FBI Director Kash Patel appears on broadcast with Sean Hannity to discuss his goals and objectives with the ongoing information releases from the FBI, “The Transparency Initiative.”
Take your emotion out of it. Take your feelings out of it. Do not project anything onto it. Imagine yourself hearing and reviewing this for the first time. Watch and listen carefully to it. Your intuition will not be wrong. WATCH:
BREAKING: Kash Patel just made the rare appearance on Fox and HOLY CRAP! He’s uncovered the largest scandal in American history!
No wonder these corrupt crooks in DC are sweating!

FBI Director Kash Patel promises MAX ACCOUNTABILITY for those who manufactured IC hoaxes to destroy President Trump 🔥🔥

.
What you are witnessing is a performance. This is performative, not substantive.
It sounds simplistic, but the #1 easiest *tell* is the venue, Sean ‘tick-tock’ Hannity. The #2 and #3 are the references to Trey Gowdy et al. The chaff and countermeasures process.
Kash Patel says, “we are building a case for the American public“… There it is.
Accept things as they are, not as we would wish them to be. Do not project onto it.
There’s the defined “accountability” outcome Kash Patel and Pam Bondi are delivering.
It’s okay. Sunlight is a good goal, exposure is a good goal, but moderate expectations and do not expect to see any indictments. They “are building a case for the American public,” not a jury.
If they were building a case for a jury, they wouldn’t be on television talking about building their case.

CashApp is trying to make a big show out of picking the fly s**t out of the pepper. I get the impression that he and Bongo are in way over their heads.
Kash, Bongino, and Bondi are almost an automatic tune-out at this point. See them appear on the screen, and the audio they generate is that from Charlie Brown’s teacher in the beloved 1960s Peanuts animated specials.
Apparently, Tulsi and Jay Bhattacharya are at work on Sainted Anthony Fauci, if X is to be believed. Greater optimism therein than if the Three Stooges were at work on it.
Jay still believes the shots helped the old who had infirmities. …..interview on War room..
.
And here’s another thing. The FBI Director doesn’t get to have “objectives”.
The FBI is nothing but the investigation division and law enforcement aka arresting force for the DOJ. The lawyers i.e. prosecutors are in charge, and in his current role, Patel is not one of them.
.
Exactly
Yet, FBI Director Jim Comey single-handedly decided that there would be no charges against Hillary in 2016, stating that no reasonable prosecutor would go on it.
.
A cabal of conspirators breaking the law in cahoots with Obama. To do what he did, permission had to come from either the head of the DOJ, or else someone even above that who told the Attorney General to stand down (or if the Attorney General didn’t want to make this decision then perhaps he was rendered impotent, again by am empowered cabal,)
.
Old Jim was a Republican dontcha know….he was there to cool things down on that side of the isle
However, the FBI does find itself in the peculiar situation of investigating not only others, but also itself. The FBI was an active, willing co-conspirator in this conspiracy. After all, it wasn’t some gremlin that put those document-filled burn bags in a sealed room.
.
The “FBI” isn’t a person. There are 13,000 agents in the FBI, and 100,000+ employees in the DOJ. .
I think Bondi is looking for a 20yr career AFTER 2028. She want to be a playa in the DC Big Leagues. No more FLA swamp for her. So she’ll hem & haw & delay & pretend til Trump’s out & be rewarded with a plumb spot. Plaaaya..
.
There is nothing that she could possibly qualify for. She’s already at a pinnacle. Most likely TV, not politics.
.
She’s 60 now, prolly not looking for 20 years, maybe 10.
Since female public figures now look like Barby dolls, thanks to a nip here and a tuck there, it can be hard to know how close they are to their expiration date.
Bondi mouth gives her away as a TV personality, not an accountability AG for the people.
To me she sounds ridiculous ….maybe a 1st grade teacher talking to her class.
Yeah…look at Andrea Mitchell–she’s still going at it at age 78, but obviously way past her prime.
If bad breath was personified, it would be Andrea Mitchell….
True
I think she viewed the AG gig as a springboard to FL governor. I doubt that could happen now that her bungling has been exposed.
Honestly, more disappointed in Bongino than in Patel. As soon as I saw Kash with a hot, new young girlfriend at his swearing in, I figured someone had gotten to him. Guess my instincts were correct, unfortunately…
.
Why are you disappointed with Bongino?
.
He came into the job as a three-time failed politician and big talker. Hasn’t changed. When he goes back to radio/podcasting, we will be regaled with tales of his heroic efforts to wash out the Augean stables of the FBI.
.
Got it. Disappointment with Trump. Not based on having a clue about anything Bongino currently is or is not doing.
.
Patel wrote that book and made many appearances promoting it, but I don’t believe that his public footprint was nearly as large as Bongino’s – what with Rush’s old time slot and his #1 Rumble podcast. Previous listeners naturally overlay the template of Media Bongino atop Deputy Director Bongino, and are stunned by the mismatch. A player as media-savvy as he should not be so tone-deaf to how the current DOJ/FBI message is playing to MAGA. And even if he’s not, then he’s mutely allowing his higher-ups to keep him on maximum squelch. The resignation letter seems to have gotten lost.
.
Do you perceive or not a difference between being a podcaster and being in the FBI? Were you expecting Bongino to continue making regular podcasts and shooting off his mouth?
.
I was expecting far more leveraging of the former success in the latter position, even after allowing for the obvious incongruencies between the two. Much opportunity existed for it. Hasn’t happened.
Huh? Kash has been dating country singer Alexis Wilkins for 2-3 years and they may be engaged.
That is the state of our country music…..which country?
Strikes un dos tres. Sean vanity. The very best that money can buy
He pops up and I slam the button instinctivly
gentle suggestion…pull the plug
Well, this is DC where Judge Biasbutt would get every case. Nothing legal will happen. I have long thought that the only tangible thing that could happen was just simply exposure. And hope some people will understand. No, it’s not what we want, but probably this is all we can reasonably expect to get.
Am I frustrated beyond measure? Of course. Hopefully, Tulsi’s will bear some fruit in the sharing also.
Realistically speaking, the probable only expectation we might get would be embarrassing CONgressionl hearings. No. There would not be any demonrats there. The public gallery would be empty. But I think its all we can really expect to get.
Tulsi’s not going to issue any indictments, and the reality is nobody in the Trump administration will either.
All of this Russiagate and Lawfare sedition will all be repeated in the future thanks to everyone in the Trump administration not holding any accountability. All they care about are the institutions themselves, getting back to a Mayberry normal, sweeping the BS under the rug.
DNI does not issue indictments. DOJ does that.
I’m close to being tired of it all, bothering to support republicans, when given the power, all they do is cleanup the democrats messes and then give the power back to them; not that I’ll ever vote for a Biden, Newsom, Booker, Jeffries types POS democrats. I feel disrespected as an American by republicans.
And I could careless about Putin and Ukraine, dump it in the EU/NATO’s lap.
When I think of the timeline….Tulsi is the reason for all these revelations out of FBI…..Did PT instruct this to be a forcing function?

“Kash Patel Predicts Six Months and John Durham Could Bring Indictments
October 3, 2021 | Sundance | 194 Comments
CTH begins every review of the Durham news with the following disclaimer: If Special Counsel John Durham was going to reveal what optimistic folks proclaim as possible; how is Durham going to handle the reality that Robert Mueller’s entire existence was in place to hide it?… Notably, Kash Patel was not asked that question.
Kash Patel appears on Sunday Morning Futures with Maria Bartiromo to discuss the latest developments in the John Durham probe. Patel formerly worked on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI) with Chairman Devin Nunes, and was one of the key figures who authored the Nunes memo in early 2018.
Mr. Patel is optimistic in his discussion with Council on Foreign Relations member, Maria Bartiromo, and states that from his experience large conspiracy indictments can take several years to assemble. Patel believes Special Prosecutor John Durham, now 30 months into his investigation, is working his way through the investigative material and could bring indictments against DOJ and FBI government insiders in roughly six months or more.
Patel’s perspective should make the ‘trusty planners’ very happy. CTH does not have that same level of optimism or positive perspective for the primary reason of Robert Mueller. However, presumably Kash Patel would know much more accurately about what took place from his central position next to Chairman Devin Nunes (2017/2018/2019), then next to Director of National Intelligence, John Ratcliffe (2020), and then next to Acting Defense Secretary Christopher Miller. …”
Remember Vern (Ernest) ?
A little song
A little dance
A little seltzer down your pants!
Those of us in realville who have been following DC uniparty politics for decades, already knew this. It was obvious to anyone who wanted to put aside the hopium and BS being fed to a gullible public brainwashed by the fake news and our communist educational DEI labs.
When was the last time any uniparty corrupt, lying politician was arrested, prosecuted and imprisoned? Watergate? 60 years ago?
Ted Kennedy committed murder or at the least, criminal homicide and skated and was reelected. JFK, RK, AND TRUMP were all victims of being assassinated or attempted assinations by the crooked CIA. Neither Lee Harvey Ozwald or Crook were allowed to live to be questioned about their acts.
I am near the end of my life. I have given up on seeing anyone in the corrupt US federal government being held accountable for their heinous crimes. It ain’t happening. And frankly, I’m getting tired of hearing about it. At some point, it just becomes so what else is new.
“When was the last time any uniparty corrupt, lying politician was arrested, prosecuted and imprisoned?”
2025
Bob Menendez
That was a gimme on a gifting crime that all of the DC SCUM commit. And didn’t Lindsay Graham testify on Menendez’s behalf? Menendez was low hanging fruit who was basically a back bencher. But, yes, I suppose he counts as one, so, one in 60 plus years. Really impressive stat to keep the hopium alive? I don’t think so.
2025
George Santos
Only prosecuted because he was a Republican.
What was his crime, again?
2025
Admiral Robert Burke. Sentencing coming this month.
Interesting situation because his crime was awarding a $500k contract then being hired by the same vendor right after retirement. If he gets meaningful prison time and anything happens to his pension, that should send shudders down spines in DC, especially in those expecting pharma jobs.
That particular circumstance happens probably 100 times a day in DC.
There was the speaker who was a pedo……the guy up in AK..There was that crazy guy with the hair….ILL governor. They do go after their own from time to time.
He crossed Obama.
Menendez opposed the Castro and Ayatollah Military Dictatorships, Barry’s two favorites, besides the BidenJunta.
And the TreasonBlob wanted his seat for another installed Deep State lackey. Wikilies:
“…During college, Andy Kim was an intern at the United States Agency for International Development and at the Chicago Coalition for the Homeless.[12][11] He later received a Rhodes Scholarship and a Harry S. Truman Scholarship to study international relations at Magdalen College, Oxford.[6][10] At Oxford, Kim became friends with fellow Rhodes Scholar Pete Buttigieg, the future U.S. secretary of transportation from 2021 to 2025.[13]
Kim worked at the U.S. State Department. He served in Afghanistan as a civilian adviser to generals David Petraeus and John R. Allen before working as a national security adviser under President Barack Obama.[6][14] Kim served as a United States National Security Council official.[15][6] After the Sinjar massacre, Kim wrote the plan implemented by Obama to strike ISIS.[6]”…….
His crime was not sharing the loot with other swampers.
He was bc he publicly went against Obamas Iran deal. Stepping off the Dem Rez is one of the few ways to get convicted of what they all do.
George Santos?
I didn’t check sentencing on all but some are noted.
House Banking Scandal under Clinton saw 5 convicted (4 Dems, 1 Republican). I know at least some of these people served time.
There was also a Post Office scandal under Clinton that saw 2 Dems convicted. The name Rostenkowski should ring a bell there. He was convicted and served time then Clinton pardoned him. I remember how partisan that whole investigation was at the time.
Scooter Libby and 5 other R’s convicted during W’s term. Libby served time.
Obama: 6 R’s, 4 D’s convicted. Biggest name being Anthony Weiner but one close to me was Chaka Fattah (23 counts of racketeering, fraud, and other corruption charges). Weiner and Fattah both served time.
Chris Collins (insider trading) and Duncan Hunter (misuse of campaign funds) under Trump 1. Both Republicans. Hunter, you may remember, served time because Trump pardoned him.
In addition to Santos and Menendez under Biden, there was Madison Cawthorn (R) charged with having a firearm at a TSA checkpoint ($250 fine) and Jamall Bowman, the Democratic fire alarm doofus ($1000 fine, 3 months probation).
I had forgotten Rosty the Postman.
DITTO!!
50 yrs ago a friend and coworker was a Ranger back from Vietnam.
He absolutely refused to watch news or pay attention to politics.
Said it was a waste of time and nothing ever changes,
50 long yrs later I am being forced to agree.
I don’t want to but available data says hope in one hand and …..
God bless you Bill wherever you are.
5th generation warfare.
The battleground is the world, the theater of principal action at the moment is the US.
Speaking of which, in regards to the combination of the Federal takeover of the District of Columbia by the United States, and that review of the Smithsonian,
It turns out that yes, there are a heck of a lot of tunnels under the National Mall, and the National Cathedral, and elsewhere.

Pelosis and Schiff’s and Rosensteins are fungible. The System will produce more if these particular useful puppets are tried and hung. Does there need to be a moral example and a large disincentive? Yes.
But the target for destruction must be the Beast System itself. The fiat money, the Mockingbird Media, the Nudge Units, the American Cathedral. Harvard. Yale. Etc. Their current existences as components of the worldwide Beast Slavery system must all be razed to the ground in order to kill the Beast for the next 100 years. Hanging Brennan will feel good, sure. Eliminating the central banks and especially the BIS is true progress.
Goal. Strategy. Tactic.
The Goal is Liberty.
Strategies include degrading enemy capabilities, undermining enemy morale, and depriving the enemy of resources (for example, fiat money printing and electronic voting systems).
Tactics include provoking the enemy (like forcing Chuck to put knee pads on) and baiting the enemy into acting in such a way that he walks himself into quicksand (like giving him the feeling that he can leak to the press with impunity).
Keeping the correct framing helps us understand about how the battle is being won.
👀 on the prize.
Well done!
So, multiple level chess……………………… Again.
Trust The Plan™️nonsense.
.
And something else just occurred to me. Patel is coming off to me akin to someone who has been pushed to the side and is injecting himself to maintain relevancy. Hence the public release of stale Clinton stuff, and yakking on Hannity (which I think required Bondi’s consent.) No investigator or prosecutor in charge of a major case behaves in this manner of lookie-see-me-I’m-important.
.
Nah. That’s just Kash. He is always like that. I used to watch the show he co-hosted on Epoch TV. He made a bad habit of reciting his credentials on a frequent basis.
Annoying.
.
Thanks for this info. I’m not impressed, and I can’t imagine that any serious prosecutor working on a big case would do anything beyond “manage” him, given his current title, as gracefully as possible
.
ANYONE who is a serious person would have NOTHING to do with Hannity. Everyone knows he is an idiot and by associating yourself with him, you become an idiot too. Please don’t come back with “well Trump appears on his show.” I do not have a believable, sensible answer to that comeback – it is an enigma – like why Trump keeps praising Bondi, Kash, and Bongino. We just have to live with it and carry on.
PDT also likes telegenetic people.
I sure miss Sydney Powell, the Swamp really backed her off.
I disagree here w Sundance, I like Harmeet Dhillon. She appears genuine and tough, hopefully Janine Pirro will also bring the heat. Does the DOJ have any top trial attorneys from top-20 law schools?
This is a once-in-a-lifetime shot. Whistleblowers are coming forward.
Yep, I had the same feeling. Pitiful.
I figured the pivot back to the Clinton stuff was an effort to distract us. AG Barbie and Kash&Bongo have bungled the Epstein situation after promising the world and then going along to get along, and people are angry. What’s the answer? Throw some red meat out there, someone everyone reviles…like Hillary Clinton. It’s just confirming what we already “knew” and yet nothing was or will be done.
I haven’t watched Hannity in years, maybe six? I couldn’t finish the second 6-min video. Sundance is a blessing. If not for him, I would still be rushing to the PC every morning to see if anyone has been arrested. This habit had all the emotions and feelings he is talking about now. So no more expectations is good.
Please support the Treehouse. 🙂
step one: “set the table” = a case for the public (opinion) more so on the left than MAGA at this point
Liberals must be educated before indictments or it will be chaos and mayhem
and i highly doubt they are going to disclose all of this and not do indictments because that too will get them civil unrest
chaos and mayhem and it won’t just be the left.
so as trump always says “set the table” – “smooth out the wrinkles”
I trust Trump has a plan and has spent much time on who would implement it
there is no way on gods earth that Trump would go through what he’s been through to not follow through.
So “Performative” , ok we can use your word or we can use Trumps version “set the table” IMHO.
I’m rooting for your version.
Very well said. Agree. Onward!
Yes. They tried to kill him twice, and will come after him after he leaves the White House.
– they could also take down modest players, like the 26 DOJ attorneys who erased Federal cell phones. That would make generations of lawyers think twice.
– Vance / Trump 2028 – the sage hand in the wings. Could Vance handle that?
Part of me thinks that their efforts to go after Trump were to prevent him from gaining the presidency again.
After his second term, I would hope they leave him alone.
(I know, I know….)
“Liberals must be educated before indictments or it will be chaos and mayhem”
This is the silliest rationale I have ever heard for the performative actions of the terminally corrupt.
Kyle Seraphin
@KyleSeraphin
When you have the goods you announce the indictment. When you have a need for narrative you announce the investigation.
Keep your eyes on people announcing investigations, “tick tock, MFer” types, “lawyer up!” Types, and “shocked to my core” types.
It is pro wrestling kayfabe.

Pro wrestling – good analogy.
You can’t announce an indictment without the grand jury process. That can take long time. If it’s done correctly, a long time with nothing known at all. Worst case, a long time with no indictments.
If they’re making a larger conspiracy case, I would expect extra long.
We know (which we shouldn’t) that they’ve started the grand jury process. All we can really do is wait. It’s a problem for those who make a living reporting or being influencers because (again, assuming it’s done right) all they can do is speculate.
Patel and Bondi seem to enjoy insulting the intelligence of the American people , if they think they can get away with this BS and believe the American people are going to be OK with it I’m afraid they’re both in for a very very rude awakening .
If serious consequences are not seen over the next year the midterms will be a disaster .
MAGA cannot survive fools like the three stooges. And with Suzie Wiles running interference who knows if Trump knows what is going on. We already know Trump is clueless on the Ukrainian war casualty counts.
I’m not so sure about that, that could be his act, not wanting to give up public leverage or facade.
I believe reports of 1.8 million dead Ukranians – but if you publicly say that, it might make negotiations even worse.
Have you considered sending him your intel?
i don’t think trump is clueless on anything.
We wanted this:
Instead we got this.
Gut laugh…haven’t had one of those in a long time.
If you accept the premise that the institutions needed for prosecution are fully compromised, that the attempt to destroy Trump, was an unprecedented operation in scope and scale and that most of America are only now beginning to realise the real truth behind the MSM narrative, why then conclude that the best way forward is the traditional route.
What’s been impressive about this administration is its refusal to follow the path the DS predicted and planned for instead they’ve largely avoided the heavily mined path and forged new ways forward, sometimes adapting their enemy’s tactics to do so.
This is the first somewhat optimistic comment I’ve read on this thread.
I’m willing to understand Director Patel’s comment for what it is.
But I hope there are people in the administration who are able to deliver something better.
I agree. I think there’s reason for optimism. Time will tell and a big issue is, when done correctly, the whole grand jury/indictment process can take a long time with nothing known (the way grand juries are supposed to be run). Of course, they’ve already leaked some grand jury information, but maybe they play it more by the book during the actual proceedings.
To come this far and do nothing would also be a big hit on the GOP for the next election.
“To come this far and do nothing would also be a big hit on the GOP for the next election.”
Plenty of GOPe congressional “leaders” want nothing more than to return to their accustomed place at the feet of their socialist masters. As long as their seats are safe, they don’t want to be the majority, because then they are unaccountable.
Very true of course. But even a lot of them have to pretend when it comes to elections. We’ll see where it goes. I just don’t think Trump came this far to “play along” and I think he learned a lot in those interim 4 years that will prevent anyone he appointed who wants the same-old from trying to pull one on him.
Yup, Trump’s target seems to be the Democratic Party itself, without which the Uni-party is a flightless creature, easy prey for MAGA hunters loaded up with OO sunshine shot. With a declining power base and no hands to operate the levers anyway, what will the DS and their proxies in the MSM do?
Without that fake ‘democratic mandate’, shielding their moves they either go overt, and risk their plans being discovered, or inert and wither. Focused so heavily on a lawfare insurgency strategy (revealed smugly pre-election) and the Mid-Term get out of jail card (quite literally) they failed to realise that Trump’s real goal was to remove the mechanism that allowed them to consistently turn a 30-40% minority into a phantom majority, and with it the seamless continuation of their globalist agenda.
Before the mid-terms, the Democratic Party might simply cease to be a credible, alternative to the MAGA manifesto, with no amount of voter fortification or RINO assists able to push it across the winning. Already the new guard are seizing the opportunity to depose the old, with a message that will, at best, arrest the party’s decline, but certainly not reverse it; whilst, the covert funding streams are stopped, interdicted or under serious investigation.
They are trying to respond, but it’s too little too late, rushed and largely counter-productive, the classic scenario of a bloated bureaucracy desperately trying to respond to an unexpected threat. It will lash out, that is unavoidable, it will cause pain and suffering, that too is the price to pay, but the smug drone of last year is more and more sounding like a death-rattle now.
Exposing the full extend of election fraud is key to showing just how propped up the Democratic party has been. The gerrymandering narrative out there now is also helping. There’s a hard core that will never see the truth but I believe it’s a lot smaller than we’ve been led to believe.
Had thought of that strategy….Trump cutting off the left wing and the right loses it’s ability to fly under the radar…..My My sure hope we can get rid of the dems permanently. Then go RINO hunting.
“To come this far and do nothing would also be a big hit on the GOP for the next election.”
Hellerrrrr… that IS the plan. By both wings on the UniParty vulture.
Purposely throw the midterms. President Trump’s agenda screeches to a halt. The terminally corrupt still collect their $$$. CONservative Inc goes into overdrive wailing from the seat of oppre$$ion. “Writes” more books. Goes on Soloman to tout their books. Demands someone DO something. “Writes” more books. Soloman goes on Hannity to tout others’ books.
We know their plan because they have zero imagination. Just like with movies all they can do is recycle old crap 10 times over.
However, a loving and purposeful God, also knows their plans. May He continue to disrupt them and disable their demonic tools. 🙏
Just another reason PT will get indictments….cause MIDTERMS…..he will drag the right wing uniparty bird flapping one wing to victory.
Makes you understand FOX and the uniparty…..they spend so much time lamenting on why the left can’t figure out a way forward….To repeat them…it’d important to have a 2 party system Blah Blah Blah….yea right…even those one of them represents satan
Getting past the candy cane tie isn’t easy.
Yeah, actors are gonna act. These people make me sick, so do the people that get sucked in by their BS.
George Santos in prison is all we get, pitiful
Kevin Clinesmith a slap on the wrist.
Actually think Santos was the better of the lot.
CT you hit the nail on the head…”We’re building a case for the American PUBLIC”…not a JURY!
Think….”stir the pot”
It was getting dull around here. Nothing like a big shot of caffeine.
Espionage Act and Certain Related Crimes Prosecutions for violations of the espionage statutes (18 U.S.C. §§ 792-794)
Unauthorized handling or disclosure of foreign intelligence information collected under FISA (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act), particularly when done knowingly and with the intent to conceal, can lead to serious charges under various U.S. federal statutes. :
The Espionage Act, specifically 18 U.S.C. §§ 792-794, addresses espionage and related crimes, including gathering or delivering defense information to aid foreign governments, harboring individuals involved in espionage, and related offenses. Violations can result in significant penalties, including imprisonment and, in some cases, the death penalty.
_____
Key Provisions:
18 U.S.C. § 793 – Gathering, Transmitting or Losing Defense Information:
Covers the gathering, transmitting, or losing of information related to national defense, and includes penalties for unauthorized disclosure.
_____
Espionage Act and Certain Related Crimes Prosecutions for violations of the espionage statutes (18 U.S.C. §§ 792-794), including those related to the misuse of foreign intelligence, have a 10-year statute of limitations.
Conspiracy For conspiracies requiring an overt act, the statute of limitations starts on the date of the last overt act committed in furtherance of the conspiracy. For conspiracies under statutes that don’t require an overt act, the conspiracy must continue into the limitations period.
It is important to note that the unauthorized disclosure of classified information collected under FISA, even without an intent to harm national security, can still result in criminal charges and severe penalties, including imprisonment and fines.
Here’s a breakdown of the potential penalties for Gathering, transmitting or losing defense information (18 U.S.C. § 793):
Imprisonment for up to 10 years, a fine, or both and forfeiture of any property or assets derived from the offense.
Significance of ten-year period: This longer period, compared to the five-year general statute of limitations for most federal offenses, provides federal investigators and the FBI more time to investigate, prepare a case, and bring charges in complex cases involving national security, according to FindLaw.

… yet Sundance earlier suggested Bondi might be released after the midterms.
Why release her if this is all a show?
I believe Trump wants action, however, Bondi is the one who decides if indictments will be pursued. Bondi is the big issue; Patel is second.
And Tulsi was PT’s pressure push. Bondi and Patel are on the watch list.
Boring – all predictable. Time to turn it off.
Two tiered justice system actually maybe three. Yeah they all would been in cuffs by now if anything was gonna happen. They have the evidence absolutely bonkers. At least Tulsi did her job. Good for her.
President Trump wants accountability, and if he thinks people in his administration can’t deliver, they will be gone. He called Bondi publicly recently, and I believe she is on notice.
These government officials put him through the wringer for years, and he wants his pound of flesh. Kash, Bongino, and Bondi better produce, or they will be out.
These slow drips and tv appearances are intended to move the Overton window, so as to prepare us for something. It’s a psy-op.
Mr. Patel doth talk a lot.
Why does Kash keep speaking to Sean Hannity when he should know that he does not have much credibility if any?
Same reason PDJT still boasts about his wonderful mRNA vaccines: an inability to read the room.
Where’s the State of Emergency and the Covid shot? They are still promoting it while we all watch way to many folks die or have some weird side affect. Where’s the transparency and accountability. Why is Fauci and Gates still walking the streets. 98% of Seattle Washington was jabbed. I see the affects of it every day – it’s overwhelming and yet here we are pretending it’s not there. God Help us.
Because Vannity reaches the needed audience.
Exactly
If you redefine your ‘goal’ as sunlight for the majority of the American public, rather than the legal punishment that these criminals deserve, then this is a good thing. Where there was darkness before, now there is sunlight….and not only sunlight for those who were aware of these events, but sunlight for those who are just waking up.
The sunlight seeking crowd doesn’t do Hannity.
They don’t have to seek it is being forced for consumption.
My comment will be before I finished reading your comments Sundance because, your words influence mine and you asked for mine. First, there is more than documents, etc., inside the Hoover building. There are people who have sworn to uphold justice. When will those who broke and continue to break this pledge going to meet their reckoning? Three or four top officials is not enough to ‘clean house’. Exposing what is exposed it not really getting the job done.
@Sundance,
“If they were building a case for a jury, they wouldn’t be on television talking about building their case.”
I have a different angle. The case is first being made to the public in order to correct the record. For the public to demand justice, they need to be convinced this is not a partisan exercise.
Agree…….Sure would be an exercise in stupidity to get the masses worked up only to do nothing.
Our future “history” deserves this, even though the perpetrators may have gotten away with it.
For accountability, the perps should either be hanged or exiled. Jailing them would turn them into martyrs from the MSMs perspective.
You know Sundance I’ve commented but there is something I want to add. The problem with the top is they think they are ‘it’. They think they can fire a director, etc., and they’ve cleaned house. They don’t consider that that person(s) were enabled by lower workers. The queen bee is the most important in the hive but can’t survive without the workers. Corruption can’t survive at the top unless the workers enable it.
If the queen dies the hive will make another.
If she doesn’t do what the hive needs the hive will kill and replace her.
which is my point. The top isn’t the problem as much as those who feed it. You can’t just fire a director and think all others will fall in place. Comey did not do what was done alone without support by the underlings.
Yes.
I simply sought to amplify your post.
Yes, I saw that and thank you.
When these folks use the word “accountability” they mean one thing and one thing only, you might get an account of what happened. Anything else is your – – “educated” imagination.
I do not agree with Sundance that people with higher expectations are psychologically defective, nor do I agree with Sundance that Trump has zero to do with those expectations.
The expectations may not have been literally stated, but they were relentlessly encouraged. As they are being now.
All of which is to say, Trump is not the man many of us had thought. He has done and is doing many wonderful things.
But his slavish devotion to several absurdly false narratives, and his (and his administration’s) mockery and insulting behavior toward MAGA patriots, show that Trump’s goals and aspirations are not fully aligned with his most ardent supporters.
250 years of struggle continues.
Maybe we expect more than we deserve.
We’ll never reach perfection, but maybe one day, we’ll get it close.
God Bless America. Please.
And Thank You For All Your Blessings.
If we are being conned, then this will end in a complete collapse of MAGA. There will be no where else for us to go in a conventional sense. The lack of retribution will echo until we are dissolved as a nation. We must have indictments and justice. This is not negotiable.
The communists, socialists, and LGBT freaks control most of our urban landscapes; out of 30 million plus illegals we have maybe only removed 1.2 million ( a Sisyphean task), and the outcome of the 2026 midterms is very much in doubt. To squander away our opportunities now to restore justice to our administration of government would be a great betrayal, indeed.
What are the choices?
Don’t say anything except “It’s under investigation, I can’t talk about it”.?
Appear on MSNBC, CNN, ABC, NBC, CBS and have hostile questions, never responding to the answers?
Appear on Fox or Newsmax and say what you can say in a friendly environment?
It takes time to build the case and sort through all of the information before charges are brought. Location of where the cases are brought is paramount to a conviction. All loopholes have to be closed.
Yes we want revenge and justice, however it cannot just be wished it must be done carefully and done properly. If we were on the left we would be certain that President Trump should be in jail because he colluded with the Russians, because we heard it on TV. That is the problem with unequal justice.
I have come to believe everything about Kash Patel is deceptive. How does one person go from “make it into a museum” to he supports the FBI and there’s nothing to see here mentality? He had Bannon totally buffalo’d to the point where Bannon produced a documentary on Kash and his book.
I seriously cannot listen to this person any longer. He should receive the highest award for performative art.
Do you wonder if this is setting the table for an “Al Capone” conviction?
“This conviction highlights how law enforcement leveraged tax laws to prosecute powerful mob figures who were otherwise difficult to convict for their more violent crimes”
This. The hardest part of all of this is proving, beyond a reasonable doubt, intentional acts that violate a criminal statute. I suspect they might be able to prove lying to Congress. They probably have emails and notes on Days 1-5 and testimony on day 6 direct contradiction. Or “I dont recall” testimony about things they discussed in depth two days before. If they get all the background out public consumption, then prosecution for lying to Congress becomes feasible and a lot harder for the swamp to defend, as compared to other crimes.
Not sure this is exactly how things will play out. I do believe the doj should stay off the cameras. But the public will not allow it. We scream for info, arrests, whatever. I believe in the silo apparatus importance. 90% of Americans have no idea about the silos and how they operate. I know one thing: what we learned, we thought we knew 5 yrs, decades ago are now being proven by whatever info is being thrown at us. That should build some confidence. All the caterwauling just continues their game. They use it. There is a difference right now…may be fleeting and/or thin, but it is there. I refuse to throw in the towel.
He still looks scared sh*tless.
As if the agents of the opaque agency across the Potomac in formerly bucolic zip code 22101, controlled by the veiled Controllers, “made him an offer he couldn’t refuse”.
That fits with what he has said and done since he “joined the team”.
No doubt ALL significant figures in this and all adminstrations are likewise controlled, but for some reason he looks more obviously frightened. Maybe an “offer” including threats to harm loved ones rattled him worse than most. Maybe most who reach these levels of power are more socio/psychopathic and are not as affected emotionally.
Footnote: If this is the way things work, is it plausible that Trump also joins the club of Presidents likewise controlled?
The Sidestep, comes to mind. From the movie Best little whorehouse in Texas.
Hannity is a tool of the Deep State and the choice of Solomon (the “tock” to the “tick”, Hannity) seems to corroborate Sundance’s analysis; what’s missing is Sara Carter’s occasional appearance for a piece of eye candy–Pam Blondi just doesn’t cut it anymore.
I am so fargin furious right now
Stopped long ago, listening or watching.
Don’t recall the last episode I’ve watched on Fox of ANY show. Been yrs.
Benghazi started and ended Fox, capitol hill, ‘the govt’, fBI, DOj, Breitbart, et als for me.
I read CT daily and keep up with the ‘accurate’, real news.
Herein, IS the real, accurate news.
Thankful for this website.
In my view, it’s not useful to point out that Kash Patel, Pam Bondi and Dan Bongino etc aren’t going to do anything to prosecute the criminals of Russiagate… I think everyone already knew that ..
the minute I saw the new FBI director watching Ovechkin night after night whether he’s break Gretzkys all time scoring record, I instinctively knew he was upto no good
What the Deep State is always criminal but legal because that’s how the mafia rolls…the rule of law was always meant to protect criminals like Obama, Clinton, Brennan, Comey etc while pretending to give innocent people a “fair trial”
Trump needed a distraction from the Epstein fiasco and he got what he wanted.. the rest is all performative.. when his term ends he will be remembered more for trying to do something about illegal immigration and re establishing blue collar jobs
The Deep State actors can only be punished by God, the current legal system in your country is built to protect them
So once again the elite politicians escape serious consequences
Serious consequences? What they did doesn’t even rise to a loss of pensions and benefits, and their security clearances.
Only in this life.. God will judge them accordingly.
If we leave the next generation to deal with what will be an explosion in corruption….it will be on us….the worst generation ever.
Was there ever any doubt?
