Mike Flynn said “Tulsi is going to do another dump.” I flinched when he said that but quickly realized he meant a documents dump not the other kind of dump. I am so jumpy these days.
Not a lawyer, but given Tulsi mentioned Boasberg a couple of weeks ago, and the DOJ then filed a misconduct complaint against him, is there a procedure where trial venues can be changed if demonstrable bias can be shown that might be prejudicial towards a fair trial.
I’m spitballing here, but Tulsi’s statement jumped out at me, when she suggested the investigation would likely look into ‘everyone involved’, including she inferred judge Boasberg. Then an ‘unusual’ complaint is made by the DOJ where the same judge is accused of making statements that ‘have undermined the integrity and impartiality of the judiciary’, at a conference, where he baselessly:
‘attempted to improperly influence Chief Justice Roberts and roughly two dozen other federal judges by straying from the traditional topics to express his belief that the Trump Administration would “disregard rulings of federal courts” and trigger “a constitutional crisis’
Was this laying the ground work to change the venue for any trial, on the grounds of proven bias of the DC circuit.

I don’t think Mar a Lago was a Trump trick that he could’ve plotted. He did hide the documents and they knew he had them, but I think this is the Trump boomerang that seems to orbit around him, finally coming for the deep state.

I’ve always wondered why HRC ignored the crucial Rust Belt States, towards the end of the campaign, even though people on the ground were sounding the alarm. So, did team Trump game this scenario out and realise the only way they could get any justice and continue the conspiracy was to set up the DS, so an out of DC trial and no statute of limitations or Presidential immunity scenario could be created.

There is no statute of limitations on murder. I would still like to see an investigation with regard to Seth Rich. While it is all very good to see the likes of Brennan, Clapper and Clinton sweating it out as all of the conspiracy information (that many of us have know for years) becomes public, as well as the financial costs to them as they begin to lawyer up, we basically know, as even Mr. Turley points out, that the charges will be things like obstruction of justice, rather than the actual damage and political evil that these people were involved in (including the 2020 election). At its best, it will be a slap on the wrist for the criminality that these people were involved in.

Accountability is synonymous with credibility. If you have none of the former, you have none of the latter. Our laws and concern for their integrity and their use as a means of deterring criminal behavior will vanish, if they haven’t already. But the expectation for justice is not encouraging. Everyone of my system connected friends describes Bondi’s moves as political theater without objective. The national is waiting.

Even though Obama orchestrated the coup, he is sufficiently insulated from accountability. Peter Schweitzer’s new book may show evidence that the lawfare against Trump was orchestrated, but those prosecutors illegally coordinating the action against a political candidate (with no evidence of illegal activity) are small fish. Well fed small fish in several cases, but small fish in the conspiracy ocean. There may be an underling in the Biden white house that will be keel hauled to protect the bewildered former POTUS from a embarrassing stint in jail and there may be sufficient proof to send the prosecutors that brought charges illegally into jeopardy, but those pulling the strings will be insulated.
I would maintain that we should continue with prosecuting and jailing those for whom there is proof of illegal activity, but in the future keep a careful eye on the puppeteers going forward. At very least they know we are on to them.

I’m with Sundance. If the jury is impaneled in Washington, D.C., they will not bring in a single indictment. To them, it won’t be a matter of guilt or innocence. It will be them or us. They’re going to stick with us. What happened to Trump and Palin in NY is prologue. Where the jury is impaneled will reveal much, especially about Bondi, about whom I still have very strong mixed feelings.
The one question I have, do Turley’s comments give a glimmer of hope to Sundance?
There are so many people who have profited from all of this knowingly helping to, not only compile the lies, but to keep them alive. Comeey, Strok, Page, etc. just to name a few. I caution that such media reports would classify as “hopium.” Pam Bondi herself and the DOJ are not permitted, by law, to insinuate that a grand-jury is being convened against this-person or that-person. They can’t announce anything unless and until the jury, having met in secret, hands down an indictment. That’s the 5th Amendment at work.
Bondi and the DOJ might have exciting news to announce “tomorrow,” but they must be poker-faced about it “today.” There are no exceptions.

Absolutely true. The only caveat to that is if…IF… the grand jury was already convened and has returned indictments that are still sealed. I would say if you see arrests made this week or weekend, then it proves this was gamed out. If not, it’s likely hopium.
There is a lot of movement on fraudulent election schemes and this could be an effort to give the Demcommies a way out of being criminally prosecuted for Russia hoax crimes. Deals will be made everywhere if this works out. Cleaning up our elections is more important to our Republic than putting wayward politicians into jail cells, although I also believe the jail cells would also be a game changer as well. The destruction of our free elections has been going on for over 100 years and most of the people responsible are either dead or no longer in politics.
The prosecution of the powerful politicians will more likely result in serious payback consequences as soon as this Country stupidly elects the Demcommies back into power. I think lots of deals may be made for forced cleanup of non voters from the voting rolls and reforms of the election laws. Deal making seems to always be the final outcome in our legal system for most serious crimes. Plead guilty to a lessor crime and avoid conviction for the big crime seems to be the outcome of most criminal trial situations.
