This is a much bigger scandal than the media can wrap their arms around, and it is a little frustrating.
As we have repeatedly outlined, FBI spying operations in 2015/2016 shifted into FBI operation “Crossfire Hurricane,” that shifted into FBI operations with Robert Mueller, that shifted into FBI operations with impeachment, that shifted into FBI operations with J6 targeting aka “Arctic Frost,” that shifted into FBI operations with Jack Smith. It is all part of one long continuum.
Now the FBI is releasing information that Arctic Frost also resulted in the surveillance of members of Congress. The phone records of several members of Congress were part of the Arctic Frost operation.
[SOURCE]
FOX NEWS – Former Special Counsel Jack Smith was allegedly tracking the private communications and phone calls of nearly a dozen Republican Senators as part of his investigation into the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol riots, Fox News Digital has learned.
A document, reviewed by Fox News Digital, revealed that Smith and his “Arctic Frost” team investigating Jan. 6 were allegedly tracking the phone calls of GOP Sens. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, Marsha Blackburn of Tennessee, Ron Johnson of Wisconsin, Josh Hawley of Missouri, Cynthia Lummis of Wyoming, Bill Hagerty of Tennessee, Dan Sullivan of Alaska, Tommy Tuberville of Alabama and GOP Rep. Mike Kelly of Pennsylvania.
The document, recently discovered by FBI Director Kash Patel and exclusively obtained by Fox News Digital, is titled “CAST Assistance” and dated Sept. 27, 2023. “CAST” refers to the FBI’s cellular analysis survey team.
The document, which has the names of FBI agents involved redacted, marks the case ID as “ARCTIC FROST—Election Law Matters—SENSITIVE INVESTIGATIVE MATTER—CAST.” (read more)
It is somewhat frustrating that it is taking this much time for the FBI to locate the evidence of the weaponization we all know exists.
FBI operation Arctic Frost was targeting anyone who was supportive of President Trump, and the concerns around the stolen 2020 election outcome. This was the objective of the massive surveillance effort that included warrants against the electronic records of Congress and private citizens.
The results of this massive data collection were then sent to the J6 Committee for exploitation and targeting. The J6 committee deleted much of the information. Jack Smith then took over.
More soon…

and yet still, they refer to their “distinguished colleagues across the aisle”
… because is nothing else just theatrics called “democracy”… to entertain plebs.. saaad….
indeed. which leads to the next point… and yet still, WE CONSENT.
8 of your colleagues and many, many others you don’t know or care about.
Well… if this shows anything, it shows who the cabal fear the most.
I’m more and more impressed with Marsha Blackburn the more I learn about her.
She is running for Guv of Tennessee
She’s an idiot…queen of “gonna send a mean letter.” I, as a Tennessee resident, didn’t vote for her last year for senate, and I won’t be voting for her for gov.
TN needs a hero to appear in the governor’s race. Otherwise, there may be a Dem gov. on the horizon. TN is a uniparty mess.
TN is absolutely NOT a Uniparty mess.
not if you have a decent people’s candidate.
Agree.
TN has a super majority Republicans, senate and house. The Tennessee governor has to get on board with the State congress…not the other way around. Tennessee has been leading the charge in many aspects to try to save the Republic.
So Marsha doesn’t follow through on challenging election returns … and we discover she was being surveilled.
? – Anyone think those two facts just might be related?
Tissue?
We are voting for her again for Gov.
Who you got? The idiot mayor of Nashville?
I’m not a Democrat. Never have been. I didn’t vote for anyone for senate in 2024. Didn’t vote for Scott desjarlais either. Tired of holding my nose.
Marsha, Marsha, Marsha swore she was going to object in the counting of electoral votes in 2020. She boo-hooed on TV at about 1 a.m. Never objected to anything. She’s an idiot.
and that right there is my personal litmus test, Jeanine
how many of those 525 super heroes are screaming for free and fair elections
zero, including blackbum
tells you all you need to know
Blackburn To Schumer: Bring The SAVE Act To A VoteOn the Senate floor, U.S. Senator Marsha Blackburn urged Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer to secure U.S. elections by allowing a vote on the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act, which she co-sponsored.
https://www.chattanoogan.com/2024/9/26/492977/Blackburn-To-Schumer-Bring-The-SAVE.aspx
total theatrics
many of us are aware and exhausted of it
no different than sen rant paul theatrically ranting at the dr of death, fraudxi, then having pricey taxpayer funded food and beverage with him afterwards
welcome my friend to the show that never ends…
You may be tired of it – but by not voting, you are effectively voting for a Democrat whether or not you want to admit it.
How you say? Not voting reduces the number of votes the Dim needs to win – thus it is no different than voting for them, which accomplishes exactly the same thing.
these purity test need to stop. Elect anyone who will work with PDJT.
elect anyone who will work for america first.
FIFY
I concur
we have 535 narcissistic sociopaths slowly stripping us all of our rights and freedoms on a daily basis, not to mention the republican posers in gubernatorial positions
better off electing a God fearing plumber or electrician than the less than worthless blackburn
Lee is a plumber electrician and is super squishy.
Who on earth did you vote for?
I voted for President Trump and one or two other Republican candidates that were on the ballot.
I am done with the “holding of the nose” voting
I did the “contact your senators and representatives because they want to hear from you” nonsense. I got back form letters that didn’t address what I emailed them about. These people could care less what we think. They represent lobbyists.
Repeal the 17th Amendment!
Jim Jordan in a skirt . . . and a jacket?
Interesting… because she was the ONLY one to intervene in the Palantir and A.I. indemnification from all local governance for 10 years. She stopped that moratorium and that alone… would get my vote!
She was protecting the laws on Tennessean books regarding use of your voice and likeness.
Might want to rethink? How many are trying to protect you?!
During the Bribem sham presidency, when people were fighting to keep their heads above water from the inflation of food, gas, housing, insurances, Marsha couldn’t wait to send more of my money to Ukraine. She’s not America First; she’s Uniparty First.
The FBI spied on Congress before. Congress is bought and paid for so they agreed to be subjected to this. Didn’t Congress recently exempt themselves from investigations? So, no harm – no foul.
agreed. don’t gaslight me and tell me no one on the SSCI (cough-MARCO-cough) had any idea.
Of course they knew. These criminals spied on the freaking president.
And yet they’ll continue to vote to allow the wholesale spying of everyone.
Didn’t CONgress exempt themselves from such things?
sorta like healthcare and retirement. YOU get the crap programs they keep meddling with. THEY get the forever free stuff.
I hope the agents involved were fired already. The chances of that are most likely slim and none.
Another prosecutor in Eastern VA won’t prosecute James. Bondi should have cleaned these people out months ago. We are being tortured by Bondi and Patel and their inability to help President Trump and MAGA.
Is it the newly appointed USA who charged or indicted Comey?
i really don’t care about “firing” anymore. or even charges. the Leviathan will take care of their own,.
i want to know their fking NAMES.
I can’t say what I want to say about him, but all the corruption he has sown I hope he gets 1000% return.
I think the slow roll is very strategic. And I don’t believe they “just” discovered it. Treepers might be frustrated, but normies going about their everyday lives, need to absorb it, drip by drip and get disgusted enough that the reform that needs to be done gets done.
Even though the law might be very clear, you need public buy in for the type of justice these criminals deserve and at the same time not destroy the MAGA movement.
Oh, yay! 5-D chess!
Not likely.
Nope, sorry. Drip by drip it just gets absorbed and dissolved, forgotten by the next news cycle. Joe Normie needs to be hit with this like a ton of bricks, for a major wake up call. Seeing some major deep state criminals in handcuffs might finally get his attention.
Agreed, Plato.
The drip, drip is purposeful, so as to avoid waking up the peasants.
If they told you e v e r y t h i n g, you might go get your pitchfork.
It amazes me that Republican politicians somehow think that they will be exempt from persecution the next time that the democrats get in power. I fear that the next time the current democrat party gets into office that there will be no limits to the lib madness and that the streets will really run red.
Yes, agree, because as far as I can see, with one exception, Comey the tip of the iceberg, nothing is being done about any of this.
Hate to think it, but was Trump a paper tiger all along?
I am hearing from other sources that the DAG is the one who is nixing prosecutions and perp-walks.
I’m of the opinion the original Lawfare gang made their threats believable to (DAG) Todd Blanche.
Was listening to a short clip online where one of the Senators that had been spied on said he was grateful that Kash Patel and Dan Bongino are in the FBI to stop these incursions and my heart sank.
Does the Senator not know he and his colleagues in both houses can pass a law to stop such incursions and even better yet vote to repeal the Patriot Act but instead are going to rely on those two, who still believe in their agency, to stop these Fourth Amendment violations.
Sad that these politicians first instinct is to pass the buck of responsibility of their jobs onto other people hoping they themselves won’t have to stand up for something.
EXCELLENT point Bessie!
It s time for President Trump himself to turn up the heat NOT just behind closed doors but PUBLICLY!
There are ways without POTUS being accused of having stepped out of the confining parameters of the office by which he may be bound. Patel and Blondie have got to bring the hammer down hard and fast !
Some may say this is being trickle released to build to a Tsunami around midterm elections to facilitate republican wins.
That is kicking the can too far down the road that it may never get picked-up.
STRIKE NOW!
now do something.
There are reports that someone in the DOJ is blocking indictments. Some names are speculated but people are asking.
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2025/10/why-isnt-department-justice-prosecuting-letitia-james-mortgage/
So, if this is happening in the DOJ bureaucracy, couldn’t it also be happening in the FBLie? To answer Sundance’s question about why so long, isn’t it a possibility that the heads of both agencies are being thwarted by way too many within that are working against PDJT? Sure you can fire people but it’s pretty hard to fire everbody!
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2025/10/breaking-senior-prosecutor-eastern-district-virginia-is-refusing/
Michael Ben’Ary whined in a letter to colleagues after he was fired and encouraged them to continue to defy Trump appointees.
Our three letter agencies are still jam packed with Obama loyalists and instead of firing them Kash and Pam have been promoting them.
I would be interested to know if Trump is meeting regularly with Patel. Is there a strategy here?
The FBI is corrupt beyond redemption
Since it’s illegitimate birth…
.
Subpoena’d records of phone numbers called or received and from where isn’t the same as a backdoor search of the NSA database. Not sure why it’s a big deal unless it’s used for something else beyond that.
Phone logs are something that litigators have been able to get for decades. My detectives would even get “non-toll” phone logs of local calls from the phone company. These don’t reveal a whole lot unless, e.g., you’re tracking someone who is having an affair in a divorce case, or there’s evidence of phone calls before and after the assassin-for-hire does his work.
Toll records would have to be: outside the cell phone plan, roaming international maybe, 900 calls. Very limited, too. Maybe the FIBs involved should be asked wth they were looking for. Catching someone talking to the CCP, or using a phone sex service?
Seems like the public is getting only drips of the most relatively insignificant information, and not information about any significant investigation.
.
Nevertheless, it makes no sense to me to use even “phone logs” to probe into the affairs of Congressmen. These are not people that you “suspect” of doing anything. Therefore, you have no plausible reason to be spying on them – except one: “Stalking.”
.
Agree; it makes no sense. Even “stalking” doesn’t make sense. A phone log is crap unless it actually indicates something of significance (unlikely).
Where the hell are the journalists demanding answers to questions. Who did this, why, are they being called on the carpet and interrogated, or even better, fired, is there any real investigation going, or are these stupid drips just for the purpose of media bs and engaging emotions of the low-info in the base, etc.
.
I guess the question should be for any subpoena of phone tolls is:
What is the criminal predicate supporting the subpoena?
.
Not needed. A subpoena could be got, e.g., on a completely innocent unrelated person in order to verify that some other person who claimed to have received a call from that other person actually got the claimed call.
.
Back to that odd jargon Barr pushed: what was the “predicate”!!!
And Pam and Kash won’t do shxt……………
<and it is a little frustrating>
Sundance has a very dry sense of humor. 🤣🤣
When has it NOT been frustrating? 😂
Still not yet ready to throw in the towel but I’m starting to doubt all those treehouse people who were so adamant in saying “This time it’s different” .
And Kash will again say his guys are all good………
Seriously….where are the effing arrests?
Blondi?
Heh…tell me that Lindsey Graham isn’t on that list in an effort to catch him in a….ummmm…compromising position. They just wanted the perceived and assumed dirt on his personal life.
It’s not like he isn’t predictable. One year out from a re-election bid he moves right. Once re-elected he moves back into his default chicken hawk/ deep state position.
The frustrating part is the inaction of Kash Patrl firing these agents involvement.
How do you know he hasn’t?
Got a direct line or something?
Fake pandemics
Fake elections
Fake wars
Start asking the right questions. Why these senators? Is there more spying by Jack Smith than this instance?
Rep. Mike Kelly of Pennsylvania has excellent reputation with those who know him personally. He steps up for his constituents (I know from personal experience, although I no longer live there). He almost certainly had victims of the J6 witch hunt in his district and was attempting to help them. I wouldn’t be at all surprised if that’s why the criminal Jack Smith and associates targeted him.
This DOJ prosecutor in Virginia who refuses to seek an indictment against Letitia James is making Pam Bondi look really bad.
There is probable cause in this case.
And this prosecutor is leaking to the media. Who exactly does she think she is? Is she pandering to the NYTimes crowd? Is she a DEI hire?
Where is Pam Bondi??
Hummmm. She appointed a special for Zimmerman in the Martin case, against the advice of police and local investigators.
…no one wonders who she is.
Were it my inclination to promote hopium, I would suggest that the “finding” and release of relevant elements of evidence such as this one are being orchestrated and paced to develop peak impact in time for the midterm elections. But I have Sundance to temper any such inclinations that run against known interests.
And let me guess… the FBI agents who conducted this surveillance are still employed at the FBI.
This revelation seems almost perfectly to coincide with Brandon Johnson declaring civil war in Chicago in defense of illegal alien gang-bangers.
Wait till the Chi Coms are activated. When Red State is talking about it, you know there is a see of “Red Flags”. Just saying.
When I think that I nearly died for the idea that I believed this country represents, when I think about the multitude of those who did die for the idea they believed and were told this country represents, and then when I’m shown how completely corrupt this nation actually is, as evidenced by revelations like this article, I want to barf! I doubt you could find ten honest patriots in all of DC, DJT, excepted. It’s a nest of vipers!
Jusy oooooorah, real slow deep threatening and sarcastic.
Those who were there know how to say it.
Probably when he got up in the morning and looked at himself in the mirror he said, “Good morning, Jack Frost, what will the day bring?” in his best Bond villain voice, if there had been one named Jack Frost – the alter ego of that bland personality, Jack Smith.
Who devised the name “Arctic Frost”?
I think it is a slurpee flavor.
So, who is our hero going to be?
Ha!listen to Tina Turner, from Mad Max, 1980s stuff. Great song, message and of course her legs!
The one on the left.
is it too much to ask for someone – anyone – to arrest this smith guy.
for the love all that’s holy do it for the children as they say.
Holy CRAP! @ChuckGrassley has the best whistleblowers. 1/
2/ NOTE: These were buried in “prohibited access” files that I reported on before.
3/ Here’s where I catalogued the questions that need answers.
4/4 Here’s where I reported several US Attorneys had no idea of prohibited access functionality!
https://threadreaderapp.com/thread/1975305988355010928.html
Just remember, the reason FBI could spy on Senators and no one knew is because they could hide reports in “prohibited access.” What else was hidden there…still waiting for answers to these questions!
What Democrat Senator filmed himself boinking the gay aid on the Senate Conf room table in December 2023? That scandal gets zero attention in MAGA-land. A shame.
The guy doing the boinking was identified. He was not a senator. I forget what his job was but he didn’t work at the Capitol.
ProhibitedAccessGate
Investigating Senators of the opposing party without predicate? The horror!
It was clearly illegal, but it was the same play they ran before and covered up. It is almost as though they don’t have much imagination. Illegal immigration is the same play in all Western countries, too. A play for political power.
NO FEAR of Prosecution, so why get upset when its exposed (whatever “it” may be!)? CIA Director Brennan was caught spying on Senators in 2014. He apologized, and resumed spying.
At the risk of sounding genuinely dumb… is none of this stuff illegal? These people fabricated a warrant for a fisa application. They perjured themselves. They entrapped innocent people. They wiretapped their political opponents.
Why is no one in jail?
And…no one will be held accountable.
And the pathetic republicans will do absolutely nothing.
Rendition them. Waterboard them. That is all. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Seems to me that scorched earth is the answer to all of the coordinated DS and lawfare shenanigans. Torpedoes be damned.
…the “Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government” when it becomes destructive…
But if we were to seriously discuss overthrowing our current government, knowing the NSA and other agencies see and hear every word we type or speak, we would be arrested and imprisoned for subversion or treason.
I’m surprised that the ambitious Jack Smith didn’t give his spy operation a more eponymous code name like “Jack Frost.”
It makes me so ill…
More evidence of major corruption and wrong doing and no indictments against the perpetrators. It’s time to fire Patel and Bongino. It’s their job to investigate and recommend charges to Bondi.
Just pitching in to say we have never seen investigative reporting about our ruling class in such depth and quality.
Sundance is absolutely remarkable.
Hold it right there…
exclusively obtained by Fox News Digital,
how can truth be exclusive?… …
wheres Vlad when you need him
So the executive branch ( Joe Boma ) was spying on the opposition party in the legislative branch and the former and soon to be next president got it . i expect lots of hand ringing and nothing more no one will go to jail
Jack Smith grabbed President Trump and Pence’s phones too (see John Solomon clip at the end)

Re: Trump TS post on the Middle East –
“MOVE FAST ” – has an order been given?
“conflict” In quotes.
(Kayfabe / Hegelian Dialectical, ants in a jar ” conflict”?)
Amazing, they grab other’s phones and destroy their own.
FBI Director Patel releases more negative information about his organization, then says how proud he is of the men and women of the FBI. Something’s not right. But WHAT?
He’s not up to the task. Senator Grassley and Johnson both say the institution is rotten to the core, and Kash says they’re all 100%, and he’s damned proud of ’em.
What else is there to say? Trump picked the wrong guy.
Cash is,what’s not right, then go from there…
Where is Congress passing laws to stop this in the future where is Pam Bondi where our special prosecutors to investigate this? Oh yeah, it’s Donald Trump ran Paul and Massey versus the Uni party.
Uh oh, looks like “Lapchik the Mad Hungarian” is in deep doodoo 💩
