
I think that ease fire for this particular sack of flesh meant Israel surrendering to Hamas or some sort of ethnic suicide for Jews. But I could be wrong.
True enough, but hatred doesn’t need logic or reality.
Trusting Hamas, is like trusting a rattlesnake living under your bed.
Exactly.
Beautiful! and Beautiful picture with the “bird”!
Israeli farmers spelled out a massive message for the world to see: “Nobel 4 Trump.”
Trump should 100% get the Noble Peace Prize.
The noble peace prize scam is given to war mongers but not given to our peacemaker President Donald J Trump.
That is a beautiful aerial photo. The only thing missing is 45-47. 🥰
Two weeks after taking office, Obama got a Nobel for getting elected while black. Does Trump really want to be associated with that?
Shouldn’t white Americans have gotten that peace prize? Never understood that crap. But then again, I fully understood. Commie’s stick together and give each other fake awards to make them seem like hero’s when they are in fact the OPPOSITE.
Precisely.
After Obama, the value of the prize will always be zero.
I’d say after Yassar Arafat got the NP, the prize became a joke. Anyone remember the year? Late ’80s, early 90s, perhaps? Of course, don’t forget Al Gore and the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, who somehow received the NP in 2007 over Irena Sendler (forgive the long paste, but it is worth the read):
But as the intentions of the Germans to annihilate the Jewish people [in Warsaw, Poland] became evident, it was obvious that assistance to the Jews had to be organized, coordinated and funded on a broader scale. This reality led to the establishment of an extraordinary organization, unique in German-occupied Europe, in which Irena Sendler played a major role. In December 1942, the Poles established the Council for Aid to Jews, better known by its code name, Zegota.
Irena Sendler was a prominent member of a remarkable group of social activists who dedicated their lives to the extremely dangerous cause of saving as many Jews as possible. Zegota provided food, clothing, shelter, forged documents and money to thousands of Jews.
…. Sendler, who had considerable experience in outwitting the Germans as a social worker, had frequently entered the Warsaw Ghetto with passes from the Department of Sanitation. Wearing the Star of David as a sign of solidarity with the Jews, Sendler and her close colleague, Irena Schultz, distributed food, money and medicine to the ghetto inhabitants. As many as 3,000 men, women and children benefited from their assistance.
….As the head of Zegota’s Children’s Bureau, Sendler had a keen appreciation of the urgency of the task before her. “I became convinced of the necessity to organize efforts to escort children out of the ghetto to the Aryan side of the city, ” she said. “Hitler created hell for all of us in Poland. But the kind of hell he made for the Jews was even greater.”
Her task was difficult and dangerous. She and her associates secured the names and addresses of Jewish children who lived in the miserable conditions of the ghetto. “When we reached their homes,” Sendler said, “we said that we had the possibility of saving the children by taking them out of the ghetto walls.”
….Sometimes children were placed in gunnysacks, body bags and even coffins. Elzbieta Ficowska, rescued when she was about five months old, was carried out in a carpenter’s toolbox.
….Sendler’s Children’s Bureau found permanent homes for the children in Catholic religious communities and in private homes….Irena Sendler and her associates gave the children forged documents, produced by the thousands by the Polish Underground, which provided them with new Christian identities.
Sendler personally kept an index on strips of narrow tissue paper that identified all of the children rescued from the ghetto. She dutifully recorded the child’s Jewish name, his or her temporary Christian name and where the child lived.
Irena Sendler’s clandestine work caught up with her on the night of October 20, 1943….The Gestapo took Sendler to Pawiak, the notorious prison where hundreds of Poles had died. Beaten, tortured and sentenced to death, she had every reason to believe that she would be shot or hanged. But, thanks to a well-placed bribe by Zegota officials to the Gestapo, the Germans freed her.
After Sendler’s release from Pawiak, she retrieved the index of names and buried it in jars under a tree, where it remained until the Warsaw Uprising of August-September 1944. She dug up the jars and held on to the index until the end of the war, when she gave the names of the Jewish children to a representative of the Jewish Committee….Irena Sendler, the Polish Angel, had completed her extraordinary mission with determination, resourcefulness and courage.
Sendler was nominated for the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize by the Polish and Israeli governments, but lost to former Vice President Al Gore and the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change. (Irena Sendler: World War II’s Polish Angel | Franciscan Media)
I’m off subject a bit, but the book “Irena’s Children” by Tilar J Mazzeo is worth the read: Irena’s Children | Book by Tilar J. Mazzeo | Official Publisher Page | Simon & Schuster
It has not been worth much for a long time. Obama got it for nothing and that is what it has been worth ever since.
Freaking Arafat got it.
Yasser Arafat shared the Nobel Peace Prize with Shimon Peres and Yitzhak Rabin for the Oslo Accords. No way the committee ignores Arafat when determining the recipients.
Arafat was not awarded a singular Nobel Peace Prize.
The Nobel peace prize bar for a US President is very high after Obunga’s efforts to bring together the peoples of Wakanda and the AWFL alliance. But there’s a case to be made.
WOW – Morning Joe – they gave it to Barack Obama before he even did anything- Mika is trying to move on real fast
Delusional Mika…
Still trying, “to tell us what to think.”🤣
Winston Churchill received the Nobel Prize in Literature (not the Peace Prize).
Apparently no one on the Morning Joe knew that.
Morning Joe needs to fire their acting couches.
I don’t have a link but the Nobel prize committee posted that they would never award the Peace Prize to PDJT since he changed the Department of Defense to the Department of War.
Twitter rumour. Not true. On a question from Newsweek (or – weak) the Norwegian Nobel Committee denied it.
Especially since obarry got one for just being pretty.
“Trust but verify”
Awesome.
Why would ANYONE trust hamas?
It sure is nice to see that the “grown-ups” have returned to the White House!! This man is hands down the greatest President of my lifetime.
“Could potentially” are words of pretending and wishful thinking. There is zero chance Israel will permit this to succeed, and that is the reality some do not want to face.
If Israel defies the agreement, I would say there would be zero chance of USA gubmint or citizen support. Zero.
DJT has defied his supporters on the issue of Israel. When Israel contrives to blow things up, there is zero chance Trump will confront them with anything but strongly worded tweets followed by continued assistance. Unless there is a false flag which he will support with continued defiance of his own supporters who will know better.
You presume too much.
This President Trump supporter is ecstatic at even the chance for peace.
(You give yourself away by the “DJT” versus the respectful President Trump. )
You illogically presume too much. I have supported DJT from the beginning and continue to do so. He is a very good man who has been given a thankless job. He is boxed in by a ferocious adversary, a foe to America, Christianity, and white people. A foe who routinely and as a matter of policy uses assassination and other uncivilized means on the totally correct assumption that we will not use the same methods against them.
The time for pretending is coming to an end. But DJT needs to pretend because he has no choice.
You don’t speak for me, or any other Trump supporter on this board.
Your opinions are just that…opinions.
Everyone’s got one.
Look up the concept of restrictive versus non-restrictive.
Uh. This website is not for MSNBC viewers.
I’ll give you directions in case your lost.
1. Close this website.
2. Type in MSNBC or MSDNC in your search engine.
3. Scroll down and click.
4. Your welcome.
It will only be a short time before hamas breaks the agreement…
But, as usual, it will be blamed on the Jews…
Hopefully, Qatar, Egypt & Turkey will put great pressure on Hamas to keep the peace.
Yep, puts Israel in quite a precarious position….
With history to guide us, we can guess Hamas is out of ammunition and on the verge of annihilation.
Iran is also on its heels.
Whether it lasts days or years,
Islamic Peace agreements are always time to rearm,
So that they can attack later.
And kidnap a few more hostages to torture so that they can later trade them for a gazillion Palestinian prisoners.
A more accurate assessment of the situation would be: hamas lied like they ALWAYS do, and will resume killing Jews on their own timetable…
Mr. Coley is absolutely correct. Anyone who has studied Islam knows that any crime is allowable as long as it furthers the cause. Does the word jihad come to mind?
It’s nice to have hope that this is a beginning of peace, but I do not see any way that Israel will not go right back in once the hostages are released and the agreement will be over.
They would lose the support of the entire world. Terrible move if they do so. But if both sides start back at it, they can deal with each other. The rest of us have given peace a chance.
Your slip is showing.
“Peace in the Middle-East”. I will take this at face value because I want to. I’m a healthy 71, praise God, and am well aware of all the inevitable pitfalls, betrayals and lies that will ensue immediately.
That said, I am going to revel in the moment, I suggest we all do just for a refreshing change from second-guessing, finger-pointing and cabinet-pick shaming.
God is good, we are blessed !
Thank you Lord for the blessing of living to see this, (and I speak for my 96yo mother also)!
Thanks for your uplifting thoughts! Some of us do seem to need the renewing of our minds for A REFRESHING change from second-guessing, finger-pointing and cabinet-pick shaming as you posted. Thanks be to God for his many mercies!!
I could not have said it better exactly where I am too. I don’t mind not being cynical.
There’s cause to be cautiously optimistic… praying for God’s continued intervention in Jesus name, Amen!
its a peace deal until it isn’t
This is the correct take. For thousands of years these peoples have been at war. Are we to think “this time is different”?
I am thankful for a pause in hostilities. But whether in a week, a month or 100 years. There will be war there again.
I am very pleased that this happening, although my preference would be that the agreement is signed in the blood of the last dead arab terrorist killed in Judea and Sumaria.
I want this to be a permanent peace, but the history of islam and the state of the arab world tells me there will never be peace.
Peace is easier and lasts longer when USAID and warmongering neocon RINOs are not funding terrorists and supplying them with weapons.
Good point. Let’s hope that losing the “aid” money allows them to realize that hotels and tourists are a far more lucrative and lasting money stream.
This conflict has nothing to do with money.
islam has been at war with the West since islam was created, long before lucrative and lasting money streams, USAID, or warmongering socialists began to fund them.
The modern left thinks they are using islam as a bludgeon against the West, but islam is using the modern left to accomplish their goal of a global caliphate, and that goal has nothing to do with profit motive.
Initially I hoped that modernization and change would occur when Islamic women were exposed to the freedoms of western women – because they would want the freedoms that western women have.
Instead they just want to enslave western women to free themselves from working.
Now my hope is that powerful, wealthy Sultan-types will realize there is more money in hotels on the Med than in scamming “aid” money.
Kind of like Dubai, but on the Mediterranean Sea. Like the mafia or cartels in Mexico, they well understand the methods necessary to make the local hard boys behave and keep the tourists coming.
It’s the best we can hope for, IMHO
In a phone call with family members of Israeli hostages Wednesday night, Trump offered words of reassurance—and details of what could happen next: “The hostages will come back,” he said in a video posted on X. “They’re all coming back on Monday.”
Short, exuberant video also posted here by Dan Scavino:

Come Monday, hamas will have “reasons” for not returning the hostages…
president Trump is The Best president ever in history,
Eyeores OUT!
Congratulations to President Trump and all those who have worked to accomplish this. God be willing, like Salomon, there will be peace for the duration of his administration,
Solomon?
According to the A.I. response on the Internet search engine, Salomon is a spelling variation of Solomon.
As an extra note: >Jeffrey Coley (in an above comment) has read accurate history books, when he said, “With history to guide us, we can guess Hamas is out of ammunition and on the verge of annihilation.”
Shows how dumb (or bent) AI is. What working western brain has ever spelled it “Salomon”?
Background, origin and meaning of Salomon:
“The name Salomon, often spelled Solomon in English, is a name of Hebrew origin, derived from the Hebrew word “Shlomo” (שְׁלֹמֹה), which means “peaceful.” It is associated with wisdom, tranquility, and prosperity. The name is deeply rooted in biblical history, primarily known from King Solomon, the son of King David, revered for his wisdom and just rule over Israel. Derivable or associated names include Solomon, Shlomo, Sol, Sal, and Sally.
King Solomon, born around 1010 BCE, was the king of Israel and is one of the most well-known figures with this name. He is celebrated for his wisdom, wealth, and the construction of the First Temple in Jerusalem. His reign is considered a golden age in Israelite history, and his stories and sayings have been passed down through generations, influencing religious and philosophical thought. Another notable Salomon is Salomon August Andrée, born in 1854, a Swedish engineer, physicist and polar explorer who perished during the 1897 ill-fated Arctic balloon expedition.
Salomon is most popular in the following countries: United States, Mexico, Colombia, France, Peru.”
[From the wisdomlib[dot}org/names/salomon. … I should have used a reference such as this one. = My fault, my fault, my most grievous fault!]
Thinking he didn’t mean the skis.
If the hostages come home and the deal then falls apart, at least so importantly, the hostages will be home.
This 100%. In fact that may be why we are where we are right now.
The last I had read, Hamas was going to get something 1400 ‘prisoners’ in exchange…that worries me…
in the last such prisonor exchange – the Gilad Shalit Deal (maybe 2011?) over 1,000 terrorists were released for 1 Israeli Soldier.
Among them was yahya sinwar.
among these new releases it is rumored marwan barghouti may be released.
Who dreams these deals up?
I couldn’t help but be forcefully reminded the last time we saw someone lean into a president to deliver news which couldn’t wait.
Then, that news was devastating, which we were to learn over the next hours, days, weeks and months which followed…and our world was irrevocably, terribly changed.
I’ll bet for a split second that those in that room yesterday who have longer memories felt an involuntary, sharp intake of breath.
As I did.
There is no one else who could have accomplished this. Much to contemplate but today as always prayers of continuing profound gratitude that an assassin’s bullet missed its target 🙏🏻
My first thought.
Likewise, I had the same thought . I also immediately remembered that radicalized Islamists were responsible for the atrocities that led to the photos to which we refer. Israel may have defeated them allowing a window of opportunity for peace accords with her neighbors but that doesn’t mean the battle is over. Radicalized Islamists and their ideology must be rooted out all across the West. Those in league with them must be discredited as well. If not rooted out everywhere, then at least rooted here in the U.S. (the rest of the West can solve their own problems).
Unlike the courage and leadership we have seen displayed by President Trump I have seen little evidence of courage or leadership by the leaders of other countries across the West (with a few notable exceptions, for example, Prime Minister Meloni in Italy). Instead I’ve seen a lot of appeasement and pretending.
With peace now in the Middle East they can all go home if they aren’t happy with our way of life. Those who embrace our way of life and laws, and who contribute to our society, are welcome to stay.
Take up our quarrel with the foe:
To you from failing hands we throw
The torch; be yours to hold it high.
I left two links below in a reply to Monticello which I believe you’ll be interested in, TimesUp.
Islamists may be on a short hiatus with this agreement, but they are not routed. By no definition are they. See Nigeria and the genocide of Christians happening at this moment.
Nor were they after 9/11, Iraq, and the dishonourable retreat from Afghanistan, a country which previously evicted Russia after years of their ill fated attempt to accomplish its mission.
As Mark Steyn accurately wrote, Islam simply altered its tactics in its quest to conquer our nation…from terrorism to the stealthy infiltration of our institutions. A long project admittedly; but just look at NYC and who is set to become mayor, a mere 24 years after that catastrophic day of 9/11. As he explained, Bin Laden is quoted as saying that “the West may have all the watches, but we have all the time.”
So the idea that those who accept our way of life, culture, and laws are welcome to stay is one they might say they accept. But in reality they do not and will not…and will soldier on towards their ultimate goal. Which is existential for America and any other country whose leaders delude themselves that this is ever possible.
Peace in our time?
Sounds vaguely familiar.
Yes, I don’t think there will be many who are willing and the onus must be on them to prove it.
And even then.
Those two photos together would make for a memorable viewing experience.
I always enjoy and appreciate your comments very much, Betsy
May God continue to bless you.
They would, Chevy. The one with Bush I can see still see and only too well.
Thank you for your generous words which I so very much appreciate. I return them with the same hopes that His blessings lighten your life, too, my friend. B
The Last one heralded 20 Years of foreign nation building, increased surveillance, limited freedoms and bloodshed and destruction in the middle east.
Based on the last few hundred years of history alone, this one is likely to be no different than the last.
I see lots of Jew haters here.
Exactly. Why I come here only once or twice a week now, when it used to be daily.
Why be so sensitive about it? Wear your beliefs proudly or give them up.
As a jew, I can tell you the religion is designed to be evil and breed mobsters and celebrate satan (synonyms). That’s the big secret. I’m not saying that happens much or even most of the time but at the upper levels it’s universal. They are merged with the free masons who… surprise surprise, all. worship. satan.
Unfortunately they seem to be everywhere these days.
true, tho it expedites reading since one can skip over so many screen names.
i took the unused time i had originally allotted to read this thread
and dedicated a sonnet to the “skip overs” 😂:
ode to the downers and under bridge dwellers –
begone with you all, go back to your cellars.
if you think you are right and no one should try –
what’s the truth of your view, just give up and die?
no thanks to all that, we were destined to fight
for all that is good and all that is right.
each step towards those goals is the measure of man,
those who achieve victory, not the weak also rans.
remembering always our time on this sod
is best used in becoming better servants of God.
have a delightful day, GET!
Yep, and it’s disgusting, an affliction that used to affect primarily the globalist lefties.
I tend to be an Israel supporter, but being a skeptic of this current Israel government is a very reasonable position. Hamas and the Muslims who surround the Israelis are worse, but that doesn’t change the dynamic in Israel. Secular Jews and loony Knesset members hold no sway in my world.
Just remember you’re feeding the wacko leftists every time you openly espouse that sentiment.
The leftist propaganda has been incredibly effective at stirring up Antisemitism on campus and its even making inroads into conservative circles.
When I see Jew/Israel hate espoused here at CTH I make note and often find the posters to be either trollish or extremely deluded on almost all matters.
Prove me wrong and no I don’t care if you now denounce anything that I post.
Sides were chosen, as they always have been, Monti.
But at the centre of increasing numbers of those who unashamedly advertise their devotion to antisemitism is a woeful ignorance of the 1500 year goal of the side they align with….sometimes in comments and often times, as we have been witness to, by violent insurrection. Those in the fanatical latter group would have enthusiastically accepted positions at Auschwitz, Bergen-Belsen, Dachau, etc if offered.
There is a complete failure to understand the existential enemy and its name.
I will leave two links which explain better than I ever could.
The first is written by JJ Sefton, a Jew himself, as the emotional opener in his Morning Report on Ace of Spades, with links after to articles and essays addressing what we are witnessing.
The second by the estimable Daniel Greenfield at Frontpage Magazine which while short leaves no room for debate, because it is the hard truth.
Peace?
Yes…for the moment perhaps.
But at any cost? We’ve been here many times before, and it is an illusion.
No matter how many fingers point at Israel and scream “J’accuse!!”, the enemy of both Jews and Christians alike cannot be reasoned with or deterred.
I wish more people understood.

Thank you Betsy
highly recommend to see interviews with Rabbi Yaakov Shapiro……why is there lots of resentment to current government of Israel…
the Israeli left wing has always had resentment toward the Israeli right wing.
the Israeli left wing has always preferred to make deals and concessions to the Arabs over deals and concessions to the Israeli right wing.
Its almost like the left wings is suicidal. self hating and nihilistic everywhere…
This might even last through Trump’s administration. Who knows?
Considering hamas past history of lying like Hell, I think it may last for a week, probably will crash Monday when hamas refuses to release some of the hostages…
There was a discrepancy over two, a few weeks ago….46 versus 48 and they ‘didn’t know’ where the other two were.
Twitter account run by families of the hostages.
How many lies can one contain is a short post? They are not shouting “Thank you Trump”. They are shouting “Allah Akbar”. And there is no “genocide”. By the way there are new videos where they yell “kill the Jews” if you want to be precise.
I heard “Trump” in that very short clip along with the other chant.

FTA: “Jubilant locals in both Gaza and Israel took to the streets early Thursday to celebrate President Trump for his role in the historic cease-fire deal — with many calling for him to get the Nobel Peace Prize.
Footage from both the streets of Tel Aviv and war-torn Gaza showed crowds of revelers celebrating what they hope will be the end of the two-year war as they hailed Trump for helping secure the deal.
“Donald Trump! Donald Trump!,” residents in Gaza could be heard cheering after the news broke Wednesday night.”
Since they are indoctrinated from birth to “kill the jews”, I don’t doubt you are correct.
Apparently, some of the other ME countries are going to use a deprogramming method on those remaining in Gaza. Let us hope it works!!! Until they no longer want to obliterate Israel there will never be long term peace.
I agree and aware of what you said.
The ‘pro-Palestine’ activists and organizations formerly insistent on an immediate ceasefire suddenly appear quite opposed to a plan to end the Gaza war.
Strangely, however, activists and organizations formerly insistent on an immediate ceasefire suddenly appear quite opposed to ending the war in Gaza if it is based on the U.S. proposal, which they have denounced as a colonial attempt to continue the genocide, even though the plan literally stops the actual war.

Too bad the article requires signing up.
But, it was yesterday.
Have you seen anything from after this announcement?
As in the activists and organizations formerly insistent on an immediate ceasefire suddenly appear to be in favor of the ceasefire? No.

The comments on X are better than a lot of the comments here. Sheesh! If POTUS had such a negative attitude he wouldn’t even be POTUS.
The trolls are assigned to TCH and not to X. Remember, you only take flak when you’re over the target!
While I’m happy that the hostages will be freed, the fact is, Israel needs to complete its mission of wiping out Hamas. Otherwise, this war is merely on indefinite hold until Hamas attacks again.
Never going to happen.
Israel is always stopped before such goals can happen.
And most of the time Israel stops itself.
Also, everything in Gaza was part of Hamas. Or else.
Genocide might be necessary to achieve that goal.
I will be curious to see if this agreement allows the Gazan people to free themselves of Hamas.
Back when Clinton almost had a peace deal, Palestinians started speaking out for peace. They were executed as traitors.
So it is not at all clear that even if Hamas disbands that the people will be freed.
….MM.. you should go there as volunteer to help IDF.. not just empty talk here….
CIA et al will put an end to this peace agreement – they have too much invested in this turmoil as they have in Ukraine.
Politics will raise its ugly head and President Trump will be the scapegoat. Anything to color the President as a failure.
This comment is like someone who was told he is cancer free but says…well yeah but I have eczema.
How about just take this huge win…even for a day. OK?
Democrats trying to figure out how to make Trump out to be a fascist for creating a peace deal between Israel and Hamas.
Not a good day for Tucker and Candace, which makes it a very good day for those of us with 2 living brain cells.
Agreed.
Why would you say this? Is it not allowed to criticize Israeli leadership and still feel good and celebrate what was accomplished today?
Oh dear, God does not change. This is His land and he has had a lot to say about who it belongs to. I’m going to pray very hard for my country:
Joel 3:
“In those days and at that time,
when I restore the fortunes of Judah and Jerusalem,
2 I will gather all nations
and bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat.
There I will put them on trial
for what they did to my inheritance, my people Israel,
because they scattered my people among the nations
and divided up my land.
Also, see Matthew 25 for the parable of the sheep and the goats. While we can apply it to us individually, it is about God judging the nations for their treatment of Israel.
Wherefore the Doom Pixie Greta? Whatever will she do now?
Cut her hair using the Peace Bowl.
Amazing, what PDJT sets out to accomplish.
Yes… Too bad PDJT hasn’t made this much effort to root out the dims/commies in the DOJ, FBI, and our corrupt courts.
Fills my heart with hope for what’s to come over the next few years; as in yes – the Best is Yet to Come!
Somehow Trump always knew he would be negotiating peace. Uncanny photo from 1983.
The “Free Palestine” types will double down. They need this war more than they want peace.
They’ll move on to “Free the West Bank and East Jerusalem” next.
Yes. It’s just their latest absurd caus.
You know they don’t want peace at all.
in the meantime, Fox is reporting there was a riot declared in downtown Boston last night in the name of Palestine. Do these weasels ever give it a rest??
PS – God Bless the Peacemakers
Antifa and their crew are going to be at a loss to find their new boogeyman rallying cry as this Gaza peace deal proceeds in spite of all the naysayers and inherent risks involved.
Good Morning, this is off topic but I think this group might be interested. Currently there is a St. Therese relics tour to different churches throughout the country. Just plug it in to find dates and locations.
Happy Praying
I looked her up and learned a new term for barefoot.
She was called a discalced nun. What on earth? Sounded bad. So I looked it up too. Unshod.
Until there isn’t peace. This will never end.
Book of Daniel vibes.
A ton of predictions already in the comments I see… Regardless of where this goes, can I get an Amen that our “VSG” President, Donald J Trump, is both “a GOAT & a BOSS” ???
Great. Now let the rest of the world clean up and fund the rebuild so that we can focus on our own issues.
After 1400 years of playing the kuffar for a fool I’ll hold my applause.I’ve seen these deals for 65 years, they are always announced with great expectations, and have never worked out.
Islam didn’t conquer the Middle East and Anatolia by keeping to peace deals.
Gaza is nothing, muslims also claim Al-Andalus also known as Spain.
They had power there for 800 years, they have vowed to return. They are not constrained by a 4-year election cycle. The west is being conquered indirectly through immigration.
They lost Spain and a huge chunk of Europe and were made to retreat to their little hell-holes for the past 350 years. That’s nothing to sneeze at. And ending this current mess (and freeing a couple dozen more hostages who are real people) is worth at least a kind word if not a celebration.
There will be no peace in Jerusalem until Jesus plants HIS feet on the TempleMount….
Blessed are the PeaceMakers
The Prince of Peace who will usher in right relationship to God and therefore each other…..meanwhile we will be content to have a cessation of conflict (man’s definition of peace) for the time we can have it..
Deplorable Nazarene Zealot,
I find your moniker very interesting.
In an earlier life I was a member of The Church of The Nazarene.
In the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus presents the Beatitudes, emphasizing that those who follow him and embrace his teachings are blessed. He addresses explicitly peacemakers, stating, “Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God” (Matthew 5:9).
When Jesus proclaimed, “Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God,” he emphasized the importance of fostering peace in our lives and communities. But what does it truly mean to be a peacemaker?
A peacemaker is someone who helps reconcile people with both God and one another. Peacemaking involves taking the initiative to engage in conflict with the goal of building relationships between opposing parties to resolve disputes.
Peacemaking involves more than just avoiding conflict; it actively seeks to restore harmony and foster reconciliation amid strife. Peacemakers strive to mend relationships and cultivate environments of mutual respect and love, ultimately putting an end to unnecessary disputes and wars.
God is the ultimate peacemaker, reconciling us to Himself through Jesus Christ. When we create peace, we reflect this divine action and show that we are true children of God. President Donald Trump is the real and true peacemaker in our time.
This historic Middle East peace treaty may explain the divine providence that occurred in July 2024 in Butler, PA.
Let’s see what happens.
Great News!
Let’s pray it’s not sabotaged.
Two truths can exist parallel without being mutually exclusive.
1)Hamas is a wicked inhumane terror group who has taken advantage of the people it claims to represent for its own selfish reasons and needs to be removed from the equation.
2) The Israeli Leadership under Netanyahu is a wicked cruel and unjust and taken land that is NOT theirs by using Hammas’s evil deeds as its excuse to destroy a civilization in Gaza that it always wanted too anyhow (was just waiting the ideal moment) under the guise that that it is God’s Will that it (Israeli Gov. ) commit sins and unjust acts against a people they claim God wants treated horrifically and removed from ancestral home. That is blasphemy against against The Good God . In the end there will be no LASTING peace without the Kingship of Christ over BOTH sides who are in desperate need of Him!
Meanwhile , only one side will benefit if proposed Peace Plan is
sabotaged by covert means…🤔
You are aligning moral equivalence to Hamas and Netanyahu which couldn’t be further from the truth. You stated one truth and one lie. Hamas is a terrorists organization of the nth degree, nor does Gaza and Hamas constitute a civilization. They’re a well financed terror organization that took up shop in really wants can be described as an unincorporated piece of land. There’s simply no logical comparison between Israel and Hanas.
Gaza is part of Palestine… a people of various religions… including Christianity .
Hammas and the Palestinians are NOT synonymous. NETENYAHU has much blood on his hands .
God is not on his side though Israeli Gov and its networked media mouths would have the “Zionist -Christians ”believe it.
The Temple veil was rent ! Christ Church assembled and decided what constitutes the Bible as well as its sole and interpreter.
So , beware those who would manipulate the Bible to twist it to their own destruction…as St.Paul warns!
I hope the POTUS succeeds in accordance for TRUE Justice and equanimity’s sake!
This is Phase 1, and worth celebrating. There are Phase 2 talks under way, and if Hamas has no support from the Arab nations, nor from Iran, it is just possible Hamas’s remaining leadership may accept full defeat in exchange for their miserable lives. We can hope, anyway.
DJT and his administration is live-streaming history.
BTW, the entire Antifa round table was riveting. Don’t miss it.
Keep the results of this in mind when looking at his comments and actions on RU UKR.
Heavy harsh talk, a willingness to let Israel do what it wanted within reason, push back on Israel when he needed them to fall in line. Ultimately with the goal of getting them to the peace table talking to each other
Fetterman praised Trump last night. Haven’t seen any other Dem comment yet.
Fetterman is definitely a slightly different animal. I won’t hold my breath for anybody else on the underside of things.
If Fetterman keeps this up the Dems might kick him out of their party.
First let me be clear. Israel is very grateful for Trump. We are going to have our beloved hostages back and it will mark the end of an unbearable pain that we all carried for two years now. Thank You President Trump.
But it’s not for free. We are letting go of some 2000 terrorists of which about 200 are murderers some committed the most atrocious murders you can imagine. But OK. The majority are willing to take this risk.
Calling it a “Peace Deal” is very optimistic. The other side doesn’t want peace. That’s why Hamas was elected. Hamas holds the guns so practically they control the area. There are still some 30,000 plus armed Hamas terrorists.
The First phase is the release of the hostages and we bless on it.
The next phases will have an Arab International Force that is suppose to disarm Hamas and get rid of tunnels and terror infrastructure such as rocket manufacturing plants. This is very naive to think that Hamas will give away their arms. Unless it was changed that Force will be run by Tony Blair from the UK with Trump above him.
It’’s similar to Lebanon and Hezbollah. The Lebanese military is suppose to disarm them but they refuse to surrender their weapons and Lebanon has no power to do it forcefully. So the reality on the ground is that Hezbollah is trying to rebuild its power by the Israeli border and Israel is regularly, weekly, bombing its projects and people involved. This is likely going to be the Gaza model.
Israel will not permit Hamas to build its power again, dig tunnels and arm itself. The next phases of the deal makes the withdrawal of the IDF contingent on the disarming of Hamas. So there lies the problem. It’s not impossible but their leaders say that there is no way they will disarm.
Then there is a group of Palestinian Technocrats (professionals, not radicals) who suppose to manage Gaza from a civilian aspect. That is ok.
Than there is a huge project to rebuild Gaza with Arab money and an economic plan and I am also hearing that Egypt will open it’s borders for Gazans who wish to leave.
I just wanted to clarify the details.
Shalom and God bless.
Yes, Phase 1 ( trading many more H captives for I hostages ) helps healing of Oct 7 2023.
Yes, Phase 2 is tenuous – since h still has a hate of I mission / purpose that it has not recanted – which if recanted, then the ‘Humanitarian’ aid would not become the sneaky, coy cover for H to restock for its hate of I mission / purpose.
p.s.
plus, undoubtedly, h may have a hidden revenge quest due to the loss of h leaders in quatar..
So, ‘lasting’ peace is a challenge – but a desirable quest.
[ that is also a quest within various pockets in the USA- due in large part to funding of nefarious groups combined with illegal entries existing the usa – getting a free pass by some untold nefariou$ ( and jealous, selfi$h, evil ideology, not loving ) people networking to cause miss behaviors – and illegal behaviors – to harm innocent u.s. citizens.]
Sure, there are risk(s) in
…having the fortitude, courage to equally…
…love thy neighbors…
..is a very worthwhile, earnest and honest quest. : ) : )
So that we can improve ourselves ( learn from biblical history – and avoid repeating bad history – not easy)
and then help others to do the same ( not easy) so as to
help to make this a better place than how we found it. : ) : )
That’s a worthwhile quest for thousands of prior years… and for many, many today(s) too… : ) : )
Imho
We can do many good, faithful pushups in life,
but ultimately it becomes not our grace, but
God’s grace
( or not )
that determines the lasting place of our souls, spirits…
In our words and deeds, while here, also please consider, in advance of action,
the positive lasting memories of those living that survive our current presence…
for their lasting peace of minds,
while here…
Imho
Thanks. Good post. I generally agree with it. By the way the attack in Qatar failed and no Hamas leaders died. The son of a leader did die there and second ranks. Not the targeted leaders. The IDF used small missiles to avoid extensive carnage and the leaders who may have had a warring managed to survive.
Hamas got a ‘deal’ they could not refuse…?
Let’s hope things go smoothly…
God Bless Israel…!
David, this is going to be a long road toward true peace for everyone involved, both Israel, the Arab and majority Muslim nations as well as we will see how both Russia and China come to the realization that they have had nothing to do with getting to this first step toward that true peace.
One step at a time, often we have seen one step forward, two sometimes three or four steps backward, once the nations and people intimately involved in this, get to that two steps forward and only one, or one-half step backward, then it is my prayer that all intimately involved are able to open their thoughts, words and actions to creating something actually beautiful and new.
Please keep that hope alive even as, what you say, suspect, even fear, are still things that must be resolved.
Now we see what Monday brings.
Thanks.
This is not to take away anything from the negotiations, but I imagine that it is much easier to negotiate peace with Hamas when POTUS Trump has cut off the USAID funding to Hamas. I am certain there are a lot of moving parts in the background that we will only hear about much later.
Great point. President Trump is an amazing strategist.
How many hundreds of billions is it going to cost the American taxpayer ?
As I understand it, it will be Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Qatar who will be investing in the Gaza region to rebuild it… and once they are invested they won’t want a bunch of Dark Age savages ruining it by using it as a terror base again.
So Hamas will have to answer to the Muslim world (and their money), if they go back to their shenanigans.
Sounds like a good tactic.
considering that Qatar is one of the primary backers of Hamas, and very much approved of their Oct7 attack on israel, and has been one of the primary funders of the rebuilding of gaza after each pof the last rounds of battle with Israel, the logic fails.
Egypt otoh, has had its own issues with hamas/brotherhood, and the logic may work there, though egypt has hardly been acting in good faith on the issue, allowing ‘Hamas to maintain its smuggling of weapons thru sinai over the years.
Saudi Arabia is a curious one, as they have takena new turn under MBS, though their wahabbists arent that much different in theor end goals from the brotherhood.
I worry for our President on this travel.
Yes, as there are those who don’t want peace. And hate PDJT.
