I have been asked to recap some of my research into cited formats of what I believe to be criminal conduct, with specific statutes against them. This is the third.
DNI Tulsi Gabbard is not a lawyer. While I may be wrong, I find Tulsi Gabbard to be a patriot. Mrs. Gabbard is focused on providing evidence to the DOJ that essentially forces action. I support Tulsi Gabbard’s efforts.
In 2022, the legal case brought by prosecutor John Durham against Chris Steele’s primary sub source, Igor Danchenko, was predicated on the notion that Christopher Steele’s primary source for his dossier willfully and intentionally lied to the FBI. Therefore, according to Durham’s legal theory, Danchenko was guilty of purposefully misleading FBI investigators assigned to the Trump-Russia/”Crossfire Hurricane” investigation.
Every intellectually honest person knew the FBI were not duped by Danchenko, and later records proved Danchenko told them the Steele dossier was full of fabricated nonsense. However, to keep the revelation of the dossier presented “as nonsense” hidden, the FBI then hired Danchenko as a confidential human source, technically shielding him from being questioned or exposed.
The FBI decision to hire Danchenko was to keep the fraudulent Steele Dossier useful for their Trump targeting operation. After all, the Trump surveillance warrants were dependent on it.
The pretending by Durham highlighted two things: (1) Durham was protecting the corrupt DOJ and FBI institutions by not investigating any government action; and yet, (2) Durham was simultaneously exposing corrupt FBI and DOJ action through his Danchenko court filings.
FBI supervisory analyst Brian Auten testified in court that Hillary Clinton’s contracted opposition researcher, Christopher Steele – hired by Fusion GPS to dig up dirt on Donald Trump, was offered up to $1 million by the FBI in early October 2016, if Chris Steele could prove the claims within the Trump dirt dossier he authored.
Steele was never paid the money, because he could not prove the claims within the dossier, nor would he originally give up the name of the primary source for the information, Igor Danchenko.
However, despite the FBI knowing the dossier could not be proved, validated or verified, later that same month, October 21, 2016, they used the dossier as evidence to support a Title-1 FISA surveillance warrant against former Trump campaign aide, Carter Page.
The FBI offered Chris Steele $1 million to ‘prove it.’ Chris Steele could not ‘prove it.’ The FBI used the dossier anyway to get the warrant.
The details provided by Durham proved the researched outline we delivered in 2018.
The FBI knew the Steele dossier was junk, yet they used it in lieu of the mandatory ‘Woods File’ to seek an all-inclusive secret search warrant against the Trump campaign. Carter Page was a tool for the fraudulent search warrant, the FBI knew Carter Page from previous work he had done for them as an informant. However, to get the warrant they needed to accuse Page of being an asset of a foreign government – so they did. The Steele Dossier was used as manufactured evidence to support the FISA application.
The FBI goal was to create a legal mechanism putting everyone in/around Donald Trump under surveillance. This was the “insurance policy” as described by FBI agent Peter Strzok.
The FBI had been conducting unlawful political surveillance against Donald Trump throughout the 2016 campaign, the FISA warrant was used as the legal basis to make the previous and future surveillance legal.
The FBI knew the dossier was junk, the FBI didn’t care – they needed it to create a fraudulent search warrant.
The FBI knew Carter Page was not a Russian asset, the FBI didn’t care – they needed him to get to Trump.
The FBI goal was always to conduct political surveillance against Donald Trump.
(Via CNN) – Shortly before the 2016 election, the FBI offered retired British spy Christopher Steele “up to $1 million” to prove the explosive allegations in his dossier about Donald Trump, a senior FBI analyst testified Tuesday.
The cash offer was made during an October 2016 meeting between Steele and several top FBI officials who were trying to corroborate Steele’s claims that the Trump campaign was colluding with Russia to win the election.
FBI supervisory analyst Brian Auten testified that Steele never got the money because he could not “prove the allegations.”
Auten also said Steele refused to provide the names of any of his sources during that meeting, and that Steele didn’t give the FBI anything during that meeting that corroborated the claims in his explosive dossier.
Auten was testifying at the criminal trial of Igor Danchenko, a primary source for Steele’s dossier, who is being prosecuted by special counsel John Durham. Danchenko has pleaded not guilty to lying to the FBI.
CNN previously reported that the FBI reimbursed some expenses for Steele, who had been an FBI informant.
Durham, a Trump-era prosecutor who is looking for misconduct in the FBI’s Trump-Russia investigation, has used some of the proceedings Tuesday to criticize the FBI’s handling of some of the early steps in the Russia probe. Durham handled many of the in-court arguments on Tuesday and personally questioned Auten on the witness stand – a rare move for a special counsel and former US attorney. (read more)
Offering $1 million to a source to provide evidence is not a decision made by a supervisory special agent.
The authorization to spend up to $1 million for evidence is a decision made by the Director or Deputy Director of the FBI.
October 2016: FBI Director James Comey, FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe
Follow the timeline:
Steele offered $1 million to prove the dossier in early October 2016. He cannot.
FBI uses dossier in late October for a FISA warrant against Trump campaign.
Dossier source Igor Danchenko interviewed by FBI in January 2017. Tells FBI dossier is junk.
The FBI then interviews Carter Page five times, March 9, 10, 16, 30 and 31, 2017.
The FBI then hired Danchenko in March 2017, just before renewing the FISA they now know is based on junk.
April 2, 2017, the FBI renew the FISA warrant for the 2nd time.
May 2017 Robert Mueller appointed to cover up all of the DOJ/FBI corruption that existed in the Trump targeting.
June 2017 Robert Mueller interviews Danchenko, then Mueller renews the FISA.
February 2019, Bill Barr enters as Attorney General.
April 2019 Robert Mueller completes investigation.
May 2019, Bill Barr appoints Durham just to look into things. Immediately then begs Trump not to declassify any documents. Trump writes executive order giving Bill Barr ability to review and declassify documents.
October 2020, Bill Barr officially (and quietly), makes John Durham a special counsel. We don’t find out until December (after the Nov. election).
October 2020, FBI drops Igor Danchenko as paid informant.
Put it all together and you see the continuum.
(1) Donald Trump was being targeted by a corrupt DOJ and FBI. (2) Robert Mueller was installed in May 2017 to cover up the targeting. (3) When Mueller is nearing his completion, Bill Barr steps in to mitigate institutional damage from 1 and 2. (4) Barr maintains damage control and installs Durham. (5) Durham takes over the coverup operation from October 2020 (Danchenko safe to exit) through today.
Main Justice kept a bag over Danchenko until they needed a scapegoat, created by Durham, to sell a narrative that Main Justice was duped.
John Durham charged Danchenko (working outside govt) with lying to the FBI while simultaneously avoiding drawing attention to the FBI/DOJ officials (inside govt) who knew Danchenko was lying and were willfully blind to it in order to continue attacking and investigating President Donald Trump.
James Comey, Robert Mueller, Bill Barr, John Durham, the Mar-a-Lago raid… it’s all one long continuum of the same targeting and coverup operation.
Bill Barr was the Bondo application, and John Durham was the spray paint.
The entire system is corrupt.
Understand and accept this with great seriousness, there are no honorable “rank and file” inside this organization. Every member of the FBI is a participant in the weaponization of power and government. The members are jackboots recruited from ideological college campuses for exactly the purpose of supporting a Stasi-like police state.
Through the past several years, we have discovered how the FBI worked inside Twitter, Facebook and social media to control information, remove content and manipulate opinion on behalf of the U.S. government – all activity political.
We have also learned the FBI took active measures to suppress information about the Hunter Biden laptop and control any negative consequences for the Biden regime – again, political. These are not disputed realities.
The U.S. Dept of Justice and FBI are now political institutions that have abandoned their originating mission in order to become the domestic equivalent of the Soviet-era FSB. Their joint targeting mechanisms have been redesigned to support the interests of corrupt DC politicians, specifically the interests of Democrats.

This is what we are up against in trying to get any of these criminals punished in a DC court. The law and the facts do not matter, nobody in DC is going to punish anyone for breaking the law in order to hurt Trump.

As I have posted before if she does that my personal patience and “give her time” attitude will change dramatically.
If she does that, I think it will be her last act. President Trump is perfectly aware that any legal proceeding in DC is a complete waste of time.
It would be a bit weird for the court to find Danchenko guilty of lying, when all he did was tell the truth that Steele was lying. It’s not like the prosecution was trying to get Danchenko jailed, since he was a confidential informant, and the DoJ was up to their eyeballs in Crossfire Hurricane.
They tried to make Dashenko the fall guy, with out any legal ramifications. It all was a farce to deflect and appease a sleepy population.

You should read up on the case, that’s not at all what happened in the trial. He was not being prosecuted for “telling the truth that Steele was lying”.

I get that’s the general opinion here, but I don’t really buy it. You need competent prosecutors to lay out the evidence.

Seems to me that Durham left ticking time bombs that were subsequently heavily classified.
I’ve said for a long time that Danchenko being acquitted of “lying to the FBI” means, by definition, that the FBI knew exactly who he was. Then, everyone pretends that the acquittal exonerates the entire rolling coup d’etat.
And don’t forget that the Brady evidence “found” by the US Attorney which led to DOJ dropping the charges against Mike Flynn and Judge Emit Sullivan LOSING HIS S*IT…
….Was found in Bob Mueller’s office. This furthers the argument that Mueller was a black bag operation, and that Flynn (no excuses for showing exceptionally bad judgement) was central to their plot to overthrow Trump. The coup plotters needed media narratives, and Flynn’s alleged lies to the FBI gave them a prosecution to hang around Trump’s neck.

The plan was to dial up the pressure and topple Trump either through political pressure (like Nixon) or impeachment (Vol 2 of the Mueller Report…the obstruction of justice addendum).
Mueller’s job was not simply to cover up FBI corruption. It was to ensure the conspiracy to overthrow the government would get buried.
Just like with Flynn, they would hide evidence from Trump, release fake news reports making him look “guilty”, and hide the truth from the public, the courts, and Trump.
Anytime Trump would claim it’s a hoax, they could release fake information, drop some phony indictments, and then hide exculpatory evidence proving the coup by screaming “National Security! Trust us! We got the goods!”
It was a rolling coup d’etat. And the same people using the same strategies pitched tent at the Ukraine hoax.

Although the FBI activities 2016-2020 may prove to be beyond the statute of limitations, I have trouble believing that they got religion after 2020.
Surely these corrupt bastards were hard at work all through FJBs term to try to make sure that no one opposed to them could gain control and expose them.

You know I love this site, posting occasionally. I was thinking earlier tonight that it’s really impossible to have a political discussion with people who willfully remain ignorant of facts such as these, both in the story and in the prior comments.
Friend owns a very successful brick and mortar. It has been in the family for several generations and survived everything. Served everyone over the years regardless of political leaning, religion etc.
Recently recalled a customer came in to find an item, told them they would be happier with C, rather than A or B for issue. Also going to need D, but would not have one until Wednesday. Even suggested a trustworthy person to help with installation (elderly customer). As the customer was checking out, another client came in and started to discuss the days news. How they could not believe people were refusing to just simply follow the laws. I gathered this was about immigration. Nothing was said about a particular person or office holder. Just general.
The elderly customer leaves, new customer and owner help with door, and loading car. Go back to business. The next day elderly customer calls. Says who they are, tells owner he can put D on the shelf, they won’t be needing it. They will not be spending their money with a business that supports Donald Trump, regardless of how helpful they are and people like him and his customers are ruining the Republican Party! lol
It really upset the business owner, they had never had anything like that happen. Had grown up as a kid behind the counter and listen to his grandfather have a great debate with several customers about Johnson, Goldwater and Nixon. Everyone was in a different corner. Never did anyone not come back and do business.

Has Danchenko been interviewed by the current FBI?
Are charges going to be filed for the people who proceeded with the Steele garbage after knowing it was garbage?

It certainly seems that all of this perfidy in this amazing detail did take place and that many of the heinous, treasonous/seditionist Obama/Biden DOJ//FBI perpetrators are being exposed, albeit perhaps too late for prosecutions.
To some of us though, it also appears that there is another DOJ/FBI, the Trump DOJ/FBI, that is being stood up from within or alongside the corrupt one, doing much good, saving American lives, and even exposing some of the Obama/Biden DOJ/FBI travesties, all with the honorable intentions and legal capabilities to take on and defeat the preceding evil and corrupt institution.
I realize that is a minority view here, but just once I’d love to know that IF if there is any hope of that happening HOW would it take place? Would it have to be Trump’s military shooting and killing the Obama/Biden DOJ? or could the corrupt DOJFBI just be defunded, fired?

Why are we even talking about it or paying attention to it if there is absolutely no hope or help for the situation. There was reporting (or document release) back in February’ish that basically exposed Obama’s farewell address to members of the media after PDJT won in 2016. In Obama’s comments, he makes mention – in his roundabout legalese way – that PDJT must not have consecutive terms.
I think even O-the-clown knew that PDJT’s political momentum was real, substantive – deep and wide.
It struck me as odd that 2 consecutive terms was what worried Obama (and, by extension, his corrupt administration).

I disagree with President Trump when he calls Washington DC a beautiful city. A city so overrun by whores is nothing but wickedness.
In the 1920’s, Borger, Texas, in the Panhandle, was an oil boom town. It was wild and lawless. The place filled up with whores, saloons, gambling and mayhem. It got so bad, they finally sent the Texas Rangers in to bring some order. Texas Rangers quickly organized the departure of a steady, long line of prostitutes proceeding south from Borger. That effort had a civilizing effect on the Texas town of notorious iniquity.

My timeline is somewhat different, because several of the names in the ‘dossier’ were ones I was familiar with occupationally. Here was just one of several:
September 1995: Vadim Rabinovich and Grigory Luchansky attend a fundraiser with Bill Clinton and Al Gore, with revoked visa status. CIA director Deutch calls Luchansky’s company, Nordex, “an example of an organization associated with Russian criminal activity coming out of Russia”. Rabinovich served in the Ukrainian parliament while Joe Biden was VP.
Late 1990’s, “Operation Spiderweb” in Italy (going after stolen Bank of New York funds) asserts in court filings that Marc Rich is the founder of Nordex. Marc Rich, reportedly worth billions as of the 1980’s [illicit oil deals, among other things], also founded Glencore.
2001, Eric Holder and Bill Clinton pardon Marc Rich. Money, billions of dollars, remained unaccounted for.
2009, Nordex awarded $22 million in stimulus funds to open a wind turbine facility in Jonesboro, Arkansas, closes shop by 2013 without production starting.
October 18, 2016 the ‘dossier’ indicated Carter page was secretly offered 19% ($13 billion USD) in Rosneft stock. Rosneft was at the time conducting a deal involving that amount of stock with Glencore, Marc Rich’s former firm. Rosneft’s legal counsel in the US was King Spalding, attorney Christopher Wray.
So the business started by the guy pardoned by the husband of the Democrat candidate is buying the same amount of stock from the same company as was allegedly offered to the Republican candidate’s associate? And then, Glencore turns around about 6 months later and sells that purchase to CEFC, and the attorney on that deal was Hunter Biden. A deal for more than $13 billion, and he [in between crack binges] only got a few measly million on it.
The missing Marc Rich money is still unaccounted for; Hunter got a pardon that covered the CEFC deal.
The entire ‘dossier’ reads like a bad “B” movie plot. This is just one example.

b. given there is plenty of evidence thus far to indict specific people for criminal conspiracy and arguably treason, what legal strategies can be developed that would allow these criminals to face felony chargers despite the fact that some of these criminal actions are outside the statute of limitations? consider that the goal is to use the conspiracy predicate to investigate and then convert those crimes as treason.?
c. Separately, but with point a in mind, if these actions are not considered official in nature, there must be some legal strategy available to President Trump to file civil charges against these people and financially dematerialize them…at least that.

Obama will be protected while he was in office, however his continuing involvement after Jan 20 2017 in the “conspiracy coup plot” is open to indictment. This was explained by none other than Giuliani, who made the distinction to Official acts as president and civilian involvement in sedition.
The loyal foot soldiers can each be held accountable in various ways, money laundering, obstruction, fraud on the courts, and other crimes. Plus, states can pursue charges at their level if any govt. officials conspired along with the Feds. This will be up to different attorney generals who may be able to work together to prosecute the guilty. I am being optimistic that justice will be served, with fingers crossed.
