I have been asked to recap some of my research into cited formats of what I believe to be criminal conduct, with specific statutes against them. This is the second outline.
DNI Tulsi Gabbard is not a lawyer. While I may be wrong, I find Tulsi Gabbard to be a patriot. Mrs. Gabbard is focused on providing evidence to the DOJ that essentially forces action. I support Tulsi Gabbard’s efforts.
On March 2, 2017, Attorney General Jeff Sessions recused himself from all issues around Trump-Russia.
On March 16, 2017, House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI) Chairman Devin Nunes held a press conference to share stunning information he just reviewed at the White House Secure Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF). Nunes reviewed an Obama-era Presidential Daily Brief (PDB).
We do not know the date on the PDB; however, we do know the reason for Nunes’ shock. Within the PDB, Devin Nunes read clear evidence the Obama administration was conducting an investigation against Donald Trump. Prior to this March 16 date, the FBI/DOJ were denying President Trump was the target of an investigation.
Four days later, on March 20, 2017, James Comey made the first public admission that President Trump was under FBI investigation. However, it is the activity between March 16th and March 20th that provided the biggest storyline about criminal conduct within the Russiagate operation.
March 2017 was the key month when Russiagate political operatives were trying to get a special counsel appointed to control the investigation of Trump. Media reports were full of leaks, rumors and accusations of Trump-Russia. Following Nunes presser, on March 16th, the effort went into overdrive.
Senate Select Committee on Intelligence Vice-Chairman Mark Warner had requested to see the rumored FISA application against an unknown Trump campaign official. On March 17th, one day after the Nunes press conference, the Carter Page FISA application was delivered by Washington Field Office Supervisory Special Agent, Brian Dugan, to the Senate basement SCIF for Senator Warner to read and return.
The Carter Page FISA application was received by SSCI Security Director James Wolfe on March 17th and prepared for Vice-Chairman Warner to review.
To gain momentum for the objective of a special counsel, Senator Warner instructed Senate Security Director James Wolfe to leak the 82-page FISA application. Wolfe took 82 pictures of the “Read and Return” document.
Later that evening, Wolfe sent the 82 images to journalist Ali Watkins using an encrypted messaging app. Ms. Watkins then shared the FISA content with her peers and used the information to leverage a top-tier job at the New York Times.
From the perspective of FBI Director James Comey, his previously denied investigation of Trump was now in the media. Three days later, March 20, 2017, FBI Director James Comey publicly admitted the Trump-Russia investigation for the first time.
The media were off to the races talking about FBI surveillance of the Trump campaign and using the leaked FISA as evidence of the ongoing investigation, later known as Crossfire Hurricane.
At the time of the Mark Warner/James Wolfe leak, no one outside the DOJ-FBI and Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) had ever seen a FISA application. Heck, in 2017 through early 2018, it was considered a classified intelligence breech to even discuss the FISA process, the procedures or the court itself. People forget that.
The 2017 leaking of the FISA application was the biggest national security breach in years, perhaps seconded only to the 2017 leaking of the TSCI transcript from National Security Advisor Michael Flynn’s call with Russian ambassador Sergey Kislyak, given to the Washington Post by the FBI a month earlier.
The Wolfe indictment [SEE HERE] describes FBI investigators informing Mr. Wolfe in October of 2017 about their investigation of national security leaks. In December of 2017, Mr. Wolfe was confronted with evidence of his leaking to journalists including a woman then working for the New York Times named Ali Watkins, with whom he was having a sexual relationship – implied as a possible quid-pro-quo.
Wolfe left the SSCI quietly in mid-December 2017 and resigned shortly thereafter. No one, outside of the principal characters involved, knew about the investigation until six months later, June 2018, when the indictment is made public.
After James Wolfe was arrested for the FISA application leak, his defense lawyers threatened to expose the role of the Senate Intelligence Committee in the leak and subpoena the SSCI members as witnesses.
WASHINGTON—Members of the Senate Intelligence Committee have been notified they may be asked for testimony as part of the criminal trial of a veteran Senate staffer accused of lying to the FBI while working for the panel.
Attorneys for James A. Wolfe sent letters to all 15 senators on the committee, notifying them that their testimony may be sought as part of Mr. Wolfe’s defense, according to two people familiar with the matter.
Mr. Wolfe’s defense lawyers are considering calling the senators as part of the proceedings for a variety of reasons, including as potential character witnesses and to rebut some of the allegations made by the government in the criminal complaint, these people say.
If senators declined to appear voluntarily for either a deposition or at trial, they could be subpoenaed. That action that could spark a legal battle over a constitutional provision that gives lawmakers certain immunity and privilege for actions undertaken as part of their official duties, as well as over how much national security information can be disclosed in open court. (read more)
Following the threat by Wolfe’s lawyers, the U.S. Attorney in DC, Jessie Liu, dropped the charges of leaking the FISA. However, during the sentencing phase of the plea agreement, the FBI filed an attachment to the DOJ sentencing request and they forever noted Wolfe specifically leaked the FISA.
Senator Mark Warner directed Senate Security Director James Wolfe to leak the Carter Page FISA warrant to media source Ali Watkins on March 17, 2017.
The FBI caught Wolfe, in part by using Mark Warner’s text messages as intercepted.
Who did the FBI then tell about the security compromise?
The Chair and Vice Chair of the Senate Intelligence Committee.
Who was the Vice Chair?
Mark Warner.
See the problem?
There is no doubt it was the FISA application that James Wolfe leaked.
Who was asking for leniency for James Wolfe?
Judge Ketanji Brown-Jackson presided over the Wolfe case. Yes, the same Ketanji Brown-Jackson who was installed on the Supreme Court via a lengthy operation during the Biden administration {GO DEEP}.
There is no statute of limitations against leaking Top Secret Compartmented Intelligence.
Immunize James Wolfe. Immunize Ali Watkins. Question FBI Supervisory Special Agent Brian Dugan as a witness. Question former USAO Jessie Liu as a witness. Question former SSCI Chairman Richard Burr.
Target SSCI Vice-Chair Mark Warner
This one also nets the Robert Mueller special counsel because ultimately FBI SSA Dugan had to run the evidence through the Russiagate stakeholders, and that’s how the Mark Warner text messages were made public.

They all belong in prison!! Especially Warner!!! He’s totally despicable and corrupt!!💁🏻♀️
Justice delayed is Justice denied!!! A crime is a crime. Any fourth grader can see through this criminality. Hang ’em.
THIS X 1000000!!!
This shouldn’t be debatable. If we’ve reached a point in our country where we have to think it’s not ok maybe to prosecute our REPRESENTATIVES for crimes that anyone of us average citizens would be placed in solitary confinement for life then we’ve already gone over the ledge.
Just stop and think about what I just wrote and what PIP wrote.
Warner was a horrible governor way back when..
His election by the people of Virginia points to the need to repeal the XVII Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
He’s marinated in corruption. It oozes from his pours.
He’s like a festering hemroid.
And especially Richard Burr Rino POS along with Warner
Meeting with Putin next Friday, August 15, in the great state of Alaska
I would’ve figured Antarctica but…
Greenland could have been a nice midway point for a meeting.
May this summit, on the Feast of the Assumption of our Blessed Virgin Mary, finally initiate a path to peace in Ukraine.
Did you know she had 7 other than Jesus? BTW. Jesus is the way the only way.
As a life long Virginian, Mark Warner is the worst, most corrupt Senator we have ever had.
What about Dim Kane? Remember when his Administration lost a $billon in the VDOT budget and shut down the rest areas?
A dim witted city council man for the city of Richmond, then mayor then governor then senator, he has been sucking off the public ever since he was a little boy…
He married well
Different Warner…. No relation to John Warner who married Liz Taylor…
I think I missed that. How has Mark Warner been specifically busted. I know the dots are there to connect for, but do we have chargeable evidence?
I pray for there to be overwhelming irrefutable evidence uncovered and prosecuted for in every individual who has been operating against the principles of the Constitution
Never mind. I reread the article. It is crystal clear. Thank you Sundance.
Ali Watkins was provided with the history of the Intelligence Community’s discovery of “Russian Interference in Other Countries’ Elections” which happened in 2014. She published her article in POLITICO. John Brennan was allegedly the one who found out about the Kremlin’s plan to interfere in other countries’ elections, and it was a “lucky thing” for him that he did. Johnny was in trouble with everyone in DC because he hacked SSCI staffers’ computers, particularly those the office of Dianne Feinstein, a Democrat. Feinstein was probing allegations of Brennan being behind secret torture operations abroad, run, in part, by CIA. Brennan decided to hack the computers of SSCI to find out what the committee knew about Brennan’s torture work. In the course of hacking, Johnny Boy got found out. Now, he had added the beefs of hacking and lying about the hacking along with torturing people and lying about torturing people. Desperate, Brennan found a way to change the subject by recruiting a double agent close enough to Putin to score some REAL intelligence.
Brennan’s plan had some problems. Every time some CIA agent, working in Moscow under diplomatic cover, would try to recruit some Russian official as a double agent, they were always getting caught and kicked out of Russia. Just how was Brennan supposed to do what the agents who failed could not do, recruit a snitch close to Putin? Somehow, Johnny Boy managed to get a Russian, marinated in vodka, to tell all he knew about Putin. One thing was the “Russian Elections Interference Plans,” which included the US and other NATO nations. There was some email theft and hacker activity by CYBERBERKUT during the Ukraine election that followed the Orange Revolution of 2014 which caused Obama to warn Putin to stop harassing the Ukrainian election.
Brennan got to keep his job despite media predictions that torture, lying about torture to Congress, and then hacking the computers of a Senate Commitee and lying about hacking the computers would cause Brennan’s firing. The government didn’t make much use of Brennan’s “intelligence.” In 2015, Hillary Clinton became the target of an FBI investigation about how she managed the security of the SCIFs in her DC area mansion. The FBI’s probe was the likely cause of Russia hacking the DNC in 2015 through the work of the Advanced Persistent Threat Number 49 (APT 49), also known as “Cozy Bear” and “The Dukes.” For months the Russian SVR and FSB frolicked around in the DNC’s cardboard network without anyone noticing the presence of intruders. In the summer of 2015, the US intelligence community was informed by Dutch Intelligence that the Russians had penetrated the DNC network. Now, what did the FBI do with the intelligence from the Brennan defector in 2014 and Dutch Intelligence in 2015? Not too much. They kept calling the DNC on the telephone and had some meetings with DNC executives and Information Technology people. Other than that, nothing was done and the Russians had high level access to everything as reflected in the documents the Dutch found on the desks of Russian agents in Moscow.
In 2014, the Intelligence Community was warned that the Russians would interfere in elections. Russians stole emails and used them to raise hell with the Ukrainian election. Now, the Russians were running barefoot through the network of a major US political party and only a minimal response was raised by the FBI. There was no action taken to force entry into the DNC network, and the DNC operated as if having Boris and Natasha in their computer network was no big deal. A similar non-reaction would happen when “Fancy Bear” (APT 28) would allegedly break into the DNC network and didn’t seem to care who knew about it, according to what Donna Brazile found after taking over the DNC. Fancy Bear was allegedly on a covert mission to help Donald Trump get elected in 2016 by stealing emails and giving them to Wikileaks to embarrass Hillary Clinton and help Trump. When Wikileaks got the emails from whoever took them, Donald Trump had not even been nominated yet. No has yet told us how Putin pulled that off.
When CrowdStrike was hired in March 2016 to perform the Incident Response engagement to get the hackers out of the network while protecting vital DNC data, Shawn Henry, former FBI executive in cybercrime investigation, headed up the CrowdStrike engagement. Henry wanted to get rid of the Russians by closing down the network for a few days and increasing security under the cover of upgrading the system. DNC executives responded to this by ordering CrowdStrike not to take such action until after the June primaries were over. The official story has been that Fancy Bear stole the emails in May and gave them to Wikileaks. So, CrowdStrike did nothing while under the DNC STAND DOWN ORDER, and during that period the emails were stolen and given to Wikileaks. I cannot fathom while twice the DNC had little concern about Russian spies vacationing in their network. It was like it happens all the time. I got a chance during a cybersecurity virtual seminar during the COVID lockdowns to ask Jay Bratt, of the Department of Justice National Security Division if he thought, maybe, the DOJ should have done more than what they did during these “incidents” since Brennan scored all that intel about “interference in elections.” He didn’t answer the question, but it did cause a little buzz between Bratt and the moderator.

So I don’t know what your point is here, especially the explanation that Russian operatives Cozy Bear and the Dukes provided the emails to Wikileaks. Though theoretically debunked, they were most likely given to Assange by disgruntled DNC computer staffer Seth Rich, who was murdered in D.C. As part for the course, the FBI has been lying, hiding and not responding to court demands of a laptop of his they have possession of.

https://consortiumnews.com/2025/03/11/fbi-redactions-on-seth-rich-index-leave-no-answers/
No, I said it was ALLEGED that the Fancy Bear group stole emails and gave them to Wikileaks, not Cozy Bear. Cozy Bear stole a lot of the documents and listened to the phone calls in the DNC and passed them along to Moscow that the Dutch Intelligence intercepted and it became the Durham Annex. If you read carefully, you’ll see what my point was. Don’t concentrate on the fact I don’t mention Seth Rich. I don’t know, and can’t prove, what Seth Rich did, or did not do regarding those emails. Hell, CrowdStrike had access to those emails. They’re just as suspect. What I do know, and can PROVE, is what I wrote, which is all I try to write. That way someone defending the Trump-Russia Collusion conspiracy can’t try to make me prove Seth Rich did it when I can’t prove it. Instead, I ask:
Why did the DNC–TWICE–keep doing the same things on their network when they also thought they were being hacked by Russian spies?
Why would Putin send another APT (Fancy Bear) into the DNC when they already had Cozy Bear in there and no one was trying to get rid of them?
Why did Fancy Bear make it so easy for the DNC to find out they were in the network? They had no clue Cozy Bear was there?
Why do you Democrats think there was a covert Russian operation to steal emails from the DNC to get Trump elected when they told CrowdStrike to not get rid of the Russians so that the Russians could steal the emails?
How did Putin get Trump nominated?
Trump should sue the NYT Ali Watkins for all she’s worth. It looks like the b* tch has done pretty well for herself. The level of opportunism in this whole thing is mind boggling.
Barron,
Here’s another beauty for your Dad.
Pam & Kash are fools if they ignore this and don’t re-open an investigation.
And if they dig just a little, the hop rule will allow the net to capture out even further.
Got a question, Sundance. I read Guy Jordan’s really good comment on your Outline#2. He covers Crowdstrike’s role in auditing the DNC breach that lead to the Wikileaks’ drop. Crowdstrike has gone on to become a huge company with a soaring stock price. How do you think this new look into the Russia Russia hoax affect them? How complicit are they in this whole coup? Or were they just inadvertently sucked up in this and will move on unscathed?
They lie a lot about what their software can do. Example: They can tag a document electronically and trace it to the lair of the hackers that stole it. Then they steal it back and maybe encrypt the hackers’ system to get even. The problem with this is, documents don’t move through the Internet in one piece. They get broken into packets and take separate routes to get to a destination. No one can track packets that way except the NATIONAL SECURITY AGENCY.
I once thought CrowdStrike could catch someone loading emails onto a flash drive while they did it. Hell, they couldn’t tell when files got exfiltrated out of the network. They couldn’t prove RUSSIANS DID IT EITHER.
That disgusting POS Mark Warner should definitely be the focus of investigation right along side fellow swamp rats Brennan, Clapper and Comey.
Nothing would make me happier in the next few days than seeing Kunta Ketanji and Mark Warner implicated in this fraud.
Build the gallows. Impanel the tribunals.
Awesome timeline and explanation. Now, how to get Trump team on it!
What about Five Eyes (US, Britain, Canada, Australia, New Zealand)? Was the Russian disinformation about Trump shared with them? What did Boris Johnson and MI-6 know, for example?
I almost forgot that stuff ,honestly it triggers some mental illness I was having because of some of this ,when Sessions recused himself over crap I didn’t understand very well ,Then Flynn,.. and I hate that picture of Mark Warner and that other serial crook ,(Didn’t he sell off all sorts of illegal trading right before covid was called) ? I need some accountability not meds ,Magnesium glycinate maybe but heads need to roll or I’ll have to crawl back in the Psalms of David, again, my only cure . Then with Carter Page I lost the brain power for all the white noise, purposely put there to confuse, i was suffering from information overload, cognitive overload,
The stress was multifaceted I was unable to ascertain the fundamentals and principles, I actually thought when they seen Trump doing so much good that things would fall in place i didn’t see how deep the hate was ,its all clear to me now but I sufferd to get here .
Sessions got trapped into recusing himself. Sessions was supposed to become Trump’s AG as soon as Trump was inaugurated. Someone in the campaign (I wonder if it was Paul Manafort) put Sessions in charge of FOREIGN POLICY ADVISORS. Trump didn’t have any foreign policy advisors until March 21, 2016 when the list was published. The only familiar names on that list are General Keith Kellogg, CARTER PAGE, and GEORGE PAPADOPOULOS. Since Carter Page’s trip to Moscow was used by the FBI as a pretext to start investigating the Trump Campaign, when Sessions was pressured to recuse himself from the investigation, since Page, and later, Papadopoulos became suspects for “colluding with the Russians on behalf of the Trump Campaign,” and they reported to Sessions who SOMEONE in the campaign decided to put in charge of the foreign policy advisors, Sessions had little choice but to recuse himself, but he should have limited it to the names on the foreign policy advisors list. Since that was hook used to extract a recusal. Papadopoulos specially made it difficult for Sessions with several email reports about setting up a meeting with Putin before the election.
Manafort became the manager for working the delegates to the Republican National Convention on March 29, 2016, so it is unlikely he had anything to do with making Sessions the leader of the duck decoys of the Trump-Russia-Wikileaks Collusion Investigation, Page and Papadopoulos.

Thank you for taking the time and putting the effort into these two posts to put all the pieces together. So many actors, so many stages, too many for mere mortals to keep track of.
Seems like Wolfe could just say he leaked it on his own with no instruction from Warner.
Wolfe is to Warner as Web Hubble was to Hillary Clinton.
.
He could. He could also get 5-20 years in prison. Or he could “turn” and hand off the prison terms to his “directors.”
The strategy of going after low hanging easily picked fruit, threatening them with gobs of penal time, or asking them to come clean and point the finger upwards with specific information, is a time tested effective method.
Hopefully being implemented behind the scenes where you and I do not see or hear.
I never believed the affair angle either. It was a coverup.
MAGA Fabulous!!
👊👊🇺🇸🇺🇸❤️❤️🙏🏻🙏🏻
The DOJ will be issuing arrest warrants while Trump and Putin enjoy a Cod and Chips in AK.
Guessing that Ali Watkins is part of Operation Mockingbird
Now Warner showing up on twitter lately, proclaiming Tulsi Gabbard as some sort of threat to the country……..and that she should not be in charge of DNI.
When these bug guy scum start attacking Gabbard, we are close to a bust-out.
Over the target catching flack, she is.
Me thinks thou doest protest too much ….
I am praying that there is a multipronged approach to the CIA, FBI, DEA, and other federal alphabet enforcement agencies.
While a good case has been made for “shutting them all down”, there is a need for the function of many of these agencies, if correctly done, and in subservience to the Constitution and with clear principles to truly benefit the common population of the United States, this would cause serious gaps and vulnerabilities to the country from within and from without.
Find enough violations in those at the top. Box them in with irrefutable truth. Prosecute if appropriate
Give those who are loyal to moral truth, ethics, and the constitution who are sill present an opportunity to be whistleblowers and part of the solution
Redesign processes with extreme sunlight, accountability, and oversight
Do what it takes to change to culture to be in line with our Creator, Truth, Ethics, and the Constitution.
I am seeing evidence of this in all directions:
Top layers being fired.
Hard search and trials with replacement of leadership
A unified approach supporting our President, Commander in Chief, and the Constitution
More and more whistleblowers, “real” investigations, firing, and public sunlight to dark happenings
Hegseth seems to be the best model of someone facilitating cultural change, but the military ought to have the best patriots
Fake “news”/propaganda outlets being called out, exposed, opposed, prosecuted, weakened and destroyed
More effective grassroots communication with good journalism and multifactorial support
We cannot let up. We must accelerate, do our best. Every citizen a soldier. Recognize that we are in a complex civil war with a multiheaded enemy. While the enemy my be hard to recognize, we have a standard of comparison: A Creator, a Truth, a Righteousness, and a humility to know we must stay united with God and his Truth as the standard we all submit to daily as a new day.
Too bad that we can’t involve Ketanji Brown as well, and remove her from SCOTUS.
A 1000 LIKES to that J. Brown
