Most people conflate forgiveness with being let off the accountability hook. That is simply not true. I know so many people who were former addicts, now saved and in love with Jesus, who still have the health consequences associated with their former drug use.

When we appear before the Judgement Seat, we will be standing alone, clothed only in the “personal agency” for our actions in this our earthly life. There will be no one else there (I am assuming and as I believe) to plead for us, except Jesus Christ, our ONLY mediator and advocate.
In a prayer of confession from my beloved Book of Common Prayer is the following:
“We acknowledge and bewail our manifold sins and wickedness, Which we, from time to time, have grievously committed, By thought word, and deed, Against Thy Divine Majesty.”
Ours…no one else’s. Pretty all encompassing, including things we have done and those we have left undone. Raw honesty is needed here I think.
We cannot escape accountability for those by throwing up our hands and saying “Nothing to do with me. I handed that decision off to someone else”… full well knowing what a decision such as will come down on Robinson is likely to be.
But I will not pass judgement on a woman ‘s unknowable depth of belief or understanding in the immediate aftermath of unexpected terrible shock and grievous loss. This is between her, her conscience, and a God Who Himself is the deep wellspring of lovingkindness and mercy.
In the days, months, and (who knows) years which will pass before a Robinson trial, Erika will have many conversations with God I’m certain. And when a verdict comes with sentence, I suspect we will hear from here again.
The act of forgiveness is not easy or simple…for some impossible. We are human and imperfect. To criticize her at this moment is not in anyone’s provenance, especially as each one of us has his own motes to account for. She has with great difficulty taken a first step with more to come.
So those are my immediate thoughts, mycroft. And as with Erika, for me also many more to come.

I’ll butt in here too. Erika’s response was perfect. It is in harmony with the discussion at the end of Romans 12 and continuing in Romans 13. We are told not to take revenge because “vengeance is mine says the Lord. I will repay.” In chapter 13 he continues that the purpose of government in dealing with evil is to exercise judgment as an agent of God’ wrath. Erika says clearly that she does not want to decide the punishment, she will leave it to the government. We cannot have peace in a civilized society if everyone takes it upon himself to seek revenge, whether the act was actually evil or perhaps not.

TPUSA has lawyers who hopefully will pursue this provided the full facts of the killing are revealed, which at present is still not assured.

As I recall, the judge instructed AJ that if he opened his mouth, he’d be held in contempt/fined and the jury instructions were ‘it’s not a matter of AJ’s guilt/innocence, it’s my courtroom and he’s guilty, your only obligation is to determine the sum the victims will be awarded’. I’m paraphrasing but, unless history has been rewritten, that’s close to a quote.

Alex Jones is has appealed everything. He lost his appeal in Connecticut, of course, he could appeal to the CT supreme court but hasn’t yet and probably won’t because they are as corrupt as the lower courts in CT. He is also appealing in TX and I believe he is winning those appeals. It will end up in TX supreme court because the democrats will continue to appeal every loss. They are well funded.
He can also appeal on 8th amendment grounds, and I think that would be slam dunk. At least to make it a reasonable penalty.
Aldenburg and Dehenny were also part of the lawsuit against Remington Arms and won millions! Remington had qualified immunity from lawsuit as a legitimate gun manufacturer under federal law yet, Judge after Judge blew that off and held them liable ignoring the fact that the young shooter’s mother had hired an attorney and psychiatrist and gone to court to have her son committed because he was dangerous. The Connecticut Judge ruled against the mother and she was the teenager’s first victim. The Remington AR-15 was locked in the mother’s gun safe and there was nothing illegal about it. Mom had purchased the rifle through legal means. The judge in the lawsuit refused Remington’s request to subpoena the teenager’s psychiatric records ruling they were protected by HIPPA even though the teenager was dead and committed mass murder. Remington filed bankruptcy!

The “Sandy Hook families” agreed to participate in lawfare that attacked legal free speech and attacked the ability to hear legal free speech from controversial speakers.

I disagree … Alex Jones did himself in by trying to hide behind 1st Amendment to perform his own version of “Newsjacking”.
He foolishly went too far when he spun some of his broadcasts as “statements of fact” vs dubious “questions” … with no foundation for his assertions.
That being said … I would like to see this line of questioning by Special Investigator Martin continue because it does bring to the light the conduct of the FBI Agent Involved and will shine the spot light on the practice of “Newsjacking” to influence the legal system.

This also brings up the memory, that during the trial Alex Jones’ lawyers were not allowed to present a rebuttal to any of the accusations presented by the prosecution as the trial that actually happened was only for damages as the judge in the case had, on her own, had previously ruled Alex Jones guilty.

That is the right question. Who leaked? I have tons of concern about the actual role of AJ in all the FBI/CIA/Deep State workings.
Since it involves his lawsuit then his attorney was probably provided a copy.
Most likely Jones’ lawyers received a copy since full disclosure in legal proceedings is still supposed to be a thing; and his lawyers probably provided a copy for Jones for a simple heads up, be aware of things, situation.
Hence, Alex Jones is still his own worst enemy. He just can’t shut up to help himself.
And why is there a major white space in the middle of the bullet statements? There’s no indication of redaction.
Jones has publicly stated that he received the letter directly from Martin, and that he met with Martin in DC last week. Jones has published pictures of him with Martin. And Jones also stated that Martin called him some weeks ago initially in this matter.
According to Jones, the Trump Administration earlier declassified and provided to him copies of DOJ documents evidencing DOJ’s involvement with the Sandy Hook litigation and subsequent shenanigans in the bankruptcy matter.
If these statements of Jones are true, Jones is more engaged with the ongoing DOJ Weaponization Strike Force than commonly believed.
Despite his bravado and media persona, I see no reason to believe that Jones is fabricating these statements.

It has all been cleared with Martin. AJ has been friends with Martin for 20 years. Martin used to be on his show all the time. AJ was in DC all week last week meeting with Martin. This is all coordinated. Martin is frustrated with Bondi as much as we are.

FWIW, Jones has very smartly decoupled his old “store” operations from his judgment debtor entity to an independent third party vendor, Bigly. That vendor pays a portion of the sales revenue back to the judgment debtor to fund continuing operations.
And Jones has had third parties invest in brand new studios owned by them. Jones would just drive across town and continue to broadcast, as their employee, if anything happened to the original operation.

Aldenburg and Dehenny were also part of the lawsuit against Remington Arms and won millions! Remington had qualified immunity from lawsuit as a legitimate gun manufacturer under federal law yet, Judge after Judge blew that off and held them liable ignoring the fact that the young shooter’s mother had hired an attorney and psychiatrist and gone to court to have her son committed because he was dangerous. The Connecticut Judge ruled against the mother and she was the teenager’s first victim. The Remington AR-15 was locked in the mother’s gun safe and there was nothing illegal about it. Mom had purchased the rifle through legal means. The judge in the lawsuit refused Remington’s request to subpoena the teenager’s psychiatric records ruling they were protected by HIPPA even though the teenager was dead and committed mass murder. Remington filed bankruptcy!
