Earlier today President Trump delivered remarks to the White House Religious Liberty Commission.
On May 1st, President Trump created the commission [SEE HERE] made up of various evangelical leadership. Led by Chairman Dan Patrick, the Republican lieutenant governor of Texas, and Vice Chair Ben Carson, a popular author, surgeon and former Trump administration official, the 13-member commission is charged with creating a report on the “foundations of religious liberty in America” and the impact of religious liberty on American culture.
The commission includes, White House faith adviser Paula White, talk show host and author Eric Metaxas and evangelist Franklin Graham, head of Samaritan’s Purse, along with other faith leaders like Cardinal Timothy Dolan of New York, Minnesota Bishop Robert Barron of the popular Word on Fire media ministry, Rabbi Meir Soloveichik of Congregation Shearith Israel in New York and talk show host Phil McGraw. I pray PDJT will align himself with more Orthodox Christians and less of the misguided Zionist Christians.
I pray PDJT will align himself with Jesus Christ.
Amen!
I pray that WE ALL do
As we ALL should.
The US Constitution is a secular document, not a religious one.
By the way, signatories to the Constitution done
“by the Unanimous Consent of the States present the Seventeenth Day of September IN THE YEAR OF OUR LORD one thousand seven hundred and Eighty seven and of the Independence of the United States of America the Twelfth In witness whereof We have hereunto subscribed our Names,”
Guaranteed every one there could tell you exactly who OUR LORD is.
The U.S. Constitution does not explicitly mention God, the Creator, or any specific religious figure within its text. The only reference sometimes cited is the phrase “the Year of our Lord” used in Article VII when dating the document, which some interpret as an indirect religious reference, though it is generally considered a traditional dating formula rather than a theological statement.
In contrast, the Declaration of Independence, a separate document, references God four times using different terms: “Nature’s God,” “Creator,” “Supreme Judge of the world,” and “divine Providence”. However, this document is not a legal or governing text and does not carry constitutional authority.
The U.S. Constitution is a secular document. It contains no mention of Christianity or Jesus Christ, and its primary provisions regarding religion are designed to prevent government establishment of a religion and to protect the free exercise of religious belief. The First Amendment explicitly states that “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof”. This clause, along with Article VI, which prohibits “religious tests” for public office, establishes a framework of religious neutrality.
The Founding Fathers intended the government to be neutral on religious matters, ensuring that no single religion would be favored or imposed by the state. While some founders were religious individuals, they were deeply aware of the dangers of state-sponsored religion, having witnessed religious persecution and conflict in Europe and the American colonies.
The Constitution’s silence on religion is not a sign of hostility toward faith but rather a deliberate choice to allow religion to flourish freely without government interference. The concept of a “wall of separation between church and state,” a phrase famously used by Thomas Jefferson, reflects this foundational principle.
Although the Constitution does not explicitly use the term “secular,” its structure and provisions clearly establish a secular government. The absence of religious references in the Constitution, unlike the Declaration of Independence which references “Nature’s God” and “Divine Providence,” underscores its secular character. The Supreme Court has consistently interpreted the First Amendment to uphold this separation, ensuring that government actions do not favor or hinder any religion.
True, the Year of our LORD may have been “generally considered a traditional dating formula rather than a theological statement” to some people, but it is undeniably theological in its origin as identifying the life of Jesus Christ as a defining point in human history that was immortalized as ultimate significance by measuring all time before and after that point.
To some maybe just tradition. To perhaps many more it was a tradition as well as a priceless acknowledgement of God Almighty regarding the passage of time and events.
Benjamin Franklin’s request for prayer June 28, 1987 (and acceptance of the request) that broke a stalemate in the Convention acknowleges that “God governs in the affairs of men” and appeals to Him with explicit words from the “sacred writings” of the Bible including a quotation of Jesus Christ in the New Testament. Evidence, I say, that the intention of our Founding Fathers was the formation of a government not neutral towards God but one that was fair, just, and in harmony with Him.
Also, regarding the theological substance of the “Year of our Lord” why is this expression rarely used today? Why is the expression of time now often “2025 CE” instead of “2025 AD”? There are some who find the expression theologically offensive.
Also, the First Ammendment prohibition regarding that “Congress shall make no law…” strictly applies to the Congress of the Federal Government and not to the State Government. The commonly accepted practice of applying this to State Governments as well as the Federal Government is not supported. Congress has no authority regarding State Governments beyond the powers delegated within the letter of the Constitution.
Except for the rights “endowed by our Creator” part.
It is based on
GOD’s Natural Law:
Do no harm.

I agree that PDJT should align himself more with Christian orthodoxy instead of Ms. White. None of us have it all figured out, especially Amillennialists. Satan is alive and well on planet earth…
That said, if the Jewish nation is forever discarded by God, then we are also yet in our sins because God cannot be trusted. And that is NOT the case.
Rom 9:6 ….For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel:”
Jesus is a Jew.
Jesus Christ was a Jew.
The Jewish people were God’s chosen instrument through which He delivered both His covenant and the Messiah. The Old Testament prophets foretold the coming of Christ, and Jesus Himself was born of Jewish lineage in fulfillment of these prophecies. The Jews that don’t accept Jesus Christ as their savior are on the wrong side of the NT.
“The Chosen People” does not mean what many think it means. The Chosen people were merely chosen to deliver His covenant – as opposed to a different group of people.
Israel was chosen to serve. It was that aspect of serving Gods’ eternal purpose in which He called them His chosen people. There is a spiritual Israel and those who are joined to Jesus Christ make up that number; also referred to as the Body of Christ.
There are multiple covenants in the Old Testament. God does not make promises He will not keep.
Abraham was promised to inherit the land he was shown. This requires Abraham’s resurrection.
Genesis 15:6 And he believed in the Lord, and He accounted it to him for righteousness.
7 Then He said to him, “I am the Lord, who brought you out of Ur of the Chaldeans, to give you this land to inherit it.”
8 And he said, “Lord God, how shall I know that I will inherit it?”
God told the Israelis through Moses that the covenant at Sinai (Leviticus 26, Deuteronomy 30) would be violated by them, they would be repeatedly punished for violations, and eventually a remnant would return to Him due to the tribulation (“time of Jacob’s trouble” in Jeremiah 30:7). Leviticus 26 outlines specifically the intensifying punishments, which included the servitude of the nation, desolation of the sanctuary, and desolation of Jerusalem. Scripture repeatedly states this is for His glory, not due to their merit.
Jesus was not just “of Jewish lineage”: He was of the house (royal inheritor through adoption by Joseph, eldest direct male descendent through Solomon, per Matthew’s genealogy) and lineage (through Mary, whose father Heli was the equivalent on Nathan’s side), and thus legally entitled to be king of Israel. He did not answer Herod because Herod had no authority to question Him. Because the nation was under servitude to Rome as punishment from YHVH, He did answer Pilate.
The covenant from Sinai was impossible to follow after Manasseh’s reign: the Ark of the Covenant and Mercy Seat were removed. The Mercy Seat, in the Holy of Holies, was required for atonement on Yom Kippur. The Holy of Holies was empty in the Second Temple, Yom Kippur was never celebrated in that Temple. When Jesus forgave sins, that was something no other High Priest had been able to do in centuries.
Jesus was entitled to receive the double crown from Zechariah 6, but was not given it. As occurred in Ezekiel 8-11, their house was left desolate: He left Jerusalem to the east and did not return to the temple. The Jewish religious leaders ignored the final warning from Leviticus 26:27 (Lev. 26 is a parallel of Matthew 21:33-46).
Hosea 5:15 “I will return again to My place
Till they acknowledge their offense.
Then they will seek My face;
In their affliction they will earnestly seek Me.”
Joel 3:20 “But Judah shall abide forever,
And Jerusalem from generation to generation.
21 For I will acquit them of the guilt of bloodshed, whom I had not acquitted;
For the Lord dwells in Zion.”
Anyone who does not accept Jesus as the Savior scripture declares Him to be is on the wrong side of scripture. The volume of the Book is about Him.
Yet, “all Israel shall be saved”
WAS being the pivotal word in that statement.
I prefer alignment with the secular US Constitution with, among other things, its “no religious tests”.
To each its own. Good luck.
Secretary Turner is fabulous. His prayers always heartfelt.
Oh my gosh yes ! I adore him.
America doesn’t need religious liberty. It needs sound doctrine as taught in the Bible by Jesus Christ.
America needs to repent of its many sins and ask God for forgiveness.
America needs to change course while given the opportunity.
A president can’t save us. Not a Democrat president. Not a Republican president. Not a Court. Not a Congress. Not a Constitution. Not a State Governor.
There’s only one hope for America and His name is Jesus. His way is the only way.
Your desire is good, but His kingdom is in our hearts and free-will dictates that we have the freedom to choose. We can lead but we can’t force others to follow. Many are being saved who live under the vilest governments. If the US wants to go to Hell, we will get our wish…the true Church of Christ is as a city on a hill, that all may see and glorify her good works that are a result of her salvation.
AMEN!
Starting with Church on Sundays, not shopping or sports!
The 21st-century Ba’al demanding the sacrifice of our children, our time, and our energy is the black hole known as Sports.
e.g.
My wife taught at an excellent Catholic school in a small town!
The school in one year lost all kinds of students to the local – and not very good – public school
Why?
One of the graduates from the high school made it into the Detroit Tigers’ minor – league team.
In the words of one father transferring his FIFTH GRADER and SIXTH GRADER into the public school: “I want them to get into the baseball clique at the junior high, so they can make the high-school team later on.”
And for some families, if one child transferred, it was just easier because of transportation difficulties to transfer all the children.
The Religious education and atmosphere of a Catholic school, the excellence of the academics, the general behavior of the students thanks to moral discipline…
None of that could compare to The Baseball Clique at the public school.
That was 15 years ago: no, not one graduate of the high school program since then has ever gotten into major-league baseball.
I remember when they passed the law to open businesses on Sundays. Used to be you couldn’t shop on Sunday. Then too, came the NFL that started the early morning services so people could go to church and get home in time “for the game”. Then started the come as you are to get people in church, then the contemporary nonsense started. The church has been losing out ever since. I sure wish it would find a way that would get people back. I read there is a come back happening, but most of the churches I have visited are all elderly people that are struggling to keep things going. The Catholic Church seems to be thriving the most in my area.
I very well remember. You hit the nail on the head.
There is only 1 Dr Ben Carson; thank God he is on our side.
I pray the commission has the courage to state that Islam is an ideology not a religion.
A political ideology of conquest.
Islam is both an ideology and a religion and so much more. It covers every part of life, all aspects of human existence from birth to death. No part of life is considered outside the realm of Islam, including personal, social, economic, political, and spiritual dimensions..
This totalitarianism extends even to daily routines such as eating, drinking and dressing. , all of which are considered part of Islamic practice.. Islam provides detailed instructions on matters ranging from hygiene and health to financial ethics and social conduct.
And that’s why it is such a big problem.
Islam is more totalitarian than communism and fascism – combined !
No religion, even a benevolent one like Christianity, should ever be allowed to t take political control of any nation.
Not likely. The President welcomed pastors, rabbis and imams at the Religious Liberty Commission. The camel’s nose is already under that tent.
That nose is a target to be snipped.
Thank you.
White House
Presidential Actions
Eradicating Anti-Christian Bias
This is especially focused on government affairs.
The article mentions the F B I several times.
It does not mention the NGO that participates in training agents, especially during recent years.
That NGO has three letters.
https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/2025/02/eradicating-anti-christian-bias/
Can’t think of one with three letters, but i can think of one with 4: SPLC.
Checks off both boxes, trains agents, hates Christians.
Letter “A”
Looks s like this is a case of good news and bad news.
Good News: President Trump’s 13member Religious Liberty Commission consists of 12 Christians and one Orthodox Jew.
Bad News: Muslim representation is present on the advisory boards.
God, as we know, works in mysterious ways. Maybe his vast sense-of-humor will convert that muslim commission person into a Christian who will then convert thousands!!!!! I would like to witness that.
Maybe he will start with Ill-han O’mar the modern Jezebell!!!!!
I thought it was a excellent spch by PotusTrump, from the heart
Extra nos.
It is not about religion, it is about a relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. When He died on the cross He paid for sins past, present and future. He is the only way to the Father, that is why He said “I am the way, the truth, and the life, no man comes to the Father except through Me” Religion is of the world. The church are true born again believers, not a building. When Nicodemus came to Jesus and asked Him how to get to Heaven Jesus told Him “You must be born again” Works will not get a person to Heaven. Jesus +nothing =salvation.
“You see that faith was active along with his works, and faith was completed by his works”.
James 2:22
The verse emphasizes that genuine faith is not passive but works in conjunction with actions, demonstrating its authenticity.
The Greek word used, eteleiōthē, meaning “to carry through to the end” or “to complete,”
indicates that works bring faith to its full maturity and expression, showing it to be genuine and alive.
That service, that effort, in part, can help to clarify a ‘relationship with Jesus’, over time.
And our various faith life journies have abundant opportunities, or roles (to take up, or take a pass, or some mix )
imho
The Lord knows best…
Archbishop Vigano penned a letter to all, last June 2024:
https://insidethevatican.com/news/newsflash/letter-22-2024-friday-june-28-vigano-statement/
The Bible tells us our works are as filthy rags! If we could work our way to Heaven there would have been no reason for Jesus to die. I am not interested in what a man says but what God says.
By which Church’s authority were the books of the Bible proclaimed to be the Word of God?
Excellent question, so search and follow your heart after praying for the Holy Spirit’s Wisdom.
A person does ‘works’ BECAUSE he or she is saved by the free gift of grace through the finished work of the blood sacrifice of Jesus Christ. Nobody gets to enter the Kingdom of God by their own active attempts to impress him. Accept his son and request salvation or God will reject the rejecter.
PS Mary was a special girl, but she can’t give you eternal life.
Brief notes:
–prayer is allowed in public schools again
-the Lyndon Johnson censorship amendment in the 60’s that does not
allow
Pastors to speak about current events, politics has been removed.
Pastors can speak their minds…
-a 12 year old was requested by a teacher to read a book about
confusing genders, and the 12 year
old did not want to read it,
but the teacher insisted. The 12 year old got bullied…
Now, the 12 year old has choice on what to read
-starting a task force to eradicate anti-christian bias in the public
-the people surrounding bran don were mean administrators
-allowed 25 million unvetted invaders, and found ways thru ngos’
to give them, citizen / taxpayer paid, benefit$
-had unequal court practices, arrested pastors, j6r’s, coerced
vax, made politicians prisoners etc.
-people of faith have been attacked, in many situations
-there will be no tolerance of hate crimes -i.e. murders, injuries
etc. ( the NC bus rider, being one of many… )
(while understanding, most murders are not based upon love. So another crime category of ‘hate’ accomplishes what? how about it being an excuse for ‘reasonable doubt’, since an internal feeling is hard to prove.)
[ and the cover up of truths and criminals by politicians,
law enforcers, judges, legal bar associations, diversity, inclusion, equity
(die) under the phrase of
‘its under investigation’
has many, many times miss allowed no transparency, and repeat crimes –
at the costs of victims. That is sick. Yet, it happens. ]
-we are waiting for a call from Chicago to help reduce crime in
Chicago
-Secretary Scott Turner: ‘America prays’, 70 faith based organizations have
joined in. What if
between now and July 4 2026 ( 250th U.S. anniversary) a million
people pray together, every week, for this Country and her citizens and for
guidance. Think of the positive differences…
-there is more public safety in D C these days, than the last many
years.
[ are other Cities listening ? ]
Nice!
IRS rules for religious non-profits need to be changed. They file no disclosures about anything. It’s a racket for these churches and the supposed “pastors”. The biggest shill of them all is the Mormon Church with it’s hedgefunds that are protected by the same religious rules. There’s trillions involved.
Paula White is no better. Her followers are supposed to pray through to God to her. God only talks to Paula.
I also found out Samaritan’s Purse is no better. Big disappointment since I gave to Samaritan’s Purse for the NE TN disaster. I won’t be fooled again.
As long as the Republican party continues to support abortion (IVF) and turns a blind eye to same-sex unions, it will be a moral loser of no significant difference from progressivism.
WOW! Mr. President has a Great sense of humor! Who’d a thunk it?
Another Ronald Reagan?
At the 31:50 time stamp there is a story of the Bible going AI. It doesn’t sound promising. I can only imagine how it is being butchered, it is bad enough reading the various versions of the Bible in print and online.

We are a Christian Nation and should keep it that way.
You know, Life is a journey, and from time to time,
different views come and go. Some stay kinda like
sojourning in within our fields, and some fade away.
Interestingly enough, it all measures up to how and why
our eyes and ears hear and see things and events, depending
what we seek in the long run. After all, it is not by flesh and blood, but
by spirit.
I am kindly sharing the following with you, with hope that

Eyes Right…
is it just me or does it seem like President Trump is using Pam Bondi as a human shield of sorts?
Cardinal Timothy Dolan and Bishop Robert Barron were both silent during the FBi’s labeling of Latin Mass Catholics as “Radical Traditionalist Catholics” and its targeting and harrassment.
It is no surprise that President Trump is emphasizing the importance of faith in Almighty God and His Son, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit in our American experience.
He knows about things so evil that it is beyond the scope of mere mortals to fight.
