Friend of the Treehouse John Spiropoulos has put together a series of videos explaining how President Obama, FBI Director James Comey and CIA Director John Brennan constructed a coverup to hide their political surveillance operation.
From the perspective of Obama, Comey and Brennan, expanding Hillary Clinton’s Trump-Russia collusion narrative was the key element to hide the activity of the administration prior to the November 2016 election. That’s the motive for the FBI and CIA to collaborate on the agenda after the shocking outcome of the 2016 election result.
The December ’16 Joint Analysis Report (JAR), and the January ’17 Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA), were fabricated to enhance this larger coverup objective. Spiropoulos has taken the time to put the deconstruction of the ICA into a simple to follow video format.

Remember, from a risk management perspective, initially the surveillance and spying operation was a low-risk endeavor. Obama held power and was going to hand off operations to Hillary. The Clinton administration would retain the officials who were doing the surveillance/spying, and no one would ever know.
Donald Trump was not expected to win the election. When he did, all of the participants were suddenly at risk. President Obama and every member of his cabinet involved in the spying operations, then used Clinton’s “Russiagate” smear to cover up Obama’s “Spygate” activity.

The IRS was used to identify targets 2011 and 2012, until discovered in April ’12. Suddenly, President Obama has a problem. President Obama then sends his Chief of Staff, Jack Lew, to run the IRS and block discoveries around the IRS weaponization.
From April 2012 through April 2016, the Obama administration then began spying on political opposition, using the FBI to conduct surveillance through their access to the NSA database.
In April 2016, NSA Director Admiral Mike Rogers was alerted by the NSA compliance officer who noted the uptick in database access activity by the FBI searching the Republican Primary Candidate field.
Post April 2016 the Obama administration again had a problem. Enter FBI operation “Crossfire Hurricane,” July 2016, in an effort to remove the political risk.
October 2016, the FBI rushes a FISA application through the FISC, circumventing the missing ‘Woods File’, with the Chris Steele dossier as evidence.
October 2016, NSA Director Rogers sends the first official notification of the FBI, using the NSA database to the oversight body, the FISA Court.
December 2016, worried about Trump now discovering the NSA database spying, the Obama administration wraps the Clinton smear into official policy, blaming the Russians and validating Crossfire Hurricane. That’s where the Joint Analysis Report and Intelligence Community Assessment become critical.

It’s one long continuum of coverup activity within Main Justice and the FBI, supported by all other various agencies (CIA) who were operating in support.

The IC is nimble and resourceful. It hurts to compliment them in any way, but those are facts. They should be those things, tho, given that they seem to have unlimited resources available to them. They combine their powers across agencies, using lies, corruption and reinterpretation of laws that are supposed to give guidelines for their use of the nat sec tools available to them. Anything goes as long as it is done with plausible deniability. Shaping narratives with propaganda from MSM and hiding sources under anonymity, use of NSLs, NDA and over classification is their playbook. Notice in the above article how they always have an answer, plan B or someway of saving their goals when unexpected events (say Trump’s election win) happen. They do that in little ways too to lesser targets. I believe they use psychiatrists to help concoct sabotage, create immense vulnerability and isolate the targets so they have few if any people they can rely on. With Pres Trump they delegitimize him and shrink the circle of those he can trust (thus things like the SOL expiring for Comey and Halligan was brought in last minute. In my situation (I’m a deep state target) I had just sent my youngest off to college. I was a busy hands-on mom and had foregone a lot of my own socializing so I was just starting to meet up with other empty-nesters at the gym and coffees. The IC targeted me through illegally using the NDA database first, and put in very intrusive surveillance meant for terr*r*sts. So, they analyzed every minute of my life through at home monitoring and turning on the mic on my phone. So, I would meet a new friend and they broadcast our conversation to my community. Then someone who knew my new friend would secretly intervene and because they were livestreaming me and my family naked in our house, and everybody knew, people did not want to be involved with me. I was especially vulnerable because most of these people were new friends and had no previous experience or history with me. So I was isolated quickly and eventually I stopped going to the gym and I wasn’t invited to coffee. This goes on and on in my small city. They do this with service people who come to your house so often they won’t come back. Eventually after extensive monitoring of everything, our taxes!! that we must have passed their scrutiny and I am sure they looked hard, med records and banking. Well, to get back to my point, they weave your real life, your digital life and national security laws together to come up with a completely lawless, unethical, cruel, unrelenting and forever situation which is designed to destroy one through trauma and death by a thousand cuts. It is based on the Stasi, Zersetsung, which was brought down with the fall of the USSR. They opened the vaults to the public where they could see the lies told about them. Let’s not wait for the fall of the US to open the vaults. We need action now.

Nov 2022. Three days after private citizen Donald Trump announced his 2024 presidential campaign the DOJ appointed Jack Smith as an unconstitutional special prosecutor. Smith was charged with overseeing two ongoing DOJ criminal investigations into Trump: one related to his efforts to overturn the 2020 election results (including the January 6, 2021, Capitol attack), and the other concerning the retention of classified documents at Mar-a-Lago. One of Smith’s charges was Conspiracy Against Rights (18 U.S.C. § 241). Wasn’t that rich?
The assassins: July 13, 2024: The best Secret Service teams were pulled away to protect Jill Biden in PA on the same date as Trump’s rally in Butler. Then the security teams assigned to protect President Trump were looking the other way when Thomas Crooks fired 8+ rounds hitting President Trump and 3 others. Georgia: President Trump and 18 co-defendants were indicted by Fani Willis under Georgia’s RICO (racketeering) statute for allegedly orchestrating a criminal enterprise to overturn Biden’s 2020 election. Willis and/or her lover Nathan Wade went to the Biden White House on more than one occasion. There are still 32 felony counts against President Trump.
New York: NY AG Letitia James sued President Trump and the Trump Organization for alleged persistent fraud by inflating asset values to secure better loans, insurance, and tax benefits. There were direct ties to Biden and the Biden White House plus an apparent connection to Sen. Chuck Schumer as well. A NY jury found Trump guilty and Judge Engoron ordered a-half-billion dollars in fines and penalties. Some parts of the case are still active.
New York City: Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg charged President Trump with 34 felony counts of falsifying business records to conceal a $130,000 hush money payment to Stormy Daniels (via Michael Cohen) to influence the 2016 election. Trump’s appeal is ongoing.
Challenges were filed in more than 30 states to remove Donald Trump’s name from the 2024 presidential ballot. The challenges focused on Trump’s alleged role in the J6 Capitol events and his efforts to challenge Biden’s 2020 election.
It is still my belief that much of the extremism to remove Donald Trump goes back to 9/11. The reason that President Trump had to be stopped, even it required putting him in prison for hundreds of years or an assassin’s bullet, was because of the vow he made about 9/11. The collapse of the 610 foot tall WTC Building 7 in 6.5 seconds like a controlled demolition was the smoking gun. BHO was spying on the Romney campaign, too. A friend of mine worked on the campaign and was convinced of it. BHO seemed to know what Romney was going to do even before he did it. If Romney was going to give a speech on a particular topic, BHO would get out there first and do a speech on the same topic. If the Romney campaign was going to put out a tweet on something, BHO’s tweet would get out there first. My friend thought it was obvious, but the higher-ups dismissed him as a “conspiracy theorist.” (Sound familiar?)
Trump now has the facts. If he fails to move on these people, then he shows himself weak. From this point on: it is his responsibility and his fault. This seems all too much like the battered wife syndrome: the wife just keeps coming back for more abuse. In Trump’s case, the abuse arises from leftist judges, the Antifa creeps running wild in the streets, the state governors who obstruct with impunity; and from Clinton, Obama, and the rest who laugh in his face.
